朝食が地元の料理が好きなのでとても良かった。 高層階だったのでとても綺麗な海や施設が見えた。 チェックアウトも11時でゆっくりできた。

We loved the property. We were a party of about 20 people. We were there for our annual family vacation. My siblings and all our families, and we all had a great time. There was something interesting to do for all the different family members The breakfast was a good spread and lovely

I think they need more choices of daytime and evening restaurants considering that it is on an Island with not many options outside the resort. I also didn’t like the fact that if you were in one wing you were not allowed to have breakfast in a different wing. It made it impossible for us to have breakfast together as a family since we were scattered in different wings of the hotel.

Top locatie met echt hele prettige hotelkamers. Bay side was echt modern ingericht met comfortabele bedden.

- Je moet voor veel zaken apart betalen; Waterpark en snorkelgear moet iedere dag huren kost behoorlijk wat. - ontbijt is druk met wachttijden. Personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en blijft meedenken over oplossingen - eten in het hotel is goed maar aan de prijs.

Would be nice to have a bar where guests can relax over a drink. Unusual for a 5star hotel not to have a bar/lounge, Also, there was only one chair on the balcony for our twin room.

クラブ棟高層階に泊まりました。Saltidaの朝食は美味しかったです。朝食は他では結局食べませんでした。クラブ棟の部屋は清潔で綺麗でのんびりできました。お湯の出方はバッチリでした。クラブ棟はオーシャンウィングとかに比べて静かなのでそこはよかった。

正直他のインターコンチネンタルや五つ星に泊まってる身としては、スタッフの全体的なクオリティが残念です。誤解なく言うと、良い人ももちろんいます。でも全体的なサービスレベルが五つ星にしては低い。 チェックインの際、いくつかレセプションの人に頼んでホテルのレストランを予約しました。その場では普通に通りましたが、後から部屋に電話があって、そのホテルのレストラン(中華)はこの時期休業中でしたと言われました。そもそもクラブ棟のレセプションレベルが自分のホテルのレストランがこの時期は休業してることくらい知らなかったのでしょうか？ また、クラブ棟のコンシェルジュへの内線は繋がらないです。他の五つ星で、2-5分くらい、毎回内線で待たされたことはかつてありませんでしたが、ここは毎回待たされました。人手不足かな。加えてアクティビティの情報はアクティビティ専用コンシェルジュみたいなのに回してもらわないとクラブ棟のレセプションでは全然ちんぷんかんぷんです。クラブ棟はコンシェルジュを常駐させていないのか、どうしても別の棟に行くか、内線でいちいち回してもらう以外はレセプションになんでも尋ねる形になります。しかしレセプションは対応できないので不便でした。一人でいいからコンシェルジュもできる人を常に配置したらいいのに。 総じて良い人ももちろんいますが、スタッフクオリティがあまり高くありません。中には英語も日本語もあまりできない見習いスタッフがいて、何語で話してあげたらいいのか困りました笑　アレルギー対応と共有は頑張ってください。紙まで書かせて、全レストランで共有すると言ったのに朝食以外どこにも共有されてないです。滞在中ホテルのレストランで、何回も確認し直しましたが、それでもアレルギー食材入りの料理が運ばれて来ました。(うち一つはウエイターにキッチンに確認までさせたのにアレルギー食材入りで出て来て、それを指摘したらそんなこと言われてなかったから出しちゃったと言われたことさえありました笑　確かに確認させたウエイターと運んできたウエイターは違うけど、そらすら共有できてないの？)自衛しまくりましたが普通に危ないです。

Not much I am sorry. The bedrooms were comfortable but the property is dated the staff were nice and tried to make up for it.

Everything. The food wasn’t great, and there was pork everywhere. The swimming pools were tired. The beach not comfortable. The chairs had no mattresses. The food was super expensive and not good enough apart from the Teppanyaki restaurant but very expensive. I cannot say we enjoyed our stay. And to be honest the island is not worth it unless you like snorkelling.

Large beach area was nice and good location near to Ishigaki Centre. Plenty of parking for rental car

Gym is very small, more than 5 people and it feels crowded. Equipment also old. Hotel itself is very outdated and not a 5 star experience. The standard of room cleaning is not to the level I would expect from an intercontinental hotel. Very experience compared to 5 other hotels I stayed in during my 3 week trip to Japan.

