Durch die Hanglage und dem fehlenden Wasserdruck war die Dusche eher unbrauchbar. Die Dusche am Pool hat dafür bestens funktioniert

Cuando llegas solo ves unas escaleras pero cuando empiezas a subir es un hotel en la montaña con mucha vegetación natural.

No es un hotel para personas con limitaciones por la cantidad de escaleras de difícil acceso.

La ubicación y personal, desayuno típico y con buenas porciones, habitación grande y muy cómoda, la limpieza del hotel es un puntazo!!!

The view from vila 1 is magnificent, isolated from rest of the premises high in the hill. The pool was clean and a great place to have a romantic vacations.

Everyone say about the stairs and that rooms are high in the hill, in the end of the day this is what you pay for. It is 200m high but we had no problem to go up and down 2-3 times per day. People with kinetics problems it will be difficult. Breakfast for vilas prices that they ask was very poor.

Room 4 smelt bad. Bathroom had sewage smell which affected the room too. Staffs were nice but not helpful to change the rooms. Shower was bad no pressure at all. We stayed 3 nights there.

J’ai pris une chambre de luxe avec baignoire elle étais top celle ci étais beaucoup moins bien. Faites attention si vous avez beaucoup de bagage l’hôtel est en hauteur

Nous avons choisi une première chambre de luxe avec baignoire le lit étais confort, c’était grand, propre. Le personnel étais le grand plus de cette hôtel. Néanmoins notre seconde chambre étais moins bien, petite, pas lumineuse, je ne conseille pas les autre chambre

Habitaciones muy amplias, limpias. Todos los días te pueden limpiar la habitación, el desayuno rico, y tiene vistas muy bonitas.

Está un poco “lejos” del centro (10 mins andando) y las escaleras no es un impedimento para no reservar, aunque se pueden hacer un poco pesadas.

Un lugar precioso, hermosas vistas, cerca de todo pero no enmedio del bullicio 👍🏾. El desayuno correcto y muy rico con opcion a pedir un plato extra por muy buen precio si eres de los que desayunan fuerte. La habitación espaciosa, siempre limpia. Personal amable.

Debido a su ubicación, creo que no es apto para personas con movilidad reducida o con poca actividad física. Para acceder a todas las estancias hay escaleras, con algunos escalones bastante altos. Vale la pena, pero a tener en cuenta

El alojamiento fue correcto para una noche. La habitación era amplia y con una pequeña terraza. La piscina se agradece.

El desayuno algo escaso, solo te dejan elegir un plato. El baño también podría estar en mejores condiciones.

El personal muy amable en lo que necesitas

Muchísimas escaleras tanto para acceder al hotel, para subir a las habitaciones, al comedor y a las piscinas. Nada adaptado. Por otro lado, muchísima humedad en las habitaciones. Hemos salido un grupo de 6 amigos con muchísimo dolor de pecho y resfriados por la humedad y las condiciones de las habitaciones.

La posizione centrale della struttura permette di arrivare a piedi ai tour e al centro della città. Bellissima vista, anche se ci sono parecchie scale ripide per raggiungere la camera (non adatto a disabili). Il personale è molto gentile. Ci sono i prodotti per lavarsi e le pulizie vengono effettuate giornalmente. Ottima colazione.

Acqua fredda sempre, per 3 giorni non siamo riusciti a fare la doccia calda, ho dovuto usare il bollitore per scaldarla. Aria condizionata troppo rumorosa. La camera era molto spartana, di notte sono entrati dei gechi 🦎 (se hai paura degli insetti, non consiglio questa struttura).

Door lock broke the night before we left but wouldn’t fix because it was Sunday. Shower head has to come off to use. Toilet paper roll broken. Ac remote wasn’t working well and ac either. Walking up 50 stairs to room and breakfast.

The views from the balcony of the private Villa were fantastic, and the private pool superb and well maintained by the staff, the bed was comfortable and the room space was great with lots of floor to ceiling windows allowing great views of the water and rocky landscape. The staff were very friendly and helpful and attentive to any needs or issues.

