Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Voor de tweede keer deze zomer in dit hotel als tussenstop. Wederom prettig verrast door de airco en de bedden. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede locatie naast brasserie Excelsior. Een must eat! Ruime parkeergarage om de hoek met klassieke muziek. Zeer rustgevend.
Lelijk gebouw, but who cares. Dit keer een kamer met bad, waardoor je in bad moest douchen. Niet echt meer van deze tijd.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Отель расположен фактически на привокзальной площади. Добираться до него практически 5 минут. Городской центр находится в 15 – 20 минутах пешком. Парковка находится на привокзальной площади в 50 примерно метрах от отеля. В номере есть сейф, холодильник чайник. Гладильные принадлежности отсутствуют. Персонал достаточно приветливый, при возникновении каких-либо вопросов идут навстречу. При заселении в номер перепутал цифру номера и как ни странно попал другой номер. При повторном заходе в номер карточки не сработала, но менеджер оставил меня в этом номере и не стал переселять. Нельзя не обратить внимание, на хорошую звуко изоляцию номера. Шум с улицы не слышен.
Номерной фонд конечно уже достаточно изношен, визуально. Но в целом всё чисто. Не понравился санузел. Очень маленький . Унитаз расположен очень неудобно, и по размерам такое впечатление что предназначен для маленького ребёнка. Душевая кабина не предназначена для людей с инвалидностью. Поддон очень скользкий, и отсутствует ручка для удержания от падения. Ну в принципе на этом всё из недостатков.

De ramen kunnen niet open. Je zit opgesloten in een bokaal dat geclimatiseerd wordt door een stoffige airco/verwarming. Geen verse buitenlucht. Het onthaal/ receptieruimte is rommelig. De openbare parking om de hoek is zeer duur (20 u tot 10 u : 55 euro/ overnachting). De locatie in het centrum geeft onveilig gevoel ‘s avonds + weinig restaurants .

Allerede ved booking bad vi specifikt om et værelse med mindst mulig støj, men fik et værelse på 5. sal LIGE ud til gaden. Da vi henvendte os i receptionen for at få et andet værelse, endte vi på 4. sal på hjørnet af samme gade. Utilfredsstillende, da vi for 2 år siden havde værelse på 7. sal ud mod torvet/væk fra trafikstøj fra gaden.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026ナンシー駅に隣接していて、徒歩2分程度なので、とても便利です。高層階にして頂いたので、遠景の山々も見えてとても景色がきれいでした。何より窓も広く、快適です。またフロントのスタッフがとても親切で、近くのそれほど高くなく、いいレストランも教えてくれました。冷蔵庫もあり、水も用意してくれていて、いいホテルだと思います。
とくにはありません。

Das Hotel ist in einem Hochhaus aus den 60er Jahren untergebracht, was von außen eher abschreckt.

Reviewed May 12, 2026I've very rarely written a negative review, however... Not sure how this hotel got this high of a rating. It is located in a "sketchy" area near the train station. The public parking garage is located next to the hotel. It was well lit and clean. You then have to take a dirty elevator to street level to get to hotel with your luggage. We checked into the hotel with a very nice young man, Adrian. He gave us our room and when we went to it the cleaning lady was in there cleaning. We went back down to the front desk and Adrian apologized for the inconvenience. He said he was going to give us his very best room which was a suite. OH WOW...if that is their very best room??? We weren't up to changing rooms again and fearful of what a lesser of a room would reveal. This room had so many stains on the carpet I took photos and showed them to Adrian to let him know it wasn't us that made the stains. They were FRESH stains and SMELLED. He apologized and said they were planning to get those stains cleaned. It seemed they had very few people staying at the hotel, however, a family with loud, small children was put in the room next to us. Can't imagine why. The only plusses to staying here was the beautiful view from our window ,the very old, historic restaurant across the street we ate at and the kindness of Adrian and staff. It was vey disappointing and feel we should've been comped for the disgusting room and for all of the trouble.

Kamer was tamelijk warm, en er kan geen raam open. Duurt lang voor de airco effect heeft. Geen douchescherm om het bad. Op zondagochtend moesten we al om half tien de ontbijtzaal uit.

Die Klimaanlage war zwar ausstellbar, aber die ganze Nacht wird kalte Luft in das Zimmer gepustet, dann war das Frühstück eine Katastrophe, da vor 8 Uhr eine Gruppe von 40 Leuten das Buffet derangiert hat, alles ekelhaft, kein Orangensaft, kein Baguette, kein Obst mehr, vieles aus Packungen, Rührei aus der Mikrowelle, frisch gekocht, aber eiskalt, einfach nur ekelhaft, für uns nie wieder
