Tv is horrible. The worst!! I don't think we should have to use our device/DATA to stream tv to find something decent to watch when paying the price we paid for the room. Need to upgrade tv service.

Hardly slept at all. It was across from a bar and liquor store. There were people coming and going all night and making a lot of noise. Also a lot of traffic noise and ambulances going by all night.

De kamer was niet echt schoon en het bad in de badkamer was ronduit vies! Moest een deposit maken (kwam midden in de nacht aan) en het lukte niet door onkunde van de receptioniste. Een dag later nog een keer geprobeerd, toen werd er in plaats van 150 Canadese dollars 1.397,- (ongerekend) gereserveerd op mijn creditcard. Niet echt fijn; uiteindelijk wel snel verwijderd toen ik de dag daarna uitcheckte. Al met al geen succes en geen aanrader voor andere zakelijke reizigers. Ook de airconditioning werkte niet goed. Gevraagd om hulp bij het instellen, maar geen verbetering. Niet fijn als het +30 °C is.

I don’t think our bedding was washed, we entered the room with the lights on and the bathroom fan was running along with towels sitting on the counter. Our tv would not work. We had to unplug it and tried again. The remote control did not work, I requested not one but two remotes and neither worked. No maintenance was around so we had no tv. We had no bedding for the pull out couch. We requested bedding and it did not arrive so we had a sheet and tiny blanket to use. The shower would not work.

Getting stuck in an elevator especially cause it caused an anxiety attack 🙃. Also didn't like how cold are room was cause we couldn't use the ac/heater because something was wrong with it. But loved how quick they got maintenance up there and gave us a heater. Also quick with maintenance for the elevator incident.
