ibis Styles La Rochelle Centre Vieux Port

Accueil sympa et personnel disponible. Situation de l hôtel au top. Cependant pour 2 personnes chambre un peu juste et salle de bain microscopique ! Les matelas glissent sur le sommier à lattes c pas le top. Et mystère du séjour une odeur désagréable dans les couloirs du 4eme étage où nous étions ! Au final et à mon avis l hôtel un peu surcoté dans les évaluations. Pas sûr que nous y reviendrons

Sehr gute Lage. Die Zimmer sind Durchschnitt aber OK. Die Rezeption ist nahe der Kinderecke, was immer ein bisschen laut, müllig und wie in einem Hostel wirkt. Das Frühstück ist für nicht-Franzosen einfach ein Witz. Kaum Auswahl (2 Käse, 2 Wurst, 2 Marmelade) und kein Rührei oder Brötchen oder so. Der Frühstücksraum ist schrecklich. Viel zu klein, viel zu eng, viel zu laut. Es bietet Platz für 20 Personen, wo im Hotel über 100 Zimmer sind. Wir saßen in der Kinderecke oder draußen oder sonst wo. Das ist nicht akzeptabel.

Première escapade à La Rochelle pour un week-end de 3 jours, bon espace petit déjeuner et chambre agréable, bonne proximité plage et commerces !

Très bien mais les fenêtres n'isolent pas du bruit de la rue. Poubelles un matin, livraisons avec moteur qui tourne le lendemain sous les fenêtres. Petit déj très bien.

We loved the location of the hotel and it the room was very clean and nice but it was small, especially the bathroom. It was adequate for 1 night but longer we would have felt very cramped. Otherwise it is a good hotel with a great location. The breakfast was good too.

Très bien situé, propre et agréable

Hôtel bien situé et confortable, petit bémol d'importance depuis le début d'année il n'y a plus de partenariat avec le parking Verdun cela était un plus de cet hôtel sachant que la Rochelle est devenue quasi intégralement payante.

Nice central location and great for an overnight stay.

We had a great time, room was comfortable enough. The AC wasn't working, although opening the window in the evening allowed for cooling the room.

Check in was quick and staff friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to lots of places to eat and right in the centre.

Bra läge, trevligt inredda rum, mycket bra frukost. Hotellkorridoren är verkligen unikt och superkreativt designade!

Recommandé surtout avec un chien

Bon sejour, fenêtres sur la rue ce qui n'amène le calme qu'à 3 h du matin , confort normal, manque peut-être un oreiller en supplément. Petit déjeuner assez copieux mais les places sont limitées, bien choisir son heure.le seul bémol constaté il n'y a même pas un parking pour personnes handicapées au sein de l'hôtel. La seule possibilité est de trouver une place libre en ville et ce n'est vraiment pas évidant.

Séjour business et la chambre ne dispose pas de coin bureau pour travailler. Vigilance avant une réservation...

Emplacement exceptionnel, salle pour le petit déjeuner (complet +) et salon très agréables, personnel compétent a l'écoute des clients, petit bémol notre chambre trop petite n'a pu être "faite" qu'une fois (sur ma demande) car trop tard dans la journée...

Séjour pour un week-end très agréable idéalement situé

Très bien. Seul hic...pas de service de repassage hormis une table et un fer proposé. Juste une chemise à repasser pour le 31/12 au soir. Je suis sans doute de la vieille école ! Sinon tout bien et super buffet au petit déjeuner.

Très déçus par cet hôtel, les bruits de la rue, des gens alcoolisés qui hurlent et chiens qui aboient, insupportables, à deux heures du matin nous avons appelé la réception et rien n’a été fait. 150 euros pour une nuit blanche !!

Tout est parfait ! De l'emplacement en plein centre ville , à l'accueil , la propreté de l'hôtel et de la facilité au stationnement dans le parking de la ville , c'est un sans faute , nous conseillons vivement et nous reviendrons !

Très bien, propre, calme, accueil agréable, service garde bagage et plages étendues pour le petit déj copieux. Idéalement placé pour se promener en ville. Je recommande.

Une arrivée tardive mais bienveillante

Positif : Hotel très bien situe sur le voeux port et calme, personnel très accueillant et petit déjeuner frais et bon. Negatif : pas de parking sur place (même si apparemment accord payant avec un parking public a plus de 200 m.. les places dans la rue sont a 2eur/heure quand on en trouve une.Chambre très petite, la salle de bain même si aussi très petite pourrait être mieux organiser en rangement, par exemple un meuble sous lavabo..

Le personnel agréable, l'emplacement idéal, chambre trop étroite pas de bureau et surtout malgré une bonne literie le drap de dessous jetable en matière synthétique très très désagréable...

