The views were beautiful

The hotel is absolutely beautiful from the outside — the palace itself and the surrounding grounds are stunning. The spa is a definite 10/10, with one of the most incredible views I’ve ever seen. The staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is not particularly fancy, but the beautiful lake view more than makes up for it, and we genuinely enjoyed the food.

What disappointed us was the interior of the hotel. For a property charging around €2,000 per night, I expected something truly exceptional, but the rooms and corridors simply don’t feel luxurious enough. Some areas almost have a hospital-like atmosphere, and the renovation feels both dated and rather lacking in taste — strange floor tiles, awkward curtains, and generally uninspiring interiors.

Sehr freundliches kompetentes Personal. Alles extrem sauber - indoor wie outdoor. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass der fantastische Pool-/ Spabereich nur für Hotelgäste zugänglich ist. Die Suite war ein Traum mit riesiger Terrasse. Mini Bar inklusive . Roomservice wie die ganze Anlage Top. Von A-Z TOP! Halt ein richtig Schloss :-)

Náš pobyt bol výnimočný. Hotel ponúka nádhernú polohu pri jazere, krásne izby, špičkové wellness a služby na najvyššej úrovni. Personál bol počas celého pobytu profesionálny, milý a veľmi ochotný. Osobitne by sme chceli pochváliť čašníka Martina, ktorý sa o nás staral pri bazéne. Jeho prístup, ochota a profesionalita boli príkladné. Veľkým zážitkom bol aj výber svetových vín. Hotel ponúka ikonické vína za ceny veľmi blízke bežným e-shopovým cenám, bez neprimeraných reštauračných prirážok. Pre milovníkov vína je to jedinečný zážitok.

Nemáme žiadne pripomienky. Všetko bolo na výbornej úrovni.

The pool and spa were incredible, and the space in the room was too

The room was very hot and we were told to open a window but the room faced the road so the noise was terrible. We had to ask three times for a fan. It was a simple fix and yet there were one or two staff members that were very rude about it. Also, since the property is isolated there isn’t much to do besides the pool. The tennis balls supplied were flat and racquets were 10 years old. There are no games or pool table or anything for entertaining the guests.

I booked this for my birthday, it did not disappoint , I was upgraded to a beautiful suite and then took delivery of a bottle of Champagne and a birthday cake and a hand written card, it’s the little things , staff were very friendly and helpful, thank you for a wonderful stay,

Fantastic, it doesn't get any better, this location is the most beautiful you can get in Switzerland (I know my country) and i chalenge anyone to find a hotel with view anywhere else. The exclusivity, the service, quality of the infrastructures are absolutely top notch, all the hotel floor and spa are built with beautiful natural stone, the attention to detail is amazing, add the breathtaking view with sunset, the garden terrasse directly at the lake, the amazing 2 star michelin restaurant Focus Atelier with direct view on the lac and sunset, it's just an dream location. We will come back.

Staying at the Park Hotel Vitznau was truly a magical experience, it felt like stepping into a fairytale. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with castle-like architecture and breathtaking views that make you feel like royalty. It’s a place where you can truly unwind, be pampered, and soak in the beauty of Lake Lucerne. Almost everything about the stay was exceptional. The service was warm and professional, the setting was serene, and the overall ambiance was luxurious yet relaxed. It’s the kind of place you remember long after you leave. That said, a few details could be refined to match the rest of the hotel’s standard. While the rooms are charming, some of the interiors do feel a little dated a gentle refresh or modern touch could elevate them even further. Additionally, the spa facilities are beautiful but on the expensive side, which may not suit every traveler’s budget. Nonetheless, the experience was nothing short of incredible. If you’re looking to feel like a princess (or prince!) in an idyllic lakeside escape, Park Hotel Vitznau delivers in every way.

Clairement l'emplacement de rêve, la tranquillité, le personnel au petits soins, aimable, souriant, les équipements, la piscine, l'espace sauna/hammam, la chambre (suite junior), sa disposition et son confort.

Le petit-déjeuner est bon mais n'est pas au niveau de l hôtel. Il y avait quelques équipements de la chambre qui ne fonctionnaient pas. Les placards style Ikea qui détonnent par rapport aux portes en verre sérigraphie et au reste de la décoration.

The hotel itself is beautiful and atmospheric — the location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and perfect cleanliness everywhere. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, and very well designed. I especially liked the adjustable bed — such an interesting and comfortable detail. The spa area is truly wonderful: different types of saunas, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful design, and even a lovely aquarium — everything looks amazing. I really enjoyed the spa overall, no complaints there.

However, there are a few things that could be improved. The outdoor pool water is rather cool, it would be much better if it was warmer. Also, it’s not very convenient that you have to go outside to reach the pool — especially when it’s chilly. At Villa Honegg, for example, you can enter the pool directly from indoors, which is much more comfortable. Service could also be better — I felt a lack of friendliness and professionalism for a hotel of this level. The food in the main restaurant was quite limited, and the breakfast was honestly average — sometimes even the bread wasn’t fresh, as if from the previous day.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The entire property is spotless — beautifully designed, modern, and incredibly clean. The atmosphere is peaceful and elegant, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The hotel management went above and beyond — they took care of anything that was even slightly inconvenient for us and even helped us with booking our train tickets, which made our trip so much easier. Overall, a beautiful hotel with outstanding service and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. Massive thank you to Arthur and Sacha who made sure our stay was one we would always remember.

We were given a free upgrade; the suite was superb - very spacious, with amazing views. The hotel allows you to spend time in the spa after checkout. The spa was great (although with stairs, so not good for someone who is not so mobile). I liked the valet parking and help when we arrived.

There was still a card written in the room to the person who should have had the suite (but I guess cancelled hence our free upgrade). The breakfast was really nothing special. We had it in the room and I definitely would rate it 5/10. Both tea and coffees were also cold by the time they were given to us. The croissants seemed stale. The bed was not as comfortable as I was expecting.

O Parque Hotel Vitznau é um daqueles lugares que vão além de um hotel; é uma experiência. Conforto absoluto nos quartos, gastronomia impecável (do estrelado Focus ao café da manhã perfeito) e um nível de serviço impressionante, em que os funcionários antecipam o que você precisa antes mesmo de pedir. Um dia o carro já me esperava na porta no horário exato que havia comentado casualmente, no outro o motorista estava, com o carro do hotel, na porta pra me levar em Vitznau. A sofisticação é silenciosa, discreta e impecável. O spa é incrível e a localização, de frente para o lago e cercada pelas montanhas, é simplesmente única. Um destino em si, onde cada detalhe revela o que significa verdadeira hospitalidade. Foi a minha 4a vez no hotel e com certeza voltarei muitas outras.

Nao há nada ruim, mas a academia poderia ser um pouquinho maior.
