Super emplacement !

Hôtel près du Port, du centre ville, et des arrêts de bus, de la gare. Tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons.

Emplacement idéal. Proche des bus et navette . Dans le centre au vieux port.

Emplacement Petits cadeaux d'accueil ! Bonne renovation (lits et sdb) - Confortable mais aucun espace . OK pour une ou 2 nuits max.

La taille de la chambre : ( facturée 175 euros) le lit est confortable mais représente 4m2 dans une chambre qui en fait 10 environ ( hors sdb ) impossible d'ouvrir 2 valises en simultané. A savoir: en aout, insonorisation insuffisante coté rue.

L’emplacement est top et les chambres propres. C’est conforme à la description et le personnel est sympathique.

C’est vraiment extrêmement bruyant, les chambres mériteraient d’avoir du double vitrage. On entendait même le bruit à l’intérieur de l’hôtel, l’insonorisation est mauvaise. De plus, le petit déjeuner laisse vraiment à désirer et ne vaut pas du tout la peine. Il n’y avait pas beaucoup de place et le choix salé n’est pas à la hauteur.

La chambre 404 est agréable par sa vue côté canal et église, sa luminosité et sa décoration. La literie est propre et confortable. La chambre et la salle de douche avec WC est propre. Il est mis à disposition un sèche-cheveux des produits douche et crème après douche coton tige boules quies mouchoirs serviettes grandes et petites et tapis de douche. La chambre est faite tous les jours par le personnel d'entretien qui est agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est complet sucré comme salé et à volonté.

Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was echt adembenemend, zeker in het donker en de lampjes gingen aan. Het personeel sprak goed Engels. De bedden waren goed en de badkamer prima. Het ontbijt was lekker en voldoende. In de omgeving van het hotel is genoeg aanbod om cultuur te snuiven, een drankje te drinken of een hapje te eten. Wij zijn hier 1 nacht geweest ivm de doorreis maar we hadden hier prima 2 of 3 nachten kunnen verblijven.

De geur op de kamer was best intens bij binnenkomt erg heftig. Ik vond het persoonlijk beetje naar oude mensen zeep ruiken, mijn man meer naar een ziekenhuislucht. Parkeren is helaas niet mogelijk bij het hotel waardoor we op 10 min loopafstand in parkeergarage stonden (13 euro voor 16.30-07.30uur)

the staff and the location

The room and bathroom were quite small, to the point of feeling cramped, for two slim adults and two carry-on sized suitcases.

les chambres sont très bien et l'emplacement est idéal Belle vue sur le port.

Le petit déjeuner est à revoir (qualité des viennoiseries) A 9h30 plus de propositions salées et rien n'a été ramené Pas suffisamment de tables disponibles.. Cela ne vaut pas 15 euros.

Chambre petite , pour un si grand lit confortable, mais peu de place pour tourner autour , salle de bain juste, pour moi ça va pour des personnes plus imposante s, ça peut être compliqué.

Très jolie chambre. Matelas confortable et belle salle de bain. Personnel sympathique. Emplacement central dans le port, il est possible de tout faire à pieds. Vue magnifique depuis le balcon.

Les oreillers trop plats. La musique très forte sur la place dès le début de l'après midi jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit, malgré l'isolation renforcée des fenêtres (pas la faute de l'hôtel mais à savoir).

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage im Herzen von La Rochelle. Es ist sauber und gepflegt. Es war auch gut, dass es einen Aufzug gab, da wir im 3. Stock waren. Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf den alten Hafen war sehr schön. Das vergleichsweise günstige Parkhaus "Vieuw Port" war ganz in der Nähe.

Das Zimmer war verhältnismäßig klein. Man kann ohne Sondereinfahrt nicht direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Das Frühstück ist mit 15,00€ pro Person leider sehr teuer.

Camera piccolissima, non c'era nemmeno lo spazio per aprire la valigia. Bagno piccolissimo. Condizionatore molto rumoroso, vibrava in maniera rumorosa l'aletta di uscita dell'aria. Non siamo riusciti ad utilizzarlo.di notte per il troppo rumore. Aprire le finestre è impossibile perché essendo sulla strada c'è molto rumore. Abbiamo quindi sofferto molto il caldo.

El hotel está a dos pasos del puerto por lo que la situación es inmejorable. El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable. La cama muy cómoda, y el baño pequeño pero también muy bien. El desayuno tipo buffet normal. Al estar tan cerca del puerto, había bastante ruido en la calle.

El hotel está muy céntrico, muy limpio, las habitaciones con todo lo necesario. Camas grandes. El personal muy atento. Nos ha encantado! Como para repetir!

The hotel is situated very central, close to everything. Was very clean and thenpersonal did evweything to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Tiny room, very noisy from the street , but also u could here everything through the walls. Difficult to sleep in the night. People mentioned in reviws some noise, buy not at this level.

Parking relativement loin car pas d'accès centre sauf si vous demandez a l'hôtel de vous donner accès pour venir déposer vos valises . Prix de la nuitée relativement cher environ 220 € du sans doute a l,emplacement. Petit déjeuner Light. Clim mobile mais ça fonctionne .

Ras Sauf ….. une demande de bouteille d eau a l accueil veilleur de nuit en retour d une soirée tardive le 6 aout/7 aout . La bouteille venait de la reserve et donc tiede et non rafraîchie mais payée par le client. Comme la bouteille n etait pas servable il ne fallait pas faire payer le client , faire preuve de logique et faire un geste commercial !!! Donc prevoir des bouteilles fraiches dans un frigo pour les besoins des clients. Merci a vous

L’hôtel est idéalement situé sur le vieux port. Il suffit d’en sortir pour se retrouver dans l’ambiance de la ville. Le petit déjeuner était tout à fait correct.