Comfortable beds and great location

Very convenient location, central and close to bars and restaurants. La Rochelle is a great place to visit and the Ibis is a good hotel for a few nights in the centre.

Excelente hotel com localização sensacional. Perto de tudo. Fica num prédio histórico do relógio que dá p ver de longe. Quartos espacosos e muito confortáveis. Excelente escolha com ótimo custo benefício.

Parkeringen en bit bort. Bästa läget, rent och fräsch samt en mycket bra frukost.

Chambre confortable. Douche (pas de baignoire). Accueil très sympatique (j'ai demandé une tasse d'eau pour une tisane chaude le soir qu'on m'a gentiement préparé)

Un séjour d'une nuitée dans la jolie ville de la Rochelle, l'hôtel est situé en plein centre ville, l'accueil est très professionnel, disponible et toujours avec le sourire la chambre est simple mais propre. Le lit est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner copieux et très varié, moi qui aime plutôt le salé, j’étais gâtée, mais le sucré était très garni aussi et diversifié. Je recommande sans hésiter. Visité fin septembre

Unfreundlicher Empfang. Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht. Beim Wifi wurde immer die Ibis Styles Seite zum Anmelden bei Ibis Hotel gesendet. Das nervte. Teppich im Zimmer war sehr schmutzig. In der Dusche mit dem WC hatten man kaum Platz.

Hôtel très confortable, très bien situé, juste à côté de la Tour de l'Horloge. Belle chambre avec déco sympa : literie en bon état et salle de bain attenante. Petit déjeuner copieux. Seul petit bémol : un peu bruyant car côté rue. Attention également au personnel, au demeurant fort sympathique, qui ne demande pas systématiquement le pass sanitaire à l'entrée de la salle à manger. Je recommande néanmoins cet établissement.

Bel hôtel, idéalement situé à la Rochelle, proche du parking souterrain, du port et des commerces. La chambre était très spacieuse et calme. Le partenariat avec le parking souterrain est très pratique. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié par contre seul bémol la salle du petit déjeuner manque de place...

Confortable et bien placé mais notre chambre pour 3 ne nous laissait aucune place pour se déplacer dans la chambre. Même pas la place de mettre un fauteuil.... Donc attention si vous voyagez à 3 sur plusieurs jours.

Encore une fois déçu , surtout pour une histoire de parking vous avez mis qu’il y avait un parking et c’est faux y’en a pas à l’hôtel.Ensuite le jeune homme brun à lunettes n’a donné aucune instruction pour garer le véhicule en gros vous allez sur un parking public ! il était juste presque insolent dans ses autres réponses à mes questions en gros il s’en foutait du client j’ai jamais vu ça ! Le lendemain au petit dej il n’a jamais levé sa tête pour nous expliquer bref heureusement que je vais pas souvent à ibis comme la dernière fois vous n’avez rien fait suite à un souci ce sera sûrement la même chose cette fois ci je ne vais sûrement plus réserver avec vous dans ces ces conditions. Je suis vraiment déçu je vais le signaler sur les sites intéressés.

Super experience avec un hotel en centre ville. Nous avons pu profiter sans voiture de flaner dans la ville et de profiter des bons moments, apperitifs et repas en terrasse ! A refaire !

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel, les équipements sont très qualitatif, belle décoration. Merci à l'équipe pour la petite chasse aux œufs dans notre chambre à notre arrivée pour le dimanche de Pâques :) L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très pratique pour les balades à pied car en plein centre de La Rochelle, par contre difficile d'accès en voiture mais les explications reçues étaient très claires.

L'hôtel est très bien placé le personnel était très chaleureux accueillant et serviable. Nous n'attendions pas lorsque que nous avions une demande. Les mesures pour le COVID sont satisfaisantes. La chambre était assez grande et bien placé dans l'hôtel. Seule ombre au tableau, la salle de bain, pas très bien aménagé manque de porte serviette équipements usés. Porte de douche qui ferme mal donc toujours de l'eau sur le sol. Désagrément léger, pas de quoi laisser un mauvais souvenir au contraire nous y reviendront si nous passons par la Rochelle

Pas de ménage fait, petit déjeuner plus que léger, tarifs prohibitifs, pour des vacances on fait l'impasse mais pour un voyage d'affaire c'est plus dérangeant... le contexte actuel est l'explication avancé, j'espère que le niveau reviendra plus tard...

Great location for exploring La-Rochelle, we were there for the weekend for a Rugby Trip

It was perfect in all ways but the internet was horrible! Dropped off countless times on both of my devices the entire time I was there. Had to keep signing in. I complained several times. If you plan to work out of this hotel with your laptop or other devices you may find this problem quite frustrating.

We were a group of 8 people,4 couples and everyone loved the position of the Hotel right beside the town and port.No tea and coffee in rooms but you could make them in reception free of charge.Nice touch as we all could have a chat and a cuppa at the same time.Will be back .

