When we arrived during the heatwave we were informed upon arrival that there was no air conditioning due to building works. although I understand they were undergoing refurbishment we were not informed of this prior to arrival. We were told we could book somewhere else, but as it was late in the evening this was not a option. We should of been informed before we arrived there was a refurbishment underway. In my room only 1 of the lights worked and so I was unable to work into the evening as I couldn't see what I was doing.

The property was under construction and was an absolute disgrace , it wasn’t safe , would and construction materials left out along landings near stairs, construction noise on the monday , you should t be sending people to this hotel while under construction it’s not safe and is a mess , i want a refund for my stay , normally when i book on booking .com i haven’t had a problem but this was the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in, lift didn’t feel safe ,no safety railings near stairs these had been removed in places or left half up flapping about

The hotel was a building site, so presumably this will change at some point. The noise started early in the morning. Someone wandered into my room without warning. The lift got stuck, briefly, thank goodness. But not something I would repeat.

They had contractors hammering and drilling at 7am!!! As international travelers that just arrived that was dreadful. We dragged our exhausted asses out of there by 9.30am when we couldn't handle any more to find somewhere else to rest. Honestly, I would like a refund. We were totally ruined for the limited time we had in Belgium.

The hotel is in a great location to the city centre. Staff that I interacted with were pleasant.

Facilities weren't great. Plug socket loose on wall. Hotel is undergoing renovations. Expect banging between 8-5. You can hear the room above and next door clearly. Room is very dated. Considering you can pay half the price for another hotel with much better facilities. Poor show really! Btw pics aren't exactly what you get.

Very good location, only a few minutes’ walk from the Grand Place, with a street full of bars, restaurants and shops right outside. We were also able to leave our bags in the luggage room, which was very convenient. The staff were incredibly nice. It was my mum’s birthday during our stay, and they kindly upgraded our room and left us a bottle of champagne, which was such a lovely surprise! The room had a big Smart TV, and the beds were very comfortable.

The main downside was the noise coming from the bars on the street, which continued throughout the night and even in the very early morning. The windows are not soundproof, so it was quite difficult to sleep in the room we initially had. We actually had to ask to change rooms after the first night. Luckily, we were given a room on a higher floor, and the difference was huge — it was much quieter and made our stay much more comfortable. As we noticed that other guests had mentioned the same issue in their reviews, perhaps the hotel could consider improving the soundproofing or addressing the noise issue with the nearby bars.

Les travaux à 6/7h du matin, les gens qui hurle dehors on entend tout car mauvaise isolation phonique ainsi que thermique, pas d’équipement, photo non contractuelle, personnel désagréable, plus jamais je ne reviendrai dans cette hôtel.

L’emplacement idéal à deux pas du centre et la gentillesse du personnel à la réception très disponible, serviables, avenant avec une pointe d’humour Belge et quelques petites anecdotes sur l’histoire de l’hôtel que j’ai adoré. La literie était propre et confortable. Le prix du café également 2,5 euros le tout, joliment servi sur un petit plateau. Malgré les travaux au moment de mon séjour et l’état de la chambre je reviendrai toutefois avec plaisir. C’est un super hôtel! Hâte de voir les transformations et améliorations.

L’hygiène générale et l’entretien de la chambre qui n’était pas très propre. Des traces de gras sur la tête de lit, sur le mobilier. Des fenêtres difficiles à ouvrir, des rideaux et appliques murales abîmés. La salle de bain pas très « clean ». Il serait intéressant de remplir les réservoir à savon liquide pour les mains et le corps et de vérifier la solidité des installations sanitaires surtout dans la douche, voir des les remplacer. Le pommeau de douche était en fin de vie. Les finitions de décorations et de peinture n’étaient pas soignés du tout et assez vétustes tout comme la moquette vraiment très sale. Dommage. Je précise que l’hôtel est en transformation et en travaux ce qui doit probablement rendre le travail du personnel d’entretien plus compliqué et que malgré ces quelques petits désagréments il vaut vraiment la peine d’y séjourner. L’hôtel est dans l’hyper centre festif de Bxl donc pour un public averti des possibles nuisances sonores.

