De locatie is top! Het appartement heeft alle voorzieningen die je wilt. Makkelijke zelf check-in.

De kussens waren slecht.

De slaapkamer, keuken en douche zijn comfortabel.

Huiskamer was in verhouding met destijds klein en vrij donker. Bij binnenkomst bleek appartement nog niet schoongemaakt. Na contact verhuurder werd dit wel snel opgelost. Daarna bleek het dekbed wel verschoond maar nog nat. Na opnieuw contact werd dit binnen een uur omgewisseld.

De locatie, het uitzicht en de ruime indeling met goede bedden.

Csodálatos szállás, nyáron voltunknitt, a 3-as számú appartmanban az első emeleten. Gyönyörű kilátásunk volt. Extra kényelmes ágy, minőségi háztartási gépek, tágas tér, a falu egy kellemes sétával könnyen megközelíthető. Kutyabarát! Jól felszerelt konyha pár apróságot leszámítva. Szemeteszsák, konyharuha, mosogatószer, szivacs, elegendő wc papír és mosogatógép kapszula kivolt készítve. Nespresso kávéfőző van, kapszulával érdemes készülni! A nem szúnyoghálós ablakokat érdemes zárva tartani, sok a légy! :) köszönjük hogy itt lehettünk, visszavágyunk

Picit alaposabb takarítás még nem lenne rossz, de nem volt túl zavaró. Éles kés csak 2db szedett-vedett volt, illetve legalább egy nagyobb tál pl popcorn nak nem lenne rossz de megoldottuk. Klíma nincs, de nem hiányzott, pedig nagy melegben, napközben 30fokokban voltunk, mikor odasüt délelőtt a nap behúztuk a sötétítőt.

Kivételesen átgondolt, minden igényt kielégítő modern luxus szállás. A Rauris völgy számtalan csodája Nekünk, sík vidéken lakóknak ámulatba ejtő. Rövid autó útra rengeteg nevezetesség, felvonó és kilátó, tartalmas program található. Az elektromos autó töltő és a fedett parkoló nagy segítség, főleg, ha jön a jégeső! A szúnyogháló is jó szolgálatot tett.

المنطقة هادئة وآمنة والطبيعة خيال. البلكونة وإطلالتها كانت من أجمل لحظات الرحلة. قريب من المكان فيه مزارع تبيع بيض طازج وأجبان لذيذة، والمواقف واسعة ومريحة. الشقة نظيفة ومريحة، والتواصل مع المضيف كان ممتاز، الصوابين والمناديل متوفرة حسب ايام الرحلة، يوجد غسالة صحون مع صابونها، يعطونك كتيبات دليل للمنطقة متكاملة

العيب الوحيد إن الغسالة مو داخل الشقة، موجودة في غرفة غسيل مشتركة بالدور الأرضي، والتكييف لكن ماحتجناه الجو كان حلو خلال فترة إقامتنا.

Die Lage war top, bisschen außerhalb von Rauris in Richtung Wörth. Die direkte Nachbarschaft zu einem traditionellem Bauernhof stört absolut nicht, wenn man Bauernhöfe mag😉. Die Terrasse ist angenehm und die Aussicht auf den gegenüberliegenden Berg top, auch über die Dächer des Bauerngehöfts kann man in der Ferne die 3000er sehen. Die Ausstattung lässt eigentlich nichts vermissen, es ist alles da. Kontakt zum Vermieter erfolgt unkompliziert über Chat und Reaktion auf Anfragen schnell und kompetent.

Grundsätzlich war alles ordentlich. Ein wenig mehr darf trotzdem aufs Detail bei der Reinigung geachtet werden. Dass es in der dörflichen Region von Fliegen wimmelt, gehört zur Landschaft dazu. Totes Getier sollte aber auch aus den Ecken der Wohnung entfernt werden, Die eine oder andere Lampe könnte auch mal mit einem Staubwedel Kontakt haben. Es sind vermutlich die Details, die den Unterschied zu einem privaten Vermieter machen, der den Reinigungszustand selbst mal kontrolliert. @Vermieter: Gerne als Auftrag an die Reinigungsfirma verstehen. Insgesamt aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, wenn wir wieder in das schöne Rauriser Tal fahren.

