Location

Hotel is described as a 4-star hotel but facilities and furnishings were reflective of a more basic hotel. Worn and dirty carpets, small crowded lobby, no air conditioning or ventilation in rooms, crowded breakfast with harried staff. Reading lights on both beds were broken with exposed electric wires!

Nada, todo excelente

L'hôtel est très central, à quelques dizaines de mètres des principales lignes de tramway. Le personnel est très agréable, le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon. La chambre est propre et confortable.

Le café qui était trop léger a mon goût, car j'aime le Café fort.

Die Lage ist super. Bulevardi ist eine der wenigen etwas kleineren gemütlichen Straßen mit vielen Geschäften.

Das Doppelbett hatte eine durchgehende Matratze, was uns nicht gefiel. Die Bettdecken waren sehr groß und schwer.

Habitación silenciosa con camas cómodas, mini nevera con agua de cortesía, plancha, hervidor y cafetera Perfecta ubicación en un barrio residencial, con restaurantes y cafeterías. A 10 min andando del mercado en el puerto, a 15min de la estación y varios museos.

Lokacija je odlična, soba čista, krevet jako udoban, osoblje uslužno, a hrana u restoranu ukusna.

Navodi se u opisu da ima klimu, no ona ne funkcionira. Prvu noć je bilo vruće.

Sehr zentral gelegen, viele Restaurants in der Gegend, gute Anbindung an ÖPNV, fußläufig vom HBF. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Sauna ebenso, und es gab ein sehr, sehr bequemes Bett! Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren stylisch und großzügig, es war ruhig, so lange das Fenster zu blieb - bei offenem Fenster etwas laut wegen der Tram vor der Tür.

Das Licht im Bad hat manchmal nicht funktioniert, es war nicht so schlimm für mich, aber das sollte natürlich nicht sein. Des Weiteren fand ich 32€ für das Frühstück sehr teuer und habe es deswegen nicht gebucht.

Huoneeseeni kantautui "kolinaa" yöllä. Kerroin henkilökunnalle kirjautuessani ulos.

Olen käynyt hotellissa jo monen vuoden ajan ja syystä palaan aina takaisin. Ei tarvitse edes harkita muita hotelleja. Sijainti on täydellinen, hotellissa on ihana tunnelma ja se on rauhallinen. Huone on mukava, sänky hyvä ja aamupala ihana. Erityiskiitos Alinalle (?) joka on jo monena vuonna ollut aamupalaa hoitamassa. Hän on niin herttainen ja ystävällinen!

La habitación es muy espaciosa y cuenta con muchos detalles en el baño que se agradecen. El desayuno buffet es de sobresaliente. La ubicación es cómoda ya que puedes ir al puerto andando en 10-15 minutos.

La única pega que pondría es que nos tocó una habitación en la primera planta y se oía bastante el ruido del bar que el hotel tiene abajo.

Ich habe diese Unterkunft ganz spontan kurz vor Anreise gebucht und wurde sehr freundlich empfangen, alle Mitarbeiter:innen waren sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Als alleinreisende Frau fühle ich mich in Städten in oberen Stockwerken immer etwas wohler, daher bat ich um ein entsprechendes Zimmer, diese Anfrage wurde zuvorkommend ermöglicht. Positiv ist mir auch aufgefallen, dass der Aufzug nur mit Zugangskarte funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war super bequem und das Badezimmer komfortabel. Die tägliche Reinigung sehr gründlich, hatte man einen Tee getrunken wurde direkt die Teesorte wieder aufgefüllt, sehr aufmerksam. Selten habe ich in einem Städtehotel so einen guten Service erlebt :) Es gab Bademäntel für die Sauna, die sich ebenfalls im Haus befindet. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr gute Anbindung und schöne Nachbarschaft. Am Abreisetag konnte ich mein Gepäck problemlos einige Stunden im Hotel aufbewahren. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Das Fenster konnte nicht vollständig geöffnet werden sondern nur einen kleinen Spalt. Kein großes Problem, aber richtig durchlüften kann man damit nicht :) Ich mag auch die Lage an einer belebten Straße, wer allerdings Ruhe sucht wird die Straßenbahn vor dem Haus nicht optimal finden.