Unser Aufenthalt im ANA InterContinental Ishigaki Resort war einfach traumhaft und wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Schon bei der Ankunft spürt man die besondere Atmosphäre dieses Resorts. Die wunderschöne Lage direkt am Meer, die gepflegte und großzügige Anlage, die tropische Natur und der Blick auf das türkisfarbene Wasser schaffen eine ganz besondere Ruhe und Urlaubsstimmung. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns die großzügigen, komfortablen Zimmer, die Sauberkeit und natürlich die wunderschöne Aussicht. Das gesamte Resort ist sehr stilvoll gestaltet und bietet gleichzeitig alles, was man für einen erholsamen und unvergesslichen Urlaub braucht. Auch das Frühstück und die gastronomischen Angebote waren hervorragend. Die Qualität der Speisen und die Möglichkeit, regionale Spezialitäten von Ishigaki zu genießen, haben unseren Aufenthalt kulinarisch perfekt ergänzt. Was uns besonders gefallen hat, war die Kombination aus japanischer Gastfreundschaft, professionellem Service und dem entspannten Luxus eines internationalen Resorts. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen und kann vom ersten Moment an abschalten. Ishigaki selbst ist wunderschön – und das ANA InterContinental war für uns der perfekte Ort, um diese traumhafte Insel zu genießen. Wir würden dieses Resort jederzeit wieder wählen und können es jedem empfehlen, der auf Ishigaki einen besonderen, erholsamen und stilvollen Aufenthalt sucht. The food was top quality. It was like eating in a Michelin restaurant every night. We bought the half board stay option and it was fantastic. The staff also deserve a special mention, everyone was especially attentive, looking to ensure you had everything you need, and was highly focused on a premium holiday experience. These were highlights. The pools were also very nice. The sunset pool is the nicest one - be sure to stay at the bay wing to have access to this pool.

We didn't realise that the hotel had "wings" and depending on what wing you were staying in meant that you only got access to certain pools. This isn't clearly mentioned on the website when you book. We were disappointed that our wing (ocean) didn't give us access to the sunset pool which is the pool we liked the best on the website when we booked. However we spoke to the reception about this and they very kindly accommodated for us to have access to the pool. The staff really cared about us having a good experience so it was overall positive.

We had a great time staying in this resort. The rooms were well furnished and very clean. The breakfast were good quality. What stood out were the great service when we needed help. I had trouble booking online for a late reservation. Staff Arai and Sujeewa really went out of their way to help me. Kudos to them on their care.

部屋にアリが湧いており、スタッフに来てもらったが、高齢男性と海外の方の2名が来られた。部屋に着いたなり急に上がってきて殺虫剤を撒き散らし始めた。窓も開けずに撒き散らしたため咳き込んでしまった。その後、部屋移動を提案されたが、海外のスタッフはずーっと殺虫剤を撒き、何の説明や謝罪もなく撤退していった。 せっかくいい部屋を取ったのにこの2名のスタッフの対応には心底がっかりした。

The hotel is lovely and clean and the double bunk room in the coral wing was very nice. However, after booking a few days here as a special birthday treat I can’t help feeling misled. Firstly, we booked a room advertised as for 5 people, and arrived with 5 people - only to find that we were not allowed to use the sofa bed in the room as a 5th bed without paying a surcharge of around £35 per night. I understand this if you request an extra bed but the room was advertised as for 5. We also realised on arrival that after paying for a rate which said “breakfast included” it only included breakfast for 2 people, we had to pay extra for our 3 children (over 12s pay adult price) adding amount another £65 a day. After complaining the hotel did agree to allow us to use the sofa bed without additional charges and informed me that it was all in the small print. However this wasn’t made clear at all online when booking and if I had known about these extra charges, I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. A family room should be sold including everything for the family. In addition we found the breakfast, pool bar food and beach activities poor value for money

We had a great experience in the Agarosa spa with a couple recovery massage. The staff is so sweet and massages were great. Thanks a lot!

