Mooie locatie. Zeer fijne gastvrouw en een erg schoon appartement.

Super schoon en netjes. Mooie verblijfplaats aan de hoofdstraat van Rauris. Prachtige omgeving. Hohe Taurn pas inbegrepen en scheelt zo veel geld.

Niets komen hier al 8 jaar.

Bezbariérový a ľahký vstup do apartmánu vhodný pre osoby na mechanickom ako aj elektrickom vozíku, komfortný priestor v kúpeľni so sprchou, pričom do sprchy sa dá dostať bez prevýšenia. Sprchový kút s výškovo nastaviteľným a vyhrievaným sedadlom. Všetky dvere a vstupy sú dostatočne široké a sú bez prahov. Nikde nie sú schodíky ani strmé nájazdy. Veľkou výhodou je parkovanie hneď pri vchode.

Veľmi malý a úzky manipulačný priestor vedľa postele, čo komplikuje presuny z vozíka a späť na na vozík. Postele sú stabilné bez možnosti upraviť a rozšíriť priestor.

Újszerű, tiszta, jól felszerelt, jó elhelyezkedésű apartman! Tulajdonos nagyon kedves, készséges, mindenben segît.

Mooi en ruim appartement, voorzien van alle comfort. Zeer vriendelijke host die snel reageerde. Ideale ligging in het centrum van Rauris: winkels en restaurants vlakbij en vanuit het logement heb je heel veel mogelijkheden om wandelingen in de buurt te doen. Zeker een aanrader!

Több motorkerékpárral voltunk és amikor a parkolóról érdeklődtem Renate felajánlott egy zárt garázst a motoroknak. Lift is van. Központban van az apartman,szinte mindenhez közel. Kaptunk Sommercard kártyát amivel kedvezményeket lehet igénybe venni.

Nemvolt olyan.

Sehr geräumiges, sauberes und ruhiges Apartement mitten im Rauriser Ortszentrum. Die Zentralheizung funktionierte trotz kalter Nächte sehr gut! Toller Ausblick auf die hohen Berge. Das Apartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ebenso die Küche. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich und äußerst zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine kleine Espressomaschine (Bialetti) als Küchenausstattung wäre noch fein.

Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend – alles war wirklich sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht – sogar Spülmaschinentabs, was man sonst in Ferienwohnungen eher selten findet. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die Lage. Der Skibus ist ganz in der Nähe, was im Skiurlaub natürlich ideal ist. Das Städtchen selbst ist angenehm ruhig und gemütlich. Wir hatten unser Zimmer zur anderen Seite hin und haben die Kirchenglocken kaum gehört. Unsere Bekannten hatten ein Zimmer in Richtung Kirche, daher waren die Glocken dort etwas präsenter – aber keinesfalls störend. Ein echtes Highlight war für uns der Skiraum: beheizt, sehr praktisch eingerichtet und mit ausreichend Platz für Skier, Schuhe, Handschuhe und Ausrüstung. Die Skischuhe waren morgens immer komplett trocken – das ist wirklich ein großer Komfort. Auch das Parken war problemlos und sehr angenehm. Natürlich ist die Unterkunft etwas teurer, aber das ist in dieser Lage völlig normal und absolut angemessen. Preis und Leistung passen hier auf jeden Fall zusammen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Beautiful, spacious apartment, with everything that makes your stay homely and comfortable. Ski bus right in front of the house, only 3 minutes drive from the perfectly prepared ski slopes. Shop, pharmacy, everything within walking distance. We had a great time and would be happy to come back

Stor lejlighed. Rent og pænt. 50 mtr fra Skibus. Alt i alt et dejligt sted.

Rauris központjában található, sétálva minden elérhető. Boltok, éttermek, sífelvonó. Saját parkoló. Csendes falu. Kedves a tulajdonos. Az apartman jól felszerelt, nem a legmodernebb berendezéssel, de kényelmesen lehet pihenni, kikapcsolódni.

Lå måske lidt for langt væk fra gode skisportssteder.

Ein Backrohr zum Aufbacken von Frühstücksgebäck wäre noch gut.

De locatie, het bed en de infrarood douche!

Warm en donker, slechts een klein raam wat gelukkig wel open kon. Ons verblijf was maar voor 1 nacht waardoor schoonmaakkosten bizar hoog waren. Jammer dat daar geen aanpassingen op mogelijk was.

Fijne badkamer en kwalitatief goed bed en beddengoed.

Kerkklokken luiden ‘s ochtends vroeg waardoor uitslapen er niet bij is. Meubilair balkon was niet helemaal in orde. Schoonmaakkosten prijzig en niet in verhouding.

