Beautifully furnished, large very comfortable rooms. Great coffee at breakfast. Nice bar open during the day/over lunchtime. The duvet was soft and cuddly. Great view from our room with balcony.

We had a lovely stay here and were made very welcome. There could have been a greater choice of meat and cheese at the breakfast buffet. We stayed on a Wednesday/ Thursday so perhaps greater choice at the weekend.

Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen neuen Spa Bereich der zum Entspannen einlädt. Das Essen war auch sehr ansprechend und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Das Haus besticht durch - sein freundliches, einheimisches Personal. - die gute Küche. - saubere Zimmer mit funktionellem Bad. - das schöne Spa mit genügend Liegestühlen. - Schöne Essbereiche, Weinkeller, Bar Cheminéezimmer. - die schönen Steinplatten am Boden.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Wir waren die letzten zwei Jahre 4-5 mal im Jahr in der Unterkunft, Preis im Schnitt 120-150 CHF. Man hat nun einen Wellness Bereich dazu gebaut, im Schnitt der Preis auf 160-220 CHF. Die Zimmer sind zum Teil Renoviert, ist einfach Zuviel des guten. Wir haben uns nach alternativen umgeschaut.

Schönes ruhiges Zimmer. Komfortabler Spa-Bereich, aussergewöhnlich für ein Dreisternehotel.

Jeden Abend dieselbe einfache Musik im Spa-Bereich. Empfehle Neuanschaffung.einer oder mehrerer CDs. Als Alleinreisender wurde ich beim Nachtessen dreimal umplatziert. Am Schluss landete ich direkt neben der Theke. Fühlte mich als Gast wenig umsorgt.

Ich konnte ein wunderschönes entspanntes Wochenende im Croce Bianca verbringen. Super freundliches Personal und das Essen auch hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, man kommt gut zu Fuss zu recht. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und das wunderschöne Val Poschiavo war atemberaubend.

Nach einem freundlichen Empfang fühlten wir uns während der gesamten Aufenthaltsdauer willkommen. Der Spa-Bereich lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist ruhig + herzlich und es ist angenehm spürbar, dass es sich um einen Familienbetrieb handelt (und nicht um ein Kettenhotel). Obwohl unser Zimmer zur Strassenseite war, haben wir vom Verkehrslärm nichts mitbekommen.

Wir haben nichts, dass wir hier anführen könnten.

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und flexibel. Ein kleines Problem am Ankunftstag betreffend Zimmerausstattung wurde vom Chef persönlich geregelt. Der neue Wellnessbereich ist integriert sich optimal in die Architektur des Hauses. Zudem hat uns das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant sehr gemundet. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Ein Bijou an einer sehr günstigen Lage mit kurzen Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof, Altstadt und einem grossen eigenem Parkplatz gleich nebenan. Neu renoviertes und mit viel Geschmack und Stil ausgestattetes Hotel in einem historischen Haus. Zimmer sind elegant und sehr sauber. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - bei der Anreise wir haben sogar 2 Zimmer zur Auswahl bekommen, eins davon wäre ein Upgrade! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig mit frischen lokalen Produkten in grosser Auswahl. Das Abendessen war sehr schmackhaft, mit gutem Menu von lokalen, Schweizer und Italienischer Spezialitäten. Gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Wenn die Fenster gegenüber Hauptstrasse liegen, kann es etwas laut sein. Uns hat es nicht gross gestört

Lovely location, great food, great facilities. Owners Claudio and Karin and their staff couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Si tratta di un bellissimo albergo e probabilmente l'unico che dispone anche di ascensore. Camere funzionali e la qualità del sonno è impeccabile. Lo staff estremamente gentile e disponibile - ti fanno sentire come a casa tua (anzi, forse anche meglio che a casa tua....). Il ristorante rappresenta uno dei valori aggiunti di questo albergo con pietanze magnifiche e gustosissime. Hanno acquistato il palazzo adiacente per allargare l'albergo e introdurre una piscina coperta e probabilmente anche appartamenti. Albergo super-consigliato in questa perla di località chiamata Poschiavo.

Property is listed as 3 star, however is more like a 4 star hotel when it comes to service and dining, hotel is undergoing construction to add spa facilities, that was the only set back, otherwise absolutely excellent service, centric and good price range

This was one of my best ever hotel stays. I received a warm welcome. The staff were constantly asking if I was okay and if I needed anything. I had a fantastic meal in the hotel restaurant where the service was also outstanding. My room was comfortable.

We received a warm welcome on arrival by the owner with an immediate offer to take us to the train station complimentary. That was only the start of all the personal touches. Twin room had 3 beds in. We requested if they could cook us a omelette or fried eggs instead of the eggs they served for breakfast. It was no bother and done with a smile. Instead of just dropping us off at the railway station the manager carried our luggage and introduced us to the man behind ticket counter. All these small and so important things are not seen other. Well done from seasoned worldwide travellers.

Very nice hotel in lovely Poschiavo. Staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating, clean and comfy rooms, excellent restaurant with a very enjoyable and green garden terrace in summer, serving local delicious products for breakfast and dinner. Free parking was very useful and always available. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Val Poschiavo.

We really enjoyed our stay and the room, but it was unexpected and felt slightly uncomfortable to have the sink in the bedroom, and not in the bathroom.

Das Hotel Croce Bianca hat uns sehr gefallen, der Service, das Essen die Anlage, das Zimmer gross und Bad modernisiert. Traumhaft ist die Möglichkeit zu Saunieren/Dampfbaden und zur Ruhe zu kommen.

gepflegtes 3 Sterne Hotel mit einem geschmackvollem modernem Innenausbau. Sehr freundliches Personal und Inhaber geführt wo Wert auf die Gastgeberrolle gelegt wird. Sehr gute Küche zu einem vernünftigen Preis (gemessen an den Schweizer Preisen).

Uns hat alles gefallen. Sehr freundlich im Umgang, sauberes funktionales Zimmer und die Küche sehr gut! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