Hotellissa on menossa remontti, josta ei kerrottu mitään ennen majoittumista. Meille kerrottiin, että saamme paremman huoneen, mutta ensimmäisenä yönä kävi ilmi, että huone sijaitsi ravintola/baarikadun yläpuolella eikä ikkunoissa ollut minkäänlaista äänieristystä eli kuuntelimme baarimusiikkia sekä ihmisten huutoja läpi yön klo 8 asti. Emme pystyneet nukkumaan huoneessa edes korvatulpilla. Valitimme asiasta ja saimme huonomman huoneen, jonka piti olla hiljainen, mutta hotellin remontti alkoi jo ennen klo 7:30 vaikka hotellin respa ilmoitti remontin alkavan klo 9. Hotellin kuvat eivät vastaa nykytilannetta vaan hotelli ja varsinkin yleiset tilat olivat todella ränsistyneet ja tunkkaisen hajuiset.

Das Frühstück war okay! Leider war das Zimmer im 1.Stock und zur Straße und unter uns war eine Bar! Der Lärm ging bis 4.00Uhr nachts! Auf die Frage, ob wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen könnten wurde dies verneint! Sehr enttäuschend!!

Frokosten var veldig god, selv om jeg var litt skuffet over at frokostrestauranten ikke lå i toppetasjen slik jeg husker fra forrige besøk. Da hadde man utsikt over takene mot Grand Place. Av brannhensyn var den nå i underetasje.

Hotellet var under oppussing, så adkomst via trapper var veldig provisorisk. Det var en knøtt liten heis, men vi valgte likevel de provisoriske trappene. Rommet var stort, pent og ordentlig på alle måter uten om det litt lite delikate vegg-til-vegg-teppet på gulvet. Dusjveggen foran badekaret var skjev i hengsler så veldig vanskelig å bevege opp og igjen.

Location excellent, right in the centre and only 4 orc5 mins from thexGrand Place. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The place is a building site. Literally. That was not mentioned in the booking and not reflected in the price. The toilet stopped flushing, which they did fix very quickly. The hot water ran brown and orange with black bits in it. The shower screen was terrible, left the floor soaking. The corridors were full of building materials, safety rails on stairs were loose. One stairwell had no light.

Centrally located. The place is good overall and fine for a stay. Nearby train and bus station and metro accessibility, food options etc are a plus. The property appears to be under renovation or construction, which might explain the setup; hopefully, the work is finished soon.

Accessibility is a significant issue. It was not revealed in advance that two of the beds were placed in an elevated area within the single room. Reaching those two beds requires using a staircase, making it poorly accessible for older people.

Se prohíbe fumar en el hotel y el olor a cigarro en el cuarto era muy fuerte, había colillas en la terraza. El elevador no funcionó a las 7 AM, baje las maletas por la escalera.

Del hotel que yo había reservado al lado de la Grand-Place cuando llegamos están en obras y me dicen que nos realojan en un hotel a 20 minutos del centro. Busco y es un barrio donde las reseñas son pésimas. Nos ha tocado coger metro para ir y volver del hotel cada día para ir al centro de Bruselas con mi hija menor de edad. Booking no ha hecho nada al respecto, cuando el primer día les comuniqué la situación y me informaron que mirarían de cancelar la reserva y buscar otro alojamiento en el centro. Ni un mail ni una llamada de Booking en 4 días. Lamentable. Si no tienes problemas, pues vale, pero como tengas un problema, Booking no ha hecho nada.

Personál byl milý a napomocný. Snidane v čistém a útulném prostředí. Hotel se rekonstruuje, takže to bylo potřeba brát v potaz. Výtah byl v provozu jeden, ale nebyl to problém.

Ačkoliv se hotel rekonstruuje, zjistili jsme to až na místě. Což by nebyl problém, ale koberec na pokoji, kde jsme se báli chodit i v hrubých ponožkách, už se nám tolik nelíbily. Byly tam fleky, u kterých bylo evidentní, že tam jsou již pěkně dlouho. Na jednu noc se to dá zvládnout v pohodě, více už by bylo horší.

