Hôtel très bien et confortable à deux pas du centre ville. Personnel très gentil et accueillant. Système de demi pension très intéressant. Petits déjeuners complets.

Pouvoir avoir accès au sauna en fin de journée aurait été un plus après des journées découverte de la ville (plutôt que le matin comme c'est proposé). C est possible sur réservation au moins une heure à l avance ce qui n est pas évident a anticiper.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. It is a bit of a walk to the main city but it is a straight shot down the road. There is a sauna in the hotel which is wonderful after a long day, you rent it for an hour for your private party, not public.

It is a bit of a walk to the city center, but if you are good with walking than not a problem.

Das leckere Essen (Frühstück, Nachmittagssnack, Nachtessen), die Möglichkeit eines früheren (allerdings kostenpflichtigen) Check-ins, die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum.

Uns persönlich war es etwas zu kalt im Zimmer, aber das ist nur unser persönliches Empfinden.

We had a nice stay, the room was nice and cosy and the staff were kind. The location is good as well, we reached everything on foot. We have tried the Fika and dinner as well, which was good to have, however it did not have too many options. For dinner they always have 1 main course, what may not be suitable for all, would be nice to have 2-3 variations.

Hotel heeft een concept met half pension, eten (en ontbijt) is erg goed. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie is goed, mooie uitvalsbasis om Helsinki te verkennen.

Beim Abendessen war für Veganer nicht viel zur Auswahl.

Lack of windows in the restaurant although it's because of use cellar of Robert Jugend house which is fantastic btw

This hotel is an exceptional value. My room was large and efficiently laid out. There were plenty of electrical outlets and storage options. The large room windows had an ok view city rooftops. The bathroom was small, but smartly set-up. The shower door kept in most of the water and had good heat and pressure. Perhaps the best aspect of this hotel is its restaurant/meal plan. Breakfast, afternoon snacks and dinner are all included in the price. Not only is this a great value, but the food and selections were plentiful and delicious, just wow! The staff is welcoming and helpful.

There was nothing I found problematic about the Hotel Jugend. It is kind of a maze to get from the reception area to the rooms, especially with lots of luggage. But the elevators are efficient and signage is good. It is about a mile, mostly uphill, from the central train station to the hotel.

No nos limpiaron la habitación. Había que avisar para que lo hicieran y nadie nos informó

Excellent breakfast and decent evening meal included (evening meal is not fancy, nor is there much choice but it's good quality). Rooms comfy and everything works

Room was a little small

Good location being a 20min walk from ferry terminal and similar distance to station and market square. Helpful staff and Fika included with coffee and cake in afternoon. Breakfast and dinner both very nice

Единственное что не понравилось стеклянная душевая которая видна в комнате, и свет на ночь не выключается - нужно вынуть карточку.

Posizione centralissima e comodissima per visitare i maggiori punti di interesse della città. Struttura meravigliosa esternamente ed internamente; camera pulitissima, letto comodissimo. Il buffet della colazione e della cena super ricco e un’attenzione al senza glutine e senza lattosio che mi ha lasciato piacevolmente sorpresa. Lo staff di una gentilezza unica!

The food was good, with many options.

Our room was the smallest it could possibly be. It was like a hole. We had no space to leave even our luggages. The bathroom was like a box inside the room and the shower had a see through glass so when you took a shower the other person you stayed with could see you.

Ο προγραμματισμός καθαριότητας του δωματίου δεν έγινε κατανοητός και έτσι οι πετσέτες μας παρέμειναν χρησιμοποιημένες και βρεγμένες καθόλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας παρότι ζητήσαμε αλλαγή. Όλα τα υπόλοιπα εξαιρετικά και το προσωπικό έμπειρο και ευγενέστερο

L’hotel est très beau déjà depuis l’extérieur. Hotel près d’un arrêt de tram. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. La literie aussi est très confortable. Pas de ménage tout le long du séjour, ni de changement de linge de bain, c’est sur demande. ça permet de faire attention aux locaux.

