Le personnel est très sympathique, surtout Manu. Il répond très rapidement si vous avez des questions , conseils ou si vous avez besoin d’organiser un transfert entre les différentes villes. L’emplacement est correct : vous pouvez facilement tout faire à pied. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, il est servi directement sur la terrasse de votre chambre.

Les coussins d’assise de la terrasse étaient très usés. Une rénovation ou un remplacement serait nécessaire.

Alojamiento perfecto para estar unos dias en El Nido. Esta a menos de 5 minutos del centro en moto lo que hace que no haya ningun tipo de ruido, es muy tranquilo para descansar. La habitacion muy comoda y con todo lo que necesitabamos. La piscina y el personal tambien perfectos.

Petite chambre donnant sur le jardin, ce qui est très appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner est servi sur la terrasse du jardin, juste devant notre chambre. Un grand merci à Manu, qui a pu me donner de nombreuses informations et de précieux conseils pour venir à l’hôtel. Le personnel est très agréable, accueillant et toujours réactif. Une belle adresse à El Nido !

Fue un sitio increíble. Manu y el resto del personal estuvieron atentos y cercanos desde el principio. El lugar esta muy bien situado y parece que estas dentro de la selva pero con todas las comodidades y necesidades. Todo esta muy cuidado y limpio, con una estética moderna y a la vez rústica. Se podía descansar muy bien no había ruidos ni molestias y el baño estaba genial. Lo mas destacable es el desayuno, de los mas ricos que hemos probado especialmente el Filipino. Te lo llevan cada día a la hora que tu quieras a la puerta de tu terraza. Increíble. Repetiríamos sin dudar.

Nos encantó el alojamiento. La habitación era preciosa y tener piscina con vistas un privilegio. Además llegar al centro era un paseo agradable. El personal fue muy amable y atento.Repetiríamos sin duda.

The stairs as well as the path to the reception should be illuminated as when getting dark you don't see anything and someone might fall.

Petite piscine pour se rafraîchir, location de scooter, laverie, super emplacement

Schone kamers, super vriendelijk personeel en een vers ontbijt dat elke morgen op de patio werd gebracht. De eigenaar stond gedurende ons hele verblijf voor ons klaar voor onze vragen en het boeken van een tour of scooter. Ze bieden dagelijks nieuwe handdoeken aan voor op de kamer en er liggen handdoeken bij het zwembad. Alles is netjes verzorgd en er is een drinkwater tap bij de receptie. Alles was top!

Het is 10-15 minuten lopen naar het centrum van El Nido. Echter is dit prima te doen en kun je ook voor 100 pesos een Tuktuk naar het centrum nemen.

This property was absolutely stunning and felt like a secret oasis behind a main street. The pool, rooms and breakfast were all amazing and the staff were very helpful and accommodating! Would definitely recommend

Clean and tidy room with good air conditioning a good shower and bed. Nice location that’s off the main street about 5-10 min walk from town and main shops and food. Friendly and helpful staff.

Toilet wasn’t flushing too well and lid needed to be tightened as it was moving when lifting.

Staff were very helpful. Hannah and Meno were 2 staff we meet and were very attentive. They helped us to guide how to get to puerto princesa airport. Room was very nice and clean. Our fav part was the pool.

Hotel pequeño muy acogedor, bien situado y con un a piscina pequeña que era una maravilla después de un día de excursión. Agua filtrada gratis todos los dias. La habitación amplia con ducha separada del baño!!! Y con una mininevera para guardar bebida

Contratamos con ellos las excursiones y nos recomendaron coger una privada ( muy muy cara), nos fueron a recoger al hotel pero a la vuelta nos dejaron tirados en el puerto y nos dijeron ahí tenéis tricycles para ir al hotel.... No merece la pena hacerlo por privado, el resto las cogimos compartidas y bien

L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville et de la plage d’où partent les bateaux pour les excursions à la journée.

Avec la climatisation allumée, il faisait trop froid avec seulement un petit drap, mais dès qu’on l’éteignait, la chaleur devenait vite étouffante. Une couverture supplémentaire aurait permis d’être plus à l’aise.

Mise à part le monsieur qui nous a accueilli, personne ne nous disait bonjour, le monsieur de la sécurité était sur son portable et nous disait pas bonjour c’était gênant. Mauvais rapport qualité prix car le petit déjeuner n’est pas inclu.

Very convenient location, able to walk into town for food, activities and tours. Would recommend.

