一次身心完全放鬆的旅程，住宿的房間有陽台視野相當優，就在谷關吊橋旁邊，可看見對面(捎來步道登山口)接(波津加登山步道)；早餐自助吃到飽，晚餐套餐式，因為吃素所以特別關心菜色，餐廳安排的菜色與口味都非常讚，且吃得很飽，還有精緻的下午茶(二杯飲料+鬆餅)也很好吃；溫泉大眾池有冰溫熱三種水池，外加SPA沖水按摩，三種池都嘗試，真的很舒服，還有魚吃腳皮的池子；停車場很大不用擔心找不到車位，現場每位服務人員都非常親切。

以住房價格的性價比進行比較,算是性價比較高的飯店

環境清幽，房間設計具有古意，和式的地板、溫泉可以泡澡、沖洗身體。全素餐點豐富，好吃喔！缺點是，電視畫面模糊，看不清楚喔~

This is a hot springs hotel. It is an older property still in good repair and must’ve been something in its bygone days. Everything works. It’s pretty clean. Rooms are large. Our room had a deep soaking tub. We also had a separate drinking water tap, with the wash and bathing water being sulfuric and therapeutic so that you could soak in your own tub. The location is excellent. The property is adjacent to outdoor publicly accessible hot springs and has its own private entrance. In addition, there are several small man-made pools where the fish will nibble and clean your feet. (It kind of tickles.) As the location is a bit remote inside a remote township or village, outside dining options are limited. People who aren’t driving should be advised to purchase the evening meal plan. (Breakfast is or should be provided, and you will likely be out at the National Park during the day.) I would recommend the evening meal plan, which was delicious and well-prepared. Drivers expect to travel to this property from Taichung, Taiwan, in about 1.2 hours.

房間有溫泉，還有晚餐，是定點旅遊度假的好地方

床太硬，枕頭也不好，一覺醒來睡的全身不適，這是最大的缺點，優點是房間外風景不錯，房價便宜

溫泉不熱

泡湯池環境可以乾淨點

房間雖然不大，但是該有的都有（還有浴缸），床很大，還有和式休憩空間，陽台外就是溪景和谷關吊橋，整理的很乾淨。

若飯店能在温泉池旁向客人提供飲用水及浴袍，會增加住客美好的住宿體驗。

地板不太乾淨 其餘良好

服務很爛 一直狡辯 訂了四人房只願給兩人早餐 晚餐是自費購買 也只給兩人晚餐 大眾溫泉沒有溫泉的感覺(我猜她們會狡辯是碳酸氫鈉泉)房間裡面溫泉有點滑滑的 但是溫度有點不夠 出水很小 很慢 辛辛苦苦開車五個多小時 卻被氣到一肚子火 永遠不會再來住這邊 食物平平淡淡 沒什麼味道 就只有送的下午茶鬆餅不錯吃 紅茶綠茶 不加水很好喝 唯一的小小喜悅 半夜星星很多 空氣很好 環境沒話說 就是主管很屌 晚餐吃一半來訓話一樣 我站著她坐著 超級囂張的主管 問她們為什麼我訂了四人房卻只願意給兩人早餐 狡辯她們本來就是有四人房給兩人住的 莫名其妙 那我幹嘛多花錢住四人房 兩人房還比較便宜不是嗎？

員工服務態度很好

整體上說物美價廉，用便宜的價格訂到這類的住宿來說不錯，但缺點是住的地方剛好有樹擋到外面風景外開落地窗會有蟲子不經意的飛進來，浴室淋浴不太方便 熱冷水要兩邊轉

已經去谷關飯店Ｎ次了， 只為了喜歡這裡的泉質， 入住當天有許多團體入住,被安排到長廊盡頭的房間 這也無可厚非． 只是進房後很震撼, 右邊房間似乎是被壓在石壁下方的隧道， ，而我們像是穿越隧道後的第一間， 窗外景象有如不見天日的廢墟． 屋內油煙味與溼氣味都很重， 很難想像有人睡在這房間能感到舒適 或不感到毛骨悚然． 打去櫃檯．一開始只想敷衍 經抗議後被換到另一樓層，雖然比較小，而且窗外位於車道入口，非常吵，也非常暴露． 但對於這樣的恩澤已是十分感激 雖然不知道自己花錢住宿，要住進正常的房間為何還需要這樣爭取．

在房間裡發現了很多很細小的像是跳蝨的東西，床上也有許多，實在不敢睡。唯有向服務台反映，幸好能換房間。新的房間雖然沒有見到蝨子，但清潔情況也是不很好！

房間洗澡水龍頭和溫泉水都不熱，只有溫水

Depends which room you get. I got a fantastic view of the river valley that i extended my stay for a night. Some rooms face the wall! Spring water was very good, but the onsen only opens at certain hours and swimming cap is required. Tub in the room is a bit small and cramped into the toilet. It will be best if the river can be seen from the tub. Service staffs friendly, provided breakfast lack variety (it’s the same for the 2 mornings).

