L'Esquisse Hotel & Spa Colmar - MGallery Collection

Luxo

Very nice staff and service and the staff service also was amazing and very behaviour

Nothing

Modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage und herausragender Architektur. Blick vom Balkon auf einen Park. Sehr professionelles Personal mit ausgeprägtem Dienstleistungsverständnis.

Kleines Detail: Kein Lavabo in der Toilette.

Le personnel impeccable. Accueil parfait.

Very well situated, stunning modern hotel with very Young but very professionel personnel.

The Staff were so helpful and the place was amazing. You couldn’t ask for more. And as for Colmar! It is possibly the most beautiful place we have ever visited

N/A

Great location on a central, quiet park Very modern and comfortable hotel with very good breakfast

Luxury room did not feel luxurious Quite small with peculiar use of space for bathroom and sink

Prachtig hotel, goede faciliteiten, vriendelijk personeel.

Kvalita nápojů na baru.

Website is misleading. We booked a room that accommodates 4 persons. 2 adults and 2 kids. There is no age restriction listed when booking. They refused to let my 15 year old stay saying it’s for 12 and under as kids ages does to security and insurance reasons. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but the “second bedroom” was a sofa bed that they would t allow a 15 year old to sleep on. We cancelled and will stay elsewhere. Be warned of their false advertising.

Prachtig design, mooie locatie midden in Colmar en uiterst vriendelijk en correct personeel.

Luxury boutique hotel full of style. Really well designed. Lively rooms. Nice gym and with great Spa facility. Perfect if you were looking for a short romantic luxury stay. Would stay again.

The staff was exceptional in friendliness and service.

The lock to the door to the balcony did not work. We were it used to the toilet and sink being separate.

Totul ok

Good location, good breakfast, friendly staff, very good concierge service and advices.

Well, separated bathroom and wc place sound good, but the latter being smallish and without its own water tap...

Loved this hotel...in the perfect spot. Close to everything! Loved the Colmar area. We had a balcony and enjoyed sitting overlooking the park. The room was great...the staff was wonderful and very much accommodating. Loved every minute I spent there.

It's because I'm an American, but, the toilet was NOT in the bathroom and if you wanted to wash your hands you had to walk to the other end of the room, but, that's France...was like that in all hotels we stayed in. I'd stay here for certain if I came back to Colmar...it was really terrific!

Central location and within easy walking distance from town centre and Little Venice

The air conditioning was not the most effective in dealing with these exceptional hot weather

I stayed in this hotel with my parents (who are in their 80s) and my husband. It is a very modern hotel so its architecture stands out from the rest of the beautiful buildings of Colmar. Rooms are modern and well appointed. Huge thanks to the brilliant concierge - Anne Sophie. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was hardworking, accommodating, thoughtful and caring! A true example of an excellent concierge. She constantly thought of everything for my parents comfort and mobility constraints. She knew all the most excellent restaurants to recommend and made bookings in advance. I can’t speak more highly of Anne Sophie! The hotel has very limited food options and on certain days it has no room service as well. Saying that my mother was unwell on one of the days and they managed to kindly make her a salad. All in all I would recommend this hotel for its location. Very central and easy to walk everywhere from here.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Colmar. Staff were fairly helpful but we could not check in early even by 5 minutes and check in was a ridiculous 4pm ! Room was beautiful with a view of the park and the biggest and best shower I have ever seen ! The spa was complementary but not really up to much, the pool was very small and very full! We had a nice time and I think the lovely artwork in this hotel brings it up to scratch.

Check in at 4pm STRICT!

Friendly staff, from valet parking, reception, housekeeping and breakfast service. Excellent service and friendly faces all around!

Room available only as of 4pm.

Staff facilities and location were excellent .

Bathroom layout was quirky

Service und Ausstattung top.

La disposizione del bagno

We stayed for 4 nights in June, in the middle of the recent heatwave. The rooms were lovely, great space and room to spread out. The A/C was perfect, greatly appreciated during 100'F days. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast- and the lunchtime snacks at the bar were perfect. The staff is lovely and had great recommendations for local restaurants. The only thing that was a little awkward was the separate WC without a sink, it was a little challenging walking to the WC and then back to the bathroom to wash hands in a dark room in the middle of the night. The bathroom was so spacious and the best rain head shower ever! Lovely pool and spa too, wish we were able to stay here longer....we'll be back again!

Nvt

The front drive team (valet/bellman) were great. The room had a nice balcony.

Most of the staff was disorganized and unhelpful. The air conditioner there is terrible and there was a heat wave while we were there. I asked for a portable fan and the front desk's response was "that won't help". I said I would like one anyway if they had one available. They said okay they would bring one, and each day we reminded them and each day they promised it but never brought it until the last night of our stay after we started bugging them about it every 30 minutes until they brought it. And then when the housekeeper finally brought the fan, she said we could not keep the remote to the fan because they only had one remote. Not sure what they thought we were going to do - steal the remote? It was weird. They also woke me up at 6:30am in the morning banging on my door even though I had the Do Not Disturb sign on. My husband had ordered coffee in the lobby and specifically said he would drink it in the lobby because I was sleeping. My Do Not Disturb sign should have prompted the room service employee to go check on the order instead of repeatedly banging on the door until I got out of bed and answered it. Lastly, the toilet in the hotel room is located in a completely separate area from the bathroom. It has it's own room by the hotel room door, and it does not have a sink in it. So if you close the toilet room door while you use the toilet, you have to open the toilet room door and walk to the bathroom that has the sinks in it to wash your hands. I find that gross. I want to wash my hands (and others to wash their hands) before touching door handles.

Top Hotel.

Niets

The location is perfect, the breakfast was good enough. The bar in the lobby is nice.

The most strange apartment layout we've ever met. There were only 2 toilets in the "luxury apartment with 3 bedrooms", 2 bedrooms had the built-in shower without doors, in the master bedroom there was no bathroom at all! All bedrooms are small and not comfortable at all. The service was in most cases poor and staff at the reception desk was unfriendly. There is not enough parking places, needed to book ahead.

EL DESAYUNO MUY VARIADO Y DE BUENA CALIDAD TODOS LOS PRODUCTOS. EXCELENTE ATENCION DE TODO EL PERSONAL Y CON GRAN CONOCIMIENTO DE SUS FUNCIONES.

Alles! Heel goed hotel!

The spa, the room, the location and the breakfast

The 2* Michelin restaurant was very underwhelming

This was our first time staying at an M Gallery property. We were happily surprised by a word class service offered within actually unique and sophisticated 5-star property. There is no doubt that we will stay here again when we return to the Alsace region.

Gewoon Top.

Niks

Everything was good

Nothing

Excellent location near old town and train station. Modern cool design, very comfortable bedding, beautiful setting in the park and exceptional restaurant, JY

Nothing

It is a modern hotel. The spa is fabulous, if it is included in your room cost then you really must visit it. The atmpsphere and facilities were fantastic. The staff were all lovely.

Breakfast was very overpriced so was the bar. The parking is expensive. The location is OK . There is no atmosphere around the hotel. You need to walk to the old town It is a good 10 minute walk .

Excellent hotel: beautiful, comfortable and excellent staff. Very attentive staff with excellent service

Très bel établissement , très accueillant, propre , spa magnifique

Rien tout était parfait

Sehr stylish:)

Kein 5 Sterne Standard

Quarto moderno. Pessoal muito atencioso. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Estacionamento no hotel.

Great hotel

Parking availability was not communicated upon booking

So clean and romantic