Nothing major but the deluxe and superior rooms are pretty much identical inside. But they are both nice, main difference is the balcony or terrace.

The staff here are super helpful and always remember you. The hotel is very small making it very personal, with breakfast being delivered to your room each morning. The pool is lovely. The location was perfect for us, it was a short walk to the town proper but far enough to be a nice and peaceful stay.

Schöne Anlage mit ruhigen Räumen. Lage ist super. Leckeres Frühstück, was man jeden Morgen auf die eigene Terrasse serviert bekommt. Toller kleiner und immer sauberer Pool. Manu, der Manager ist sehr aufmerksam ist sofort auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen. Auch einige Punkte, die wir in früheren Bewertungen gelesen hatten, sind behoben worden.

Leider konnte anscheinend 1 Problem noch nicht ganz behoben werden: ab und zu, nicht permanent, kommt ein komischer Geruch aus den Abflüssen, doch ich denke, dass es eher ein Kanalisationsproblem in der gesamten Gegend zu sein scheint.

Small and a little basic, but very nice hotel

Mycket trevligt boende! Vi fick utmärkt hjälp av personalen med hyra av moped samt hjälp med transfer till flygplatsen.

Sängen var lite väl hård och inga mörkläggningsgardiner, klagade aldrig på det eftersom det var skönt att vakna tidigt och fånga dagen.

The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was just excellent with a lot of fruit.

Sehr gute Lage: Das Stadtzentrum von El Nido ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind hell und sauber, mit bequemen Betten und einem schönen Blick ins Grüne. Teilweise verfügen sie auch über einen kleinen Vorgarten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse. Der Swimmingpool ist zwar klein, aber sauber und gepflegt und bietet eine angenehme Abkühlung. Das Internet ist schnell und funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Frühstück wird am Vortag ausgewählt und von der Hausdame zur gewünschten Uhrzeit auf der Terrasse serviert. Es ist ausreichend, frisch und sehr schmackhaft. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam – besonders hervorzuheben ist Manu, der äußerst hilfsbereit ist und bei der Planung von Aktivitäten unterstützt. Wir haben alle unsere Tagestouren über das Hotel gebucht. Der Anbieter war zuverlässig und die Touren sehr gut organisiert. Die Preise für Ausflüge sind überall ähnlich, Unterschiede liegen hauptsächlich in der Qualität der Durchführung. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, essen zu gehen oder frisches Obst und Snacks zu kaufen. Auch im Zimmer stehen kleine Snacks und Getränke aus einer „Minibar“ zu fairen Preisen zur Verfügung. Die Anlage ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an einigen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig, dennoch kann man hier eine angenehme Zeit verbringen und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Sauberkeit ist einwandfrei.

Einziger Minuspunkt ist der Preis, der insgesamt etwas zu hoch angesetzt ist.

Close to downtown while still calm at night

We had a great stay at Focus Room, thanks especially to the kindness and attentiveness of the manager, Manu. He helped organize everything we needed - from airport pick-up and motorcycle rental to tours and laundry, making our stay very easy. Breakfast was really good with good variety, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of a cold bottle of water waiting for us each day when we returned from our activities. The location is perfect: walking distance to town for restaurants and about a 20-minute motorcycle ride to Las Cabañas Beach.

A small but very good, well presented property, set back from the hustle and bustle of the main road and only a short distance from the centre of town. Good sized, clean room with all expected amenities. Excellent cold air-conditioning. Very friendly, helpful staff

Schönes Zimmer mit allem was man brauchte. Alles war sehr sauber. Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück wurde vors Zimmer gebracht.

Schön wäre auch, wenn man auch ein frühes Frühstück bekommen könnte. Wenn man einen frühen Ausflug (Tauchen) gemacht hatte, war es nicht möglich das Frühstück zu bekommen, das dies erst um 7.30 Uhr serviert wurde.

It was close enough to El Nido Town and Corong Corong but far enough to avoid the noise. The personal was very nice. We recommend to order the breakfast. They serve it to the terrasse at the time you indicate and it is delicious. They also help you with transfers to/from the airport in case you need help. Despite weather being not so good, we had a nice time in Focus Rooms.

The pressure of the water could be better but I don't think it was a problem of the place but of El Nido area.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the pool area is wonderful. The staff members are incredibly friendly and professional, making the stay truly enjoyable. Look forward to stay here again !

