The property is nice and the staffs are courteous but the dining is not guests friendly, restaurant only serves on hotel's schedule.
Dining poor everything else wonderful.
A memorable stay. Excellent and impressive services, 10/10. Really appreciated their warm caring. Area is quite, clean and comfy. Highly recommended to this place though its quite expensive. But definitely worth it.
Fantastic example.

Everything is great except the breakfast offer was not well communicated to us that comes with extra cost
I've had my fair share of luxury hotels...six senses, rosewood, aman resorts. But Hoshinoya didn't come across my radar until my family and I booked a trip to Taiwan. Its been well over a month since our stay here...and I am still in awe of the beauty and quality of this hotel. We had three nights here with our 16 month old daughter in February and it was one of the highlights of our asia trip. I loved my mornings with my toddler in our japanese soaking tub, taking in the incredible mountain views. I read a few reviews that complained about the cleaning of the onsens and timing of the meals. Yes this is inconvenient, but I believe the hotel has incredibly high standards for cleanliness and quality, so we didn't mind at all having set meals times etc. The restaurant at the hotel is STUNNING overlooking their incredible gardens and the food is of the highest caliber. Healthy, delicious and beautiful. I loved the pajamas and daywear clothes the hotel provided. They were comfortable and so fashionable! My toddler looked adorable in her kimono. The staff at this hotel was also top of the line. I had so many incredible conversations with those at guest services or even the guy cleaning the pool. We were not easy guests...bringing a toddler to a spa hotel. But we never got the feeling from anyone there that our child was an imposition, only a joy. I think some of the negative reviews left here must be from westerners. My husband and I are from the west but quite familiar with how luxury japanese hotels operate...they are very different from a western hotel. They are peaceful...there arent any "party vibes." Its just not a place you stay to eat and drink all you want by the pool. My only criticism of this hotel are the beds...and maybe this is because im from the west? The beds were essentially mattresses on the floor with no support. I was about 13 weeks pregnant on this trip, and did have some back pain as a result.
It's a good place to rest & relax and do nothing.
Incredibly beautiful hotel in a lovely part of the world. Service and experience is incredible. A world class stay and experience.
Amazing 8 course dinner , impeccable service, beautiful scenery However, not handicap friendly Only has 2 wheel chairs and steep stairs for elderly to get down to shower Would like to come back again
Comfortable osen resort, with great and friendly services. Good breakfast and dining options (refreshed menu on second day). The Spa is a hidden gem:)
Love love love the experience. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed. The service is incredible. Both breakfast and dinner services were amazing.
👍
My mother and I had an incredible experience at Hoshinoya Guguan in October 2024. Our experience with this property alone is enough for us to visit Taiwan again. This property is a luxury property and expensive by local standards but comparable to a Primland or a Four Seasons property. We are USA based and thus view the prices and value based on our value proposition. Hoshinoya Guguan is an all-inclusive property in the mountains of central/eastern Taiwan. The closest airport is Taichung. The property can also be reached by flying into Taoyuan Airport, taking a train to Taoyuan (the opposite direction from Taipei City), and then taking a high-speed rail into Taichung. Then, I recommend a private car to the property. Or you could book a private car for the airport transfer. As a first-time visitor to Taiwan, I did this incorrectly and added at least 3 hours to our journey from the airport to Hoshinoya Guguan. I also mention this because the staff member at the hotel adjusted our arrival time, dinner reservation, and coordinated with our driver for us (acted as a liaison and translator) when I put us on the wrong train from Taipei City to Taichung. I not only took us into Taipei but also put us on the local train. The staff member checked in frequently and kept in very close contact until we were safely with the driver and in the vehicle heading towards the property. Somehow, despite the complications and frustration at my own ineptitude, the staff at the front desk and restaurant had us relaxed and settled within minutes of our arrival by car. Truly, I didn't think this was possible. Upon arrival, they suggested we head directly to dinner and said they would show us to our room after dinner. We opted for the multi-course dinner and are so glad we did. Every single course was artfully plated, thoughtful, and perfectly prepared and presented. They also made a last-minute substitution for my mom on one dish for a dietary reason. Dinner was relaxing and alone worth half the cost of the one-night stay. Thanks to Amy, Alex, Tina and the team in the restaurant for