Harmadik alkalommal voltunk vendégek, így tudtuk, hogy mire számíthatunk. Ezúttal sem csalódtunk. A szállás Rauris központjában van, minden üzlet, étterem sétáló távolságra. A parkolás megoldott, minden apartmanhoz saját, fix parkoló tartozik. A konyha nagyon jól felszerelt, minőségi eszközök állnak rendelkezésre. Ugyanez elmondható a fürdőszoba felszereltségéről is. Az apartmanok kényelmesek, a kilátás és a levegő kifogástalan. Nagyon fontos szempont lehet, hogy Sommercard automatikusan jár a szálláshoz, amivel rengeteg kedvezményt igénybe lehet venni.

We komen reeds het tweede jaar naar deze plaats. Steeds inorde en proper. Bedankt voor de leuke vakantie.

Het appartement was volledig naar wens! Wat een prachtige locatie, ook super dat je er een pas bij krijgt zodat veel activiteiten gratis of met korting zijn

Excellent location in the village center. Apartment is very spacious, balcony provides great view to the mountains. Bed is very comfortable. Both bath rooms had soap provided. The house also has an elevator built in.

The entire apartment and house were clean, spacious, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen. We really like it. Apartment is in city center, close to restaurants, shops.

Wir wurden freundlich und professionell empfangen. Das Apartment war picobello sauber, modern eingerichtet und räumlich sehr großzügig (Nr. 9). Zentraler kann man in Rauris kaum wohnen, durch die Verkehrsberuhigung ist es aber trotzdem nicht laut. Skibushaltestelle, Bäckerei, Supermärkte und einige Restaurants sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zu Fuß zum Skilift sind es rund zehn Minuten.

Rauris and at the apartment it is hard english speaker, the host or the owner always did her best to speak to us but communication is a problem

Big apartment, very clean and you have everything you need (except oven). The owner is a very nice and helpful lady. The location is excellent, a couple of meters you have a free bus which rides to ski stations.

To access the kid's room you need to go through the master bedroom.

Very friendly staff. Amazing location in the city centre and dedicated parking place. Spacious, new rooms. In the kitchen we found everything and even more we needed. Very comfortable beds. We got summer cards. Two shops and a few restaurants next to the place. Dogs are welcome.

If you are sensitive to sounds the main church bell can distract you all day and night. Keep in mind that the cleaning fee is not included in the price.

Es war alles in Ordnung; der Kontakt vor der Anreise und der Empfang vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr gut gepflegt und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge vor Ort ideal, aber auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gut geeignet. Kostenfreier Parkplatz 25 m entfernt auf Nachfrage vorhanden.

Zeer mooie ruimtes en volledig uitgerust. Hou rekening als je met 4 of meer bent dat je zeker een grotere kamer neemt. Met 2 of 3 zijn de kleinere appartementen zeker ok. Ook de zomerpas die de familie geeft is zeker een . Dit kost al snel wat geld. Wij waren tevreden. Eventueel een - voor de lokale pastoor. De kerk luid vanaf 6u ieder kwartier. Wel een lokale wekker. Als de pastoor maar gelukkig is.

Meget stor lejlighed med gode senge og skabsplads. Dog ingen ovn, kun micro Alt var perfekt. Spar 5 min gåsfstand Kriken ringer kl 06 og hver time. Parkering lige ved døren.

Very well equipped apartment located in charming village, close to major ski areas in Salzburg district. The apartment is very clean. The kitchen has all the utensils you might need for preparing your own meals. The bathroom is very comfortable. The host is very nice.

Appartment Haus Renate is large, clean and spacious Unfortunately, the operator-owner uses unfair business practices. If someone mentions the total price for accommodation for 6 persons / one night/ 286 Euros, You can imagine paying an additional local fee (perhaps 2 Euros / person). But if the operator demands an additional 150 Eur for cleaning / bedding ?? = Finally operator requested 448 (57 percent more than the "total price" declared on Booking.com) This is clearly an unsound business practice (The argument that this fee of 25/Euro per person is the local standard that every guest/stay pays ...... and this is stated in "General Terms and Conditions" is unacceptable) We left the room in the morning perfectly tidy with washed/dried dishes. We are not villains - who will leave without paying. But we feel cheated by 150 EUR we expect that it will be returned to us with the help of Booking.com. Family Turek Prague

We had appartment 11: Very spacious, clean and well equipped! Comfortable bed! We felt directly at home on holiday. Ideally located in the center of Rauris. Would definately come back!

The apartment is closer to the market and it is at perfect place. i have enjoyed the mountain views from the window. We have booked for a smaller room , but the host granted the nice big room and also guided us all the sight seeing places. perfect place for sking. those who dont do ski see can enjoy the scenic places and kids and families can enjoy with ice sledge boards which are available for rental at hochalembahnen
