Tout était parfait, y compris le spa que nous avions pris en supplément ! Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner, ni le restaurant.

Une excellente découverte sur un territoire où finalement l'offre hotelière est un peu faible. La chambre était grande et au calme, le prix correct. La seule difficulté est qu'il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture pour y aller même si le tramway n'est pas trop loin et qu'il est éloigné des endroits touristiques...

Le coin spa est bien agencé cependant le bain à remous n est pas assez chaud ( annoncé à 34 ressenti 32 ayant moi même un spa !)et piscine fraiche également... Retenue 15 euros par personne or sur le site noté 12 euros..

Très bon endroit, tout est propre et bien ranger je peux que vous le conseiller !

Nous n'avons pas eu accès à la piscine qui se trouve dans un centre de fittness à 200 mètres et qui était inacessible (cours d'aqua gym). La réception en avait connaissance mais a omis de nous le dire avant de nous y rendre. C'est dommage.

Nice, cheap hotel. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was quite tasty. Cleanliness off the hotel was alright. There are 2 pools in the hotel. One pool is free, but only fo adults, 2nd one is in the spa so you have to pay for it. Lot's of parking space, there is also trams not far from the hotel that will get you to the city centre. Overall not bad stay.

Prima hotel voor 1 nacht onderweg naar huis. Vooral het tapijt inde kamer en op de gangen is gewoon vies.

Super établissement. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La chambre sont spacieuse et confortable. Le parking gratuit c’est vraiment un plus 👍. Et le SPA : 👌. Au top. Rien à dire. Les équipements fonctionnaient bien. On a été à l’aise. Franchement top. Une expérience à refaire 😌

Værelset var ok, men ikke noget specielt. Sengen var fin. Vi spiste på restauranten en enkelt aften, det var ikke pengene værd. Vi undlod med vilje morgenmad på hotellet, da 18 EUR per person er alt for dyrt. Den lille udendørs terrasse blev kun brugt til rygning og var slet ikke hyggelig.

Vi havde håbet at benytte spaområdet, men kunne det ikke da mænd ikke må bære badeshorts i spaområdet, og det var det eneste min mand havde med. WiFi virkede meget ustabilt. Morgenmaden var lækker.

Un hôtel très sympa, bien placé, avec beaucoup de services. Par contre le petit bonjour à l’accueil, à plus, pendant une semaine personne ne dit bonjour ., cela montre le respect qu’ils ont pour leurs clients.

Le réceptionniste américain était particulièrement gentil et attentionnée avec toute notre petite famille. L’espace piscine est vraiment agréable et la chambre était très spacieuse pour nous 4.

Le personnel est très professionnel. Nous avions oublié une montre et nous avons été appelé pour nous prévenir. Celle-ci avait été mis en sécurité par le personnel. Merci beaucoup. L’espace spa est aussi très agréable et bien entretenu.

Très bruyant et frais de sauna affligeant Le sauna et la piscine gratuite ne correspondent pas aux photos et se trouve à 100 metres à l’extérieur de l’hôtel (pas pratique) La piscine était réservé pour un club d’aquagym donc impossible d’y accéder.

Tout est payant pour les clients, piscine meme si vous ne voulez juste faire 2 longueurs, la capsule de café..moyen pour un 4*

Unglaublich freundliches Personal. Sauberes Hotel. 15 min Fußweg zur Bahnstation. Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass der Spa-Bereich extra zu zahlen ist, wenn man nicht direkt über das Hotel bucht; €15,00 pro Person für max 2 h, wenn man den Aufenthalt über ein Buchungsportal bucht.

