Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and clean.

Room very clean

All is ok

The staff were absolutely fantastic, super friendly and helpful. Despite the flooding in November everything was running as it should, breakfast was provided in the room and was lovely.

NA

1. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. 2. The cleanliness of the hotel is another standout feature. 3.One area for improvement would be the shuttle service. Since the hotel is a bit away from the town center, having more frequent shuttle options would greatly enhance accessibility for guests. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend to others, particularly for its fantastic staff and cleanliness!

Nice... 2and time we book here.

The room is huge for family trip

The staff were very friendly and helpful

Nothing

We did not have breakfast

The location isa bit out from town. Recommended the hotel can arrange the shuttle to town by hourly

I like the convenient of the hotel for travel in Hat Yai town.

Just stopped for a night, but seems there are many other choices which provide better facilities.

The bed is hard. Maybe to personal preference. The staff is not very helpful. Centara Hotel have more experience staff

Parking on site, has pool, big room, modern bathroom and staff very helpful.

Bed not comfortable, dated feel, TV couldn't tune to channels and WIFI very poor.

The hotel and its staff. All the staff are super friendly and very accommodating. They even let us to use their speakers for us to play our song.

-

Friendly efficient staff, great location, lovely pool, good buffet breakfast. Big clean modern rooms.Quiet area, recommended.

Location is not that far from the town! I think is reasonable . The environment is great !

overall is perfect noting much to say at the rate we pay for.

Good location. Located off the city thus making a quiet hotel bit near to city.

Very clean and nice hotel

W3 Is the perfect hotel for self driven guests, lots of car park. This is my second time staying at W3. Free shuttle within 5 km radius.

Plenty of private parking bays, polite, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean room, clean towels and sheets, nicely folded towels, and solid room slippers provided. It's not in a central location but the hotel provides free shuttle service to certain stops at certain hours. Great hospitality.

None

The location is away from hustle n bustle of the town. When you travel with kids, you’ll just need comfort and calm ambiance after spending a day out and W3 HAS IT ALL!!The staff were also great!!! They great you all the time u meet them n they’re very helpful.

Everything is good.

Convenient location, easy to spot, big parking.

almost everything is good. the staffs were friendly too, property is clean

Clean, friendly staffs and big guest car park

Nothing in mind

Its very clean and tidy. Just a little noisey through the upper floors. With an average breakfast.

the service provided

nil

Very good room Cleanning very good too

Room is very huge and clean and the staffs also very helpful

Air conditioning compressor very noisy during night time especially at level 5 then need to pay money if want to request additional mineral water bottle

Nice clean and value hotel

Great value and impressive property. Very comfortable room and bed. Friendly helpful staff. Only issue is no hotel restaurant and not many restaurants in walking distance. Would suggest that Hotel have a list of nearby restaurants for 'out of towners' to reference.

Staff

Facility

Would have been full pot if they would have had proper breakfast. 7 Eleven bread and cooked ham. Cereals, we went to another restaurant

The breakfast

Good location, clean and good-sized room, one-way shuttle to nearby locations and friendly staff.

Air conditioning loud and have to keep reconnecting to the hotel WiFi.

Property was very nice, room spacious and clean. Staff was very polite and accommodating.

Location, cleanliness, helpful staff, good room size

Unstable WiFi, air conditioning can be noisy.

Plenty of parking space, and nice hotel

Miscommunication with receptionist resulting additional extra charges on pillow and sheets.

very spacey and comfort with the kids.

most of the staff were very very helpful maybe only one of them need to learn to communicate with nicer expression

Room was very clean and good. Safe and quiet, but not too far from the town area. Staff is very polite and helpful. Noise insulation abit lacking on level 3 room, can hear the noise from the swimming pool. Lighting in the room would be better if able to turn on more lights to make it brighter if one requires.

Location, room size, cleanliness, free one-way shuttle, friendly staff.

Air conditioning system loud.

Nice room, friendly staff. Good shuttle service to City Centre.

Was further away from Centre than we expected. Pool was undergoing refurbishment.

the staff and its facilities is superb

nothing

Overall stay is average but it is a bit far away from the shopping area. Need to take the free tuk tuk out every 2 hours from the hotel. If u miss the time, u need book Grab to go to the town. My room card keeps giving me problem which I can't enter my room not 1 time but many times.

The hotel was beautiful, but there is nothing within walking distance to eat, see or do.

Location was good not far to the main city and it's quiet no noisy

Overall the Hotel is Clean

The Swimming Pool is under renovation till Jan 24 my kids is a bit dissapointed.

Everything was perfect..from the facilities to hotel staff everything was good..staff very good and helpful..I recommend this hotel for everyone..
