Reviewed Sep 14, 2026위치 정말 너무 너무 너무 좋습니다~바로 앞 나카스강, 걸어서 돈키호테, 캐널씨티, 덴진, 하카타역까지도 걷는데 문제 없었습니다. 숙소 바로 옆 골목에 보리새우우동집 엎어지면 코닿는 곳입니다ㅋ밑에 로손 있는거 정말 신의 한수^^
청결 이슈있어서 걱정 했는데 엄청 신경쓰이는 정도는 아니었지만 먼지나 곰팡이 같은 건 조금 더 신경 써주시면 나무랄 데가 없는 숙소일 거 같습니다~그래도 3박4일 너무 너무 잘 지내다 왔습니다~

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026하나만 말씀드리면 시설,가격,위치는 다 좋았습니다 다만 있으나마나한 관상용 와이파이하나가 해당 호텔의 모든걸 부정적으로 만들어 버립니다 요근래 호텔가격이 전체적으로 올랐다고는 하지만 여긴 가격대만큼 올 가치는 없습니다. 여길 올바에 돈을 더 부치더라도 다른곳을, 아니면 하카타역의 존크가 훨씬 더 나으니 그쪽을 추천드립니다

私の理解力がなかったので、最初に手続きするメールを現地で行うものと思っていて、チェックインに手間取ったのと、チェックイン受付のフロアが分からず、辿り着くまでに苦労しました。駐車場も近くにありましたが、かなり高い料金設定で、別の場所に停めなおすことになったので、もう少し具体的な駐車場の案内が欲しいなと思いました。シャンプー等の位置が高すぎて、小学校低学年の子には届かなかったです。

I didn’t like how we had to wait till 4pm for check in. For people who would just want to explore more without carrying luggage or just want to rest coming in early? 12 would be more ideal for check in. I also left a light on for a while no more than 10 mins and it smelled like it was burning and it was very hot. I turned it off immediately and everything was good. But that was very concerning

隣施設から見えるので始終ブラインドを閉めないといけなくて、昼間でもライトも少なく暗かった。写真では川沿いがあったので期待していたがビル真横の部屋で少しがっかりした。部屋を選ぶ時に選択できたらよかった。また、駐車場がなく近くの駐車場に停めたら1日たって一万も取られる場所しかなく、不便だったしびっくりした。繁華街中心の立地だけど、裏通り沿いは夜の店が多く家族で泊まるには不向きでした。

部屋に備え付けのタブレットで全てを賄う様になっているがタブレットが壊れていてスタッフへの連絡する術もない。チェックアウトすら出来ない。 また部屋の照明のスイッチが出入り口にしかなく尚且つフットライトは壊れていてつかない！ 部屋の壁がザラザラで服が引っかかるし擦り傷を負う恐れもある。

ベットと冷蔵庫しか無くて ルームキーやメガネなどチョイ置きするところが無い。 椅子やソファーも無く、ベットも2段ベットなので座ることも荷物を開けることも出来ない。ベッドの上段へは梯子ぐらい急な階段でキャリーケースを上げることは困難。

Sur ma baies vitrées, 2 fenêtres sur 3 étaient condamnés, pourquoi ? Pas de rangement, juste une mini tringle…

4Fの部屋にアサインされましたが、シャワーの水圧が非常に弱くて、なかなかシャンプーが洗い落とせない程です。 これは改善して頂きたい点ですね。

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026O hotel não tem funcionários e tudo é feito através de internet. No meu caso tudo funcionou muito bem e foi até mais confortável assim. O quarto tem uma excelente vista para a ponte, o tamanho era adequado e achei tudo muito funcional. Há 2 máquinas para lavar e secar roupa em troca de 500 yens.
Não tenho nada a apontar.

部屋の照明が配線ダクトで取り付けてあったので全点灯か全消灯のみ ソファーの上だけとか廊下とかのSWにしてほしかった

4시 체크인 시간에 숙박객이 많아서 조금 불편하고 완전 무인 체크인도 익숙하지 않았어요 ~ 체크인 시간을 탄력적으로 운영하면 어떨까요 ~

Very open industrial feels. Pipes and ducts from heating/cooling were all visible. Felt a bit creepy and dirty. Very noisy
