Zhangjiagang Marriott Hotel

Very good

Wonderfull

Breakfast was good

Nothing specifically

Един от на хубавите хотели които съм посещавал

Липсата на чуждоезични канали по телевизията

I had a lovely time staying at the Marriott Zhanjiagang Hotel. Its a great place to stay, with an adjoining mall. The rooms are very spacious and the staff were also helpful and efficient. Alot of the staff don't speak much English but were quick to either call on one that did for you or use their phones to translate.

Nothing at all.

Beautiful facility

Amazing location and hotel. Good value for moneey

Serene and great service

Staff were really welcoming and helpful Executive lounge was excellent for work and chilling

The rooms had open bathroom plan

Rooms are incredibly large and spacious with excellent modern fittings.

Air Conditioning didn't seem to be working during the winter months, so it got quite warm at night

Breakfast is average. It should have more international choices.

The restaurant menu is so pathetic. There is no international cuisine. International guests should explore some options in the local market. Only the Chinese menu in their restaurant.

Чистота и персонал

Все было отлично

The hotel decoration and setup was amazingly beautiful. it has a large mall right next to it and defintely has all the required supermarket, shops and retails that meets basic needs. Rooms was clean and large with an interesting bathtub in the "middle of the toilet" kind of interesting but perhaps not as pratical for someone of a bigger build.

nothing

Room and food . Also the staff

Too quiet

breakfast buffet really limited: x exactly same offer during 2 weeks stay !! x no available choices for vegetarian/vegans/muslim !!

Room was clean and the view from room 1710 was👌

Very nice stay, bed very comfortable, no noise and personnel very kind

European Sélection of dishes at restaurant is quite limited , hopefully we stayed only one night but anyway very nice beef

The staff are very friendly and helpful

Nice and clean hotel. Around the corner is a good shoping center

Luxurious stay for the business trip in Zhangjiagang. The hotel is simply flawless.

Instalaciones excelentes

Nothing

Cigarette buds lying on the floor lift. Room stinking of smoke Went for a two night stay where I came to the room only for sleeping the room was clean but it stinked of smoke. THE AC DID NOT WORK also the hotel staff don’t speak proper English which makes it impossible to tell them about the problem To be honest I came to the room very tired and did not even bother to call them because they simply won’t understand. These are not the type of issues which I want to solve while staying at a Marriott.

Clean modern great service Full gym and pool Food is excellent

Nothing

Good place to stay for one-two nights

Excellent and spacious rooms and great breakfast selection

No amenities in the hotel room? Bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste etc. No coffee machine in the room

Room was spacious, and staff was polite and helpful.

Superb location Rooms clean Breakfast excellent

Hotel was up to expectations

Food choice for veg and non veg.. Try to limit exposure of all foods to pork. Identify veg and non veg items like yoghurt. There were some salads and oats that contained Pork. Some products had pork seasoning. It would be nice if kitchen and waiters could have some knowledge of halaal and halaal products and what constutes a haraam product. Service was excellent. There are many halaal products in china.

Great hotel, best choice around.

Great room in all senses. Fantastic bed and linen . High ceiling . Very clean

Executive lounge with no atmosphere - sterile , light far too bright - Breakfast in main restaurant is more cantine than 5 star hotel. Cuttlery out of trays/tubes on the table , all self service etc.

Perfect location, great views at breakfast and from your room, very comfortable bed and pillows

Probably the best hotel in town. Good service, clean rooms, good location

Cleanliness of the environment. Friendliness of staff. Respectful and focused. Good qualities of an excellent establishment.

On two occasions, I was not satisfied with meals served by in room dining. Other days were fine. Secondly, not all shifts had A staff who can understand English , i think at evening night time/early hours of the morning. Thank God for google Translate.

The entire facility was incredible, I also enjoyed the location with the mall which gave you more options to walk and see things

Honestly this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Perfect place

Good location friendly staff

Good location Right next to a big mall

Thank you! It’s my second time staying here and I really appreciate your service and comfort! See you again !

A recently built, spectacular five star with airy lobby and spacious and ultra modern rooms. I particularly like the combination of modern decor combining marble and wood yet keeping a quintessentially Chinese style. Breakfast on the 39th floor is a great way to start the day. Excellent gym. Slightly slow check in but overall an impression of good service effort. As a hotel in a tier 2 city, pricing is super competitive against western standards.

overall stay was good