Purtroppo l'albergo in questione è chiuso per ristrutturazione e i clienti vengono spostati in altri alberghi del gruppo, nel nostro caso il Yadoya, albergo molto carino in stile giapponese dove ci siamo trovati molto bene, ma più decentrato rispetto all' Arlequin Grand Place a due passi dalla Grand Place. La cosa non corretta è il fatto che continuino a prendere prenotazioni, anche in questo momento è prenotabile, pur essendo chiusi

La calificación es para el Urban Yard Hotel que es donde realmente nos hospedamos dado que el Floris estaba en mantenimiento, no conoci el hotel Floris, pero me enviaron mensaje con anticipacion para notificarme el cambio, es muy bello, las habitaciones son muy amplias y muy limpias, me gustó que llegué y mi reserva estaba activa, sin problema de aclarar que eran un cambio de hotel ni nada, todo salio muy bien

Que a la hora de quitarnos del hotel quisimos bajar por el elevador y resulto que justo a esa hora le estaban dando mantenimiento, asi que tuvimos q bajar 5 pisos por la escalera con las maletas y la escalera es extremadamente angosta, al menos hubieran designado a alguien que pudiera ayudarnos con el equipaje, terminamos super sudados y todavia teniamos que caminar hasta la estacion de trenes...

Durante a semana que entraríamos no no Hotel Floris Arlequin, recebemos a comunicação de que o hotel entraria em reforma e que, por esse motivo, nossa hospedagem seria transferida para outro hotel, mantendo as mesmas condições e o mesmo nível de conforto. Eles nos enviaram para o Urban Yard hotel. Nós confiamos nessa indicação e aceitamos a transferência acreditando que o hotel escolhido por vocês seria adequado e seguro para nós. Infelizmente, tivemos uma experiência completamente diferente. O hotel para o qual fomos transferidos fica em uma região que consideramos extremamente insegura e bastante afastada dos principais pontos turísticos. Para nossa surpresa e tristeza, fomos inclusive assaltados na frente do hotel durante a nossa estadia. O que mais nos decepciona é que confiamos no Hotel Arlequin para fazer essa escolha por nós. Como hóspedes, esperávamos que, ao transferir nossa reserva para outro estabelecimento, vocês tivessem o mesmo cuidado que teriam ao receber seus próprios hóspedes, principalmente em relação à localização, segurança e qualidade da hospedagem. Entendemos perfeitamente a necessidade de uma reforma e não questionamos a decisão de fechar o hotel temporariamente. O que questionamos é a forma como nossa reserva foi transferida e a falta de cuidado com a segurança e o bem-estar da nossa família. Foi uma situação muito triste e traumática, especialmente porque estávamos viajando em família e acreditávamos estar hospedados em um local escolhido e recomendado pelo próprio hotel. Esperamos que o Hotel Arlequin leve o ocorrido a sério e se responsabilize pela forma como essa transferência foi realizada.

- Chambre peu propre - éclairage cassé - fenêtre qui donne sur des travaux et odeur très désagréable même s'il fait frais le soir ça ne sert à rien d'ouvrir puisque la fenêtre donne sur un dôme couvert qui retient toute la chaleur et les odeurs de la journée

Non ho mai avuto una simile esperienza in un hotel. Tutto l'edificio era in ristrutturazione, in camera c'era una puzza terribile, non si poteva aprire la finestra perché fuori c'era ... Non so nemmeno come spiegarmi... Una specie di cantiere, metto la foto della "vista" dalla finestra. L' aria condizionata che non funzionava era solo la ciliegina sulla torta. Non puoi pensare di mettere delle persone a dormire in una condizione del genere, nemmeno gratis, figuriamoci a prezzo pieno.

Att dom höll på att bygga om hotellet och att det var en stor byggarbetsplats samtidigt som man kunde bo där. Dammigt, stimmigt, varmt och hiss som inte fungerade till alla våningsplan.

Läget

Full betalning trots total renoveringskaos och ingen AC fungerade. Hissen gick inte till alla våningar. Bilandet i betongen var katastrofalt och gav illaluktande miljö i hela hotellet.