the fantastic service. Then Penny showed us to our room and gave us a thorough tour of the property despite the late hour. She was so patient and safety-minded walking slowly to accommodate my mother and providing additional light on the outdoor walkways. We stayed in a Shan room type (one level, two large beds, one private bedroom with ensuite half bath, half bath near the entryway for the other bed located just off the living room). In all the rooms, there is a private onsen for you to enjoy the hot spring water which is piped up. There was also a separate indoor shower and dual vanity. So in total there were four sinks, two toilets, a shower, the onsen. There was also a private balcony just off the main living space. The room darkening shades were perfect for privacy. A blue jacket is provided for use on the property when wearing swimsuits or transiting to the communal pool and male and female onsens. You can also wear your own clothing. Nightclothes and robes were also provided. The size of the nightclothes were on the slimmer/smaller side. The bathroom amenities were plentiful and excellent quality. There is a beautiful outdoor pool in a peaceful setting with public and more secluded seating available. There are male and female onsens (indoor hot springs) and outdoor hot springs. We visited them just before they closed for the night and so enjoyed them in privacy. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the two toilets. Breakfast was equally delicious. There were three main styles for the breakfast- Japanese, Taiwanese, and Western. My mother and I ordered the Taiwanese and Japanese breakfasts respectively. The staff at the hotel was so accommodating. As we had arrived later the previous night, we initially moved our ride to Taipei to 1 p.m. and made a lunch order. Then as it became apparent that Typhoon Kong-rey would be a significant event, the staff stayed in touch to help us depart earlier and helped us cancel the lunch reservation. Yoshino was calm, cool and collected despite the warnings about local flooding and recommendation for residents to head down the mountain ahead of the typhoon. Overall, we wished we could have stayed two or three nights at this property and were already talking about coming back to Taiwan just to visit Guguan. P.S. The drivers arranged by the hotel were outstanding. They drove carefully and were mindful of anyone getting carsick on the mountain.
Carlton treated us like gold from when we first arrived until the end 4 days later. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are so spacious. We had the 2 story with private Onsen facing the mountains. The food was so good, we almost stayed another day! Breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious and felt like a gourmet meal each time. (If you like Japanese food) We did a couples massage and had a nice room. During my massage, I asked for harder pressure. It was still very light and I felt like she was new and just needed more training. When we were done we were asked how we like the massage? I gave my honest feedback and they apologized and said she was new and would go back to training. They scheduled another session for me immediately the next day complimentary. The next day was perfect and I tried to give Chole a tip but she refused it and she just wanted everything to be perfect for us. On our Anniversary, Carlton prepared a surprise for us. After dinner we went out to the back and they took some photos. Also they had prepared a wonderful fruit, drink and cake platter for us in one of their pavilion cabanas. They made our night extra special. Upon checking out, they gave us a Hoshinoya photo memory frame for our Anniversary. Thank you to all the staff, the Head Chef and assistants to making our stay one of the best and most memorable experiences in our lives. This is my wife’s 2nd visit and my first and we will definitely return. Craig & Caroline Tsutakawa Rocklin CA When we were checking out
This is arguably the very best one could hope for in an onsen hotel, or in any hotel. Hoshinoya Guguan is not just a gem, it is a ruby with diamond studs. Located about 90 minutes from Taichung Airport, this hotel is in the hotspring district of Guguan. At the very end of a narrow winding road, the other hotels en route pale into insignificance. The security at the gate checks for booking confirmation and allows only registered clients to set foot in the compound. Minimalistic Japanese design features are instilled into every aspect of the hotel. From the hotel entrance to the washrooms, from the carparking facility to the gardens, from the outdoor swimming pool to the onsen, one could not help but notice the details that sit quietly behind everything here. The guest room is also beyond words, not just the size but the scenery, the cleanliness and everything inside has been thoroughly considered and supplied, nothing more nothing less. It would be unfair not to mention the restaurant - its decor and food and of course, the staff - exquisite and memorable!
It was a great experience staying at Hoshinoya. It's expensive but worth every penny. The hotel makes you slow down and relax. The room is extremely comfortable to stay. Love the experience.