Wir waren vom 27.06. bis 11.07. in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön, hochwertig eingerichtet und es fehlt an fast nichts. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die sehr bequemen Betten – wir haben uns dort wirklich wohlgefühlt. Leider gab es aber einige Punkte, die den Gesamteindruck deutlich getrübt haben. Bereits am Anreisetag stellten wir am Abend fest, dass das Wasser in der Dusche nur sehr langsam ablief. Dadurch war ein normales Duschen kaum möglich, da wir nicht das gesamte Bad unter Wasser setzen wollten. Wir informierten den Vermieter sofort. Zwar erhielten wir eine Rückmeldung, dass sich darum gekümmert werde, tatsächlich passierte jedoch zunächst nichts. Trotz täglicher Nachfragen wurde das Problem erst am 01.07. behoben – nachdem wir angekündigt hatten, den Mangel über Booking zu melden. Außerdem fiel uns während unseres 14-tägigen Aufenthalts auf, dass die Gemeinschaftsbereiche, insbesondere das Treppenhaus und der Saunabereich, offenbar kein einziges Mal gereinigt wurden. Dadurch wirkte das gesamte Objekt mit der Zeit leider ungepflegt, was bei einer ansonsten so schönen Unterkunft sehr schade ist. Auch die den Gästen zur Verfügung gestellte Miele-Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren deutlich verschmutzt und machten keinen hygienischen Eindruck. Diese möchten wir in diesem Zustand eigentlich nicht nutzen. Unser Fazit: Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist wirklich sehr schön und empfehlenswert. Der mangelnde Service bei der Behebung eines Problems sowie die fehlende Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsbereiche und der Waschgeräte passen jedoch nicht zu dem ansonsten hohen Standard der Unterkunft. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit in diesen Punkten wäre die Unterkunft nahezu perfekt.

The bed was large and comfortable with nice pillows. Plenty of storage in the bedroom. Good shower. The surrounding area in and around Rauris is really beautiful. We were there the first week in May and had lovely sunshine for most of the week and the glacier was still open for skiing.

We found the apartment very dark, no natural light in the hall or bathroom, and the natural light in the kitchen/breakfast/sitting room and the bedroom was limited by large, very dark grey curtains. We missed having a toaster and only found one in the back of a cupboard just before we left. Disappointed there was only 1 sun chair, we requested a second one prior to our arrival but there was only 1 provided which was a shame as the weather was so good and we had purposely booked one of the ground floor apartments with a garden. We didn't meet the hosts, the key was left in a keysafe. Points to note - the washing machine and tumble dryer (and sauna) are all communal to the building of 5 or 6 apartments. There were a lot of flies and farmyard smells from farm animals kept in the surrounding properties, probably not a problem in the winter months but not so good in warm weather!

Nagyon szép helyen van 😊😉🥰 A konyha jól felszerelt, praktikusan használható.

Az agy matraca nagyon ki volt feküdve, emiatt kényelmetlen volt. Az apartman inkább csak ott volt takarítva, ahol a papok táncolnak.

Super modern, top ausgestattet! Saunanutzung und Waschmaschine inklusive. Wir hatten noch nie so eine tolle Wohnung für so einen Preis.

Sauberes und geräumiges Apartment. Schöne Sauna im Keller (leider kein Ruheraum). Trotz ruhiger Lage kurze Wege in den Ort und zum Skigebiet (ca. 1 km). Skibushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.

V Mountain Living nám nic nechybělo. Apartmán je perfektně vybavený, prostorný a pohodlný. Je blízko centra i lanovky, v krásné přírodě.

Tomuto ubytování není co vytknout. Škoda jen, že jsme nemohli zůstat déle.

Krásné, čisté, moderní vybavení. Apartmány jsou velmi dobře vybaveny vším potřebným. Není zde (až na spodní dva apartmány) žádná větší společná oplocená zahrada. Během 5 minut jste autem u sjezdovky v Rauris, v centru, v obchodě.

