Best Western Plus Twin Falls Hotel

Pet friendly, extremely clean facilities, very high traffic for travelers.

I walked past a white female managers talking with a Spanish speaking maid. A gentleman asked the woman why she was telling the maid everything about who needs to do what and she stated "she's the only one that understands me". I felt like this was highly inappropriate because thats not the maids job. The manager needs to be bilingual or the maid needs a rise because translation is a job within itself. This really bothered me.

I would firstvlike to say the customer service here was excellent!!!!. We had a great experience from check in and check out.. And then at our next hotel my husband realized he forgot his massager he uses for his back on the bed it was under the bedding from us packing up .We called right away and the ftont desk went back and looked and caught it in laundry before it had gone through the wash. She had told me she would have it sent to us after she spoke to her manager the next day which was Monday and she would call me..We were at the airport and she did call and she went that day and sent me the tracking info and we received it 3 days ago .Most hotels could if said we didnt find it or kept it etc.I was very impressed .And we are very very happy to have it back as it was not cheap. So I trust this hotel staff and I enjoyed our stay ...Thanks again for great customer service.

Nothing

The room was clean comfortable and I love that it has a bunk bed that fits all my family. It’s the first time I’ve ever seen a bunk bed in a hotel room. Location was great near most restaurants

The attendant lady was not very friendly has no personality she doesn’t seem like she wants to be bother

Friendly staff. Nice area. Good breakfast.

King bed and the pool 24/7

Nothing

Clean, comfy. Great property, great breakfast. Nice location just off interstate.

No issues

Buona stanza con buona colazione

Condizionatore rumoroso

Size of room and air-conditioning!

The person working the front desk was great.

The room.was very basic and the refrigerator didn't have a freezer. Breakfast set off the fire alarm at 7am.

Location was very convenient

Bed was awful. Felt like a worn out bean bag. Room needs some attention to paint.

Clean

Room service, cleaning ladies in the hall ways blocking you

The bed was comfortable and the AC worked fabulously! The kids enjoyed the pool which was clean and ventilated.

The bed frame was incredibly squeaky! So much that it would wake everyone up if one person would readjust in any bed! And the dogs! The dog across the hall barked all the time and at night! I will not stay at a pet friendly hotel again if I can help it. They should put people with animals on one end of the hotel, not in the middle.

breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable

in room coffee maker needs bigger cups. it fills right to the brim and we spilled when trying to pick up the cup

I left a charger and my ear phone in the room.. when I called they said they could not find it.. I know I left it charging and this was an expensive multi charger and ear phone buds.. I’m not happy about this..please check and let me know

Housekeeping. I know I left my multi charger and ear nuts on the counter in my room

No parking available.

It was all Good! I will stay there again

It was great! I will stay there next time.

It was all good.

Location and breakfast was good.

refrigerator had food left in it from the previous guest and had not been cleaned.

Clean rooms, microwave, and great breakfast!

Outside of property could use some work up.

Extremely clean and staff was great

We had zero complaints about this facility.

Everything was good, the staff was nice. The hotel co dortable and clean. The area arounnd gorgeous!!!

Walking distance to WinCo Foods. Very quiet. Clean. Friendly staff. Thank you!

Toilet in our room didn't flush correctly- however, the front desk girl did not hesitate to fix it herself because everyone else had left for the day. Sweet girl!!👍😀💯

Location was good but parking lot views are not. Unfortunately, that is a common hotel thing.

See above

It was well maintained. The staff were great! They had a room big enough for our family.

I didn’t like the cost.

Location and staff. The breakfast was nice

It wasn’t completely clean ( hair in the bathroom). I requested extra pillows and they didn’t have any. It was very noisy, with young kids running up and down the hallway.

The front desk lady was very attentive and helpful

All of it was great other then would be nice to have a privacy curtain on 3rd bedroom

Loved the access to pool and fitness room 24hours! The front desk lady named Goldie was an absolute sweetheart!

I liked the location, cleanliness, the breakfast, the fact they had a room with three beds that fit our large family (6 total), and the staff were amazing.

The cost of the room per night is steep. We were there less than 24 hours and the cost just doesn’t match what we are ultimately getting.

Awesome

Price

Nulla

Completamente da ristrutturare, camere vecchie. Colazione non all'altezza di un PLUS.

staff nice enough

old building, found empty vodka bottle in night stand. was nothing special. no extra amentities such as the nicer shampoos and lotions. Wasn't up to the ratings that was expected. Warm halllways, slow elevators ..which was even commented by an employee that she was sorry that we had to use it. musty smelling

The location! The pool and the jacuzzi was a plus!

Location was central , lovely staff member, breakfast

Sauberes Hotel, bequeme Betten und gute Lage. Frühstück typisch amerikanisch.

Selection of food was good .

The staff were great the floor in the elevator was dirty continental breakfast was great pool great I just didn’t feel a clean feel going down hallway

Old carpet smell in hallway

Location was great, breakfast wasn't awesome

Breakfast

Staff was extremely helpful.

Nice and new hotel. Great breakfast

Worn out bed. Not clean. Hallway carpets dirty.

Breakfast room and staff were great.

Noisey

good breakfast

Bathrooms are not A.D.A. compliant, No grab bars in showers, toilets to low to the floor.

Clean and comfortable

Staff could be friendlier. We were woke up by a phone call at 2am asking us to be quiet! I am 70 years old both of us and were asleep by 10 pm. Our dog is very quiet and doesn’t bark. We never leave him alone in the room. I have to admit that I was very irritated by this. Took me a while to get back to sleep. You would think a staff member would check this out before calling.

Breakfast good but toaster very slow

They had a wide variety of breakfast dishes it was wonderful! And delicious!

Can't think of anything.

Up to date, nice pool, good breakfast, modern.

It seems some other guests were partying until 1:30 AM. Someone should have shut it down much sooner.

Very friendly reception. Extremely comfortable bed in a much larger room than expected. Breakfast was good as we had hot form of protein: a pre-made cheese omelet + both sausage links and patties. Really liked the yogurt machine. Nice touch was a bin for liquids (juice, coffee, etc) that were not consumed. Also, our small dog was welcome to be with us.

Staff was nice location was easy to find

To many people kids getting into the open food

Had to drive around, no parking

Pool open 24/7. Lots of resturants close by.

Beds were a little too soft.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was very nice.

The bed was a little uncomfortable.

Great and comfortable

I always go to best western

The staff in the breakfast area and reception are very nice and accommodating

Our rooms bathroom is small and not enough place to put your things, shower head needs updating as well.

Carpets were nasty. Couch in room was very old and used.

How easy it was to find.

Nothing. Everything was great.

Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and kids loved the pool.

Nothing

Pool was clean and hot tub was hot.

Room very over priced. Hotel booked out with teenagers. Room was supposed to sleep 4 had a sofa pull out .. it was 225 dollars. Had to ask for sheets pillows and blankets. Booked online but it was un refundable. Bed was so old there was a big dip in the bed. My kids had to sleep on the floor.
