Internacional Azores Boutique

Très bon accueil Propre Voire luxueux

They charge a 20 euro fee for checking in after 10 pm when they know the ferry from Pico arrives at 9:40. They did agree to waive the charge but that fee in light of the ferry schedule was surprising. The bathroom was not good.

Anyway the property was excellent and clean

Nice location! Clean room with the terrace view to see the Pico island! Good breakfast too! Highly recommend it!!

Semi lux, goede ligging erg goed ontbijt.

Douche ruimte had wat ruimer gemogen.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The room was impeccably clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is superb, close to many attractions and restaurants. Despite booking at the very last minute due to poor conditions at our previous accommodation, we were welcomed with exceptional kindness, professionalism and care. The service was outstanding, and we felt genuinely well looked after. Highly recommended!

Great personnel, and high living standards for a hostel.

Location very good, but noice from the street from 07.30

Tastefully renovated period property in a great central location in Horta town. We had Room 200 The Aviators, a lovely bright, large room with triple windows facing the marina and Mt Pico (when visible, which it was on our last day). Big bed, seating area, high ceilings, modern bathroom fittings, very clean. Good buffet breakfast included. Excellent entradas in the restaurant with nicely timed delivery of each dish by the friendly waitress.

Hotel description said ‘free parking’, however the hotel has no car park or drop-off area and parking spaces in Horta can be hard to get, depending on time of day and season. We had an 11 minute walk one day and a 5 minute walk the next, in May.

Super charming old building with modern facilities and in a great location. Amazing staff! Despite being a small boutique hotel, they have two restaurants, one doubling as a cafe

Bathrooms were a little basic in style given the standards of the place, but that’s a really minor detail

Very friendly staff who took the time to confirm a check in time error I submitted for 2am not 2pm. Great sushi in their restaurant. Extremely clean.

Love hate relationship with the compact slow elevator but thankful for such an old grand building it was even there.

Staff gentilissimo e molto premuroso, struttura davvero elegante e pregna di storia, posizione fantastica, colazione top. Consigliatissimo. Davvero eccezionali.

Nulla.

The room was amazing, the breakfast superlative, and the location, incredible. An excellent choice!

Toller Blick auf den Hafen

Tudo

Everything was perfect. 5 ***** Eduardo, Ricardo always with a smile. All the employees always on time with every thing. Thank you all. The view was a 10. Loved it.

Great location in the middle of everything and with incredible views of the marina! I enjoyed the little balcony, the bed was comfortable and the room spacious for a dorm. WiFi was good. Staff were very nice, and they let me store my bags with them even two days after I checked out, when I came back to Horta for the day. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Faial

The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped, which I felt was a bit of a disappointment.

Struttura lussuosa, pulizia, posizione, servizi, posizione

Niente: tutto perfetto

Lage sehr gut, aber lauter Strassenverkehr. Bei Anfrage nach Late-Check-Out sehr kulant.

Empfang sehr unfreundlich

Beutiful hotel Fantastic room

ottima posizione, letti comodi

Absolut zentrale Lage. Gemeinschaftsküche und Balkon. Segelhafen vor der Tür, Blick zum Pico.

Fantastic location with exceptional view onto the port and Pico island. Spacy and light room with character furnishing and decor. Beautiful large bathroom with view. Lots of cupboard and shelf space. Comfortable bedding.

Breakfast was very disappointing. No buffet, missing local produce and fresh pastries.

Excellent location to stay in Horta. All was perfect: I sleep really well in the dorms which are well equipped with a big locker. All is extremely clean. The staff is very nice. And on top of that the breakfast was delicious with a big variety of food. I highly recommend this place.

Nothing!

Great location but had limited on site staff who was not present during check in and we have to wait for 1/2 an hour to check in. Limited on site parking
