Quiet. proximity to my route

The non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke.

Room was clean. Amenities complete. A/c worked. My needs for toilet and bath and comfortable sleep met.

The lobby stinks of stale nicotine, not very inviting, bad first impression. A/C in the room can be quieter.

The room was neat, but not very clean. The sheets had stains on them. The bathroom was small and not clean. Even a used roll of toilet paper. For the price, all of this was expected.

Plenty of parking, plenty of signs indicating that this is a hotel and displayed the name of it. All of the staff were very very nice. The water pressure and temperature were very good. The bed was nice and big. The tv worked.

The air conditioner took a long time to cool down the room and the temperature knob was broken (it spun completely around). The faucet is not attached to the sink so it was a bit troublesome to use but nothing too bad. The lightbulbs are all different colors (yellow, white, bright white) so it was a little hard to see at times without getting a headache. The fridge was kind of more like a freezer, even with the temperature knob on medium/low.

Dingy, gray sheets (rumpled, looked like someone had already slept in them), even though we paid extra for "premium bedding." Property is filthy and disgusting. A/C was loud and annoying all night long, but didn't really cool down the room. "Bath towels" were paper thin and more the size of wash cloths.

The evening staff was able to help with relocating me to another room and assigned me to the main floor

The elevator was broke and I had to drag my bags up to the third floor to find the room not prepared, beds not made air conditioner was broken!!! The new room water pressure was bad toilet was stopped up and had to plunge myself!!!! I never had a bad review at this location.

I have been to this place several times within the past 5-6 years. This was definitely the worse. This new ownership is HORRIBLE. The place needs a good clean inside and out !

My room was dirty underneath the beds and underneath the furniture. The outside rails going up the stairs were dirty and dusty. The stairs were dirty. The elevator didn't work. I am a senior citizen and my room was on the third floor. I will NEVER stay here again !!!

Cleanliness was below bare minimum, showers had holes in the walls. The walkways on the second and third floor were rotting out (you could see through to the street below), doors had to be body slammed to get it open, it smelled so bad.

The room I had first didn't have a refrigerator then I moved to another room had a refrigerator but the air conditioner wasn't working good so that's the reason for my not so happy faces

Everything in the room was clean. The staff was nice and understanding.

Everything was fine until the property didn't have running hot water.We didn't get any current or future discounts. Luckily we were on our last day and a half of the stay.

It’s hard to review a budget hotel. It’s not going to be as nice as a luxury property, but does it deliver quality for the price? For this Red Roof Inn, I think so. It was the only non-smoking hotel available in the area and the price was very low. There are no amenities - it’s just a room in a motel. The furnishings seem mostly updated. The property was quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot and high pressure. That’s all I needed for one night. The biggest negative is that upkeep has been careless. Paint dripped onto light switches when the bathroom was repainted. The exterior door doesn’t quite fit, producing some drafts. One of the baseboards was crumbling. Minor items that could have been fixed with some attention to detail.

Corridors were dirty. Looked under the bed and it was full of dust. Elevator was broken.

Good location, fair price. Motel is rundown but clean. My room on the 2nd floor was quiet enough.

I didn't realize there was no microwave, refrigerator or coffee maker. That was inconvenient. But you could get fresh coffee in the lobby. I think there was a microwave you could use also

It was a great value for the money. There was a nice desk for me to work on. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows.

There were no negatives other than the fan being really loud.

Still has there rooms available on booking.com so they made people make reservations when the power was out nothing on the website drive 1hr to find a freaking note saying there power out and to cancel reservation

Room was not very clean. They gave me a handicap room, for some reason. The air conditioner barely worked and not very well. The staff wasn't rude, but had a hard time understanding English. Many of the things in the bathroom, like towel racks and the like, looked and felt like they could break off at any moment.

The TV didn't work, my door handle was on backwards so the latch wouldn't catch without turning the handle from both sides. Staff was not helpful, offered me a few bucks off on a room that was 3x the normal price for a Red Roof Inn. It's a dump, there are better places for the same price a mile away.

Location was convenient but none of the city buses go all the way down I still have to walk almost a mile from the bus

Feel like being in a bigger city should have more options closer to the motel but since there's not motel should offer at least a small Continental breakfast or some sort besides just a vending machine

Smelled like cigarettes, dusty, dead bugs in the lights above bed. Shower moldy corners. Stains on one of the quilts.
