Reviewed Jun 12, 2026I liked that there is a doorman, bellman, easy check-in, welcome drink and close to convenience stores, pharmacy, eateries and laundromat. Option for 3 in a room. Bottled water (though just 1) provided. Soap has a nice herbal scent. General cleanliness is maintained. Electric kettle provided. Room for 2 was roomier.
Cockroach in room, bidet and shower not spraying as it should(only one side), sink water gushed to the floor, small and very tight floor space, door alarm sounded too easily, drainage of shower poorly planned, cupboard space too short to hang clothes.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Whenever we faced any issues, they handled and resolved them very quickly. My kids accidentally threw up on the bed, and the housekeeping team promptly replaced the bedding without any hassle. We also had a problem with the shower, and after reporting it, the maintenance team fixed it promptly. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Overall, excellent service and great hospitality. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Beautiful hotel with a calm and peaceful environment, suitable for a relaxing family holiday. The room is spacious and generally comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Location is also very strategic near Wakaf Che Yeh night market.
However, the bedroom facilities feel quite old and not well-maintained, and cleanliness could be improved. The lobby also had an unpleasant smell, which affected the overall first impression. Overall, it is still an okay stay, but several improvements are needed to provide a more comfortable and better experience for guests.

Aircond di bilik sangat tak sejuk, mungkin aircond tu rosak..bilik panas dan tak selesa. Bilik air tak bersih dan air mineral botol tak disediakan, hanya air putih yang diletakkan dalm botol kaca.

The swimming pool located in the interior atrium was a weird design choice. The sound of children playing in the pool and the hint of chlorine in the air wouldn’t be to everyone’s liking.