Stayed 2 nights at Hoshinoya Guguan. It is truly one of the best Onsen resorts in Taiwan. The design and architecture is stunning, nothing was spared how the resort was created. The location is good, tucked in the hill away from the more bustling area of Guguan. The room is immaculately designed, with the strong influence of Japanese elements as the brand is from Japan. My room spreads over 2 floors, lower floor is the bedroom, toilet and a huge daybed overlooking the beautiful landscape of the resort. The upper level is the double vanity, a shower and your very own private onsen. It is heavenly. Minibar comprises of 2 soft drinks, 2 beers are complimentary , so as 2 pieces of hydration mask, face toner, face wash etc. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine and a tea making facilities for you to enjoy during your stay. The public onsen is equally impressive, separating the Male and Female onsen. Both onsens are closed during 12pm till 4pm for cleaning and sanitizing. There is a sauna, indoor Onsen and outdoor onsen. Truly luxurious. The resort offers some activities which are free of charge, but some are chargeable. The breakfast was amazing, they gave you 3 options (Western, Taiwanese or Japanese). Very tasty and nicely presented. The 9 course Japanese dinner was even more elaborated. Though it was quite pricey but it was worth the bucks. Their service is impeccable, one of the finest in Taiwan.
Hoshinoya Guguan is "heaven on earth". The rooms are exceptionally designed; 2 levels with the private onsen at the lower level. Our room had a mountain view, and the entire environment is so relaxing with the views of the mountain and the peace and quiet of the property. The food and meals are exquisite; their Executive Chef Hitoshi Kagawa is truly talented. Every meal - even the breakfasts, are both delicious and visually beautiful! All the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, and spoke English well. We participated in the guided tour of Guguan, which was highly informative, as well as the garden tour, which was equally impressive with the thoughtful design of the streams and flora. Would highly recommend Hoshinoya Guguan - this was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Taiwan!
I spent two nights at Hoshinoya Guguan in a Feng room. The hotel was accommodating, converting the beds from three singles to a king and a single for us. Regrettably, despite its stunning location in the mountains, the resort doesn’t justify its high rates. I’ve visited other hot springs resorts, and, unfortunately, Hoshinoya Guguan doesn’t measure up. Additionally, there’s ongoing construction nearby, which is incredibly loud. The noise from the banging and machines disrupted the peaceful setting, forcing us to stay indoors rather than enjoying the outdoors. For those interested in the onsen, it’s worth noting that the public hot spring is open only from 6-10 a.m. and 4-10 p.m. It closes for cleaning daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., which seems impractical. Ideally, cleaning would occur overnight to not disrupt daytime use. The dining options are quite limited. Dinner at the restaurant was underwhelming with bland food, and the courses arrived too quickly, making us feel rushed. Breakfast is available from 7-9:30 a.m. and lunch from 12-2 p.m., offering narrow time frames for meals and very limited menu options. Missing the breakfast window means waiting until noon to eat. We were glad that we did not take the meal plan. In summary, the experience doesn’t live up to the price. Significant improvements are necessary to justify the cost.
Really peaceful . Great onsen

We were glad that we opted out of the meal plan. Our room spanned two floors, with the convenience of having the toilet on the same level as the bed. This is helpful for nighttime visits, though I was surprised that a room at this price point didn’t have a toilet on both floors. An automatic light and toilet seat are thoughtful touches, but the brightness of the light at 3 a.m. can be jarring. Adjustable lighting would be an improvement. The beds were comfortable, but the room lacked effective blackout blinds, letting in early morning sunlight. Additionally, an illuminated exit sign and a bright red ceiling light contributed to a less-than-dark sleeping environment. The resort provides pajamas and lounge wear, but the quality is disappointing. Our set had missing buttons and ties, and replacements were similarly damaged. A ‘mini-bar’ with complimentary beer, Coca-Cola, Sprite, coffee, and tea is included. However, given the cost of the stay, these offerings seem basic. Complimentary snacks or fruit would enhance the value. The staff at Hoshinoya Guguan is exceptional—friendly and helpful. Yet, the facilities, dining, and overall value fall short. In summary, the experience doesn’t live up to the price. Significant improvements are necessary to justify the cost.
