Location is great, ocean view room and soft water. Breakfast is excellent. Will be coming back definitely

Otelin konumu mukemmel, Hermosa ve Redondo bolgesine yürüyerek ulasabilirsiniz.Guzel bir barı var, nazik ve yardımsever calisanlar var. Odalar genis ve rahat, yatak konforlu. Gym 24 saat acık su ve kahve ikramlari cok iyi. Otel icinde arac kiralama var baya pratik.

Otelde 15 gece konakladık. Havuz oldugu icin tercih etmistik ancak havuz kullanimda degildi. Baska bir otele yonlendirildik ancak konforlu degildi. Havuzun ne zaman acilacagina dair bir cevap alamadik. Bu moralimizi bozdu. Havuzsuz bir otel icin fazla yuksek bir miktar odedigimizi dusunuyorum.

L’hôtel est très bien situé à proximité de Redando pear. Chambre spacieuses, personnel aimable…

La piscine est fermée pour travaux. L’hôtel propose une alternative dans un hôtel un peu plus loin.

Mooie locatie, redelijk luxe uitstraling. Kamer met uitzicht op zee.

Zwembad was gesloten (alternatief in ander hotel, toch minder relaxed), kluis deed het niet, niet echt heel bijzonder voor de hoge prijs per nacht. Vervelende hobbel bij inrijden garage die de onderkant van een gemiddelde auto schraapt.

Everyone was very friendly

No breakfast, something small would be noce like juice, milk, coffee, toast, fruit, bagel. Pool was closed

The location was pretty easy and nice

We had no hot water , I had to bath in the pool locker room . The engineer told me that because my room was on the top floor that is why we were having trouble getting hot water!! That is ridiculous . We were staying in a king ocean view room & didn’t even have hot water! Hotel is old and dated . They prioritize their airline contracts over general public . So prepare to stand inline or be asked to step aside if airline crew come while you are checking in. Then they never told us about the breakfast that came with our stay . What a rip off!

We have just spent a fab week at the Sonesta RB & Marina. The lobby is nice and spacious and smells great, check in was easy and within minutes we were in our room. The pool is on the roof (2nd floor) and is a good size and very inviting. Plenty of loungers to relax in the sun. They have bikes for hire and / or you can easily walk to Redondo Beach or Hermosa Beach piers which we did. Plenty of options for food and drink nearby. Nice bar (tad expensive for wine) with good service. As was the room cleaning and friendly staff throughout the property. We loved our stay and will definitely be back when we return to LA.

We had a good room with the beautiful view. The room was spacious.

The pillows were awful! Super big and bulky. There was no mini bar. Plastic cups in the bathroom. I would expect a little more for the high price.

Het bed in de suite was zeer slecht. De matras paste duidelijk niet in de ombouw waardoor je er telkens tegenaan stootte. Zeker voor dit geld extreem slecht.

They upgraded us because we were celebrating 21 years of wedded bliss. Staff was helpful and accommodating.

It took 2 calls to get bedding and pillows that were hyperallergenic.

Lots of noise from neighbors around midnight

Great staff - especially in Sol the breakfast restaurant. We were treated with warmth, confidence, talent and humour. Thank you for that. Restaurants and shops (including a Wholefoods supermarket) within a 10 minute walk. Out the front door, turn right, turn right again and walk up two blocks past Salvation Army then turn right.

The scenery was really beautiful and loved how close it was to Redondo Beach.

Just the toilet not working but the staff got it fixed after we left.

Loved the location and the people who work there. The pool area is nice, and has plenty of towels and sun loungers. The bar is a lovely place but does shut a little early for food and drinks.

Just be aware that the breakfast buffet is only weekends. During the week it is A Lacarte which is still good but if you’ve prepaid you don’t get the full choice

Our room with a balcony overlooking the pool was quiet. The discount for drinks was a nice perk, laundry room. The location, easy walk to restaurants, along tge broadwalk.

The toilets by the pool were closed. The restaurant in the eveing was closed, this was not mentioned on the website or when we checked in.

Beautiful Property in a great location!

Our room was over 1,000 steps from the elevator! And there were some that were even farther away. That was the only negative to our experience. But it was a very long haul everytime we left or arrived back to our room.

Suihkussa vedenpaine huono. Hotelli veloittaa ”destination feen”, joka sisältää wifin, uima-altaan/kuntosalin käytön, vesipullo yms. Tuntui vähän huijaukselta koko lisämaksu. Lisämaksusta olisi saanut huonelaskulle 10$ palautuksen/pvä, jos käytti hotellin juoma-/ruokapalveluita. Eli maksa vielä lisämaksun päälle lisää, niin saat vähän takaisin.

All employees are helpful and friendly. The bar is great for snacks and drinks.

Das erste Zimmer war komplett zur Hauptstraße, super laut. Ich musste nach einem anderen Zimmer fragen. Teures Parken (40$ pro Tag) Kein Frühstück inclusive

The location is great. We had a good room with a sea view. the housekeeping was excellent. The lobby is very pleasant with a very nice bar. concierge very helpful as are all other front of house staff.

A big feature of this hotel is the extensive pool area. This area was closed. I do not recall any notice being given of this until we arrived poolside and found it empty, together with a selection of building materials, barriers etc. We had a week of bad weather so didn't miss much but the temperature reached mid 20s the previous week and the following week.

