Mi è piaciuta la posizione, vicino alla fermata del bus, la colazione abbondante, le camere spaziose e grandi e il personale gentile e attento.

Pokój najlepsze czasy ma już za sobą, meble dość wysłużone.

Le lieu, la gentillesse des personnes sur place. La vue et la chambre tout équipée. Il ne manquait rien La literie au top également.

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel et le petit déjeuner local et fait maison.

La chambre n’est pas vraiment de grande qualité, la douche était pas en bon état. La localisation n’est pas la meilleure non plus.

Die Zimmer waren nicht besonders sauber. Das Frühstück für mich persöhnlich nicht ausreichend, ich esse sehr gerne müslis brot und gebäck es gab nur toastbrot jedoch marmelade war vorhanden dennoch hätte ich mir Süssgepäck gewünscht

Ci siamo trovati bene a Diamond plaza. Sicuramente uno degli hotel più convenienti qualità prezzo. Se non cercate il lusso ma vi accontentate di una struttura pulita per una vacanza senza optional sfarzosi, è la soluzione migliore

Posizione molto comoda e staff disponibile e gentilissimo, per cucinare serve un po di spirito di adattamento ma lo staff è davvero carino. Offrono servizio di car rental affidabilissimo e a prezzi accessibili

Goede locatie! Ontbijt was heerlijk en het personeel enorm vriendelijk. Wij hadden helaas een slechte ervaring met een tour die we via het hotel hadden geboekt, maar gelukkig nam het personeel ons heel serieus en hebben ze ons goed geholpen!

Foto non corrispondenti all'attuale stato dell'hotel. Lo stabile è fatiscente, le stanze sono sporche, i mobili vecchi e pieni di tarle. La cucina non presenta una fornitura di utensili sufficienti e non è disponibile l'acqua calda per lavare i piatti. Il condizionatore perde acqua. P. S. Non capisco molte delle recensioni positive su cui ci siamo basati per la scelta dell'hotel, specialmente turisti italiani, inspiegabili.

Colazione Ok, lo staff è molto gentile, il posto è pulito ed attrezzato tipo mini appartamento, è comodo e l'aria condizionata funziona bene, dà sulla strada principale quindi di sera c'è un pò di rumore soprattutto se ci sono feste in zona.

c'è stato un pò di difficoltà nel comunicare per un tour programmato ma alla fine abbiamo organizzato direttamente con quelli del tour visto che ci avevano dato il telefono.

Excelente hospedagem!! Quartos muito amplos, arejados, espaçosos e com uma vista linda! Ótima localização, alguns restaurantes e take away próximos. Café da manhã delicioso, opções preparadas na hora, tudo bem fresco. Foi excelente!

De forma geral não atrapalhou, mas uma moça da recepção fez uma grande confusão com um passeio que tínhamos fechado… nos deu informações erradas, fomos para um local e era outro. Nos deu um preço e depois era outro… foi um pouco incômodo. Mas o passeio privado foi ótimo! Tivemos esse ruído mas a experiência do passeio foi excelente!!

Bett war bequem, schöner Balkon und die Klimaanlage.

Die Küche war schlecht ausgestattet und fällt fast zusammen und das nachtschränkchen war kaputt.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch wurde unser Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt und es gab frische Handtücher. Das Frühstück war auch gut.

Die Autovermietung mit der das Hotel zusammenarbeitet würde ich NICHT weiterempfehlen. Wir haben vorab über booking einen Preis ausgemacht, an den sich der Mann von der Autovermietung nicht gehalten hat. Als wir bezahlt haben, hatte er natürlich kein Rückgeld dabei und seine Versprechung dass er es bei der Abgabe zurück gibt, hat er natürlich nicht eingehalten. Die Autovermietung war eine KATASTROPHE!

Great location, close to Grand Anse restaurants and takeaways. By the beach, we had a room with a sea view and it was amazing.

Balkonblick aufs Meer, sehr gutes Frühstück, Obstteller alles da, in der Nähe Geschäfte und Restaurants, Apotheke, Geldautomat, Polizeistation direkt nebenan, ruhige Lage, hilfsbereites freundliches Personal, Zimmerausstattung war völlig ausreichend, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alle Wünsche ( Taxi, Mietwagen, neuer Stuhl ) wurden zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt.

Ottima posizione, mini market di fianco, fermata del pullman di fronte, valle dei maie a 6 minuti di auto, ristoranti a 2 minuti a piedi. Spiaggia direttamente avanti.

La struttura non è nuovissima, ci sono abbastanza pecche strutturali e non è il top, pulizia si ma non eccezionale. Colazione buona, poca scelta.

La posizione della struttura è perfetta per girare e vicino ci sono diverse opzioni per mangiare. Le stanze sono molto grandi, hanno anche l’area cucina. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con il bagno ed è stato un po difficile perché la reception era già chiusa e non abbiamo potuto contattare nessuno fino alla mattina dopo. Buona la colazione.

La camera aveva una vista male molto bella e caratteristica

Essendo in tre in camera, c’erano solo due sedie nel tavolino fuori dal balcone ed anche le stoviglie erano principalmente per due persone.

Zimmer grundsätzlich ok.

Leider war die Managerin sehr sehr unfreundlich und wurde sogar laut. Wir hatten mitten in der Nacht einen Rohrbruch im Badezimmer und konnten niemanden erreichen. Das Zimmer stand einige Zentimeter unter Wasser, es wurde selbst morgens nicht sofort gereinigt noch wurde gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Abgesehen davon, dass wir selbst versuchen mussten, das Wasser zu stoppen, unsere Sachen in Sicherheit bringen mussten und ein Paar Schuhe durch das Wasser komplett kaputt waren, rutsche unsere Tochter aus und stoß sich den Kopf. Die Managerin hatte kein Verständnis, wollte nichts erstatten und schrie uns nur als geldgierig an.

