정말 기본 중의 기본적인 관리 조차 안 되어 있는 걸 보고 정말 놀랐습니다. 에어컨의 건전지가 하나가 빠져서 바닥에 있질 않나, 주워서 꽂았더니 다 쓴 건전지라서 결국 안 켜지질 않나, 화장실 선반에 비닐 쓰레기가 그대로 있질 않나, 변기 주변 청소를 안 하는 건지 찌릉내가 진동을 하질 않나, 이불엔 얼룩 투성이지 않나... 샤워 부스 여닫이문도 상태가 없느니만 못하게 되어있고.. 무인 호텔은 원래 이런건가요?

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026少し歩く必要はありますが、天神や中洲からほど近く立地が良いと思います。 比較的高い階だったこともあり、見晴らしが良いのが予想外で嬉しかったです。
最近のどこの宿泊施設もそうなのですが、照明が少し暗いのが苦手です。

Definitivamente el peor lugar en el que me he hospedado en Japón con respecto a la limpieza, estaba muy sucio, lleno de polvo y el baño muy mal lavado, incluso papeles del antiguo huésped debajo de la cama. Los pasillos y elevador extremadamente sucios.

エアコンの一部が破損しており、コーヒーメーカーやお皿など、アパートメント必要なアイテムが不足していた。中国、韓国の顧客がほとんどで、エレベータの使い方などが乱暴であったりやや不快に感じた。

日本旅行多年，第一次遇到馬桶上面的水龍頭因為老舊生鏽而自動脫落，房間的洗衣機溝槽黑黑的很髒，冷氣也不夠冷。總之在昂貴的福岡夏日住宿，想住在熱鬧的地區，這邊的房價確符合想逛街就可以步行到任何地方的位置。但整個住宿空間的品質，整體就是很讓人失望。

部屋が全く掃除されていません。まず、使用済タオルが棚に放置されていた。風呂に自分たちのでは無い他人の髪の毛が何本もくっついていたり、洗面所に他人のつけまつげがくっついていた。床や隙間にもほこりが多く、きちんと掃除をしていないとすぐに分かりました。洗濯機のゴミが溜まるフィルターにはありえないほどのほこりやカビが放置されていて、非常に不快になりました。掃除しました。

The wash machine didn't have a drying function and there was no tumbler in the facility. To dry the clothes there was only a very small rack to hang at max 5 t-shirts. The toilet had fungual spores on the cistern lid

・チェックインするまでが、少し難しい（慣れたら簡単） 部屋に入るまでの番号がチェックインした後に、メールにまとめて送られてきたので、もう少し前に送っていただけるとありがたいと思った。

I booked two single rooms and we were placed on floors 7 and 12. Rather far apart. One room was nicer than the other. Also, the hotel is a refurbished older apartment building with a small fridge. I wasn't aware of that. Basic compact kitchen (not used). Room was clean but showed a lot of wear and tear in both rooms. All items were clean. 7th floor room: electric strip was difficult to find and the only way to charge devices. Electric outlet on the bed did not fit my device. Blinds were broken so the sunlight in the morning was too bright to sleep in. iPad on the 7th floow was not charged but the iPad in the room on the 12th floor was the first noticeable item and easy to use.

福岡には今回で6回目の旅行ですが、こんな経験は初めてでした。 goom Hotel Nakasu は立地も良く、部屋も十分な広さがあり、バスルームも清潔で全体的には満足しています。 ただし、一つだけ非常に大きな欠点があります。 私は1210号室に宿泊しましたが、6月15日の午前3時頃から、隣の1211号室のカップルのおかげで約1時間にわたり「映像なし・音声だけの日本AV」を強制的に楽しむことになりました。 ノックもして、チャイムも鳴らしました。 数分だけ静かになったものの、その後は再び情熱的な夜が再開されました。 つまり、このホテルは 防音性能がほとんどありません。 福岡には何度も来ていますが、ここまで隣室の生活音が聞こえたホテルは初めてです。 立地や設備は本当に良いだけに、防音だけ改善されたら素晴らしいホテルになると思います。 静かに眠りたい方は、耳栓を持参するか、運良く静かな隣人に当たることを祈りましょう。😂 옆방에 커플이 있다면 방음이 전혀 안되서 av를 소리로만;; 라이브로 들을 수 있습니다(asmr av) 후쿠오카만 이번이 벌써 6번째인데, 이런 경험은 처음이네요. 문도 두드리고 초인종을 눌러도 소용없었어요 2026년 6월 15일 새벽 3시부터 거의 1시간 동안 떡친 1211호 그지같은 일본 커플아... 잠좀 자자 좀.. 피곤해 죽겠는데 진짜 대폭발 할뻔했다마. 한국의 개싸구려 모텔보다 못한 방음이었습니다. 다신 안갑니다 이 숙소...!