3 hours + drive from Taipei. Kinda expect more from Hoshinoya. The room is extra spacious with 2nd floor for the bathroom and private onsen pool. The place is relaxing, yet private which I like. The happy hour for ice cream is nice. Got some 30 min to 1 hour activities to do during the day but it's nothing much. Nothing else to do in the hotel. No gym, no sport activities, no nothing. Just onsen so better come here when the weather is quite cold (really not recommended during summer). Food options are low. If you want to dine in the room you only have one option - shabu set, which makes your room full of smoke and food smell when they actually have a la carte food menu at their only restaurant. Some of the staffs cannot communicate in English that well and they're very punctual about the housekeeping time. Like 1 minute late from the housekeeping appointment (which you have to tell them in advance) then they'll ring you. Definitely not worth the money. average service and facilities overall.
Hoshinoya is a very charming boutique resort; nested in the mountainous GuGuan valley, and about 1 to 1.5hrs drive from TaiChung HSR. This resort is up on a little hill; has lots of beautiful landscapes, and sits behind the Shaolai trial (about 900m to first elevated level; entrance is conveniently located next to resort). We are a family of 4. Room comes with 2 luxurious king size beds, a huge family living hall, 1 resting balcony, 2 toilets, 1 shower room (which extends to an onsen and overlooking the MaLun mountain. Functional design of our room was above our expectations. Enjoyed our stay with their yugata, jap footwear, and phone pouch! Garden setting is beautiful for strolls. Impressive menu for AM and PM, and food is fresh. Love the resort in-house activities. Ranging from walk to town, night yoga, morning green tea, afternoon cocktails, etc. Staff here is a big plus to the resort branding, and they can multitask very well! Very friendly, attentive to our needs, and detailed in work. YunQi showed us on day of arrival with lots of warm gestures, Yue & Liu brought us for morning street tour with care and explanations, Cindy was passionate in teaching the night yoga. Thanks all for making our stay so wonderful. Truly a 5 star rated resort!
Exceptional services, clean facilities all around, accommodating requests for transportation arrangements. Great experience. Jimmy
I stayed at Room 205 where the view was disappointing. The grass outside my window wall was dying and desperately needed landscaping. Thinking about the price I paid and looking at the grass pissed me off!! Inside wasn’t much better - bulged and stained carpet created an unpleasant atmosphere. If you stay in Room 205 you also get the pleasure of looking at the driveway and see all the cars coming in the hotel. This hotel is totally overrated! Try to book the highest floor you can get…good luck to all!
I like the hot spring in this property. But there are many areas this property is very poor design and managed. 1. Restaurant is not providing enough foods. As the high priced property, there is no food available while I stayed there. There is only drink in the room, no snack, no food in this property . Restaurant is closed and providing no food at all. I have to wait when they are opened. I will suggest future visitors to bring their own food while stay this property. To be hungry at that rural location is not good vacation at all. 3. Not safe to stay. My husband failed down in the stairs in the room. There are many stairs in the room. The black color make room so dark. The elevator is more like ghost place. In this property, everywhere is dark and black color. I don't like to stay in such dark place in my vacation. Overall we feel it's not good vacation for us at all. We were hungry with no food service and worry to fail in the room all the time.
What a surprise and delight to arrive at this exclusive and secluded spa- retreat outside the beaten track. Wonderful and attentive service, comfortable rooms with hot-tub, a separate spa with treatments and hot water pool - and not to forget the exquisite japanese inspired cuisine! Thank you, Chef Hitoshi Kagawa.
I am at loss for words. This place is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It has everything you could wish for and more. They have an amazing inside and outside onsen, 24 hour ice cream, and everything is beautiful. There are lots of fun activities to do such as forest in a bottle where you make a miniature plant display. This place is the best.
We had a very thorough check in service, where they explain everything about the place, your room and onsen etc. I would have given 5 stars, however, the food options were just a too limited for us, and there was no restaurant availability for our first night which was really disappointing so we had to make do with the in room dining options. Also, it would have been nice to know they were able to do breakfast a la carte (which was really nice of them to do this for us in the end, but we didn't know up front) - sometimes you don't want such a lot of food in the morning. Also the surrounding area is quite built up, so although the hotel is beautiful, you can see a lot of other buildings (from our room at least).
Amazing spot for a quick family vacation. Lunch and snack options are lacking, especially compared to other Ryokans in Japan, but excellent breakfast and dinner quality.
