Il manque un petit rafraîchissement des chambres, c'était propre mais dans une des chambres il y avait des remontées d'égout dans la douche et toilette donc très désagréable. Manque d'isolation car bruyant par rapport à la rue.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbares Hotel. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig eine Nacht im Hotel gebucht. Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang. Man bekommt auch Tipps für die nähere Umgebung. Wir haben ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten - trotz spontaner Buchung.
Bei unserem Aufenthalt Anfang Juni gab es noch eine größere Renovierung im Hotelrestaurant, weshalb es etwas lauter war. Leider war das Bettlaken etwas fleckig, was jedoch sofort und sehr schnell gewechselt wurde. Das Badezimmer ist etwas älter.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026The hotel was located on a dark, isolated street that felt unsafe, especially at night. There were groups of people loitering nearby, which made us feel uncomfortable. When we arrived late at night, tired from our journey, we immediately noticed something was wrong with the room. After checking more carefully, we realized that the bed sheets had not been changed; they had simply been neatly remade. After lying on the bed for a short while, our whole bodies started itching. We then discovered that the bedding underneath was dirty and had not been replaced. When we stripped the bed and inspected it more closely, we found BED BUGS! It was absolutely horrifying. The hotel tried to offer us another room, but the second room had exactly the same problem. It was also very dirty. Under no circumstances should a hotel room have BED BUGS! Finding bed bugs in the room was shocking and created a serious health and hygiene concern. As a result, we were forced to change hotels at midnight and move elsewhere, where the conditions were much better. We requested compensation for the inconvenience, but the hotel refused to provide any refund or compensation.

Dichiarano parcheggio privato e custodito , ma il parcheggio è publico e in strada ma dicono che hanno le telecamere . Doccia in bagno fatiscente . Finestre come non esistessero e non trattengono il Rumore del traffico stradale Diciamo che ci sono riad familiari , nella loro semplicità , sono ben più curati . Unica cosa positiva la simpatia della signora che riassetta le camere

Camera draguta, curata, saltele confortabile, asternuri curate, poate perna personala cu un iz de traspiratie, dar cred ca a fost doar o scapare, baia curata, bine utilata! Locatie foarte buna pentru noi, langa autogara. Micul dejun traditional, complet si foarte gustos, cafeau excelenta, chiar ne-au hranit inainte de inceperea programului, deci multumim pe aeasta cale! Nu ratati rooftopul, panorama golfului e extraordinara!

Trop bruyant, on entend les voisins comme s'ils étaient avec nous, l'unité extérieure de la climatisation fait un bruit très dérangeant, on a pas utilisé la clim et c'est celle du voisin qui faisait autant de bruit.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, matresses are super good, and the place is very clean. You have everything you need for a decent stay. The breakfast is nice - traditional, but very good. The reception personell was super warm with us. I would stay again (but not in winter - see below).
It was fairly cold, and the AC used for heating as well was super loud.

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025Nothing as I haven’t stayed there. Just as I arrived at the hôtel, I received a call that they canceled my réservation. The reason ? A so called bug in their system. But through booking, you have to pay online, not at the property. Option not available.
The person who called me just spoke moroccan. Not French and not english. The only few words in French were : réservation annulée !! I’ve been travelling in this country for more than 20 years and never encountered a place hôtel or restaurant where no one was speaking a foreign language.

Reviewed Nov 4, 2025Estuvimos dos noches. El hotel está bien, justo antes del centro de la ciudad. Tiene un parking justo enfrente. Las habitaciones son correctas sin ningun servivio extra. Limpieza correcta y desayuno correcto. Está a unos 10 mins de la playa y de la zona más moderna. Zona segura alrededor.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Kenzo Hotel à Safi ! L’accueil était au top, le personnel très chaleureux et serviable. L’hôtel est facile d’accès et idéalement situé, à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de l’ancienne médina, où se trouve le fameux marché des potiers. La chambre était propre, bien organisée et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et varié, avec un large choix qui convient à tous les goûts. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour agréable à Safi !