J’ai été déçu par la taille de la chambre. Il était simplement impossible de trouver un endroit où poser et ouvrir la valise sans obstruer complètement le passage. J’ai du réaménager un peu et, par chance la valise passait sous le bureau. Les oreillers étaient vraiment mauvais, comme si il n’y avait pas assez de rembourrage et n’offraient qu’un très mauvais support.

Hôtel situé face à l’église St Sauveur, au cœur de La Rochelle, vue sur le port. Personnel accueillant et réactif. Cafetière, frigo, coffre et boissons disponibles (gratuites) dans la chambre. Grande tv. Literie 180 très confortable. 4 étages avec ascenseur. Départ possible jusqu’à 12h.

Pas de parking disponible et tarif parcmètre assez onéreux. Salle de petit déjeuner petite. Pas d’extérieur.

Del nostro soggiorno, salviamo la posizione molto comoda ela qualità del letto. Colazione abbastanza buona.

La dimensione della.stanza, non avendo controllato in anticipo i metri quadrati e anche rispetto a un letto molto grande, ė davvero troppo sacrificata. Noi siamo rimasti una notte e avevamo un piccolo bagaglio, altrimenti non saremmo entrati. Abbiamo trovato infestato di grilli. Inoltre la confusione della zona fino a notte fonda rende impossibile riposare, dati gli infissi vecchi e privi di insonorizzazione.

Location was good, staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean and bed comfortable with air conditioning which was important as it was very hot.

The room was too small. There was nowhere to sit comfortably. Storage space was limited. There was no area downstairs where you could sit apart from a very small breakfast canteen area. It felt very cramped for the price.

Isolation entre les chambres.. les voisins qui passent une très bonne soirée c’est cool mais jusqu’à 2h du matin et reprise à 8h ça l’est moins.

Right off the old port, we needed to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle, location is great, everything is within walking distance. We had the room over looking the port, it was noisy but manageable and everything died down around 11pm. The room was comfortable the staff was a delight and I enjoyed it so much .

Not enough parking but other than that all good.

We have stayed here for last 3 years. We love the rooms with balcony looking over harbour. Whilst its a very lively port surrounded by restaurents and street performers the rooms are double glazed and block out the noise. Air conditioning keeps room cool.

There is nothing to dislike hence us always returning.

Kleine maar mooie kamer - niets op aan te merken. Goed bed. Enkel geschikt voor enkel dagen (2à3). En niet geschikt voor mensen die niet goed te been te zijn. Ligt pal in het hart van de oude centrum aan de oude haven. Zicht op de haven en op het historisch gedeelte.

Onbereikbaar met de auto in de vakantiemaanden, parkeren is niet evident in juli en betalend. Neem niet veel bagage mee en hou rekening met een flinke wandelafstand. 's Avonds is er veel geluid tot laat in de nacht, maar dat ligt aan de omgeving en niet aan het hotel. Het is een afweging die men moet maken qua ligging. Centraal gelegen heeft voordelen maar ook nadelen. Geen bar of restaurant, maar door de ligging geen probleem. Ontbijt is OK voor de gevraagde prijs.

The location was perfect. Close to everything; the port, the lovely old town streets. There is a bus stop to the station right in front and even an automatic laundromat right next door.

A perfect location right next to the port. Ideal for walking by the port and enjoying all of the bars and restaurants. A really nice clean hotel where the staff are excellent. Great value for money and I would recommend to anybody looking for a hotel in the best location.

The staff are amazing. Friendly, cheerful. Evening and night reception staff in particular were fantastic. Everything was spotlessly clean. Facilities were very good (although more than one tea bag per day would be helpful).

Not the hotel’s fault but the intolerable noise from outside ruined my stay. I searched for alternative accommodation part way through my stay because of considerable noise but was only there 4 days so rode it out. I know the location is a lively place attracting many, many people high season. I also understand that the hotel is central so I do expect some noise. Fair enough. But street performers set up shop 15-20 yards from the hotel and had ghetto blasters, heavy on the base, with microphone commentary going on from 7pm to 11.30pm. Coupled with street noise from garbage collectors from 5am, if you need to sleep between midnight and 5am you may struggle if you’re a light sleeper. Soundproofing was practically zero. Also, minor point but my room was small or else the bed was too big for the room; I had to turn sideways and do a shuffle to get down either side of the bed! Very cramped for one person, a very tight squeeze if 2 were staying.

Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Location was amazing.

Aircon was working but could be a little better. It was very hot outside 37degrees so understand the workload put on the unit.

A beautiful quaint hotel in the heart of La Rochelle! Friendly, helpful staff. The room had a fantastic view of the harbour& towers. Restaurants close by lots to see and do here! Perfect area for exploring the city. A Lovely room with comfortable surroundings, small and compact it has everything you needed.

Nothing not to like! if I had to be critical a little awning or a small umbrella would be great for the balcony! But this is a french style small hotel and it's loads of character I would recommend this hotel

Emplacement très central avec vue directe sur le port, en plein cœur de La Rochelle.

Malheureusement c'est aussi un endroit où se réunissent les étudiants et il y a beaucoup de bruit à l'extérieur... Les fenêtres ne sont pas à double vitrage.. heureusement l'air marin donne envie de dormir malgré tout...