From the moment my family and I arrived, we were warmly greeted by friendly staff in a beautiful, grand lobby that immediately set a relaxing resort tone. We stayed in the Coral Wing, and the room was fantastic for a family stay! Upon entering, we were welcomed with a lovely arrangement of sweet treats, including regional turmeric Okinawan biscuits, chocolates/truffles, and matcha financiers. The room layout was remarkably kid-friendly and cleverly designed, featuring two large adult beds with two built-in single bunk beds directly above them. The kids absolutely loved their elevated sleeping spaces, and it gave everyone plenty of room to unwind comfortably. In the morning, guests have a choice between two breakfast venues (one Japanese and one Western). Expect a brief wait of a few minutes during peak morning hours as the dining areas do get crowded. Honestly, the breakfast buffet choices were a bit disappointing. Having stayed at several other InterContinental properties around the world, the selection fell slightly below the standard I've come to expect from the brand. The resort features 4 swimming pools, but there was a lapse in communication during check-in regarding pool access: The Policy: We were given 2 white wristbands at check-in to wear at the pools and beach. However, staff did not explain that our wristbands only permitted access to 2 of the pools, the other 2 pools are strictly reserved for guests staying in specific wings or Club InterContinental. The Experience: I only discovered this restriction when my family was asked to leave one of the outdoor pools, which was an uncomfortable and frustrating situation. Clearer communication at check-in would easily prevent this confusion for future guests. The gym isn't huge, but it's well-maintained and stocked with plenty of quality equipment (treadmills, multi-gym stations, and free weights) to get a complete workout in during vacation. Right off the beach, there’s a massive inflatable air castle (the Ocean Park). It comes at an extra fee, but the kids had an absolute blast climbing and sliding into the clear water! Plenty of self-parking spots available, located just a short and easy walk from the main entrance. A FamilyMart convenience store is located just a 2-minute drive down the road, making it super easy to stock up on cold drinks, snacks, and daily essentials. Despite a couple of minor hiccups, namely the pool access miscommunication and an average breakfast spread, the resort overall delivers a solid stay that aligns well with IHG standards. With great family accommodations, beautiful surroundings, and fun ocean activities, I would definitely recommend the InterContinental ANA Ishigaki Resort to families visiting Ishigaki Island.

高い値段に全く見合わなかった印象。部屋の掃除も行き届いていない。オーシャンビューの部屋に泊まっていたが、窓が汚く3泊したが一度も部屋から綺麗に海が見れなかった。 屋外のプールにはゴキブリやいろんなゴミが浮いてるが全く掃除もしていない。歩く場所も土が残っており、全体的に汚い。スライダーはあったが監視員もいなく、出口付近にとどまっていた外国人に子供がぶつかるなどが実際に起こった。監視員は監視員同士で雑談しており、全く監視が行き届いていなかった。

有些員工聽不懂英文，尤其是海灘的員工，很兇的叫我們不要靠近海灘，還以為我們不願意付費。飯店的海灘沙子滿尖銳的。花園烤肉很常沒開放。

The facility, service and food were very high quality. There were many restaurant options inside and around the hotel. The commute to and from the airport was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and supportive. It was very clean.

Both the indoor and outdoor pools were too shallow (1 metre deep). The beach was nice but rocky, and there was a lot of seaweed along the shore.It was also a little surprising that the quality of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash did not match the overall standard of the hotel.

It was spacious n comfortable. The breakfast staff at Yaeyama restaurant were all very cheerful n helpful The concierge staff were extremely helpful corresponding with me to answer all my queries n helping me book the car n restaurants before our arrival. At the hotel Jean Barcelo from the concierge helped us book trips n the snorkeling trip which he recommended was amazing. He also gave us lots of good advice on food and restaurants Definitely made our stay so much more enjoyable

Room was clean and all staff very helpful. We have stayed at this hotel twice now and recommend the ‘Bay wing’. This is the newer building and access to the newer pool and breakfast facilities. Room was good size, new and modern and good facilities. Approaching typhoon and the staff were accommodating with an early check out (one day early).

Loved all the pools and the spacious rooms. Most hotels don’t accommodate our large family, this one did. Pools were great (indoor and outdoor). We appreciated that tattoos are welcome.

Pools closed at 6pm daily. Thought breakfast was included in my accommodations and when I arrived it wasn’t. A bit upsetting.

Our guide Saya was so amazing! It was a comfy, safe and beautiful experience. Thank you to our guide, she made it accessible to us in English.

there was a plastic bottle in a pool which was left for the entire duration of the 4 days I was at the hotel, apaprently the manager does nto really pay attention to the facility this much. Also, the cafeteria was closed for 2 days ! the inside pool was closed ... that is a little too much, the staff was pretty indifferent, We were not even informed of the existene of a shop at the end of the hotel lobby.

