A entrada do hotel já demanda um esforço com malas pois são 2 blocos de escada , não tem ng para ajudar. O elevador não leva ao piso superior fazendo com que o hóspede tenha que subir mais um lance de escadas com a mala. Quarto mto pequeno , cama pequena e carpete no chão

Zimmer war klein, eng und unfreundlich. Duschen war lediglich in der Badewanne möglich. Toilette und Heizungsradiator waren zu nahe aufeinander installiert

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026De ontvangst was erg goed, onze koffers werden voor ons naar binnen gebracht. Ruim hotel met ruime kamers, wat niet vanzelfsprekend is in Kopenhagen. Het gebruik van de Executive Lounge beviel ons uitstekend. Heerlijke hapjes en drankjes. De ligging in het centrum is geweldig, je loopt zo overal naar toe.
De kamers zijn niet goedkoop, maar we kwamen er achter dat niets goedkoop is in Kopenhagen. De vloeren in het hotel lopen hier en daar scheef. Heel bijzonder. Op onze kamer hing er luchtje alsof er was gerookt maar het zou ook de airco geweest kunnen zijn. Verder geen last van gehad.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Den antika och unika känslan. Hotellet andades anor. Allt var så vackert och utsökt inrett. Hotellrummet jättesnyggt och fint. Dock litet fönster, men det gjorde inget för utsikten var så fin från det ändå.

There was a step down into the bathroom - my husband and I were forever worried we would kill ourselves on it. Also the experience booking this through booking.com was dreadful. Not the property's fault but I felt they could've managed it better. They left me to do battle with them through booking.com until we got my double charge removed.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Hotel molto bello, curato e centralissimo. La camera è ben allestita, con anche la lucina da lettura. I prodotti nel bagno sono di qualità. Tutto è pulitissimo. Il corridoio è profumato (zafferano, limone e vaniglia). L'ingresso è principesco: il portone si apre e subito arriva il fattorino per aiutarti con i bagagli. In camera è presente anche la macchinetta per il caffè con le cialde.
Copenaghen è una città molto costosa, i prezzi sono alti. Considerato ciò e l'alto livello dell'hotel, il costo è stato equo. Ho avuto due piccoli inconvenienti legati all'uso/manutenzione (interruttore e rubinetto) che ho segnalato privatamente.

В номерах чисто, убирают хорошо, хорошие, качественные полотенца , тапочки и халаты. Прекрасные, вкусные, разнообразные завтраки и хорошее обслуживание в ресторане. Вот в лаунже немного стало хуже, так как не в первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле.

Hay unas pequeñas escaleras donde nadie te ofrece ayuda. Yo tampoco lo pedí

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Cozy and well maintained property. The location is convenient to 2 Metro stops. 5 min. walk. The breakfast is excellent and well worth it. Also we found the beds very comfortable. Staff are all extremely nice and engaging. Wonderful views from top floor rooms.
We’re not a fan of the open shower design. I know it’s tricky with old buildings but in our bathroom you needed to be very careful to not get water all over the floor.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Pleased with the size and location of the room. Great fluffy towels in the bathroom. A lovely restaurant that served delicious food and provided excellent table service. Good choice of wines and beers. A nice breakfast with plenty of choice.
A stain on inner pillow noticed when we removed cover on departure. A wobbly shaving mirror stand in the bathroom. Unfortunately we witnessed an altercation between a receptionist and the porter during our checkout which was awkward. Customer service should be the main focus.

In our room, number 2207, the floor was significantly tilted, and the furniture had been given taller legs to compensate. The hotel's best feature is its location; that's all it has to offer, and I wouldn't return because of the poor service.

Finishen lämnar lite att mer att önska. Toalettstolen var inte hel. Vid dusch i badkaret blev det blött på golvet (felaktig teknisk lösning). Lösa detaljer över handfatet. Små detaljer som irriterar. Frukosten har blivit sämre över tid. Den sticker inte längre ut som något speciellt. Juicen är INTE juice det är saft. Vissa rätter tog slut utan påfyllning (äggröran, vissa ostar samt vissa typer av morgonbröd).
