It’s super easy to get to and close to all the shopping and restaurants. It’s nice to have a restaurant on property. Rooms are well kept.

They no longer offer room service… very disappointing. Also, I wanted to place a “to go” Order for breakfast and they said they couldn’t do that either. Yet, they offered that service for dinner.

This is a large clean modern hotel. Everything was up to expectations.

The in-hotel restaurant had a very limited menu so we chose to dine elsewhere.

It was easy to get to and the room was clean.

We were disappointed with the onsite restaurant. The food was fine and we appreciated that kids ate free with an adult purchase. That is why we chose to eat there, easier than trying to go somewhere else with little kids. However, we were not told that there would be a large gratuity added to our bill. It ended up being very expensive and we did not see anywhere about the gratuity charge until the bill came.

Everything from the lobby to the guestroom was very clean. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable! We liked the little kitchenette, which came in very handy. We were pleasantly surprised there was a restaurant that served breakfast and dinner. Overall, the stay was very comfortable.

The door of our room had gaps which let light into the room at night and we could hear people walking and talking in the hallway. Also, the dayshift desk clerk was rude. I told her about our air conditioner having a slight rattle and said “I should have told her sooner”.

Every where it is clean! Not once did I see dirt/dust in a corner or on a shelf. Staff was welcoming and helpful- room was large and comfortable… we had a two queen. Locations was superb- walked across parking lot to a Jakers and had a great dinner.

The front desk staff was excellent. The big bonus for me after a long day on the road was this property had a restaurant on site. The staff in the restaurant were courteous and attentive. The food was delicious.

I liked everything about this hotel. It was an easy location to find and not too far from the main highway.

Very convenient off the interstate. Bunk bed option was fantastic for traveling with kids!

We stayed only one night.

The extremely slippery roll-in shower stall is a hazard. Since I had to hold onto the safety railings with both hands, I could not take even one single footstep without sliding. So I could not reach the bench to sit down. At checkout, I informed the desk clerk about this problem. I recommended that a rubber mat or strips be adhered to the floor of the shower stall. She said she would report the problem.

Loved the layout of the room, especially the entryway shelves and hooks, that it had a bathtub, and that there was a lot of free space for stretching. I also like the window shades, the fitness center and the pool.

The lack of outlets on the outsides of both beds was big inconvenience. Also, the fact that the only fixed lighting around the beds was in between and not on the outside. I had to move the big lamp closer. The bed would be better if it had a tiny fixture attached at least for night reading.

The hot was broken, for Idaho i thought the swimming pool should of been heated.

The maids did a good job, very nice and pleasant. For $200.00 a night i assumed the breakfast would be included.

The hotel was everything I expected and more. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and the value for the price. The room was HUGE! Service was superior especially in the restaurant and bar. Rhonda was great. No complaints at all. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. The location was perfect as well. Had I not already had reservations in Bend for the next night, I would have extended here for at least one more night. Top notch.

I only wish breakfast would have run until 11:00. As I didn't get down there in time 😆

There was a loud creak in the floor. People were walking the halls all night above us, and it was loud all night long. The creak in the floorboard woke you out of sleep it was so loud.

The staff was very friendly and room was very comfortable.

The parking lot is a little funky. Have to Walk through rock bed to get to get to entrance.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Staff were great. The room was fantastic. I wish I could have stayed another night.

The only thing I didn't like was that the tv wasn't new enough for me to cast my YouTube videos. Not a big deal though.

Very nicely decorated. Better than most holiday inns. Also the room arrangement is way better than most ( the sink outside the bathroom particularly!!!) but, refrigerator was too small not the norm we are use too. Also not having the normal free breakfast ( not that we always use it but helpful to have paper plates, plastic ware and a toaster available. Not here though 🙁.
