Nothing, first time tidur hotel rasa homesick. Geli, nak cepat balik 🫠

Bilik berhabuk, masuk je bilik ada 2 gumpalan rambut kan lantai and penuh habuk keliling. Lantai toilet hitam so tak nampak kotor sekali basahkan penuh lendir. Cadar kusam, sarung bantal penuh kesan peluh hitamhitam, breakfast menu sama je ulangulang, ada sehari tukar nasi dagang tapi bila habis tak refill hm. Call reception mintak hantar sabun mandi sebab baru balik nak mandi tapi lepas sejam lebih baru hantar. Swimming pool area pun dah bolehboleh buat deep cleaning, penuh kulat kat dinding shower tak macam hotel 4star langsung 😭😭😭

The room size was quite comfortable and spacious. Plenty of parking spaces available. Conveniently located near Mydin supermarket. There are several shops and businesses located underneath the hotel. The lobby staff were friendly and welcoming. The room layout and design were nice and attractive. The kids’ swimming pool with a slide was a nice feature for families.

Although the hotel is relatively close to Kota Bharu, it takes quite a long time to reach the city centre due to the traffic and road conditions. The basement parking needs better signage, especially for the exit. There were also no clear markings on the pillars, and the basement was quite dark. The lobby was not very impressive and did not really give the feeling of staying in a hotel. The room was not properly clean and there was quite a lot of dust. There were still paint marks on the floor and around the switches. There were some scribbles/marks on the walls. The bedsheets appeared stained and were not very clean. The bathroom floor had rust stains. The bathroom door did not have a proper locking system. The toilet water supply had low water pressure. An additional towel costs RM15, which I found quite expensive. Overall, the room felt like the finishing work was not fully completed.

I’m very impressed with the room. It’s spacious, beautifully maintained, and has everything I need for a comfortable stay. Very recommended.

Keselesaan parking kenderaan mudah senang bilik luas kakitangan baik ada kolam renang dan tidak sesak dan mudah pergi ke bandar. Pemandangan yang cantik.

Meja berhabuk. Bilik air tak cuci bersih, bau hancing. Towel tak bersih. Air minuman untuk bilik yg 1 tu cuma bagi 1 botol kecil. Katil bunyi, gerak sikit bunyi bukan main kuat. Staff are not properly trained

cleanliness is not very good. there are leftover cloth in the toilet whenever i check in the room. the breakfast menu lack of protein, only more of carbohidrate like nasi,mee, porridge but the nasi lemak had not served with anchovies, even no chicken or beef were served. only can get the eggs as our protein source.so frustrated because not worth the buffet and room price

Lif banyak tapi sangat2 lambat..menunggu untuk naik dan turun agak ambil masa..lif berbau masakan dan melekat bau masakan kt baju setiap kali masuk lif..tilam,bantal dan cadar berbau kepam..xtahu la berapa lama xbertukar..towel pun xbersih sgt..bantal pun mcm dah lama xberganti..alas kaki depan toilet pun xdisediakan..bila minta, baru staf dtg bagi..sinki tersumbat..tiap kali guna sinki,perlu tunggu berjam2 untuk air mengalir keluar..sarapan pun kurang sedap..kebanyakkan makanan sejuk..nasi lemak,nasi keras..bnyk kna improve bab menu sarapan pagi..

The room was smelly, the bidet holder broken, tv doesnt really have good coverage and the water heater was not hot. Air conditioner at the hall need to switch on manually.

Decent place. Technicians and house keeping attended promptly on fixing TV remote volume control and delivery of iron and soap when requested. No musky smell. Lifts worked fast and well. Easy check-in and check-out.

Carpet on 11th floor a bit old and could do with cleaning. It will be good to enclose the shower area so that water does not wet the adjacent flooring area of the toilet bowl
