The location was perfect or what we were looking for and the breakfast was wonderful. Everybody was so friendly

Room smells. And the Ac is loud.

Location was good if you are attending an event at MetLife Stadium, as we were. Air conditioning worked great and was not terribly noisy.

Budweiser Clydesdales must have been staying in the room above us and practicing their trot until 1:00am. Shower was moldy, bathroom door was broken, room smelled moldy and or like an old smokers room. Breakfast was not good, eggs from a carton, some kind of dried up jalapeño egg biscuit thing was terrible, breads were stale, couldn’t cut the French toast with the plastic fork and knife (only available), chicken sausage vs pork breakfast sausage had no flavor.

Nice bathroom, and walk-in shower. Great water pressure, very hot. Breakfast buffet was perfect. Waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, Coffee. Just had to get there before 10am.

Our room, 237, smelled musty or moldy. TV did not work as it should. TV was on when we arrived. Remote would not allow me to change volume or turn TV off. Had to unplug to turn off to sleep. The next morning, plugged TV in, would not turn on. Talked with person at Desk about this issue, We went to New York during the day. When we returned, someone had turned TV on. However, the remote would only allow me to change channels. No volume control or on/off function.

The rooms were comfortable and conveniently situated

Did not respond to me at all when I enquired about the airport shuttle service even though it is advertised. Upon check-in no explanation was given as to the breakfast times. Breakfast was not too great either and served with plastic cutlery. No cutlery in the rooms.

The hotel had been renovated and looks great. The AC unit apparently had not been renovated and was very noisy and seemed like it was iced up.

Breakfast was great. There were multiple food items: fruits, cereals, protein, and drinks. Very complete The location was perfect, only a few miles from downtown, Yonkers, Brooklyn, etc.

Breakfast was OK. Most of the options were processed foods with little healthy alternatives.

I had booked a room with two queen beds since I was traveling with my mother and daughter. Upon arrival, Lloyd at the front desk informed us that the hotel does not guarantee room requests made through Booking.com and that no rooms matching our reservation were available. Long story short, we were relocated to a suite with only one bed, which forced me to sleep on the sofa bed. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable: the mattress was very thin and uneven, and the bed frame itself was unlevelled, causing me to constantly slide to one side throughout the night. I barely slept. Bonus: the sofa-bed was filthy and severely stained. I asked if we could be accommodated in a room with two beds or in two separate rooms, but the request was denied. I was told this policy was stated in the fine print and that they would not open an additional room for us. The following day, I requested once again to be moved to the room type I had originally booked. As a result, we had to pack and unpack all of our belongings again, which was both frustrating and a waste of valuable vacation time. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend booking this property through Booking.com or other third-party websites if you expect your room reservation details to be honored.

The location was perfect for my trip. I was visiting my Sister in Montvale and a friend in Fair Lawn. So perfect!

No complaints - I have stayed at this hotel before with my husband and we never have a problem there.

Die Lage mit Anschluss an die Schnellbuslinie nach New York und direkt neben eine großen Einkaufszentrum ist sehr gut.

Zimmer war sehr kalt und die Klimaanlage war nicht gut regelbar, um eine genaue Raumtemperatur zu erreichen. Klimaanlage war sehr laut und der Ventilator für die Badbelüftung hat sehr laute Geräusche gemacht. Die Raumausstattung war sehr altmodisch und im Frühstücksraum gab es nur Wegwerfgeschirr aus Pappe.

The room is dirty , the hotel doesn't clean the room everyday even if you ask them , I request from the front disc to clean my room and change my bedsheets and towels, but no response, and because of that the ants everywhere in the room , that's disgusting

The lights in bedroom and bathroom very dim. I was not able to adjust lighting and the sink was like clogged a bit. It took too long for water to go down. The bed lamps not working. I was not able to turn on to see. The quality of wash, hand and bath towel lacked quality. Lastly, limited outlets to plug my devices.

Pedi servicio de limpieza en mi habitacion en el Lobby y nunca llego en los primeros dos dias. Luego tuve que hablar directamente con la persona de roomservice y fue muy amable y servicial. Una senora gruesa de pelo rubio en el counter del hotel fue muy grosera y poco amable. Sin embargo los empleados hombres del counter todos muy atentos. Por la tormenta de nieve tuve que salir un dia antes del hotel.

Even though we only stayed two nights, our room was not clean and beds were not made. I have never stayed in a hotel where the room was not cleaned everyday. They told me that they do not clean if you only stay two nights and we would have had to ask for it to be done. Came back very late at night and was shocked

As you can see from my last review earlier this year I stayed here earlier this year with four rooms for my family. We all enjoyed our stay here last time, therefore I reserved another four rooms for my family again since we had to attend another family affair in the area later this year. I used my Marriott Bonvoy hotel points to book all four king bedrooms for Saturday through Monday for a two night weekend. Each of the four hotel rooms cost me 49k points each or 196k points for four rooms for two weekend nights. Our Saturday check-ins and Monday morning check-outs went smoothly.I had not problem using my points. The parking lot was busy when we arrived on Saturday, but had less vehicles on Sunday evening. I had a standard king bedroom #233 located on the second floor rear of the hotel overlooking the construction of new buildings. See my pics. My room had a small refrigerator. The bathroom shower had liquid dispensers mounted on the shower wall to dispense liquid shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. I was disappointed that I was not upgraded to a suite as I was upgraded earlier this year, since I also reserved four hotel rooms earlier this year. My room had a 43-inch LG flat screen HDTV. We also again enjoyed the adjacent and connected Bonefish Grill restaurant. We will likely return here again if we have to attend another family affair in the area. I like the location of this restaurant to by other family and friends in Bergen County.

No warning was given that half the hotel is around 250 feet from active construction a multi-story building. There is a large amount of loud noise starting at 7:30am. Plenty of other hotels nearby.

I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, but being a person who chooses Fairfield Inns when possible, I had to let the public and Marriott know that this one just doesn't measure up to other Fairfields I have stayed at. The room needed updating overall, but as long as it's clean and comfortable, that isn't a big issue to me. The others I have stayed in had converted the bathtub to a seamless walk-in shower, which was very new and attractive. Again, though, a bathtub is fine if it is clean. Let's start with the worst: in the room we were assigned, the grout where the bathtub joins the floor was covered in mold for the whole length of the tub. This isn't just unsightly, it's also a health issue. On top of that, the bottom of the wood door was shredded in the corner. I cannot believe that nobody else would have reported these glaring issues. The electric outlets were (aside from one) inaccessible as they were behind the furniture. I ended up using a USB port on the clock radio to charge my phone since I couldn't reach the outlet behind the nightstand. Finally - the buffet, which has always been a big selling point for me, was not restocked often like others we have stayed at. On a Saturday morning at 8:30 am (they serve until 10), there were 3 muffins left on the tray that looked like they had been squashed by the tongs previously. The area around the waffle machine had not been cleaned, either. The hot food, however, was delicious (let me give credit where credit is due)! My friend took pictures of the mold and the shredded door and showed them to the woman running the front desk when we checked out, and we were promptly issued a substantial credit. That was nice, but the mold still needs to be dealt with before someone gets sick. Again - wherever I go I look for a Fairfield Inn because I like the casual, comfortable ambiance, the fact that there is a mini fridge and microwave in every room, and that generous breakfast buffet. In this case though, the location just didn't live up to Marriott's usual high standards.

Friendly staff made check-in easy. Room was clean and quiet. Although I was not recognized as a Marriott Bonvoy guest at check-in, didn't matter as I enjoyed my stay.

Room was damp and had a musty smell. The Ac was not working correctly. The bedding was white and clean and Bathroom was also clean but had a lot of cracks in floor and grout. The door in bathroom was swelled and could not be opened fully.
