The sound insulation extremely bad. You can hear people walking, baby crying, upper floor or lower floor people are chatting. When the other room close the door, you can heard the closing sound , we stayed 2 nights, 3 adult and 3 childs, none of us slept well.

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025It was comfortable when we entered into the hall. Staff is friendly. Facilities provided such as swimming pool and gym room. Coffee packs was provided to the guests without any charges. Cleaned room and staff would prepare the additional water bottle and clean the room when you need. Everything okay.

มีเสียงจากห้องข้าง ๆ ดังไปหน่อยค่ะ ที่นอนแข็งเล็กน้อยแต่ภาพรวมคือห้องสะอาด เตียงนอน หมอน ผ้าห่มสะอาดดีค่ะ ในห้องน้ำมีน้ำรั่วซึมจากห้องอาบน้้ำเล็กน้อย

De plus, malheureusement on est tombé sur des personnes à côté de notre chambre irrespectueuse : du bruit plus d’une heure après leur arrivée à 23h30. Les enfants crier et courrez dans le couloir, on a même toquer à notre porte… Les adultes se parlaient entre eux dans le couloir hyper fort. C’était insupportable. Effectivement ce n’est pas de la faut direct de l’établissement mais ça reste sa responsabilité. Leur seul réponse : désolée. Nous on a payé la nuit donc désolée mais ça sera mauvais avis.

Cleaning staff kept the credit card and I got it back without any issues No house keeping for one day but issue quickly resolved after informing the reception. Thumbs up to the team! Able to charge with 3 pin plugs
