Leider Zimmer nur durchschnittlich sauber, Zimmerausstattung könnte wertiger sein und das Bett ist leider nur durchschnittlich. Beim Frühstück müsste es mehr glutenfreie Brot- und Brötchensorten geben, es hier leider nur eine Sorte Aufbackbrötchen.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Gutes Hotel an guter Lage. Wir waren dort nur für eine Nacht, danach ging es weiter mit einer Cruise. Für 1-3 Tage ist die Lage des Hotels perfekt. Wir hatten jedoch ein Zimmer im ersten Stock, das Fenster ging direkt auf die gegenüberliegende Hauswand. Dafür war das Zimmer sehr ruhig. Für mehrere Tage müsste man eine höhere Zimmerkategorie buchen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ausreichend und gut.
Eine höhere Zimmerkategorie wäre vermutlich besser gewesen. Aber für nur einen Tag ist das ok.

Did not affect us, but people with mobility issues may want to look elsewhere. It is an old building and hallways are narrow with many steps between the different areas. Elevators in different areas help somewhat, but you have to get used to which ones serves your room the best.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The Hotel is very comfortable with very attentive and friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and breakfast very good. The lounge area was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant The Shrimp was excellent with great food, wine and service. The hotel is close Nyhavn, the Amalienborg palaces and Christianshavn district. Everything else is well within walking distance or accessible via the metro which is easy to use with the DSB App. Will come back.

No elevator (2 flights of stairs), so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, insbesondere die Aufenthaltsräume im Parterre und die Dachterrasse. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, auch das Restaurant "The Shrimp" bietet sehr gute Küche. Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein.
Das Badezimmer. Gerade ein kleiner Raum muss gut durchdacht und praktisch eingerichtet sein. Leider ist dies beim Bad des Zimmers 413 nicht der Fall. Das Waschbecken ist innen total flach, so dass man stets nachreinigen muss. Der Wasserhahn mag ja sehr stylisch sein, geht aber viel zu tief in das Becken hinein und die beiden Griffe sind nicht zeitgemäß, weil Wasser verschwendet wird, bis man die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht hat. Wenn man nicht weiß, wie man den Griff in der Dusche bedienen muss, kann es passieren, dass man erst mal einen kräftigen Schauer von oben bekommt. Die kleine Stufe in die Dusche sollte gekennzeichnet sein. Ich habe dies vor unserer Abfahrt einem sehr netten Mann in der Rezeption mitgeteilt.

Zimmer ziemlich klein, Gänge zu den Zimmern sehr schmal. Wir sind 5 Nächte geblieben, die Bettwäsche wurden kein einziges Mal gewechselt.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Sijainti oli mahtava. Aamiainen oli ihan hyvä perus aamiainen – ei mitään erityistä, mutta leipävalikoimalle annan täydet 10/10. Putiikkihotellin arkkitehtuuri oli todella ihana ja tunnelmallinen. Salaattilounas oli erinomaista! Yhden hengen huone oli tilava, ja sänky sekä petivaatteet olivat erittäin hyvät. Kolme tyynyä mahdollisti mukavasti eri nukkumisasentojen kokeilun.
Huoneen valaistus oli valitettavasti aika huono – vaikka se loi kivan hämärän tunnelman, sen vuoksi meikkaaminen ja vaatteiden sovittaminen olivat hankalia. Kiva yksityiskohta oli kylpyhuoneen “yövalaistus”, jonka ansiosta yöllä pystyi käymään vessassa hellävaraisessa valaistuksessa. Valaistuksesta johtuen mietin kuitenkin, palaisinko tänne uudelleen.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026L'emplacement de l'hôtel permet d'accéder facilement à pied aux principaux centres d'intérêt de Copenhague (ballade facile et sympa pour aller voir la petite sirène) et aux stations de métro Très proche des canaux de Nyhavn il est situé dans une rue calme bordée d'arbres Nous avions une chambre (1er étage n°117) qui donnait sur la rue et au-dessus de l'espace café devant l'hôtel : pas de problème de bruit à signaler Le personnel est agréable et de bons conseils : comme utiliser Uber pour se déplacer plutôt qu'un taxi local Rien à dire sur la propreté, le nettoyage et la qualité de la literie. Ne pas oublier d'aller prendre un verre au 6 ème étage : la vue en vaut la peine !
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié mais peut être trop conventionnel avec peu de spécialités locales (excepté le saumon fumé bien sûr !) Les jus de fruits sont industriels et la pâtisserie aussi (sauf les pancakes) L'espace de circulation est un peu étroit Mais ce sont des détails : globalement le petit déjeuner était très correct

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026とてもお洒落なホテルです。ガーデンルーフバーもあり、朝食会場やロビーもカフェみたいで雰囲気があります。スタッフも親切で、忙しくても丁寧に対応して下さいます。バスルームで使われてるソープ類がとても良い香りで質も大変良かったです。場所はニューハウンやアマリエンボーまで徒歩５分、カステレット要塞や人魚姫の像まで歩いて10～15分程度ととてもいい場所にあります。港もすぐ近くです。M1～４まで乗れる地下鉄の駅も徒歩5～6分。周辺にたくさんレストランがあり、スーパーもあるのでとても便利です。
周辺の道路に石畳が多く、荷物持ってると少し移動しづらいです。４つ星でそれなりのお値段ですが、スタッフの数が少なめなのでしょうか、セルフサービスが少し多いです。内側の４階の部屋にアサインして下さったのですが、窓がホテルの吹き抜けレストランに面していたので、結局、音楽や人の声などが夜10時くらいまで多少聞こえてきました。