Was not value for money.. what a rip off Pool was empty. Staff where Rude Coffee machine was broken

Room was nice, if dated. parking was an additional $40 a night, pretty steep for the area. Location is very good, 5 minute walk to the harbor.

During our company sales kickoff at Sonesta Redondo Beach & Marina, I unexpectedly cracked a tooth. Maria Elena Castillo del Muro, Chief Concierge, handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and care. She quickly connected me with an excellent local dentist who resolved everything within a couple of hours. What could have been a major disruption turned into a seamless experience because of Maria’s calm, thoughtful support. Her genuine concern and commitment to helping guests in moments of need truly stand out. I’m very grateful for her assistance

We had a good stay, great base for Redondo. The staff were all friendly and professional. The bar staff were really great. Our only downside was our balcony view looked over the bins which wasn’t ideal so we didn’t sit on the balcony, we tried to move rooms but the hotel was full. I guess someone had to have that view, so it was us! Other than that, we had a great stay. Had room service which was fast, hot and tasty. We also ate in the bar. Would certainly come back.

Overpriced for what you get. Parking too expensive, resort fee too much for what you get. Coffee situation awful! Cheap coffee in room, restaurant outside is same and not near any coffee shops at all. Nice rooms but wouldn’t stay again.

I like the properties location I like the cleanliness of the property and also the amenities.

The breakfast was over priced, and there was a hair in my pancakes however, the server was prompt about bringing more pancakes., I didn’t like the valet parking process. It was two times consuming.

We had a fantastic experience here. The location is amazing as we easily walked to restaurants and bars and the Redondo pier. Very friendly staff and super nice and comfortable beds. The bar/bar food restaurant is quite functional, albeit not fancy. The fitness center is actual two separate rooms, one for cardio and one for strength training - both nice. The pool/hot tub area is very large and impressive! The one “negative” is the resort fee and parking fee is annoying. It adds about $70 more to each night. Also, we happed to be there the weekend of a 10k/5k race and the starting line was outside our window on the beach side of the hotel and it was ridiculously loud. Bad timing for us. Overall, notwithstanding that noisy event, it was great! VictorB

The position

For the price you pay it seems a little bit old and not very well maintained. For istance we played tennis and we asked for rackets and balls. All the rackets were kind of broken or not very well maintained and there was only one ball. Luckily there is a shop at the entrance where you can buy them

We were very pleased with the location since we wanted immediate access to the beaches. Paying extra for parking is a bit unnecessary, but we knew about it while we booked the room.

We enjoyed the location since it was very convenient for us to get out and have a long walk on the beach.

Covered parking connected to hotel. Hotel within close walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, entertainment. Walking/biking paths to next beach town. Decent bathrooms near beach.

There was a big mistake on my bill at checkout. I prepaid for my hotel through booking.com and the hotel charged me again for $1,425. It is still not rectified/refunded. The hotel, also, charged me for an upgraded room that I did not request, but the front desk did remove the upgraded charge. A beachfront room at this hotel overlooks a very large, black parking lot not shown in the online pictures.

Autistic child visiting me lost her glasses and headphones I emailed two people in housekeeping with photos of lost items. No reply. Even if items were not found it would be nice and professional for housekeeping managers to reply.

Anthony, who works the front desk , went out of his way the afternoon of December17th to accommodate two special requests that I had. He did it quickly and with a great smile. Thank you Anthony

Enjoyed the view from the room & having coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Very walkable and near the Marina and restaurants. The lobby was festive with Christmas decorations

Too expensive for what u get in return,, especially parking 40 USD a day is insane. California has become way too expensive and we Europeans feel it, as more US travellers are spending their vacation in Europe or Asia

Loved the location. We took an ocean view room and enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. There are a few nice restaurants that are easily walkable. Walking the boardwalk was nice as well. The pool and hot tub area was great. We Ubered everywhere, but there is a parade attached to the hotel.

We traveled from out of state and paid extra for an ocean view room. Just to arrive to a saw-saw cutting through the exterior of the room next to us all day. From 0700 on. I would have never paid the money we did to listen to construction all day. The beds are old and you slide into the middle of them. Look somewhere else.

Hall ways looked like something out of a horror movie and rooms out dated and worn, shower over the bath with gritty shower curtain. Curtains on wardrobe instead of door. Smell of sewage from taps and towels smelt like food. We had to move hotels and thank god found a great one (H2O hermosa)

Very nice place to stay while in Redondo Beach. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, walking distance tobso many nice restaurants.

Airamis was most welcoming and helpful in my visit to hotel. He checked in a couple of times to make sure I had what I needed and was polite and friendly.

Everything was good. The only thing I didn’t like there was no drinking water in the room not even to a cup of coffee or tea.

Loved walking around Redondo Beach on one side and then Hermosa Beach on the other. Lot's to see and do around the area.

The prices for everything were very high.

The Pacific was visible in the distance, but not a beach side hotel. Hotel food prices were way too high. Complimentary coffee would have been nice. The hot tub was cold water the final day of our stay. The bed was very stiff, a pillow top would have been appreciated. Chairs in the room did not exist.