Hotel in the very centre of La Rochelle. Two exits - one to the old town, the other to the waterfront. Very convenient location. Staff very friendly. They don't speak English but they are trying their best to make your experience amazing. Breakfast is beyond lovely. I liked freshly squized orange juice which you can have unlimited while having breakfast. The cheeses and jams, bread and bacon are delicious. They have choice of very good teas and infusions which are available any time during your stay at reception and free of charge. Room is clean, airy, everything is in perfect order. Advantage is a hair dryer. I would stay there again and recommend to other people.

Hotel staff spoke some English, I also speak some French so communication was excellent. Rooms were clean, bed mattresses were moving a bit on the bed, but we were not fussed as they were comfortable anyway. View was nice from our room on 4th floor. Breakfast was very nice, some products ran out and had to wait for staff to topup bread, other food, but overall very nice breakfast. Amazing location!

We usually very much enjoy the Ibis hotels. This one is very nice, incredibly well located but... some staff could us a little smile upgrade ! Not worth not going to but worth mentionning.

Nice hotel, close to center of LaRochelle, certainly recommend

Basic hotel in superb location. Friendly reception and quick check in. Very clean and tidy. The rooms are very clean and comfortable though not very big. Good air conditioning and the free wifi worked well.The bathroom is very cramped though the shower is quite spacious. Good breakfast for this standard of hotel though the breakfast area is a little cramped and gets very busy at times, but the staff work very hard to keep the food well replenished so there is always the full choice for everyone, and to keep the are clean and tidy. I think this hotel was good value in a nice location and would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Everything as expected and more. Receptionist who checked us in was very friendly even though her English wasn't great (better than my French of course). Rooms are spotless, a bit small if you're staying for more than a few nights. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Location is perfect, you are right on the harbour.

All about the location really. Heading down to south of France this was our first taste of the western side of the country. Beautiful little city and the hotel was positioned excellent but if you’re not a good driver then be careful, some on the streets were narrower than your driveway back home and the one way roads are a nightmare!! If you stay here, set your satnav to the Place du Verdon for parking and walk down 4 minutes away as there’s no parking at the hotel.

Easy access, friendly reception and cleaning staff who were attentive to my requests, best location ever between the shops and all the restaurants, the port is at your doorstep too. Room was small but comfortable and very clean. Bathroom was modern so more than enough for a short stsy when you only use the room to sleep.

This is out 3rd overnight stay here and would come back again. You can't get any more central and parking not too far away to transport an overnight bag.

Extremely well located, a stone's throw from the quay and by the historic city centre. Room fairly small but smart design and decoration meant it didn't matter.

Super location, though Car parking not easy.

Room small but clean and very comfortable bed. Parking major problem as most of La Rochelle has one way streets. Even once had found a parking place, the following day it took us over an hour to find the hotel again to pick up our bags. Watch out for reception staff who tried to charge us for room again even though we had pre paid via Expedia. We had to be very very forceful to get the lady to look up our booking before she agreed that the room had already been paid for. Would come again as very nice breakfast, close to all amenities. Would recommend

It was overall a good stay. The location is very central and there are lots of restaurants and bars with in walking distance.

The hotel is central and ideal for a short stay in La Rochelle However there is no parking and it's on a busy road so tricky to stop and unload luggage Having said that Joan d'Arques car park is a short walk away and costs approx €10 for 24 hours. The cafe next door under the arch sells lovely coffee in the morning and let us buy croissants from a boulangerie and eat them with our coffee sitting at the cafe.

Not very impressed. We booked the hotel on the off chance late only to find out there was a music festival on in the are. Unluckly I had a room facing the street, not an issue apart from the ska band outside till 12:30, Then a load of drummers performing so loud that it was shaking the door to my room. I asked if I could be moved to another room because of the noise but I was told it was a national holiday and a special day and I could not complain. They would not move me as they said all the rooms were the same with the same noise. A real shame as it totally put me off dealing with this hotel chain again. Would not recommend if you require any kind of useful service from the hotel staff.

While there is no parking near the hotel - the clerk leaves her car parking all day by the hotel entrance . I would expect her to leave that place for hotel guests !!!

The hotel is quite basic but very clean, bed comfortable and room had everything we needed for an overnight stay. We did not have the breakfast so I can not comment on that, we had coffee and pastries at the patisserie around the corner which was much cheaper and excellent. I would not like to have an extended stay at this hotel but for what we required it was more than adequate. I must comment on the staff who were most helpful especially with our non existent French. We were able to get breakfast tea in the bar which consisted of a large cup of hot water, tea bag and jug of milk, 2 euros each, wonderful. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay and the location could not have been better, right in the port next to all the bars, restaurants and shops.
