房間面積太細，空間位置行李箱也打不開。

The room smelled like feet and the AC was horrible. I left a room key in the holder to keep the AC on to hopefully cool the room and air out the smell. I was gone for an hour with the AC on the lowest temp highest fan speed with no luck. Additionally the onsen is for men only.

房間超級小的，要前開式的才能好好打開，否則像是我朋友帶28吋對開的就難拿東西……

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026The hotel has a very convenient location, if you need to go to the airport early in the morning. The hotel provides a great breakfast and a free airport shuttle bus. The Narita town is lovely, there are many shops and restaurants and there is a beautiful temple and gardens.
The bed sheets were dirty. The size of the room is extremely small. The spa is only available for men, not for women! There was no massage service.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026I loved that there was an Airport Shuttle. It made the commute so much easier. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room looked very clean. The shutters on the windows helped in the morning when the light was strong.
The breakfast could have been improved with dessert options.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Easy to find, close to Keisei Narita station. Free shuttle to airport. Clean, and free toiletries from the front desk on check-in were nicely scented - there was also a choice of teas instead.
Room was the most compact of any we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Japan and the entry doorway was very awkwardly situated. Breakfast at the next door restaurant could have been better.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Friendly staff. Decent sized room for Japan. Very comfortable bed, probably one of the most comfortable beds of our stay so far, it was a softer mattress which was nice. Only had one pillow each but a second pillow was brought to our room when we asked, the pillows were good too. Good block out curtains so the room was nice and dark. It was also pretty quiet. Very close walk to the train station (approx 5 minutes I think) for easy access to the airport. Only took about 15 minutes by train to get to Narita airport for our flight. The hotel is walking distance to Aeon mall for shopping and food. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Pajamas are provided. Good amenities provided at reception. Overall a very comfortable overnight stay before our morning flight from Narita airport. Much more convenient than trying to get there super early from Tokyo. Thank you!
Small bathroom and bathtub but it is functional, smaller bathrooms like this are very standard for Japan so to be expected, and it was similar size to some other hotels we stayed at. It was perfectly fine for our one night stay.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026A good hotel. Nice access to Narita Station and eateries in the city, which is the reason I did not stay in airport hotels this time. At airport hotels, though they are big and spacious, perfect for family or group tourists, you stuck in the hotel and the food in the restaurants is super expensive.
I do not know about the other rooms, but I had no view from the window, which is okay if you are just staying for one night, trying to catch a morning flight. It could be a bit disappointing for some people.