The room was a little dated as was the bathroom, but overall served there purpose well, access from the road to the room can be challenging from the road given the steep stone stairways but staff were helpful in carrying luggage up to and down from your room. The breakfast choices were somewhat limited to alternative selection type meals not your buffet style approach which might have been expected with the cost of staying there in private villa. Overall the stay was enjoyable and relaxing with great service and the views were amazing. The high costs of staying in the villa here seems to sit more with the private pool and views than most other services or facilities provided. Not sure it fits value for money by that standard

Las vistas desde la habitación, está en la montaña y hace que sea un alojamiento original y que completa la experiencia de El Nido. Ubicado cerca del centro (5-10min andando) pero en el límite para que sea una zona tranquila. Personal muy amable, habitación y decoración sencilla pero bonita, si quieres te limpian cada día la habitación y cambian las toallas sin coste adicional, tiene para rellenar botellas de agua y opciones de desayuno variado, cantidad y bueno. Piscina perfecta

No tengo queja. Pero hay que tener en cuenta que hay que subir muchas escaleras de montaña para llegar a la habitación

Staff were amazing, when we had an issue they were quick to do what they could to help

We had two nights here, the first was a rough sleep with the thin walls and roof which made the rain and people outside quite noisy. Also, we heard something in our roof to what we concluded was a rat chewing away at something and making a nest. It was loud and disturbing. Although we told staff on our way out and for our second night we didn’t hear it. I also think the photos need updating, the view was not nearly as breathtaking as they portray, bit more development below since they were taken and some rooms don’t have a view at all (for the amount of stairs it would’ve been nice to have a view). As for price I think there is far better value for that money elsewhere.

Wir fanden es dort seh schön... allerdings ist der weg mit sehr vielen Treppen verbunden... für mich und meinem freund kein problem... allerdings sollte eine gewisse fitness gegeben sein... meine mama hätte nicht ins zimmer geschafft

El primer día habíamos reservado la villa con piscina privada. Alrededor de la piscina podía pasar la gente, sin intimidad ninguna. Además tenía una cámara enfocando y un cartel que decía que podíamos ser multados si nos veían tomando un baño sin una ducha previa para eliminar la crema. Falta de protección a la imagen y la intimidad total. El tejado de la villa estaba roto y debido al gran viento que hace en esa zona, estuvo la pieza rota golpeando toda la noche sin poder descansar. A las 05:00 de la mañana vinieron dos hombres a limpiar a la piscina hablando a gritos y fumando. Es una completa estafa la villa. La habitación con bañera bien.

It was a very pleasant stay. The room was large with a comfortable bed. The balcony view was stunning. The staff was spot on without being obsequious. We looked forward to a delicious breakfast every day.

The steps were a challenge. The distance to the beach was about a 10 minute walk. But, we got some exercise.

Great location just outside of town very peaceful spot.

The stairs might put some ppl off but not a problem. Hot water in my room didn't work really but not much of an issue and my phone in the unit not working

La amabilidad del personal.

De vele treden om overal te komen. Slechte aanwijzingen waar precies welke kamer is. Kamer was niet super schoon (wel wat insecten op de vloer). Bedden vrij hard. Kamer heel Spartaans gekleed. Badkamer claustrofobisch wat betreft wastafel locatie. Geen vangplug in wastafel (dus je kan objecten kwijtraken in de afvoer). Plaatsing verlichting in badkamer maakt het lastig om goed in de spiegel te kijken. Douchestang was gammel. Geen scheiding tussen toilet en douche en afstand is best klein. Toilet wordt dus wel beetje nat. Bij aankomst was er gewoon niemand in de lobby en dat voor minstens 5 minuten lang. Tevens geen airco in de lobby.

Ubicación y entorno preciosos, con unas vistas increíbles. El personal fue excepcional: todos fueron súper amables y nos ayudaron muchísimo, incluso con algunos problemas que tuvimos durante el viaje. Además, nos subieron y bajaron las maletas, algo que se agradece mucho por la cantidad de escaleras.

Había algo de olor a humedad, especialmente en el baño.

La vista hacia la montaña de al frente er preciosa en la mañana para desaynar con vista hacia el mar.

El acceso al hotel tiene una escalera desde la calle que es muy sucia, ya que además de oscura, acumulan mucha basura las personas que suben y que viven en esa subida. Vimos allí la rata gigante más grande de filipinas en el inicio de la escalera debido a la cantidad de basura. Sería positivo que el mismo hotel realice una limpieza en ee sector ya que si bien los arboles y vegetación son parte del Filipinas, la basura no y eso atrae estos animales que pueden contagiar enfermedades.

Es muy bonito, la piscina genial, muy buenas vistas, es muy relajante y tuvimos una plaga de bichos y lo solucionaron en un momento.

El desayuno es a partir de las 06:30 (aunque siempre tardan en servirte) y muchas excursiones empiezan antes o a esa hora y no nos daban el desayuno antes, estaría bien que fuese a partir de las 06:00.

La chambre était super et le personnel au petit soins !

El tamaño y la habitación en si. Los jabones de la habitación. En general todo bien.

Eché en falta un enchufe al lado de la cama y por un problema técnico estuvimos un par de dias sin internet. Hay que tener en cuenta el tema de las escaleras, pero no tiene por que suponer ningún problema.

The steps and the slippery stairs. The room was not what I expected. Small bathroom.

- La vue sur la falaise, la taille et la propreté de la chambre, le personnel de l'accueil (très réactif), le petit-déjeuner philippin et la climatisation (importante au vue de la chaleur et de l'humidité dans l'air), la navette (chauffeur très professionnel et souriant). - Facilité pour la réservation d'un "Tour A" (sortie en mer pour découvrir l'île). L'équipe fut fantastique, merci à l'agence.

- L'eau : il n'est pas indiqué sur le site que l'eau du robinet de la salle de bain est inutilisable pour se laver les dents (faut aller récupérer l'eau en bouteille à l'accueil à chaque fois et c'est le parcours du combattant en termes de marches) et pour la douche, le débit de l'eau est très bas (très dur de se doucher correctement) + problème avec l'eau chaude. - Les odeurs d'égouts : l'eau est filtrée avec un système ancien donc on sent les égouts dès que l'on sort de la chambre et c'est très fort. Le système assainissement est quasi inexistant (fidèle aux commentaires précédents mentionnés de d'autres personnes). - Les escaliers : pareil, ce n'est pas décrit qu'il faut avoir le cardio donc pas adapté pour tout le monde. Par exemple, si on a un handicap et moi épouse avait une attelle (même si nous sommes prévenus par message APRÈS le paiement). - Le petit-déjeuner : c'est très bon, fidèle à l'esprit du filipino breakfast mais trop peu copieux pour le prix localement et surtout, les serveuses peuvent parfois vous fixer très longuement... C'est assez oppressant. Parfois polies, parfois non.

The hotel has a fantastic view and a lot of flowers and plants.I love plants and flowers, the hotel surrounding suits me a lot.A relaxing place and the value of money is excellent. I am looking forward to be back.😍

The bathroom shower and when we turn on the aircon a lot of black things coming out from the aircon.but in general it is excellent to stay.

Love the location. Great view and its very clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Het ontbijt was prima. Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk. Het is ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum van El Nido.

In de kamer hangt een erg muffe en klamme lucht en de lakens zijn niet schoon. Er liepen veel mieren in de kamer, nadat we dit aan hebben gegeven werd hier niks mee gedaan. Tijdens het douchen is alleen koud water aanwezig. Het water in het zwembad was troebel.

Muy buen hotel calidad-precio , el servicio era atento y amable, cuando teníamos los island hoping nos ponían los desayunos temprano y para llevar!

Por poner alguna pega pues a nosotros nos llovió mucho y el ruido en el techo se escuchaba muy alto , y que el acceso al hotel es empinado .

Staff were great, so helpful and friendly. Good location.

Staff were very accommodating, watched our suitcases overnight while we went to Darocotan island and arranged a transfer to PPS directly which picked us up at the bottom of the steps to the property and dropped us to our hotel fro 800 php each. The pool is lovely and multi tiered and the views from the property make all of the steps to the rooms worth it. The breakfast was basic but had choice to suit everyone. If you're going to El Nido and want somewhere close to the main town with stunning views at a reasonable price you can't go wrong here.

It's a lot of steps so not suitable for people with mobility issues but they're worth it for the view. Water can't be used for brushing your teeth but a water container is provided in your room. WiFi dropped out a lot and the TV wasn't great if you did want to watch a movie in the evening

Es un alojamiento donde tienes que subir varias escaleras para poder acceder al hotel, no lo recomiendo para gente con movilidad reducida. Pero por lo demás, fantástico!

We loved this property. The rooms were massive, aircon worked very well, thr staff friendly and accommodated every request. The pool was gorgeous and it was in à prime location, being a 5 minute work to El Nido. 10/10 recommend. We also had a pet Gecko that kept us company, we named Walter, it became a comfort to hear him cherp.

Spacious room and a terrace with a great view. 2 great pools for dipping into and cooling off. Staff were really friendly and helpful, especially with taking our luggage up, up, up to our room! Easy short walk into town and the beach. Good, freshly cooked breakfast.

This isn't a negative, but there are an incredible amount of very steep steps! We left fitter than we arrived. But it was so we'll worth the effort. A really lovely place to stay.

I enjoy the amazing view of the mountains and ocean. I am thankful for the family centered swimming pools, abundant breakfast menu and the location near the beach and marketplaces. Mabuhay!

The view from our room was amazing! Staff were so helpful. The room itself was clean, the bed was so comfortable and a couple of my favourite moments was relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the bathtub.

The bathtub is great, but it takes quite a bit of time to fill up (so set aside some extra time to fill it up!). The breakfast could have been better. The temperature in the shower was quite finicky, so it does take a bit of time to get it just right.