Das Personal beim Check-in war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns wurde die Wahl zwischen einem Zimmer zur Straßenseite oder zum Innenhof angeboten. Obwohl der Innenhof nicht besonders attraktiv ist, bot er die willkommene Möglichkeit, nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar sind. Gegenüber dem Hotel befinden sich zudem einige gute Restaurants. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel erneut buchen.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war etwas unterbesetzt. Das führte zu Wartezeiten auf den Kaffee und die Extrabestellungen, was jedoch für uns im Urlaub kein Problem darstellte. Hier besteht noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Die WLAN-Geschwindigkeit war sehr langsam.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Very good location, walking distance to the Market Square and the main attractions. Comfortable room, kind staff, very nice sauna. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. I am sure that I will choose this hotel again.

Very good location, clean room, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast.

The breakfast service was unfortunately poorly organized and very inconvenient! When entering the breakfast area, guests are asked to order their hot drink. Unfortunately, my drink was forgotten and only arrived after 25 minutes. On another occasion, I received the wrong drink, and when I pointed it out, the staff seemed annoyed and surprised, even though I had ordered something different at the entrance. Another major issue was the ordering process. While most other guests were asked immediately if they would like to order from the menu, I was not asked at all (!) on two occasions, and on another day only after 25 minutes. It seemed that the staff had no clear overview of which guests had just arrived. Unfortunately, this made me feel like a second-class hotel guest.

Hienoa, että kahvi ja lämmitetty maito tuotiin kannuissa pöytiin. Kahvi olisi voinut olla parempaa.

Comfortable hotel in a good location, within easy walking distance of the harbour; tram and bus stop are close by. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice.

I enjoyed my space. It was clean and had everything I needed. The location was nice and had access to some great local spots to enjoy dinner or my morning coffee.

My only complaint is that the breakfast could be better. It was ok at best, but I would've appreciated the ability to have bacon and potatoes daily at the food bar. As a person who doesn't eat eggs, it limits my warm/hot breakfast food options.

Overall the hotel is clean. I am however very disappointed that the sauna does not open in the morning. I have been looking forward to sauna in Finland and being a big part of the culture I would have expected more access to sauna not less. I have never stayed in a hotel with a sauna that didn’t open in the morning.

Best customer service! The breakfast was excellent, and everything was clean and well maintained. A special thanks to the young housekeeper boy for his outstanding cleaning skills, kindness, and helpful attitude. He did an excellent job and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Frokosten var grei, mye rikeligere enn den jeg har selv når jeg er hjemme. Men jeg har opplevd bedre hotellfrokoster.

Det var ingenting jeg "ikke likte", men jeg savnet bløtkokte egg, jeg savnet kaviar, og jeg savnet flere sorter sild. Og skam å si, "the english breakfast" ver en vits sammenlignet med hva jeg har spist i England eller Irland.

Nothing at all

They do not train their cleaning personnel right. You can tell because things are spotless, but it lloks like there is no protocol or checklists for how the room is to be kept when guests are staying over.

中央駅からスーツケースを持って歩くには少し遠いが、トラムに乗れば問題なし。 市内の観光地はほぼ徒歩圏内か、公共交通機関ですぐに行ける。 朝食が美味しかった。

I loved everything! The staff was always smiling and ready to help with anything. The room was spacious, and I really appreciated having a coffee machine. A special mention goes to the breakfast—abundant and delicious. Most of the products offered were lactose-free, with plenty of options for vegans and gluten-free diets as well. This kind of choice makes such a varied and delicious breakfast accessible to everyone

excellent location, right on tram line for direct connection to central train station or Silja Line ferry to Tallinn. Room was comfortable, clean, quiet, and we had a great view over the city rooftops. Breakfast was good, with an a la carte hot entree included. Surrounding neighborhood very walkable, with varied restaurants and small shops for fun browsing.