Je nutné říct, že horní největší apartmán je velmi prostorný s dostatkem soukromí a vyspí se zde až 6 lidí (dvě ložnice, gauč v obýváku), ale na takhle velký apartmán je jedna koupelna a jedna toaleta. Obě místnosti jsou natolik velké, že je poměrně nepochopitelné, že nejsou dvě koupelny a dvě toalety. Pokud je v apartmánu X lidí a toaleta je hned vedle kuchyně, je to značný nekomfort.

Krásné, čisté, moderně vybavené apartmány. Je zde veškeré potřebné zařízení. Za 5 minut jste u sjezdovky v Rauris, v centru, v obchodě.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Although it’s a small apartment in terms of square meters, the layout is really smart - there are a main room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a small entrance area. Perfect for a family with 2 kids. A high-quality sauna, a washing machine with dryer, and a dedicated ski boot drying area in the basement are fantastic additions during a ski holiday.

The kitchen’s space could have more direct sunlight but it is still manageable with interior lights.

Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und liebevoll ausgestattet, die Sauna lädt zum Entspannen ein und dank des guten Parkplatzes ist die Anreise ganz unkompliziert.

Lage sehr gut, Abstellmöglichkeit Auto sehr gut, Sauna im Keller sehr angenehm, Fahrstuhl vorhanden, Sehr großer Balkon vorhanden.

keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden ( nur Kapselautomat ), Geschirr durch Geschirrspülmaschine nicht appetitlich, musste vor dem Benutzen abgewaschen werden, wenig Reinigungsmittel vorhanden, Toasteraufsatz fehlte

Es hat alles gepasst, die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Saunazeiten kann man sich vorab eintragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im App und werden es wieder buchen. Die Lage ist ok, der Bus Skibus geht direkt vom Haus weg. Bei Unklarheiten konnten wir jederzeit jemanden erreichen. Die freundliche Vera hat unsere Fragen sofort beantwortet bzw. weitegeleitet.

Bevor man ins Apartment geht, wäre eine Fußmatte von Vorteil, vor allem im Winter.

Skvělá lokalita, v docházkové vzdálenosti na sjezdovku, běžkažské trasy za domem a přitom klidné a příjemné místo.

Sehr grosses Appartment, sehr sauber, schöne Sauna. Super Lage, Skibus hält buchstäblich vor der Tür.

Das Appartement ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Großes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt. Wir waren im Appartement mit Garten. Vom Bett aus kann man in den Garten und auf die Berge schauen. Fußläufig ist man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Rauris.

Zu laut durch andere Urlaubsgäste. Schmutz auf der Terasse. Eine Liege fehlte.

Sauber und gepflegt, recht gut ausgestattet, ruhig, Hund kein Problem. Sauna war ziemlich gut und unkompliziert. Räume gross genug. TV Geräte zu hoch aufgehängt: Nackenstarre (ist aber eine Kleinigkeit)

Entfernung zur Piste in der Anzeige war unzutreffend, keine 123m, sondern mindestens 800m. Skibus gab es tatsächlich aber nur selten. Leider keine wirkliche Ansprechperson vor Ort, so dass Hemmschwelle z.B. Klopapier anzufragen recht hoch war und wir es somit selber gekauft haben.

Mega fijne plek, wij komen hier ieder jaar graag terug! Prachtige locatie en erg schoon. Super!!

Modernes Apartment! Ausstattung war super und die Betten (Matratzen) waren sehr gut.

Die ganze Wohnung hat extrem nach Hund gerochen!!! Sowas geht gar nicht! Der Boden war nicht gewischt, schneeweiße Socken waren nach 5min schwarz. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist. Der Geruch war nicht auszuhalten.

Accommodatie was fijn ingericht. Vanuit het bed uitzicht op de bergen. Overal was aan gedacht. Prima ingericht. Ik zou zo weer terug gaan.