All'arrivo in hotel ci è stato comunicato che l'aria condizionata non era funzionante a causa di lavori di ristrutturazione in corso, e ci è stato fornito in sostituzione un inutile ventilatore. Abbiamo quindi scoperto che l'hotel era sostanzialmente un cantiere operativo, con conseguenze molto rilevanti sulla qualità del soggiorno. La camera assegnata è situata in posizione d'angolo, con esposizione a sud e con ampie superfici vetrate su entrambe le pareti esterne, circostanza che unita alle elevate temperature verificatesi anche a Bruxelles ha determinato un insopportabile surriscaldamento degli ambienti. Inoltre i lavori di ristrutturazione hanno prodotto rumori estremamente intensi e continui (trapani, martelli e altre attrezzature da cantiere), anche in orari normalmente destinati al riposo All'esterno delle finestre, a brevissima distanza dalla camera, erano presenti attività di cantiere che hanno generato inoltre odori molto forti e persistenti, assimilabili a catrame o altri materiali da costruzione, tali da rendere difficile perfino arieggiare la stanza. il personale dell'hotel non ha ritenuto opportuno fornire alcuna preventiva informazione né presentare scuse per i significativi disagi arrecati. La camera è decisamente modesta e male arredata, tutta la struttura è in buona parte trascurata e poco accogliente.

Lift kapot bij aankomst, met valies naar 4de verdieping. Grote verbouwingswerken, tot volgend jaar, over 3 verdiepingen. Dag 2 lift werkt, maar je kan niet in of uitstappen op de 4de verdieping 🥲

La position de l'hôtel est son point fort, le personnel est serviable et non envahissent. Les chambres sont propres et agréable. La literie est correcte, sans plus.

L'hôtel est dans le hyper centre de Bruxelles donc il faut savoir qu'il est particulièrement bruyant. Même les fenêtres fermées, le bruit de la rue est audible (surtout les vendredis et samedis).

Location is really good

The hotel is under renovation which means that the elevator does not work and starting from 8am you hear constant construction noise. Also to get to your room you have to basically walk though the sections that are under construction. The room is old and is not like on the first pictures. The room is not well cleaned, (some rubbish left under the bed, hair all over the bed sheets, stains on the carpet) Pay attention that there is no AC in the room and the room does not have main lights in the ceiling. The bed and the bed sheets are uncomfortable, as for a hotel that costs over 100 per night Also the view from the window is really disappointing, and there is no kettle in the room.

Pas d'air climatiser et nous n'avons pas été avisé avant notre arriver de plus l'air était suffocante et à cause de cela j'ai fais un malaise durant la nuit car nous avions un ventillateur pour trois personnes.Porte de salle de bain brisé et difficulté à fermer, au chaude soit brulante ou glacial.L' hotel ne voulais pas rembourser nos deux nuit que nous avons quitter dû à la forte chaleur, nous devons contacter booking.com. Il y a beaucoup de bruit de party à l'extérieur jusqu'à minimum 3h du matin.

The hotel didn't inform that they were under renovation for a year and the airco was not working. We booked this hotel for that specific reason under a heatwave. When we asked why the airco was not working the short answer from the staff was "renovation". In the moment that we told them that we were leaving, one staff member offered a small fan and no apologies at all. Very disappointing that the hotel didn't let us know beforehand that the airco was not working in the middle of a heatwave and no compensation were offered or an alternative, like a fan when we asked for the airco.

L'hôtel est en plein travaux ! On m'a donné une chambre au 5ème étage et l'ascenseur est en panne. Il faut traverser le débris du chantier pour accéder à l'escalier. La chambre devait être équipée de la climatisation, qui était également en panne. On m'a promis un ventilateur qui n'est jamais arrivé. En plus, il n'y avait pas l'eau chaude. Je demande un remboursement.

Hotellet var under oppussing, heisen virket ikke og man følte man bodde på en byggeplass. Klokken 8 begynte de og borte og banke. Hotellet burde vert stengt med så omfattende oppussing.