1. No shuttle bus 2. No pocket with the in-house clothes for inconvenient 3. Provided wooden sandals are too noisy and slippery when walk in outdoor wet wooden floor 4. Too many step ups and down inside the room, dangerous 5. No place to have drink and or watching news at night
Stayed two nights in this secluded resort, which was the reason we stopped at Guguan, and it did not disappoint. We arrived after the normal check-in time and were led to our maisonette by a staff, who showed us the facilities on the way. The staff went on to show us the amenities of our maisonette and prepared tea for us. The first floor of our maisonette was divided into different zones for luggage, toilet, dining, relaxing and sleeping. The zen / minimalistic design gave off relaxing vibes and one felt that one could curl up on the day bed with a book and look out of the floor-to-ceiling windows all day long. The second floor consisted of an open-plan bathroom with two wash basins, a shower and an outdoor onsen. It worked for couples and families with young kids but could be problematic for people who wanted more privacy. The onsen was nice but it did take time to adjust the temperature. The two floors were connected by a staircase with no railings and might prove to be dangerous for young kids. Our three-year-old loved running up and down the stairs, which meant we had to run after him too. It served to make us exercise after our sumptuous meals. We had a dinner reservation in the restaurant on our first night. My husband and I had the excellent Kaiseki course and our child had the kid’s meal, the portion of which was huge and would have been enough for an adult. It would be great if they could offer something smaller for young kids. Service at the table was exceptional and I appreciated that they double-checked with me my allergies. We had hotpot for dinner in our room on our second night. Food was delicious and quite good value for money. I was at first worried that the smell of the food would linger in the room but it turned out alright thanks to the excellent ventilation. It would probably be better, however, if we had booked dinner earlier. The only available time slot when we booked (on the day after breakfast) was 8:00 p.m. For breakfast, one could choose from three options – Taiwanese, Japanese and Western. My husband and I chose Taiwanese and Japanese on both days. The portions were big and the food was tasty. But I wish they would refill our fruit juices. I was only given half a glass of apple juice on my first day. At the price they charged, one would expect to get free flow of juice. The landscaped garden was enchanting. We enjoyed the guided tour of the garden in the morning and stretching exercise under the stars in the evening. The swimming pool was masterfully designed to form part of the garden and our child had fun playing with the other kids. Free bottled drinks and float tubes were offered at the pavilion but the ice cream was not free. While we could get free ice lollies, tea jellies and drinks served in the lounge area, I felt that they could be more generous and give us free ice cream too. The outdoor bath hall was beautiful. One felt surrounded by nature when having a soak there. We only went there once though, as it was much more convenient to use the onsen in the room. I stayed there for around 45 minutes and had the entire place to myself most of the time. Overall speaking, it was a very rejuvenating and enjoyable stay. Would love to stay there again.
I booked two rooms, 201 and 202. My wife and I stayed at the 201 and my sister stayed at 202. We saw there was a dirty spot on the mat which on the first floor at room 202. It was visible by eyes and looked like a urine spot. The size is about 2 x 1 and it was right at the middle of the mat. We informed the service person who was doing the room tour and requested to REPLACE the mat immediately. She promised she will do that. - There was a crew brought the cleaning tools tried to CLEAN the spot while my sis was taking a break. My sister told them it was not a proper time to do the spot cleaning so the crew left and no further actions were taken - NO one informed me about the status or result ever. - The dirty spot was there all the time till we checked out. My sister never used that area which supposed to be the highlight of the room. This is not an acceptable operation for such a highend hotel or any hotel should do. This is not what we expected from Hoshinoya. No management ever contacted us for this issue. This has violated the customer rights. We booked the rooms six months ago. and traveled all the way from USA. We were very DISAPPOINTED with the situation and the way hotel management dealing with the issue. The is totally NOT WORTHY OF THE NAME.
Customer injured due to wrong design of reading roomladder. Till now no one contact how to proceed all the claims. It’s now worth how they charge. Even staff admits there happens alot accidents before.
To indulge yourself, this is a best resort to reboost your energy with authentic Japanese food and good quality onsen. Best come for more than 2 nights so could really slow your own pace to relief all the nervous temper. Staffs are warming and helpful, they put a lot of effort to make sure you know the best of Hoshinoya.
