Tourterelle Holiday Home

Everybody at the Tourterelle Holiday Home was very warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. They understood our requirements and helped us every time we asked for something. Wanted to mention about Amanda - the host - she is an amazing person and we wanted to Thankyou for her great gesture. We left one important package at the Holiday Home during checkout and due to time constraints we could not go back, we called Amanda and she at the very moment took the package and delivered it to us at the ferry station. We will remember this forever, and we will recommend everyone to consider the property because it is great location wise and cleaned and maintained properly.

No nos limpiaron en tres días a pesar de que se lo dijimos , ya que todos los días estaba lloviendo la ropa la tendíamos en la casa y la casa olía fatal El gel era una pastilla que se nos acabo el primer dia y no nos dieron mas Las toallas nos nos la cambiaron en nuestra estancia y solo había una toalla

Appartement très sympa avec balcon et localisation très pratique avec un arrêt de bus à 50m de l'hôtel.

Abbiamo trascorso quattro notti a inizio agosto al Tourterelle Holiday Home, a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto, e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Questa struttura è la soluzione ideale per chi desidera vivere le Seychelles in modo autentico, godendosi l'isola di Praslin in totale libertà con un auto a noleggio e avere un alloggio con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'appartamento era grande, luminoso e ben arredato: letto comodo, ampio balcone, cucina attrezzata, connessione wi-fi gratuita e veloce, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, acqua calda e buona pressione. La pulizia era ottima. Il personale è stato cordiale e sempre disponibile a fornire consigli per esplorare la zona. Nel complesso, lo consigliamo vivamente a giovani coppie e viaggiatori amanti dell'indipendenza.

Migliorerei la dotazione della cucina: per i soggiorni brevi sarebbe utile trovare qualche utensile in più, come lo scolapasta, oltre ai beni di prima necessità come sale e olio. L'affaccio diretto sugli appartamenti di fronte riduce un po' la riservatezza dello spazio esterno sul balcone. La stanza assegnata era comunicante con un'altra e non risultava ben isolata acusticamente.

Unfortunately our baby got hospitalized for few days in praslin but despite of that the host has been super sweet asking us if we needed something and also refunded us the price of the cot rent cause of course we didn’t use it at all !

Everything. Loved this place. The kitchenette had absolutely everything for you stay. Balcony was great. Very friendly. Location was great. Comfy beds. Air con. Small issue with air con which they were quick to fix.

Les appartements sont très proches. Il y a beaucoup de promiscuité. Mais les gens sont respectueux et cela n'a pas posé de problème.

Останавливались на одну ночь для посещения острова. Заехали вечером. Снимали 3 двухместных апартаментов. В одном не работал душ. Аппараты в стороне от дороги. Вроде должно быть тихо, но рядом другие дома. И всё ночь лаяла собака, хотелось выйти и с ней поговорить. Так что ночь была бессонная. Хотя Сейшилы это и так как большая деревня. Все здесь делается не торопливо и для местных много что считается не проблема. Ужинали просто в прекрасном ресторане. Название не помню. Посмотрите в Гугле у кого большие рейтинги. Он если выезжать в лево, минуты 3 ехать. Где их центр маленького городка. Шикарная кухня. И креольская и пицца и паста и бургеры и разная рыба. На любой вкус

Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento fue muy decepcionante. Al llegar, encontramos el apartamento sucio: los platos y el microondas sin limpiar, y las habitaciones tampoco estaban en buenas condiciones de limpieza. Lo peor fue descubrir una plaga de hormigas por todo el apartamento, incluida la cama, algo totalmente inaceptable en un alojamiento. Informamos del problema al llegar, pero el apartamento no cumplió en absoluto con lo que esperábamos según la descripción y las fotos. No lo recomendaría hasta que se solucionen estos problemas de higiene.

Stayed only one night but could comfortably stay more. There are small shops nearby and the beach is about 100m. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and a good size. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect. We had the best stay during our Seychelles vacation. The staff were kind and helpful. The location was perfect. The place was quiet and near shops and takeaways. The beach was also not far. We got to experience life in Seychelles as a proper local.

The furniture inside the houses were a bit old but that was never an issue for us.

The place was beautiful and cozy, as well as very well located, close to convenient stores by walk. The bus stops were just there, 2min walk The staff was very kind

It a very nice place which is ideal for a vacation... It is very clean and tidy. The staff are very welcoming. The location is close to the beach and other entertainment, few minutes walk.

We had a very good stay at Tourterelle Holiday Home. The staff were very involved and welcoming, providing us with all the necessary information and making sure everything went smoothly throughout our visit. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the free parking, which was very convenient. Considering the quality of the accommodation and services, the price was excellent. Overall, a great value stay and a place we would confidently recommend.

La propreté du logement est complètement à revoir. À mon arrivée, j'ai constaté des tâches au sol, des cheveux des précédents voyageurs dans le lit ainsi que sur la cuvette des toilettes, un réfrigérateur mal nettoyé, et beaucoup de saletés sur le balcon, ce qui attirait les fourmis. Les parois de la douche étaient couvertes de calcaire et le tapis de douche était sale, l'abattant WC contenait des traces. De plus, il était évident que les draps n'avaient pas été changés, au vu des tâches et des nombreux cheveux qui s'y trouvaient. J'ai signalé ces problèmes et l'on m'a assuré qu'un nettoyage serait effectué. Malheureusement, celui-ci a été bâclé et le lit, notamment, présentait toujours des cheveux après l'intervention.

