estuvo muy bien

Wir haben 7 Tage in dem Hotel verbracht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und auch recht günstig. Auch die Preise in der Bar und im Restaurant waren abgemessen. Auch gut gefallen hat uns die Abstellmöglichkeit für unsere Fahrräder. Sprudelwasser gab es auch ausreichend und umsonst. Das Personal war aussergewöhnlich freundlich! Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Strassenbahnhaltestelle vor dem Hotel) war sehr gut. Diese auch günstig und einfach zu nutzen!

Etwas verwirrend waren die Wege im Hotel. Nach ein paar Versuchen haben wir die Rezeption auch gefunden 😊 - irgendwie über den Keller 😉 Kann alles in allem aber nichts negatives sagen

Le petit-déjeuner a été excellent. Grand choix de plats. Les fruits, les légumes et les salades bien frais et bien préparés. J'apprécie la vigilance du personnel de services du restaurant.

Notre demande de chambre adjacente n a pas été pris en compte et la télévision de la chambre 33 était très petite.

We were just passing through so chose the location based on proximity to the highway which was excellent. Room was clean.

Breakfast and diner very expensive for what you get. Beds were extremely hard and caused us both back pains.

Location suited me for this week

Room was overlooking the tram stop which was noisy at night. Air conditioning was controlled by the reception as it did not work in the room

Le dimanche matin: pas assez de pain et œufs....mauvaise anticipation car famille. A régler avec la direction pour donner l'autorisation au personnel d'aller acheter rapidement du pain et autres au magasin voisin. Dommage mais bonne réaction de la réception.

La fontaine d'eau gazeuse. Le train juste en face. La douche.

L'accès au bâtiment des chambres. Le restaurant était fermé et je n'étais pas au courant avant d'arriver. Le sèche cheveux n'a pas de puissance. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment nul, une boulangerie a 5min a de meilleurs produits et moins cher. En lisant petit déjeuner continental je m'attendais à plus de choix, tout aurait pu tenir sur une table. Le village où est l'hotel n'a rien qui donne envie de si ballader. L'accès au parking souterrain est super étroit. Je n'y suis pas aller pour cette raison. La clim ne pouvait pas être réglée plus bas que 23 degrés. Des traces de sang étaient cachées sous le sur-matelas. Les draps ont dû être demander trois. (Merci à la dame qui nous les a apporté) Vu que nous sommes arrivés plus tôt nous n'avions pas pu aller en chambre. Aucun endroit où nous aurions pu nu poser pour patienter ne nous a été proposé.. Aucun service pour poser nos bagages n'a été proposé... ma copine faisait une crise d'angoisse et nous avons dû patienter dans ma voiture pendant plus d'une heure.. L'ambiance lors des trajets jusqu'à notre chambre été bizarre dû a la déco et la moquette.

Canapé non replié à notre arrivée puis replié n’importe comment (impossible de d’asseoir). Personnel à la réception le matin à la limite de l’incorrection.

Très bien situé, tram au pied de l'hôtel pour aller en ville. L'aéroport n'est pas très loin. Commerce et marché a proximité.

Lokalizacja. Przystanek tramwaju lini A spod hotelu do centrum Strasburga wspaniała sprawa. Hotel posiada 2 częsci: starą - sfatygowaną i nową - przyjemnie świeżą, wygodną. Obsluga recepcji w hotelu bardzo przyjazna.

Nie lubię odrębnych od łazienki ubikacji bez umywalek.

Staff molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione super, si possono fare anche le uova alla coque! Parcheggio ben custodito. Inclusa palestra e spa (abbiamo usufruito solo della palestra. I 2 tapirulant non funzionavano, abbiamo usato comunque gli altri macchinari e poi siamo andati a correre su strada (molto meglio!). Fermata del tram a due passi e ci vogliono circa 20 min per raggiungere il centro! C’è anche il servizio delle biciclette velhop e sono circa 10 km (andata, ritorno 20 km) sempre per andare in centro e merita tantissimo almeno da fare una volta perché ci sono delle bellissime piste ciclabili.

Ήσυχο μέρος για οικογενεια ...είχε σίτα στο παράθυρο!

Στο μπάνιο δεν είχε ούτε εξαερισμό ούτε παράθυρο..πολύ ζεστό δωμάτιο δε συνιστάται για καλοκαίρι...στενό για τέσσερα άτομα...ο καναπές για τα παιδιά.βουλιαζει σχεδόν απαράδεκτος!ακριβό για τις παροχές του!