The rooms are lovely, spotless, and have a great atmosphere. The hotel feels quite private, especially when staying with a large group (we were eight), since there are only a few rooms. Having breakfast delivered to the room each morning is also a really nice touch. Only 15mn walk from the city center!

This is a boutique style hotel with only 8 rooms. We loved the location being a short tricycle ride to town and around 25 minute walk. Room was comfortable and we used the outdoor setting a lot. Staff, were exceptional ... thank you to Manu, Hanna and your team.

A little noisy one of the nights from party people somewhere near, nearby dogs and church singing at 5:30 a.m. But overall slept pretty well.

De prijs voor deze kamers is veel te hoog gezien je voor dezelfde prijs elders kunt krijgen.

Achteraf gezien staat de prijs niet in verhouding voor wat je krijgt. 75,- voor een nacht is ruimschoots voldoende.

I loved the service and the staff. Breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch. It was also quiet despite the busy street. WiFi and AC was very good and drinking water (hot or cold) was always available.

I have to say that the price doesn’t justify the condition of the hotel. The staff and service is wonderful, but it isn’t enough to make up for the broken fixtures in the bathroom, the stains on the shower wall and dirt on the shower window, the dirt in the pool. There were many small things that individually can be overlooked, but altogether they detract from the experience and keep it from being a 10.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und wurde täglich gereinigt. Wer keine großen Ansprüche hat, kommt damit zurecht.

Insgesamt gibt es jedoch einiges, das verbessert werden sollte. Das Frühstück muss am Vortag ausgewählt werden und ist qualitativ nur gerade noch akzeptabel. Zudem wird es sehr spät geliefert – ungünstig, wenn man früh Ausflüge geplant hat. Das größte Manko ist jedoch das Personal: unkooperativ und wenig hilfsbereit. Bei einem Missverständnis mit einem über das Hotel organisierten Roller-Verleih wurde uns keinerlei Unterstützung angeboten, obwohl wir ausdrücklich darum gebeten haben. Stattdessen wurde die Situation einfach kommentarlos beobachtet – sehr enttäuschend und für uns der einzige richtige Negativpunkt unserer gesamten Reise. Preislich ist das Hotel zwar sehr attraktiv, aber beim nächsten Mal würden wir ein anderes wählen.

Sometimes it's like we could hear the sound of the pool filter above us, which was quite loud, but we just turned the fan up on the air con and it drowned it out - other than that, was such a great place to stay :)

Wirklich sehr schöne & ruhige Zimmer, die super ausgestattet sind. Toller kleiner Garten und super Lage für uns. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, und das Personal immer hilfsbereit, bei extra Anfragen, Roller mieten etc. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch!

O hotel fica em uma região próxima do Centro onde tudo acontece (restaurantes, lojas, píer, passeios) sem a necessidade de alugar moto. Bem tranquilo e com ótimas instalações. O staff é SUPER prestativo e ajuda em tudo. gerente é um ótimo anfitrião e dá dicas muito boas. Banheiro e quarto bem espaçosos. Café da manhã bom e gostoso, tem 4 opções que precisa se escolhido com um dia de antecedência e eles entregam na porta do quarto, na varanda do lado de fora, na hora que o hóspede quiser dentro do horário do café, claro. Mas uma dica: assim que chegar saia do quarto logo ou tudo será comido pelos corvos e passarinhos kkkkkk Super recomendo.

La planta baja que pedimos fue muy bonita. El desayuno increíble y la atención de los trabajadores ejemplar.

Alrededor hay como un mini río y pasaron un par de ratas por mi terraza y en la entrada. Aunque es algo "normal" allí. El precio me parece excesivo comparando los precios de allí, pero fue a ultima hora y no había mucha más opcion.

Es un hotel “pequeño” unas 8 habitaciones por lo que es tranquilo. El personal increíble, igual que la ubicación. Personalmente he estado muy a gusto por lo que lo recomendaría

Le manager de l’hôtel a été réactif et disponible pour nous aider lorsque nous avons fait face a un problème. L’hôtel est à 10-15 min de marche du centre où se trouvent les restaurants et les bars, ce qui permet de rester au calme. Possibilité de louer des scooters via l’hôtel

La atención de Manuel. Nos facilitó muchísimo la estancia en El Nido. De hecho, nos ayudó a contratar furgonetas y servicios debido a un temporal que nos hizo trasladarnos con poco tiempo.

We got some problems during our stay in El nido and the staff was really helpful and kind. They sincerely helped us fixing our stay. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and close to el nido. Breakfast is served out of your room or by the pool.