老飯店外觀有翻修，環境尚可，房內空間普通。 但沐浴蓮蓬頭出水小，且會忽冷忽熱⋯枕頭過軟，睡起來不舒適可以改進

入住時間為3點，時鐘顯示14：56因為早到關係已在附近閒逛2個多小時，要求提早幾分鐘入住check in 被拒絕，但2分鐘後櫃檯竟然派房間匙卡給另外一群客人，而要我在後排隊！ 酒店整體殘舊，房間廁所有異味，早餐是我試過最難吃的。

室內溫泉的溫度有點低，美中不足

預約雙人房比一般雙人房大，還附有陽台；房內有浴缸可泡澡。但隔音不太好，房內聽的到隔壁、走廊和電梯的聲音；清潔有待加強，因爲房內發現遺留上個客人的藥包。無法提前入住。

有大眾湯跟溫泉魚泡腳池，非常適合親子同遊，附近也有拍照景點。 唯一的缺點是隔音非常不好，半夜12點還是可以聽到樓上住戶在跑跳。

大致不錯，只是隔音差，隔壁房間孩童聲音聽得一清二楚

人員服務不錯，一泊三食方案不錯，房間整潔，有溫泉，唯一缺點早餐內容待加強，不是很好吃，其餘都不錯

房間內溫泉可能是夏日, 溫度較低. 沒有預期中的狀況. 晚餐及早餐口味不錯, 有中上的品質.

環境清幽,舒適放鬆的好地方

牆壁隔音不夠好，又遇到徹夜喧嘩的住客青少年，整晚把電視卡通大聲播放配合傻笑與尖叫聲，又不時拖著拖鞋在走廊穿梭奔跑等等。整體來說不是飯店的問題，而是旅客素質低下的問題。還有房客在陽台抽菸。

晚餐餐點好吃份量剛好，衛生配合防疫做的很好，早餐的水煮蛋看起來普通意外好吃😋

老字號的溫泉飯店，經過多次的擴大、整建，在附近飯店周遭走走看看比較後，感覺CP值夠高. 房間的浴缸較小但夠深，適合單人泡，有十足的硫磺味，洗面台水龍頭出來的冷水也充滿硫磺味，用溫泉水刷牙時不知道會不會更乾淨？露天溫泉則很大很棒，沒有特別味道.泡腳池中吃腳皮讓人腳癢癢的溫泉親親魚很可愛。附早晚餐的住房方案也包括了下午茶，感覺一直在吃吃吃.谷關的風景及空氣真好，只是這次附近的捎來吊橋.步道整修中，稍稍可惜了些～

CP值高，有溫泉有早餐

櫃檯人員辦理入住很不熟練，一度還查不到我的訂房紀錄，房間老舊，早餐口味一般 只有浴室跟大眾浴場比較舒適

We’ve stayed at Kukuan Hotel (pronounced “Guguan”) many times mostly because we love their hot springs pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you get a room facing the river the views are great. It’s quite affordable compared to some of the other hotels, generally around $60 US per night depending on time of year and which days (Saturday is a bit higher than other days.)

除了提供早餐及晚餐之外，還有提供下午茶及鬆餅。 更特別的是浴室蓮蓬頭的熱水，居然跟陽明山一樣是硫磺泉，浴缸的熱水跟戶外大眾池，反而跟烏來一樣是碳酸泉。所以淋浴之後一定要泡一下室內溫泉，才能把硫磺味去除掉。

房間還蠻乾淨的，不錯

環境不錯，房間大舒適，浴室泡湯池偏小些，但算乾淨。

戶外湯不錯，晚餐五菜一湯很滿意，但下午茶則遜色了。整體來說尚可，雙人床略嫌小，房間地板清潔需加強

飯店老舊， 服務不好。我訂了四人房我小孩13歲。 飯店說小孩高過110公分要加收錢。我是不會再去了

晚到check in 雖以電話告知, 但飯店卻不補下午茶卷, 很不合理

老飯店新裝潢，整體來說不錯 但隔音不佳，備品普通，無小孩用具～～

I like the view I got.

I didn’t overnight in this hotel, but I used their public bath by paying NT$300 (about $10). It is open-air, and you should wear swimming suits and a cap. Relaxing and refreshing. As it was a Saturday, there were many people.

Service was not fantastic. Nothing much to do in the hotel except for the shared hot spring pools which was supposed to be 37+ degrees Celsius. We were very disappointed. When we went at 8am with our 9 month old son, we were not able to swim due to the water being too hot; at 41 degrees which was too hot even for some adults. Staff told us that they fill all the pools with hot water in the morning and only way to reach 37 deg is for it to cool naturally. My very strong suggestion is- fill your pool earlier! Having that said. The pool area is rather pleasant. Rooms were dated. I though it was rather clean until we spotted a small cocroach on the bed!! Cafe never seems to be opened at the times we wanted coffee. Lifts are only for disabled people so I pity people staying on higher floors. Place seems for large tour groups as dining hall is massive and cramp. I would NOT recommend this place for families and couples.

+ The hotel's hot spring, clean and enjoyable. + Free afternoon drink and waffle. + If you have a river facing room, the view is quite nice. + The staff was friendly, and advised us on the best trails to do nearby. + Free parking. - No WiFi in the room. - The room was not very clean when we checked-in (hair on the floor, some stains on the bedsheet, drinks that the previous guests had left in the fridge...). - The buffet. They serve the exact same cheap food every day. The dining room looks and smells old. They don't change table cloths between guests, so if you arrive later than most people be prepared to eat on their dirt. At the end of the breakfast we saw a waitress dilute the last drops of (very chemical) orange juice with water and serve it again. - They had the bright idea to build the hotel's kitchen in an annex right in front of the main building. So the river-facing rooms all get the smells and the ventilation noise from the kitchen. - The fridge in the room was quite noisy, we had to unplug it at night to sleep. - The room's A/C control panel has a bright blue light, which cannot turn off. Problematic, since this panel is on the wall right next to the bed. - Crappy shower, impossible to mix cold and warm water properly.