L’emplacement proche de la ville et de l’aéroport. Le personnel adorable et les équipements (supérette et boutique dans l’hôtel) ainsi que la piscine extérieure, les machines à laver qui sont très efficaces. Nous n’avons pas testé les restaurants car il y en a des très bons et locaux tout proche. La chambre est grande, bien aménagée et la salle de bain est superbe.

La piscine intérieure était fermée pendant notre séjour, cela n’était pas mentionné avant notre réservation (ni avant notre arrivée) et vu le mauvais temps, nous comptions en profiter. La plage est sympathique mais la zone de baignade est très petite et les activités nautiques sont en suppléments (parcours en bouée, paddle etc) ce qui n’en fait pas un service exceptionnel (il y a plein de grande plage sur l’île).

Wir hatten relativ kurzfristig den Bay-Wing gebucht, weil wir den Club Med in Kabira unerträglich fanden. Zimmer und Anlage sind relativ neu, komfortabel und 5-Sterne würdig. Pool und Gartenanlage sind schön und großzügig. Wir hatten mit Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht. Das Essen ist sehr gut, auch wenn es sich in einer Woche dann etwas wiederholt. Das japanische Restaurant war wirklich spitze. Personal war sehr nett und bemüht, insbesondere im Saltida. Bei Regen kann man für 1000Yen auch mal Richtung Ishigaki City fahren, das hauptsächlich aus Restaurants und Souvenirläden besteht. In Laufweite gibt es auch eine kleine Golfanlage, die nicht zum Hotel gehört.

Der Strand und die Umgebung sind nicht wirklich idyllisch. Dafür ist die Anlage an sich schön.

excellent boat snorkling experience thanks for Itsusa-San’s guidance

My husband and I have stayed in dozens of hotels around the world. We rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to do so by the extraordinary service we received at the ANA Intercontinental Ishigaki Resort. We came here for a four night stay and enjoyed our time here immensely. It started with a lovely check-in with the bell and front desk teams. They were welcoming and efficient, and recognized our status with the hotel group which is always appreciated. We also had amazing service from the concierge team. We decided last minute to hire a car, and they assisted with the arrangements and had the car delivered to the hotel. They also assisted in recommending places to go and see, including some of the more obscure things on the island like pottery and weaving which we enjoy. The highlight from a service perspective was the food and beverage team at Saltida, one of the on-site restaurants. We ate dinner there each of our four nights, and given our vegetarian diets, we ran out of options after the second night. Mr Singh, the guest experience manager, recognized this and made arrangements to accommodate our dietary restrictions on the remaining two nights. Our gratitude to the chefs and servers at Saltida for making our meal experiences delicious and special! Thanks to the whole team at ANA Intercontinental for gifting us with a memorable stay! We wholeheartedly recommend this property.

La habitación era muy grande, las instalaciones, tanto las de la playa como las de la piscina estaba muy bien cuidadas. Todo el persona fue muy amable y el desayuno bufet era perfecto. Tiene áreas de juegos de mesa, tienda de souvenirs y una pequeña tienda de comida.

Los restaurantes del hotel son un poco caros y no hay nada cerca para ir andando. Si tienes coche, tienes muchas opciones a 10 minutos.

Hotel was beautiful, room was big with comfy beds. Pool area was fantastic, we didn’t have enough time to use the beach but it looked great. It was also a great location for getting around ishigaki with frequent buses nearby

Muy lindo hotel, con excelentes instalaciones. La habitación gigante, el baño más grande que mi casa. El personal súper atento, bastante limitado hablando inglés, pero eso es algo general de la isla me parece. El personal del restaurante Saltida súper amables, comimos ahí casi todos los días.

La ventilación del baño era un poco floja. Solo tienen camas separadas. La televisión no es smart, no se puede ver netflix.

Beautiful hotel and lovely food. Really enjoyed the pool slide and the beach being so close! The highlight of the trip was swimming with turtles - Hero was a fantastic guide and took amazing photos. Best experience of my life. However, the real star of this trip was Gagan, the restaurant manager. He is incredibly hard working, friendly and knowledgeable, and really goes the extra mile to make your trip special. He gave me and my family some local recommendations and we looked forward to seeing him around the hotel! The trip wouldn’t have been the same without him, so thank you Gagan - you are a star!!! ⭐ The rooms were always clean and the cleaning staff very friendly. Hotel gift shop was overpriced - in the local town you can buy the same items for 1/3 of the price.