La formule demi pension est très bien mais j’aurais aimé, à l’annonce de la spécialité du chef, une soupe de saumon local et pas des bâtonnets Findus

The food and the staff were great - and the room was okay - comfortable and clean - but it lacked a few extra touchs which would have been good such as a box of tissues in the room. Also the air con was very noisy and we couldnt switch it off at night

Lyxigaste rummet jag sovit i. Härlig dusch och rymligt badrum. Slottsmiljön var magisk. Frukosten den bästa någonsin och god middag varje kväll!

Bon établissement bien tenu. Personnel très agréable. Chambres modernes et propres. Literie très confortable. Un peu éloigné du centre mais Tram à 200m en direction du centre. Tres bon petit déjeuner + Fika + diner correct Idéal pour visiter la ville

Las instalaciones y la calidad de la comida.

Tamaño de la habitación, poca variedad en la comida y no poder utilizar la sauna. Este último aspecto fue decepcionante porque publicitan que hay sauna y únicamente está abierta de forma gratuita una hora al día y precisamente no es la hora que estás en el hotel.

Everything was great! The food was fabulous, plentiful and fresh. The best feature is it's included in your stay. The location was also good for the cruise port.

The room was a tad too small. Hard to maneuver suitcases, and had more of them because of going on a cruise.

La ducha no era cerrada, así que se salía el agua por debajo y era inevitable mojar parte del suelo del baño

Bellissimo hotel situato nel centro di Helsinki. A pochi passi dalla stazione e a circa 1 km dal porto. Ottimo anche per visitare tutti i monumenti e le attrazioni. Colazione abbondantissima e buona anche la cena.

ご飯2食付き。とてもお得だし、美味しかった。夕食は日替わり。スープも美味しかった。スマホでチェックインandチェックアウトもできて、簡単。スタッフも親切。荷物もすんなり預かってもらえた。

３人宿泊だけど、タオルとバスローブが２人分しかセットされていなかった。

το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό, με ποικιλία και αφθονία. η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή. Δεν υπήρχε κοντά στάση λεωφορείου ή τραμ, αλλά μπορούσαμε να πάμε με τα πόδια στον κεντρικό σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό και στο λιμάνι.

Όλα ήταν καλά.

Schöne und saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Die Lage ist zentral. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Понравилось, что в цену входил завтрак, перекус и ужин. Это оооочень удобно, потому что цены в Финляндии огромные, чтоб поесть вдвоём. И персонал просто супер.

Номер был конечно маленький. Ну на двоих ок, чтобы просто переночевать и помыться. С ручной кладью если только, без чемоданов. Потому что мест нету, куда его положить. Номер был убран на 4/10. Но постельное белье было чистое, а это важно. Есть вопросы к душевой совмещенной с туалетом. Душевая прозрачная. То есть человек лежащий на диване может смотреть, как вы моетесь. Возможно кому-то понравится. Туалет. Нормальной двери нет. То есть просто задвигается стеклянная дверка. И по бокам все слышно и все видно. Ну это прям ужас. Туалет он и есть туалет, чтоб там уединяться, а не сидеть как будто в коридоре и справлять нужду.

El edificio tiene un encanto especial. La ubicación muy céntrica. Desayuno y cena de calidad. El personal muy amable. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Pohodlný pokoj v nové budově. Skvělá snídaně. Lokalita mezi přístavem a centrem.

Historickou budovou se pouze prochází. Večeře kazí celý dojem z ubytování. Jídlo hrozné kvality i výběru a k tomu pouze studená voda, jinak cokoli jiného zpoplatněno.

La habitación es muy pequeña, difícil dejar la maleta abierta sin que molestara. Y la cena un poco floja, pero siendo una cortesía del hotel, tampoco es reseñable.

In the family room a wall in the bathroom and shower was made of glass and half transparent. Not the best experience. We could not open any windows in the room, feels a bit claustrafobic.