Das Hotel hat eine gute und ruhige Lage. Fußläufig ist man schnell beim Supermarkt oder am Strand. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und wir hatten einen Balkon. Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The facility is situated in one of the finest locations on the island for watching the sunset, offering truly breathtaking views. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The accommodation itself was equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay, from modern amenities to thoughtful touches throughout. The location was ideal, not only for relaxation but also for exploring the surrounding area, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting the island.

Niczego nam w nie brakowało. Ładny taras. W kuchni można przyrządzić posiłki. Duża lodówka. Blat z hokerami. Wygodne łóżko. Bardzo miła Pani zarządzająca obiektem. Stosunek ceny do jakości bardzo dobry. Można zaparkować auto.

Włosy w odpływie po poprzednikach. Niesprawne rolki szyby w kabinie prysznicowej. Sporo mrówek na tarasie.

L'emplacement du logement est pratique pour toutes les activités de l'île !! La salle de bain est un avantage, ainsi que le balcon et le grand lit, qui est assez confortable !

Nous n'avons pas apprécié l'amabilité du personnel ! Très peu accueillant et la réception n'est jamais ouverte ! Donc si vous avez un problème, vous restez avec votre problème... Ce qui nous a le plus déranger c'est l'annonce mensongère... Première photo de l'annonce sur booking, une photo de vélo, description de l'annonce "location de vélo". Une fois sur place aucun vélo n'est à disposition dans ce logement... Ensuite la cuisine est très très peu équipée, notamment en équipement classique ( tel que le sel par exemple ou encore des sacs poubelles...)( obligé d'acheter un paquet de 1kg en magasin car il existe que cette taille la ). Douche extérieure annoncée, on a rien vu !

The room was clean and spacious, meeting basic needs. It was good value for money. A staff member from Sri Lanka was very welcoming.

We arrived in the evening. The entrance by car is a bit narrow and only one-way. First-timers should be careful not to miss it.

• The nearby IO Lodge is a landmark. • There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. • Nearby supermarkets include Ramajayam Supermarket. • There are various shops about a 10-minute walk south along the road. • They did change my reservation after I arrived.

• I did not receive a reply through the app. • There are significant difficulties in managing online reservations. • On-site, reservations are managed using notebooks and do not appear to be shared among employees.

We loved the peaceful location and the friendliness of the staff.

The double room in the apartment we stayed in, is next to the reception area where a light is kept on all night. It would be good to have thicker curtains in this bedroom so that the light doesn't disturb people's sleep.

C'erano delle piccole riparazioni da effettuare, mancanza saltarello nel lavandino,e alcune mattonelle sul terrazzo che si avvallavano.

Le manque d' isolation entre les appartements. Les voisins bruyants à 4h du matin, on entendait les bruits pensant même qu' ils étaient dans notre logement.

Very spacious appartement that offers all you need to have a great stay. The kitchen has just about everything you need to make a good meal. The balcony is spacious and the location is near the hub of Grand Anse for easy access to stores and takeaways.

The check-in was a bit chaotic, as, while we were a bit earlier than announced, when we rang the bell as per the instruction, no one anwsered. Ultimately called and it was sorted.

Très bonne localisation pour rayonner sur Praslin, parking gratuit sur place.

Quand nous sommes arrivées, il y avait une forte odeur de gaz dans la chambre, on nous a indiqué que ce n’était pas du gaz mais par précaution on a quand même demandé à fermer la bouteille et la débranchée : résultat plus d’odeur, donc c’était quand même bien cela. Porte de salle de bain qui ne se ferme pas, lumière de la salle de bain qui s’allume pas, ventilateur non fonctionnel ( mais il y avait la Clim, pointée sur nos visages). Tout l’appartement était très vétuste. Le pire : l’isolation, déjà que les murs ne sont pas épais, simple vitrage, en plus nous avons la chance d’avoir une porte qui mène dans la chambre de notre voisin juste à côté du lit. Si votre voisin d’à côté est bruyant vous ne fermerez pas l’œil de la nuit, c’est ce qu’il c’est passé pour nous, notre voisin à minuit toujours au téléphone, quand on a toquer à la porte pour lui manifester que ça nous gêner nous avons eu le droit à une déferlante d’insultes. Nous en avons fait part à l’hôtel qui nous a dit qu’il partait le soir même. Mauvaise surprise il était toujours là. Outre ça, des chiens aboient la nuit, le matin à 8:00 on entend déjà des bruits de travaux, bref ne venait pas la pour vous reposer.

Хорошее расположение, рядом пляж, но не самый лучший.. там купаются лишь местные и еще пару туристов. в отлив там делать нечего.. много водорослей, только в последний день их не было. Сотрудник носил нам гуаву каждый день, которая растет в саду у них). Рядом много магазинов. Хороший wi-fi.

Очень грязно! Духовка вся липкая, к тостеру вообще прикасаться не хотелось! Посуда тоже не особо так и вымыта была.

Excellent accueil avec un cocktail de bienvenue, de bonnes informations de la part de l'hôte nous ont été données. Chambres climatisées. Logement facile à trouver. Du port au logement, 300 roupies en taxi. Idem pour le retour. A 10mn max a pied de grande anse, avec les take away et supermarché, puis à 3 mn à pied d'un autre take away a droite quand vous sortez de l'impasse. Par contre vous n'aurez aucun contact avec le propriétaire par mail ou tel, aucuneréponse donc allez y directement Très bon rapport qualité me concernant . Je recommande à 100%