We stayed for 4 nights in May and had a super time. Top 3 things we liked: 1. We upgraded our room to the Bay Wing - which is wonderful and newly renovated. Thank you to ARI on front desk for sorting this 2. Guided snorkelling with HIRO from the beach, where we swam with turtles and have amazing pictures 3. Services and à la carte lunches at Saltida restaurant. Thank you to GAGAN, and also for his great recommendations for places to visit in the port Things that can be improved: 1. Food in the evening buffet at Saltida is cold 2. The water park on the beach is expensive for guests - which is why there is usually nobody on it! 3. No double beds in the Ocean Wing - so not good for couples

Bon hôtel avec tous les services que ce genre d'hôtel offre. Personnel très compétent et toujours prêt à vous venir en aide. Chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée. Cuisine délicieuse. Le restaurant Teppanyaki un délice. Petit bémol il ferme à 22h00 et le personnel vous invite gentiment à quitter le restaurant le moment venu. Bonne situation géographique.

La nourriture du buffet du soir était plutôt bonne, les lits sont confortables, il y avait une baignoire et une douche et le personnel est plutôt serviable (un grand merci particulier à la jeune fille de l’accueil qui m’a aidé à retrouver mon portable le premier jour)

Nous avons été vraiment très déçus par cet hôtel. C’est censé être un 5 étoiles mais très honnêtement il est vraiment très très très loin du niveau d’un 5 étoiles. Nous étions dans la Océan Wing, je pense que la Bay Wing aurait été un meilleur choix. Au global, c’est un énorme complexe hôtelier, les installations sont vieillissantes, ce n’est pas très moderne. Les 3/4 du personnel parle à peine anglais, les restaurants sont absolument hors de prix c’est à la limite du honteux, on a essayé de m’expliquer que je ne pouvais pas aller à certaines piscines car ma chambre n’était pas dans la bonne aile du bâtiment, ils nous font faire la queue le matin pour choisir le restau du petit déj alors qu’il n’y a personne… La plage est agréable même si nous avons eu mauvais temps toute la semaine mais franchement au global le rapport qualité prix n’est pas du tout là et cet hôtel n’est pas du tout un 5 étoiles nous avons été très déçus

It’s a decent location to the port and all the restaurants and bars. Easy 15 mins from the airport. Breakfast is good. Concierge couldn’t help to book us any restaurants which was disappointing but kept pushing local Collabs .. it’s a shame that this is the case. Gym is very much average we had to find one locally. It’s ok ..

We stayed in the Bay Wing which is much more modern and luxurious than the main building. Comfortable nicely decorated rooms with appropriate 5 star luxury in terms of the matrasses, service and amenities. Nice views on higher floors. Check in took ages. Unfortunately staff hardly speak English so discussing rooms/upgrades, ordering drinks or food is a hassle. Service is also extremely slow and inefficient. Despite showing pictures of matrasses on the sunloungers on the website, these did not exist in reality. We complained about this deception as laying on hard rotan sunloungers was very uncomfortable. As a consequence we were allowed to use the cabanas for which other guests had to pay. The restaurant is a hit and miss with a good breakfast but the buffet diner did not live up to expectations as all food was lukewarm or out. The resort itself is nice but the beach was under construction and the grounds are not maintained to the same standards as we are accustomed to elsewhere. Lots of yellow spots and tall grass. And this was not because of low season as the hotel was quite full. Despite being IHG Platinum and ordering a high floor (the highest category in Bay Wing) the hotel did not upgrade us to the next level which would have been a Club room where the small pool does have matrasses on the sunloungers. There are a few restaurants nearby as well as a Family Mart. Many hotel guests went there for lunch or afternoon drinks. Also because service at the pool was non-existent. And if drinks were brought, no one came to clean up thereafter. This meant birds could have a go or plastic cups would be blown into the pool. All in all, not the 5 star luxury an Intercontinental should offer.