Douche was prima, alleen alles werd nat en er was geen trekker om het water weg te krijgen.

Relativ zentral und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Haustierfreundlich. Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Sauna Nutzung möglich. Tolle Ausstattung.

Das M1 Appartment liegt nicht direkt im Ort sondern ist ein kleines Stück (1km) außerhalb von Rauris gelegen und somit ist es dort sehr ruhig. Der Verkehr der an der Unterkunft vorbei führt nimmt man kaum wahr. Saubere Zimmer gemütliche Betten und eine große begehbare Dusche machen alles zu einem guten Appartement.

Es fehlen leider eine Auflaufform für den Backofen sowie evtl ein Fleischklopfer um sich evtl. ein Schnitzel selbst zubereiten zu können. Es wurde auch eine große Glasscherbe in der Schuh Ablage gefunden. Da sollte bei der Voherigen Endreinigung etwas besser nachgeschaut werden.

A great apartment that is well furnished and feels like home. We stayed during summer so the main issue was having mosquito nets, which the apartment has. Everything was perfect, parking, staff, dishwasher, stove, utensils etc

I only suggest to have the following added 1. Big broom and mop 2. More coffee capsules according to how long you stay For example, we did get a broom but the small one designed to clean countertops. We were with a baby, so a long stay a big one is needed. For coffee capsules, it's just a nice cheap option to show your customer you're aware they're staying X days. Still, only a suggestion. We did get a small broom and we did get some complementary capsules.

المكان والموقع جميل وهدوء وراحه نفسيه فيه وكل شي قريب منه وأشقه نظيفه مع وجود باركن للسياره وتبعد عن زيلامسي 30 ساعه تقريبا وانصح السكن فيها بقوه

Veel vliegen bij aankomst, ondanks horren. Buiten veel ongedierte, je kon er niet lekker zitten. Geen stofzuiger of bezem aanwezig (vreemd). Prijs/kwaliteit ok.

The location and accommodations were excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The apartment was well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff responded quickly.

Walking distance from Rauris village center (approx 5-10 min) in a picturesque setting. The bedroom was nice and the bed comfortable.

A persistent and unpleasant dog smell ruined our stay. Also the high windows of the dining area facing the side of another building creates a claustrofobic feeling. Because of the above we ended up trying to spend as little time as possible inside.

Location, easy access and communication, well equipped and comfortable apartment, sauna.

Only one minor thing: the pillows could be better, but still OK to sleep on them after a long skiing day. :)

Very cozy and comfy apartment. Parking lots with roof. Handy storage room for ski/bike gear right next to parking. Free sauna in the building. Nice kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine(nespresso), oven, toaster, etc. Private terrace with grill and table. Beautiful and quiet village. Charming smell of alpine grass and farms. Less than an hour to Bad Gastein and Kaprun ski resort, an hour to Kitzbugel. There is Panorama trail wich starts in the village and can get you to the top of mountains with scenic view, perfect for walk with the dog in the morning either hike for a day.

Extra fees for dog. It would be nice to have showel in the apartment for snow weather.

We stayed in an apartment with a garden (ground floor). The place was super clean, the apartment was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is also a sauna in the villa for all the guests which was a perfect add-on for the evenings. The apartment was spacious. Great place for remote working and relaxation (which was the purpose of our stay). Definitely would go back again.

The smell in the apartment! There was a bad smell stuck in the apartment during our whole stay which we couldn’t get rid of it, although we let all the windows and door open.

It was great appartment. There was everything we needed for a nice stay. Kitchen was very well equiped, appartment is spacious, beds are confortable and the view is amazing. Check in and out is easy.

Everything was very nice and comfortable. Would recommend it to others anytime.

Someone came to mow the lawn and did not even bother to say hello. The bottom appartments could have the lawn separated from each other all the way to the fence so that pets can run freely without bothering the other guests.

Clean, modern, easy parking, dedicated room for ski gear. The sauna was great. There are 5 appartements in the house and you can use the sauna calendar to book your sauna slot, which worked well. Easy check-in process with a lock box that contained the key cards.
