Reviewed May 22, 2026Said war ein wunderbarer, zuvorkommender Gastgeber, danke für das leckere Frühstück, was er auf der Terasse zubereitet hat bei chilligem Musik. Die Unterkunft mit Plattenspieler und Bücherregal hat ein ganz besonders coole Atmosphere, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Said hat uns ein Kutschenfahrt organisiert und wertvolle Tips gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026The best thing about his place is the host. He makes it a personal experience compared to many other places in Morocco. And I have stayed in many places over my one month road trip to be able to compare. He greets you personally, offers you tea or coffee, and his time to discuss about whatever you’d like. He personally makes you breakfast in his open-aired rooftop kitchen. Homemade jams and compotes. Highly recommend.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Said has a wonderful gem of a place. The decor was fun, eclectic and beautifully done. Everything was very clean and the water was hot and plentiful. Bed was comfy too. We couldn't fault it, it felt like home, lovely. Said went above and beyond to help and make us welcome. His English was brilliant and he cooks a mean breakfast. Can't recommend enough. His knowledge of music was incredible and the rooftop garden was a delight.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026THE PROPRIETOR OF THE GUEST HOUSE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP HIS GUESTS WITH ORGANISING EXCURSIONS AND WITH MAKING OUR WAY IN A STRANGE ENVIRONMENT. HE ALSO PERSONALLY COOKED SUPERB DINNERS FOR HIS GUESTS EVERY NIGHT. WHATEVER I ASKED FOR WAS PROVIDED. THE ENSUITE FACILITY PROVIDED WAS GOOD - A SPACIOUS SHOWER AREA WITH HOT WATER AT ANY TIME OF DAY.
MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE BED WAS SMALL, NARROW, AND UNCOMFORTABLE.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur historischen Stadtmauer. Parkmöglichkeit an der Unterkunft ist gegeben. In nur wenigen Minuten ist man im Herzen von Taroudant und kann in das Leben der Einheimischen eintauchen. Das Haus wird vom Besitzer Siad geführt, der mich herzlich willkommen hieß und mir beim Check-in einen Minztee und Datteln reichte. Das leckere Frühstück wird von Ihm persönlich zubereitet und auf der schön gestalteten Dachterrasse serviert. Ich möchte mich bei Said für den sehr guten Gesprächsaustausch bedanken.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Vriendelijke eigenaar. En wat ons het meest beviel, was het schitterende ontbijt dat je hier aangeboden krijgt. Ook de ontvangst was heerlijk. We hoeven geen luxe-verblijven en vinden de sfeer belangrijker.
Misschien de kleine badkamer. Het was moeilijk om onze spullen te zetten. Maar als dat het enige is, waarover je dan ontevreden moet zijn, dan betekent het dat het een fijne plek was om te vertoeven! Wij zaten ook in het salon 's avonds, omdat op de kamer het moeilijker was om de gsm op te laden (slechts één stopcontact). Maar we vonden het salon ook gezelliger dus dat was dan weer een pluspunt!

Mention spéciale pour le rooftop juste parfait avec vue sur la ville et endroits très confortables où se poser, les petits déjeuner délicieux (jus d'oranges à la centrifugeuse, confitures maison, et le café à la french press !!!) Et puis l'univers musical du blues qui anime ce lieu, il y a même une guitare pour jouer ! + C'est propre et décoré avec soin et goût ! Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter.

Střešní terasa je perfektní k večernímu posezení a povídání si s provozovatelem, který je úžasně sečtělý, tak i k pohodové snídani. Le gros plus, c’est le côté humain. Saïd est très sympathique, disponible pour ses clients et met du bon son! Nous sommes venus sur les conseils de mon frère déjà hébergé ici, nous étions en famille avec notre fils de 6 ans, qui a adoré Saïd. Merci pour l’accueil et l’ouverture d’esprit! Bonne continuation

Nous avons super bien mangé, le petit dej était vraiment délicieux. Je recommande vivement ce Riad : cadre agréable, séjour réussi du début à la fin. J’ai tellement apprécié que je pense y revenir très bientôt !

Das Haus ist in einer schönen Balance aus traditionell und modern sehr stilvoll und funktional eingerichtet mit einer herrlichen Dachterrasse. Eine Oase der Ruhe! Said ist ein großartiger Gastgeber - herzlich und entgegenkommend und gleichzeitig diskret. Er servierte uns ein wunderbares Frühstück mit gutem Kaffee und selbstgemachter Marmelade. Unserer Tochter, die an Zöliakie leidet, bereitete er extra glutenfreie Pancakes. Vielen Dank! Leider konnten wir nur eine Nacht bleiben, aber wir empfehlen dieses Guesthouse sehr!

He has an eye for detail and serves delicious breakfast while you can enjoy great music, the universal language. I would highly recommend staying here. Just outside the city gates which is great for parking but close to the entrance of the city walls so you can walk straight into the old city.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2025An absolute dream! We loved the numerous relaxed, beautifully decorated spaces to lounge (the top one being the rooftop terrace) and the wonderful homemade tasty breakfasts. Also, I think Said might literally be the most welcoming and accommodating host in all of Morocco via his devotion to make each guests' visit to his guest house and Taroudant unique and special. This is a must-stay and can't wait to return.
I always try to put something here, but can't honestly think of a single constructive suggestion to share.

Reviewed Nov 1, 2024Said and his family are very good hosts. I really enjoyed the stay at the nice property. You have lots of space to relax and a nice view from the rooftop. You get information what place to visit in the city. Dinner and breakfast were really delicious.
If you arrive by bus or grand taxi it is a 20 min walk. More of an information rather than a negative point.

Reviewed Jul 26, 2024The house is very nice, the bedroom too and there is 2 amazing points : - the air conditioner is working properly, a rarity in Morocco 🇲🇦 and very nice under the summer heat of 40 ++ degrees! - the breakfast of Fatima is totally amazing. Delicious and plentiful! Thank you 🙏 Fatima !!
I had to pay high price, about 35 euros for a single occupancy bedroom because I mistake about the month of my booking and my request to cancel without fee was rejected. And I had to pay a fee for change the month even if I was the only one staying there.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2024Feel at home. This is Dar Randigaba. Charming house furnished with excellent taste. Said, in addition to being an excellent host, is also an excellent cook. For a guitarist like me it was a pleasure to discover his passion for music and the blues in particular. Perfect location, a small free car park 10 meters from the property. Everything perfect, thanks Said! Highly recommended

Reviewed Mar 12, 2024The place had a unique character. The host Said was very friendly and helpful. Made good recommendations about restaurants, sightseeing and onward travel. He also lent his guitar to my 12y old.
Would have been good if the bathroom was modernised a bit - but still it was very good value for money

Reviewed Feb 24, 2024The space is very well arranged and decorated. The terrace is lovely, and there are areas to socialize or to relax on your own. Breakfast was amazing and prepared with care. Said is a welcoming and pleasant host. Altogether the place feels very homely and I regret not staying for longer !

Reviewed Feb 24, 2024Very clean, comfortable room, very quiet just outside of the walls of Medina. Breakfast was exceptional, tasty and good quality products. Terrace and other communal spaces clean and comfortable.
The communal toilet was with a shower and you had to go through the shower first to get to the toilet. A bit strange. But generally not a big deal. Also the door of the shower/toilet had a lot of big cracks so whoever is outside could see through. I felt a bit uncomfortable
