Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Gute Ausgangslage für einen Zwischenstopp zum Flughafen. Waschen und Trocknen war günstig und einfach.
Für uns waren Betten & Kissen etwas hart und das Kissen sehr flach und hart. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und störend.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Staff was very very welcoming. