私は元地元（長崎市の近く）だけど、連れが首都圏出身で、夕方になり気持ち的に寂しさ（ホームシック）マックスだったらしく、コンビニの場所を聞いて「歩いて５分」と案内図を渡されたが、分かりにくくて私も分からず、連れが悲しくなりホテルに戻ろうとしてしまい、結局通行人の方に聞いて判った。汗だくでお互いにどんよりした空気になった。四つ星ホテルの風格は立派だけどもう少し親切に教えてくれても良いのにと思った。食事時間などもQRコードだと手間なので、紙で部屋に一部設備されてると嬉しいと思った。受付で聞いたと思うが詳しく覚えておらず、引き出し開けまくった。（テレビをつければ判ったかもしれないがハウステンボス疲れでそんな余裕無かったので）

ヘヤーアイロンが無くて借りられなかったことと、少しお金を出してパークビューにしたのに、観覧車と塔の先がちょっと見えただけだったので残念。大浴場は気持ち良かったですが、パークの閉園前の時間でも洗い場が空かず少し並びました。

Reviewed May 2, 2026Location of hotel is very good. Buffet Breakfast at the hotel was scrumptious. There is a side gate at the hotel that offers easy access to the park. I went there during Japan's golden week but it was not overly crowded as the park is quite big. Nice cool weather on my second day. Had a great dinner at the restaurant near the harbour area called Red Lobster. Highly recommended.
