Das Bad entspricht in keinem Fall heutigen Ansprüchen.Badewanne ist sowas von Out heutzutage.Meine Frau weigerte sich zu duschen. Das Mobiliar ist einfach abgewohnt.

Perfect place. Staff were wonderfully helpful and lovely. Spacious room, comfy bed and nice bathroom.

A localização é excelente, no centro da Horta, muito perto de várias zonas de interesse. Com um passeio a pé, é possível ir desde a gare marítima, passando pelo mercado, e a poucos metros da marina e do Peter's Café Sport. A vista mar é incrível, com o Pico ao fundo. O anfitrião foi muito amável e ajudou-nos a organizar uma visita à ilha em pouco tempo.

Camera essenziale, ma ampia e funzionale. Ottima posizione in centro, che consente di raggiungere tutto a piedi. Buona la colazione, non troppo variegata, ma soddisfacente. Prezzo imbattibile.

Tra i servizi è indicato "Reception 24 ore su 24", ma non sempre c'era qualcuno al desk. I letti, inoltre, non erano comodissimi, ma per pochi giorni possono andar bene. In generale, l'intera struttura gioverebbe di una rinfrescata.

Central location. Guy on the recepcion was very helpfull.

We arrived quite late and unfortunatelly faced few cockroaches on the floor in the room which was not very pleasant.

Stedets placering er fantastisk! Lige midt i byen. Jeg havde værelse med en lille balkon ud til havnen og havet og det var så hyggeligt. Personalet var hjælpsomme med en ny stol til balkonen da den ene var knækket, dog trængte stolene derude til en udskiftning. Morgenmaden var ikke den største men så fin og har det man har brug for. Vil klart anbefale værelserne med havudsigt og udsigt over Pico.

Stedet trænger lidt til en opfriskning. Rust nogle steder på badeværelset og virker gammelt men virkede som om de var i gang. Døren til balkonen kunne ikke låses og jeg spurgte i receptionen og det kunne de ikke gøre noget ved. Jeg boede på 2 sal så det gjorder ikke så meget men burde stadig ordnes så man kan låse.

Por onde começar... Começo com quarto em segundo piso em que ninguém se disponibilizou a ajudar com as malas. Sem elevador. E eu tinha duas crianças. Quanrto modesto, dentro do previsto. Três camas com amplo espaço para as mesmas. Mas o wc... completamente ultrapassado com peças de fixação de chuveiro e torneiras soltas. Tecto em cortiça com buracos. Rede mosquiteira solta e com buracos. Para o ex-libris foram as baratas de tamanho de um dedo vindas do wc quer do tecto quer dos respiradores. As almofadas tinham uma altura imensurável. E quando pedi substituição, deram-me umas iguais... Deste modo, pouco recomendável.

Os quartos estava sujos (cheios de pó, o chuveiro de um dos quartos não estava a funcionar, a cama estava suja com sangue,….). Num dos quartos deixaram lá a chave suplente.

The best is location, right in the middle of Horta with stunning views on Ocean and Pico. Modest breakfast is just enough for a decent start of the day. Very friendly and helpful staff. We could prolong our check-out - many thanks!

The hotel is „beautifully outdated”, some equipment should be exchanged or added (no place to put your things in the bathroom, no racks to hang your clothes- it is good to bring your own). All in all - minor things, not very disturbing.

Мы снимали два номера ,один номер получили с видом на океан и большим балконом в нем был кондиционер ,но не было пульта для него ,второй номер был трехмесный,весь разбитый такое ошущение что там был ремонт ,который в спешке закончили,при просьбе поменять номер нам его поменяли ,на такой же номер немного лучше ,вид из окна строительные леса и небо ,на три кровати одна розетка ,при просьбе удлиннителя попросили придти завтра ,вентилятор оказался занят,правда на следующее утро все случайным образом нашлось ,завтрак совсем скудный и невкусный ,очень жаль ,Можно немного приложить усилий обновить гостинницу и было бы совсем другое ощущение

As instalacoes ja estao ficando um pouco degradadas no quarto onde fiquei na casa de banho o suporte do chuveiro estava partido a banheira com alguns picos de ferrugem e as mobilias no geral ja ultrapassadas.

Só e apenas da localização.

Higiene, falta de modernização ( está igual quando lá estive à vinte anos e já na altura era mau), colchões e camas péssimos, falta de manutenção.

O duche estava quebrado , luz na casa de banho parcial , meia luz apenas, mosquitos no quarto . Pequeno almoço pouca variedade e não foi reposto ovos assim que eu cheguei .

Excellent breakfast, with variety and some local products. The location is great for exploring the town of Horta, and we can find several good restaurants nearby. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities

Unfortunately, and this has happened to me at another hotel on the island, there are cockroaches. It's something we have to live with when we visit Faial. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, and that might be a problem for some people.

Clean. Perfect location for the city. Basic breakfast. Comfortable beds.

The hotel is a 1-star hotel, so don't expect too much. There's no hairdryer. The room is a bit run-down, but clean.

Could be cleaner, it’s very dated, and breakfast super simple.

The breakfast was lovely. I was very happy that we could open the window! The room was nice, not a generic hotel room. Quiet. Beautiful old building. Really friendly helpful staff. I slept well. Great location for our needs.

The shower head had issues, partially broken. The pillows were not great. Person in the room next door was smoking at their window, so we had to close our window.

Ontbijt prima, keuze genoeg qua brood en aanverwanten, yoghurt, muesli, koffie, thee, melk, sap, div soorten beleg, gekookte eitjes. Personeel vriendelijk. Receptionist verleende uitstekende service (taxi, restaurant-advies maandagavond is weinig open). Eenvoudig hotel maar wel een soort lounge waar 's avonds uit een automaat nog drinks of snacks gehaald kunnen worden. Geen lift. Uitstekende bedden, ik heb heel goed geslapen. Locatie voor ons heel prima vlak bij haven waar wij aan boord van zeilschip gingen.

Nou eigenlijk niks, want voor deze heel lage prijs was alles goed, schoon, hygiënisch, alleen geen luxe.

Die Lage ist super. Frühstück ausreichend.

In der Jahre gekommenes Hotel, hat Renovierungsbedarf. Wir hatten im Zimmer die Ameisen Inversion.

Hotel as hotels should be: 24h reception, extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean, best location (and the view) in Horta. All for a very democratic price.

In our Room ventilation in the shower was broken. Not a big deal but should be replaced soon in this humid climate.

Gedateerde kamer, alle voorzieningen functioneel maar sterk verouderd. Sanitair schoon maar niet vrij van schimmel.

A casa de banho do nosso quarto precisa de ser renovada.

Reservei quarto com varanda e vista mar e de início atribuíram quarto interior e após funcionário dizer que não existiam outros disponíveis fiquei noutro quarto sem varanda, sem privacidade nenhuma e com pátio comum a outros quartos. Todo o tipo de insectos no quarto desde melgas mosquitos aranhas traças. A/c nojento e não deve funcionar há anos. Cortinados nojentos. Vidro da banheira preto e com bolor. Instalações ultrapassadas pelo tempo. (Fotos de tudo a comprovar). Residencial classificada como "Hotel" de 1 estrela.

A localização é óptima. Bem no centro e perto de tudo. Apesar de ser antigo é muito limpo. O pequeno almoço é bom.