Vi ble mottatt av Ivan, en meget vennlig og seevice innstilt mann. Han var veltalende og forstod engelsk meget godt. God kommunikasjon! Lobbyen var veldig fint og vårr inntrykk var at rommene var i samme stil. Helt ålreit rom, men veldig slitt i både gang og rom. Så litt maling og nytt teppe i hadde gjort sitt (helst ikke teppe, men parkett). Med Elbil lader rett utenfor, og gratis parkering så er det absolutt verdt det. Vi ble veldig usikre på om vi kom inn gjennom bussporten, men Ivan guidet oss helt korrekt ved å fortelle at sidene er til biler. Virker velig trangt, men det gikk fint med en VW ID4 GTX. Vi er velsog fornøyd med det hele, unntatt at det var veldig slitent interiør og manglet litt fuge ves badekaret for å få en helhetlig stil. Dessverre så rakk vi ikke å teste bassenget, som ser veldig fint ut på bilder.

Fint og godt værelse - vi var i en junior suite - gang areal så ret slidt ud og virkede ikke super indbydende. Aircondition fungerede rigtig godt og var meget værdsat. Mad på restaurant var udmærket - ikke noget at skrive hjem om men ikke dårligt. Desværre kom vores voksen dessert først 40 min efter vi havde bestilt og vores børn fik deres dessert i løbet af et par minutter. Det er ikke ligefrem optimalt. Massage kan klart anbefales selvom det er lidt dyrt. Personale var alle meget imødekommende 👍 Lokation er lidt speciel så ikke et sted jeg ville tilbringe en uge 🙂

An der Zufahrtsbeschränkungsanlage haben sich schon viele Fahrzeuge entweder den Unterboden aufgerissen oder die Begrenzungen geschrammt, das macht sie Anreise gerade mit größerem Fahrzeug erwchwerlich. Die Möbel gehören dringend getauscht, zerschlissenes Kunstleder schaut einfach ungepflegt aus.

Everythig was good!

TBH i don’t know where to begin. This is the 2nd time in as many years that we’ve stayed here. The location of the hotel is really nice. It fit my requirements perfectly. It is situated about 15 minute drive from the amazing city of Strasbourg. If you like to drive through Europe and want a nice place to break the road trip and just chill for 2 days or even 3 between your drive from Paris for example to Switzerland or Italy, look no further.Moreover, the staff here are really professional and extremely nice which made our stay even better. Finally i would like to thank Mr. Patrick and his team for making our stay amazing.

Accueil irréprochable, le SPA était très agréable et vaut le coup d'y aller, même avec le supplément. Pour ma part les oreillers devraient être remplacés pour être en accord avec le standing de l'hotel

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous avons été déçus, de la propreté avec une moquette pleins de taches, le papier se décolle. Pour une chambre familiale, la télé est très petite, les lits sont très mous et pas très confortable. De plus il est indiqué piscine inclus mais dès que vous avez des enfants vous ne pouvez pas l’utiliser sauf si vous rajouter de l’argent

Personnel très accueillant, décoration moderne aussi bien à l’entrée qu’au niveau de l’espace repas et du spa. La chambre était jolie, même si quelques rénovations seraient à envisager. Côté spa, l’eau était un peu fraîche à mon goût, le spa était malheureusement fermé, et l’espace repos manquait d’une ambiance tamisée à cause d’un éclairage trop fort. Petit-déjeuner vraiment très bien, avec de belles surprises comme du houmous et du guacamole.

Viista 3 abril 2025. El hotel está en remodelación. La alberca y zona de spa que anuncian en su web no exiate todavia. Te envian a un gimnasio externo a un lado del hotel. El hotel es bastante viejo y quedan muchos detalles y areas comunes por terminar. Eli Elegiría otra opción

Tres decu de devoir reserver le spa et surtout de payer en plus... Je voyages toutes les semaines et fréquente des hotels avec spa et cest la première fois que jai ces contraintes... Je n'y suis pas allé et ne reviendrai plu.

3eme fois dans cet hôtel. L'offre du petit-déjeuner est suffisante et de qualité. L'hôtel est actuellement en travaux sur une partie des chambres et à l'accueil.

