Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Saskatoon, SK

Location

Busy area with traffic

Elevator was not working. I was travelling with my dad and small children. It would have been nice to know that before hand.

Nice clean comfortable room. Great mattress. Great breakfast

Check in was very slow. It was quit noisy

Comfortable beds and friendly and helpful staff.

Convenient

Nothing

The location

The room is very dusty I couldn’t sleep. I am glad I booked just a night.

Breakfast was good

The place could use an update and better lighting in the rooms

Nice rooms, good wifi, good breakfast, next to Denny's

Elevator was not working

We did a time-sensitive road trip from Alberta to Ontario, so we only needed the room to sleep. Saskatoon was our last stop. We were so pleasantly surprised by the room, it would have been a room we could have stayed in for days, very spacious and comfortable.

Rooms were very small and breakfast was not good. Very minimal options

The room was conveniently located and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We had something come up last minute out of our control so we weren’t able to make our booking. It was the day after my free cancellation time frame ran out. Luckily the staff were very understanding and helped cancel without charging me the booking. Took so much stress off me. For that reason alone I will be sure to use them at my next stay in the city.

We have been travelling to saskatoon every summer for the past 5 years and this is the only hotel we have stayed at. so that should tell you something. we we plan to stay at this hotel every time we travel to saskatoon,

Close proximity to amenities

Elevator not working

Decent breakfast for a quick snack. Nothing luxurious like meat though.

Elevator was broken. Had to switch room to ground level because of a traveller with mobility problems. New room didn’t have a sofa bed like we ordered. Hotel did nothing to fix this. Won’t be back.

The staff were very nice and very accommodating to my elderly disabled Mother. Breakfast was good.

Location, the broken elevator

Location

We were awakened around 2am because the guests above us where walking back and forth non stop it was really annoying and we were not able to go back to sleep.

Location was good very clean Staff helpful

Good price, good breakfast

Little dingy and musty smelling carpet in hallways. Elevated out of order

couzy and quite for fast travelers. close to downtown breakfast was ok would be better if the boiled eggs where warm :) Free internet and parking spot thank you :)

we where 4 people provided with only 1 towel of each, the expectation is to have one set each to be able to shower, wash etc. disposal slippers and shower hats were missing, walking with bare foot got it dirty which means the floor was not clean

AC was fantastic, customer service was also great, they have fantastic workers at the front desk very sweet guy!

Unfortunately was probably the elevator situation. I had to haul my luggage upstairs… and down myself without assistance … not the workers fault as I’m sure that was never their responsibility. Just wasn’t expected to do so for my in and out so that wasn’t great for my early flight.. but the front desk guy that checked me in was very sweet

breakfast was okay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We never give a 10 on 10 so an 8 by our books is really good. Thank you.

Staff were great

Noisy, dark, on a very busy road lots of industrial traffic

Easy to get to and lots of parking

The stuff was helpful

Very filthy

Yes . Easy access . Alittle hard to find sign, from the main drag

The room was clean and easy to get to.

Great location

Nothing to tell

Location and staff

All was good

Satisfied overall.

Nothing

Easy to find and close to downtown!

Just the parking is a little cramped in front of the hotel but there is a much more open lot on the North side of the building!

Reasonable price! Room was clean.

Decor needs updating in the rooms and hallways!

Very dirty and poorly maintained

Close proximity for travel route

None

Benny and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Needs maintenance and upgrades badly. All Drapes looked liked they were rolled up in a ball then hung up. Paint was peeling off

Staff

How sloppy and unkept the rooms are

Great location Options for meals close

Breakfast was good, later opening on weekends

Close to circle drive in Saskatoon so easy to get onto circle drive and get around the city

Elevator was out

We didn't have breakfast even though the waffles did look good,

Not fond of dog in the eating area.

It was okay. A little bit of need of repairs.

It was okay.

Breakfast was decent.

To much noise from hallway and the floor above. There was a sink in the suite that had no water.

Very clean and quiet, fast check in, friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing at all

It was open and we needed a place to stay during graduation- the Shark Cafe right beside it along with the Denny’s is good

For starters, no mention of a broken elevator until AFTER I booked (then I got an email) like seriously? Also, hair in the bathtub, old and scratched fixtures, carpet needs a good vacuum - so u know when the place looks like the hood u have to wonder about the bed right? Radisson - do BETTER please!!

We booked while on the road. Anastaciia was excellent at check in - upgrading us to a main floor room as the elevator needed repairs (we had a long day of driving & hiking so mom was limping) The room was comfortable, the shower was incredible with temperature & pressure and breakfast was excellent.

Staff was very friendly . The bedroom portion was clean.

The bathroom was dirty and needed some maintenance

Comfortable Bed

Unfortunately the elevator was closed

Good location

Wifi was horrible

Location to airport

Nothing negative to say

Nothing

Everything

Pet friendly with areas for my dog, area was clean and bags available with waste receptacles. Also nearby restaurants walking distance. Staff ensured that our needs were accommodated for mobility and pet friendly. Breakfast and coffee were good. Tea,Coffee and cookies available all day.

Conveniently located in north end of the city.

Lacking in signage making property easy to see. Elevator was out of order.

Very good breakfast.

The industrial location was nothing special but, other than that, a fine and reasonably priced stay.

Comfortable bed staff were pleasant

Run down peeling paint, elevator not working. Check in was a nightmare, not just for me but everyone. System was bad

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

It was dirty. The carpets in hallways are stained. The elevator didn’t work. Our room had hair in the bathtub and stick to the bathroom walls. The hallway had a horrible odour.

Location. And it was quiet

It REEKED like marijuana. Main floor by the front desk all the way to the third floor; no elevator? Couldn't enter the side door with our key card still had to walk all the way around; the towels had yellow stains; there was hair on the bathroom floor that was not ours; the room we originally booked was out of order? And was given a different room; the batteries needed replacing in the thermostat?! And there's no screen in the window?

Rooms clean and spacious. Beds and pillows comfy!

Bookin time pretty slow, even though I had prepaid with booking.com they still needed to scan my visa for $60 for damage deposit and take all my info again. No worries, just don't bother to prepay as it saves no time at front desk lol.

Excellent location and large clean room with super amenities.

Elevator was out of order and a few guests lingering outside regularly smoking weed.

Abdul was very accommodating. The elevator was not working and he went out of his way to make our stay comfortable

Close to businesses and dining options . Upgraded to a larger room with more space and features

Neighborhood

The rooms were very hot. Thermostats in 2 of the rooms weren’t working. We rented 3 rooms. Stains on sheets. We arrived at 2:15 and wanted to check in but they wouldn’t let us. Breakfast was below average.

We asked if we could get a room on the main floor because the elevator wasn't working. They were able to give us a room even though they said the rate we paid was for the second floor. We were so appreciative of this because we came with our car and had to bring everything in. My mother is also elderly and it was nice that we didn't have to walk far.

The breakfast could have been better. I got a yogurt but took the second last one at 7:30 when breakfast started at 7 and there was nobody in the lobby. There was only one type of muffin. There were not a lot of choices.

Location. Pet friendly no carpet in room

Elevator wasn’t working. Bathroom was dingy. Need paint

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean.

Elevator wasn't working but my elderly parents were given a room on the main floor which was great. The AC in our room wasn't working. We had unpacked already and were tired so didn't request another room. We opened the window for a bit to cool it down and were ok for the night. The bed sheets were clean but stained. Hotel could definitely use some updating but it worked for one night while traveling through.

It was clean, the staff was friendly, it was quite. The hotel had a nice continental breakfast. Lots of parking.

Pillows were too small. No plug for the bathtub so couldn't have a bath.