Très bien situé, très propre, bon petit déjeuner, personnel très accueillant. Chambre spacieuse et climatisée

ruhige Lage, sauber und komfortabel. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Badezimmer und Toilette getrennt (ein Handwaschbecken in der Toilette wäre top). Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, Wasser-Sprudler im Gang. Auch Freizeitaktivitäten möglich (Kicker, Bibliothek und mehr). Anbindung an Innenstadt über Straßenbahn (20-25 Minuten). Klimaanlage leise, ist nachts kaum zu hören

eigentlich nichts, nur die Spülung in unserem Zimmer klemmte manchmal (lief dann dauerhaft)

Sicherer Platz fürs Fahrrad in der Tiefgarage. Schönes Haus mit gutem Standard an Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Freundliches Personal, bequemes Bett. Gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist etwas verwinkelt und die Wegfindung zum Zimmer nicht ganz einfach. Aber kein grosses Problem.

El servicio fue excelente, y el desayuno estaba muy variado y con buenas opciones para los ninos. El cuarto amplio y con todo lo necesario para una familia.

El parking subterráneo esta muy justo con un carro grande, lo bueno es que había muchos lugares vacíos cuando estuvimos sino hubiera estado imposible maniobrar.

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Das freundliche Personal und die Nähe zur Trammhaltestelle.

Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer und dass viele Zimmer keine Klimaanlage haben. Sowie das Preisleistungsverhältnis vom Frühstück.

Chambre propre, bien équipée, literie très confortable. Pdj varié et de qualité.

The location is for us good. It’s outside of the hustle and bustle of the city but still close enough. Train stop directly outside and train takes approx. 15 minutes to City Center. Train drives every few minutes. The location is quiet at nights. Duplex apartment is spacious. Coffee machine, air condition and fridge available.

The leisure room has been transformed into a makeshift storage room and hasn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. It’s no longer possible to really sit there and play games or have a snack life before

Abbiamo chiesto per un parcheggio riservato e arrivati il parcheggio non era disponibile. Dopo vari battibecchi, circa un'ora, hanno trovato una soluzione.

Perfekte Lage mit direkt angrenzender Bahnhaltestelle nach Strassburg. Sehr freundliches und mehrsprachiges Personal!

Wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist, sind die vorhandenen Autoparkplätze nicht ausreichend. Aber es sind weitere öffenltiche PP in der Umgebung vorhanden. Wir haben im einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer vermisst.

Perfect location for my requirements, the public transport stop literally outside the hotel that takes you to the town centre of Strasbourg in 20 minutes and the central station of Strasbourg in 30 minutes. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the hotel and reach the city centre if and when you need it. All staff were very friendly and welcoming and exceeded my expectations in terms of service.

Muy cómoda l habitcion. Tiene parking lo q nos ayudó. Hay pizzería bar y Market cerca y el tranvía pasa x la esquina para llegar al centro de Estrasburgo en 20 min. todo excelente

L' hotel offre molti servizi, fra cui non pubblicizzato ma che ho apprezzato molto un distributore di acqua sia naturale che effervescente con la possibilità di riempirsi le bottiglie da portarsi in stanza.Noi abbiamo alloggiato nell' appartamento su due piani. Eravamo in quattro e l' ho trovato molto comodo. I letti sono molto comodi e ho apprezzato il fatto che ci fosse la TV per ogni stanza. La cucina è molto piccola, ma essenziale e equipaggiata del necessario per cucinare e mangiare. Il tram che porta in centro a Strasburgo passa proprio accanto all' hotel ed è comodissimo per raggiungere il centro. L' hotel offre parcheggio a pagamento, ma comunque proprio accanto c' è un parcheggio gratuito e noi abbiamo sempre trovato posto. Di fronte all' hotel c'e'un Auchan in cui poter fare spesa. Lo consiglio sia per l' ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo che per la posizione. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Non ho apprezzato il fatto che nei corridoi e nella stanza ci fosse la moquette. La pulizie della stanza, sebbene fosse buona è stata poco accurata, perché nel bagno abbiamo trovato ancora appeso un telo da bagno già utilizzato dai precedenti ospiti, il wc era molto incrostato e nel cassetto della cucina ho trovato delle uova scadute da due mesi. Per il resto tutto ok.

Ubicación excelente, delate de la parada del tranvía que te lleva al centro histórico de Estrasburgo en 22 minutos! Tienes un supermercado casi en frente, y una farmacia a 50m. No hay nada de ruido . Parking fácil. El hotel tiene una máquina de agua en un pasillo para llenar gratis botellas de cristal y llevarlas a la habitación. Debajo del hotel hay una pastelería que también venden café y chocolate caliente para llevarte..

Las visitas del hotel no son muy bonitas pero las dos calles son muy anchas mucha anchas y con poco tráfico.

Très pratique pour se rendre en tram à Strasbourg, hôtel bien isolé, petit déjeuner correct. L'espace baby foot bien sympathique, et pour les turfeurs, PMU juste en face :)

During the day somebody turn off heating. When I ask why ,the answer was like is hotel rule to turn off the radiator until 4-5 pm. and the second time when is hapend tell me we try to save the enviroment or planet. Stupid The door for room have a gap around 7-8 mm .