7Hotel&Spa is a great hotel that has many amenities. Sadly (contrary to how it appears on the Hotels.com page, several are only available if we pay extra). That is the case for the jacuzzi, the Hamam, and the pool inside the hotel). There is a pool available along with an exercise room in a building 200 m away. However, since the pool is only available when classes are not taking place, it does not leave much time for its use for simple hotel clients like us. I made a reservation that included breakfast (with Screenshot of the room I reserved with breakfast with the price I paid) but, somehow, it did not show on the Hotels.com reservation. I stood my ground and the attendant finally accepted that I do not pay a second time for breakfast. I loved the hotel but did not have a great experience.

Hôtel qui n'a rien d'un 4 étoiles nous sommes plutôt proche des 2 étoiles, le SPA ferme très tôt et il faut réserver. Bref ne vous faites pas avoir par les étoiles indiquées et le SPA.... déçus.

Séjour agréable. Accueil chaleureux et de qualité de la part de Roumaissa que je trouve très sympas et qui est très professionnelle dans ses propos et son comportement.

Hôtel ancien, salle de bain pas très propre équipements anciens télé toute petite il y’a trop de bruit dans les parties communes ont attend tout trop cher pour ce qu’il est.

A very cosy hotel, the best breakfast selection I have seen in this segment. Although not in the walking district to the city, tram is available at an moderate distance. Just would recommend not to accept crowded tours during the holiday season. I think they can easily fill the hotel with independent tourists like us. If not these groups create annoying noice at the reception. We are overall very pleased to make this hotel choice

Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. There was a jacuzzi bath in our room but this didn’t work so just used it as a normal bath. Hotel doesn’t advertise as a jacuzzi so can’t really complain about that. The hotel itself was very clean. One thing to note, when using the tram we couldn’t read the ticket info so was unsure what one to buy, we got the most expensive to be safe. You have to zap it on a machine each time you get on and off the tram so it can track where you go, we didn’t know this so the ticket we bought on the Saturday we could use on the Sunday, as it starts from when you 1st zap it, so that was a bonus. There wasn’t anyone checking tickets on the trains. Note to self, learn a little more French before our next trip. Overall it was a fabulous stay. Strasbourg market was beautiful, although very busy so difficult to get to the stalls. We went to Colmar on the Sunday, this had a more laid back vibe with music (which Strasbourg lacked) and it was just as pretty. We struggled to find places to sit and eat in Strasbourg as it was busy but in Colmar we did.

Séjour presque parfait et personnel aimable. Seul petit bémol : le manque de control sur le respect des créneaux de la Spa, où on s'est retrouvé avec les parents qui faisaient jouer leurs enfants dans la piscine et la jacuzzi, alors que c'était un créneau choisi exprès car réservé aux adultes...

Très beau spa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Tout était parfait, les lieux très propres, le petit déjeuner de qualité et varié et le personnel absolument remarquable! Souriant, accueillant chaleureux. Nous avons même eu la surprise d'un accueil en chambre personnalisé pour les 5 ans de notre fils Merci à toutes les équipes :)

Uns hat es als Familie insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Was definitiv zu teuer war ist der SPA Bereich, ich denke bei den Hotelpreisen müsste es im Preis inklusive sein,wie bei den meisten Hotels.Im Zimmer fehlt definitiv ein Kühlschrank und wenn man Kinder dabei hat,ein größeres Bett. Wir wurden zwar später darauf hingewiesen, ein zusätzliches Bett wäre aber kostenpflichtig. In der Buchung,als ich es durchgeführt habe, steht das 1-2 Kinder frei sind,das bedeutet für mich das die Betten dementsprechend gross sind. DAS Hotel ist sehr schön, das Personal super freundlich, das Essen auch sehr gut,aber an den Kritikpunkten sollte man definitiv was ändern. In Straßburg kann man viel unternehmen und besichtigen, es war eine sehr schöne Zeit und wir waren sehr zufrieden,bis auf die 3 Sachen, die wir jetzt in Kauf genommen haben.

Der abgebildete Pool darf nur bei Buchung des Spa für 12 € für 2 Stunden benutzt werden, Gratis ist nur der Pool im Nachbargebäude in einem Fitnesscenter.

L'hotel si trova all'interno di un parco per l'innovazione tecnologica e pertanto si rivolge prevalentemente a una clientela business oppure ai clienti della spa posta al piano sotterraneo. Per la mia famiglia di 4 persone mi hanno dato una "executive room" che era molto spaziosa, ma poco funzionale (non solo per una famiglia, ma anche per chi si reca in trasferta di lavoro). Grave l'assenza di un frigorifero in camera. Poco funzionali gli arredi e i comodini. Ottimo il check-in e il check-out ma va segnalato che al check-in viene trattenuta una cauzione di 150 euro sulla carta di credito, pertanto il rimborso verrà ricevuto secondo la tempistica della carta. Essendo in un parco di ricerca/universitario i dintorni permettono di fare passeggiate o jogging (volendo è disponibile anche un fitness center vicino), ma è lontano da qualsiasi centro abitato. Centro commerciale più vicino a 1 km. Per accedere alla spa è necessario prenotare. Inoltre ho trovato le regole e le istruzioni per prenotare la spa eccessive e che non invogliano ad utilizzare la struttura.

Ho prenotato una stanza per 2 adulti e 1 bambino presso questa struttura pagando anticipatamente tramite expedia. Al momento del check-out, oltre alla tassa di soggiorno che sapevo di dover ancora pagare, mi hanno chiesto 15€ per il letto del bambino che hanno dovuto aggiungere (???). Mi è sembrato scorretto visto che la prenotazione era per 3 persone e che in ogni caso il letto in più non è stata un richiesta specifica da parte nostra. Tra l'altro al momento delle prenotazione avevo letto le condizioni e i servizi a pagamento e questa clausola non mi pareva proprio di averla notata. Inoltre il bagno della camera non corrispondeva a quello delle fotografie di presentazione della camera.

Service at front desk was excellent. Room was acceptable although lacked any little amenities, no fridge, no tea/coffee. The pillows on the bed were awful. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Swimming pool not open in the mornings at all which meant we could not use it at all.

This is a great property that is nicely located to trams going right into Strasburg. Our only disappointment was not having a refrigerator or wine opener in our Junior Suite. I would let the wine opener slide at most places but Alsace is wine country and its almost a sin. We loved the pool and the fact they welcome pets for 15€ per night.

We had no heat in the room the whole stay. The blower was blowing out cold air all night we had to sleep in clothes. My family and I will not be coming back. Limited parking due to the police taking up a quarter of the parking spots. The restaurant needs a new chef. Food with no seasoning.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Dinner and breakfast choice was limited.

Nice blocking of light from the window. Rituals toiletries. Very nice restaurant with excellent wine choices. The elevators are very full so it can take some minutes to get in and out.

Good hotel, staff were nice and we loved the spa. Relaxing little place.

Very friendly receptionist and comfortable rooms. Two restaurants are attached to it and they serve very nice food. Dinner on Sunday evening was not possible but they are very comfortable with orders from the outside. Did not have time to test the Spa areas. Location is a bit away from evrything but a tram can be reached by foot in a few minutes.

We had a very nice weekend, booked a family room with two double beds and it was all we were expecting. The pool/spa area is very nice. Breakfast is simple but nothing to complain about. Overall a good experience.

Stayed here as a family of four with 2 young children and was nice and simple room was large enought for kids to play and the room has the facilities including a fridge in the room which help with the kids.

Very outdated. The images do not to this place justice in that everything just looks old and tatty. The walls are not covered in paper, but instead a strange fabric wrap that is springy... why!!!???!!! Overall it was somewhere to sleep, but I was really upset that I chose this place. Its in the middle of nowhere, dirty, old and tatty.
