Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Pittsburgh - Monroeville by IHG

Spacious room amazing shower quiet lovely breakfast before my meetings.

The ac was kind of noisy but honestly no complaints.

Nice breakfast Rooms and beds were very comfortable and clean

Good location

Through no fault of theirs a storm led to a power failure that lasted til almost 4 am. Room was accessible

Tolles Hotel, sauber, große Zimmer, freundlicher Empfang, schöne Lobby

Wie in allen Hotels in denen wir bisher in den USA waren, nur Plastikgeschirr und Besteck beim Frühstück.😞

Clean

.

We did ask for an early check-in and they wouldn’t honor that. That’s the only thing that was bad. We traveled a long way so it would’ve been nice to get checked in early.

Staff was friendly and very clean

No complaints

Location, comfort and cleanliness

Prefer a whirlpool/jacuzzi

Manager offered to move us to another room. But we were unpacked .Breakfast items were out of stock, pancake maker was broken, food was not hot, and i said good morning to chief and he was short with me. he was just sitting waiting to close buffet at 9AM . our room had a smell.??? shampoo dispenser has conditioner in both containers. washed my hair with hand soap..

read above i mixed questions

Clean well maintained

Parking

Location

Veggi break fast not available at 8:45 am.. but this is not acceptable..

Cleanliness and polite staff.

Very disappointed that the “hot options” at breakfast were cold. The other options were great.

This location was very convenient to where I needed to be in the Monroeville area. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff very welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again

Nothing. Everything met and exceeded my expectations

I thought the breakfast was very good. The refrigerator in the room wasn’t cold, but a maid called a gentleman who came up and replaced it immediately.

Not enough food was put out after about 8:20 or so. When my husband came down to eat, there was hardly any hot foods left. I saw others coming down and looking disappointed and ended up eating cereal and toast or bagels.

The location was just perfect for me . Didn’t have eat breakfast there (by choice)

Everything was good

Modern, clean, and inviting Most of the staff was friendly

Breakfast was available 6am-9am but if you go down at 8:30am, breakfast items were depleted. The guy who checked me in behaved rudely. I returned home to find I left a blouse, I called the property to inquire and was dismissed by the woman who answered

The breakfast was great with a variety of food and beverages..and a kitchen person that took care of any questions you had and maintained the area as well.

Everything was very good nothing to complain about.

Very clean and very nice breakfast

The location was very convenient not to far from the mall and restaurants were close by

Everything!!

I liked everything

The convenience of location to arriving at our bus tour stop by Target. Loved that the room was ground floor near parking lot door access to our cars.

That there was a baseball tournament group of boys above our room. They must of been jumping off the beds, running with heavy feet, and slamming something. Just about to fall asleep then BAM!

Very clean and a lot of amenities

Noisy neighbors

Clean modern rooms and common area! Great value

Concenience

My room was alittle noisy.

It was close to the conference I was attending.

This was potentially the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. I was in the military and have traveled the world. At some locations the people didn’t like Americans and even in those countries I was treated better than the staff at this hotel. They were extremely rude and I highly encourage for anyone traveling to Pittsburgh to stay at a different location even if you have to drive a little further. Maybe stay at a Hilton. Sincerely worst hotel I have ever stayed at the the staff was horrible.

The breakfast was delicious.

The price.

I like where it was located. Staff was nice.

There were kids running up and down hallways til very late. No one would have the. Stop

Location

Parking

9/10

Said there was a city view . There was none as staff explained that the booming sites need to be updated

Good location easy access to alot of restaurants and cvs the mall expressway lots of parking

The price was way over the top I do understand it was an event going on buy the price I paid was way to much and I had to wait until after 3pm to check in due to lack of staff

How clean and friendly everyone was

I didn’t like how housekeeping came in my room while I wasn’t there

very clean, staff was great, the pool was nice(not very big but nice), breakfast was great and the location was so close to everything we wanted to go to

the only things i really didn't like were the parking, the request to have our rooms close was not able to be made, and the pool was small and there happened to be a ton of kids on the night we went and they were chaotic in the pool but other than that it was great

Clean and staff

Not too much

The breakfast was excellent. The food was hot and delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The

Nothing. Everything was great.

Love HIE. COMFORT. CLEAN NEAT

I got charged for 3 nights over 600$. Only stayed 2 nights

This property was in middle of everything

Every thing clean and maintained well in perfect location

Space is clean and easily accessible.

Limited option on breakfast.

Location, price

Nothing, everything was as hoped

Price and location, close to UPMC East

There was nothing I did not like about the property.

Close to home

Noisy… room was next to pantry and we could hear staff very early in the morning making breakfast! Heard loud footsteps upstairs all night! Our fridge was leaking, it was eventually replaced and I was told the bill would be adjusted for our inconvenience but it wasn’t!

Everything

Janelle, the receptionist was exceptionally efficient

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Indoor pool and exercise room. Very nice breakfast varieties, including real eggs.

Had noisy people on the floor above us. Finally, complained the third night but noise (jumping and running or something) continued until about 11:30 pm.

Very clean, nice rooms

Free continental breakfast was good but the one gentleman who was in charge of replenishing the food seemed to have a bad attitude towards the guests. Didn't smile at all .

Very clean

Some guests were noisy

Breakfast was great, staff is like a big family.

Nothing.

The facilities were stylish and well kept. The room was extremely nice and had a great layout. It was very clean.

The coffee and that they did not offer bacon. Thats it.

The room was a decent size.

The sink didn't drain! I placed several calls to the desk because we couldn't get wifi the entire stay!! For that amount of money someone should've been more concerned with my issues.

Very clean and nice hotel

We didn't wake up In time to get breakfast. The location is good.

I could hear footsteps from the people staying above me