おもてなしが、ラグジュアリーホテルのレベルではなかったと思います。我々の年齢が若かったから気持ちが緩んだのか、インバウンドのお客様に慣れているからなのか、一人一人のお客様をみての対応ではなく、画一的に効率化されたもののように感じました。

We stayed at this hotel for almost a week and were initially a bit disappointed to learn that half of the property is accessible only to IHG Members. Most of the pictures shown on the hotel’s website feature this members-only area, so it was quite a shock when we were informed that we were only allowed to use the "kids" area. Snorkeling trips and other activities need to be booked well in advance. Unfortunately, the earliest availability we could get was for our fourth day. I would strongly recommend booking activities ahead of your stay, especially if you’re only visiting for two or three nights. Additionally, the beach features a large water playground for children that takes up almost the entire area. Outside of this zone, swimming is apparently not allowed. This means that instead of enjoying a natural beach view, you mainly see a large blue and green water park. However, our experience completely changed when we met Gagandeo, the F&B Manager. He approached us in a very friendly manner, and we started a conversation. After we shared some of our experiences, he truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Coming from the hospitality industry myself, I’ve seen many places, and Gagandeo is a true example of what hospitality is all about: kindness, passion, a strong customer focus, and a genuine willingness to go the extra mile to make a guest’s stay memorable. The way he treated both his team and the guests in his restaurant was truly impressive. What truly elevated our dining experience at SALTIDA Restaurant was the exceptional leadership of Manager Gagan. His professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and genuine passion for hospitality were evident throughout the evening, ensuring a flawless and memorable experience. This was far more than just dinner—it was a refined journey of taste, service, and ambiance. I highly recommend this restaurant, and sincerely commend Manager Gagan and his team for delivering such an outstanding experience. We look forward to returning.

設備が全て綺麗で大きい

A conveniently located hotel with its own beach. Lots of restaurants and shops within 15 - 20 minutes walk from the hotel.

Bardzo komfortowe warunki, choć już widać ślady zużycia. Zadbany teren wokół, duże komfortowe pokoje z pięknym widokiem na morze.

Sposób organizacji śniadań. Mimo że hotel nie mial pełnego obłożenia, trzeba było odstać zawsze ok 15 minut w kolejce, aby wejść do restauracji.

一部レストランが定休日だった。 お店は営業中だがスタッフがいない時間帯があり入りづらかった(プール近く)

チェックイン後、部屋に入るとベッドサイドに長い髪の毛が渦のようになっていた。よくみるとシーツにも同じように髪の渦が付着。 マットレスが床に置かれているタイプのベッドだったが、マットレスと壁の間には砂もたくさん落ちていてとても清掃後とは思えなかった。 フロントに伝えるとキョトンとされた後、「ではお掃除に伺いましょうか？」と。ホテルの不手際については全く言及もなく、事実を伝えたこちらが神経質かのような対応で不快な気分で滞在がスタートした。

・洗面台からかなりカビ臭い匂いがして不快であった ・室内に置いてあるグラスが、全て曇っていた。(長期間使われていなく放置されていたような状態) ・トイレの水が止まらない

フロント対応は良かったです。

部屋のバルコニーが汚いところが高級ホテルとは程遠いかな。従業員が少ないのかな、朝食会場も片付けが遅く食べ終わったテーブルもいつまで経っても片付けず、客を待たせる始末、建物もバブル遺産だね。

部屋が広く眺めがよかった。

今回クラブインターコンチネンタルに宿泊しました。 エントランスからフロントまでの距離が長いこと、クラブラウンジを利用時にハーフブッフェ？の利用方法など細かい説明がなかった。 どこかに書いてあったのかもしれないが、3名での利用だと17000円の追加料金が発生したこと。支払いの時に初めて知った。初めから追加料金込みの値段を表示して欲しかった。（ANA HotelのHPには記載されていたが）

Отличный просторный номер, вид из окна на океан. В номере есть все необходимое и даже больше. Несколько ресторанов на территории. Шведский стол на ужин - просто отлично.

・朝6:00から朝食を食べることができた。 ・タオルが大きかったこと。

・よく読んでいなかったからかもしれないが、チェックアウトの際、施設利用費として一人1000円を支払ったこと。 ・売店でPayPayが使えなかったこと。 ・ほとんどのホテルでは、コンビニなどで購入したものを入れて使う形式がおおいのに、部屋に冷蔵庫に飲み物などが置いてあった。経費などからも、なくてよいのではないか？ ・320の部屋では、浴室入り口の引き戸の動きが悪く、持ち上げてあけなければなかった。部屋の清掃をする人もわかっていると思うので、なぜ修理しないのか疑問だった。