Excellent stay. The hotel is very beautiful esp the garden. The room is very comfortable and good size. The hot spring is very good with choices of public hot spring and hot spring in your room, both with different views. Food is amazing! The service is in general very good. The hotel has various activities and a short trail for a troll in the mountain. There is no TV but it is excellent not having it (sadly many people still sticking to their phone even during dinner…). We love this hotel and our stay. The only thing would make our stay better would be having yoga and/or tai chi lessons in the morning. It would also be nice if the hotel smell better too i.e. having fragrance in the lobby. I would definitely visit other Hoshinoya hotels, hopefully in Japan when it is possible.
We visited shortly after lockdowns were lifted and it was clear that hotel operations had not adjusted fully to the new reality. The outdoor pool, main onsen and restaurants were closed. Meals were taken in our rooms but wait staff were not versed with such table set-up and related attention to details one would expect for a high-end resort and its luxury-priced meal offer (not included in room rate). There were some activities organized for families, but far from enough to entertain the kids for any length of time. Overall, a poor pandemic value. (But if not for pandemic, apparently nearly impossible to book!) Also, use generous amounts of bug spray before venturing into the garden areas, the mosquitos are fierce. One highlight - the complementary dried fruits in-room amenity tasted perfect!
My husband and I made reservations 6 months in advance for our anniversary - we booked the Shui (Maisonette double with outdoor bath) for two nights at a mere 10% discount, which amounted to just under $40K NTD (~$1400 USD) including the 10% service fee + taxes and excluding meals. The resort is pretty secluded so most guests (including ourselves) had every meal onsite, which totaled another $18K (USD$650) for 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch and 2 dinners. Because of COVID, the few amenities they offer (public onsen, spa and pool) were closed. The food was mediocre and the delivery was always at least a half hour late (they encourage/impose in-room dining because of COVID restrictions). The room was immaculate but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable - an atrocious amalgamation of two twin beds with an obtrusive saddle-like foam thing in-between. WTF?? Also, the walls were so thin we could hear the kids next door screaming and bouncing up and down the stairs well into the night. Definitely not a five-star experience!
Everything are superb except one hotel staff won’t even listen to my request and pretend didn’t hear me. That’s so rude!
The resort is impeccably tasteful and well-maintained. The hotspring quality is excellent as well. However, the property seems to be understaffed at the moment so the quality of service was not on point.
Incredible. We had an unforgettable anniversary. ❤️
One of the best resort in Taiwan. The service quality is excellent. The facilities are well maintained. The room is awesome with a private hot spring area. BTW, the public hot spring is a great place you have to try with indoor and outdoor area. Foods in the resort is well prepared with great presentation and taste. That's a fantastic place as a home away from home.
Excellent through out the premise. Service and staff are superb!
Fabulous hotel with great staff, minimalistic rooms, beautiful garden and a absolutely gorgeous Japanese Onsen!
Excellent service, nice place and good food
impeccable service by warm and friendly staff who were attentive without being obtrusive. beautiful, tranquil grounds lower your blood pressure immediately upon entering and the gorgeous scenery only adds to the overall ambience. the bed was super comfy and the room was spacious and comfortable. it might be useful to have a safety gate on the stairs in case of children or folks who use the restroom in the middle of the night, though. facilities were serene and lovely. the outdoor soaking area (yes, you do have to be naked) is lovely and not to be missed. overall, it is very expensive but a wonderful, worthwhile splurge if your budget allows it. we enjoyed the private access to the trailhead for a bit of morning exercise - it's a short but blood-pumping hike to the rest pavilion. note that you can walk into town fairly readily, but if anyone in your group has creaky knees, the hills and steps may be a challenge for them. we ate one meal in town and two in the hotel. again, it's not cheap, but it was excellent food, presentation, and service. i also loved the soft pajamas they have for you to wear while there - a pair for in-room use and a pair for on-premises use. it added to my overall feeling of relaxation.
The hotel grounds and rooms are beautifully designed and built. Both public and in-room onsen are excellent! The only minor suggestion would be to expand the restaurant menu to include more choices. Also the location, while beautiful, is a bit out of the way - it's 1.5 hr car ride from Taichung train station, and we only found out later that with advanced booking, the hotel could arrange a car transfer directly from Taipei (2.5 hr). We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!
It was an amazing experience! Everything was more than we expected! Highly recommended!