Zentrale Lage, jedoch ruhig, schon zum zweiten Mal, sehr geräumig, einfach zum Wohlfühlen

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An amazing and beautiful hotel in a wonderful, quiet and peaceful setting. We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with everything. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, varied and beautifully prepared. The lady who took care of us in the morning was also incredibly kind and friendly. The surroundings are beautiful and the whole atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. Thank you very much for everything! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay, staff was very friendly, room was spacious and nice, just the bathroom needs some update as there was leak on the bathroom sink. Kitchen also needs some update with plates and cups. Breakfast was delicious.

La limpieza muy bien. El desayuno era una opción con cafés, fruta, zumos y huevos con bacon o salchichas preparados de formas diferentes.

La ducha es bastante mala y no tiene ninguna presión. El baño se queda atascado sacando agua. En cuanto a la cocina, se echan en falta utensilios para cocinar y el gas no está puesto.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Diamond Plaza. Die Unterkunft war sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön war die tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Auch die Lage war praktisch, und wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Der Gasherd war für uns etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und leider nicht besonders einfach zu bedienen. Abgesehen davon waren wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden.

We had a great stay at Diamond Plaza. The room was spacious, clean, and serviced regularly. Having a small kitchenette was very convenient during our stay. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with any questions. The location is excellent. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, supermarkets and takeaway restaurants are within walking distance. The breakfast was fresh and a good way to start the day.

Ładna przeszklona sypialnia, z dużym łóżkiem. Klimatyzacja dobrze chłodziła lecz jedynie w sypialni. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. W bliskiej odległości take away ze smacznym jedzeniem, kilka sklepów i przystanek autobusowy.

Łóżko było twarde przez co dosyć niewygodne. Plaża przy hotelu jest przepiękna, niestety byliśmy w okresie wietrznym (czerwiec) przez co było pełno glonów.

La vue est folle, et la literie agréable. La personne de l’accueil très sympas et l’emplacement parfait. Le loueur de voiture incroyablement gentil, qu’on avait réservée avec l’hébergement directement.

Sinon, nous avions vu avec l’hébergement pour avoir une voiture de location à l’arrivée au port de Praslin, nous avons attendons plus d’une heure et logement injoignable… nous avons finalement pris un taxi et arrivée à l’hébergement pas d’excuse. Nous avons eu notre voiture sois disant un malentendu. Au passage le loueur de voiture était génial ainsi que la voiture ! Ensuite l’hébergement est très vétuste. Des fissures, des meubles qui laisse à désirée sur leur ancienneté. Ensuite pas de gaz, nous avons pas pu nous faire à manger le premier soir. Vraiment décevant …

breakfast included. It was very convenient that the car was delivered directly to the port. The vehicle was a new Kia Picanto, which was compact, comfortable, and easy to drive. It had an automatic transmission and an excellent multimedia system. Apple CarPlay worked very well, making the driving experience even more enjoyable.

I didn't like that there were a lot of ants in the room.

Las habitaciones estaban muy bien, la ubicación estaba bastante bien y había enfrente para cenar.

Para empezar, no había para que las personas sencilla de ruedas pudiesen subir a los pisos, ya que solo había escaleras y no habías ascensor o cuesta. Desayuno muy escaso, rodaja de Bacon y una salchicha.

The location was just perfect. The bus stop, takeaways, and supermarkets were just in the vicinity. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and done nicely. Unfortunately some things were falling out of place and needed renovation but yet sufficient for a comfortable stay.

The accommodation was great due to its location and how spacious it was (10 minutes to the hotel where you can walk up to Anse Georgette, few minute drive up to Grand Anse, 7 minutes up to Vallee de Mai, beautiful sunset beach 3 minutes drive and 30 minute drive up to Ande Lazio) Breakfast was lovely too and the staff overall have been very helpful and nice. They helped us organise a taxi too. Great stay!

Un séjour très agréable avec un personnel exceptionnel Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’extérieur du Diamond Plaza. De plus, les échanges avec la jeune dame à l'accueil ont été formidables : elle s'est montrée extrêmement serviable et nous a parfaitement conseillés pour trouver les meilleurs restaurants et réserver nos taxis. Un grand merci à elle pour sa gentillesse et son aide précieuse !

Le matelas était un peu trop mou à mon goût. Cependant, ayant une spondylarthrite ankylosante, ma sensibilité est particulière et je pense que cela vient plutôt de là, car mon époux, de son côté, a trouvé la literie très confortable.

Salima a l'accueil au top, nous sommes parties très tôt le matin, ils vous avez pris soin de nous préparer un bon petit déjeuner à emporter. On a pu poser toutes les questions, ils ont su nous orienter parfaitement. Merci beaucoup à Salima. ils nous ont porté nos bagages jusqu'à notre chambre.

L'appartamento è ampio e dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare e conservare cibo, utile con un bimbo piccolo. La vista dalla camera era splendida. Lo staff disponibile e quando ci si è fulminata una lampadina l'ha sostituita immediatamente. La pulizia quotidiana effettuata bene

Manca l'ascensore; le camere sono arredate con mobili molto vecchi e purtroppo non tenuti e puliti. La posizione è comoda per la presenza di tanti supermercati e ristoranti locali, ma molto scomoda per visitare le spiagge. La colazione è buona ma manca di varietà (si può scegliere solo la cottura delle uova VS porridge). L'aria condizionata è solo in camera.
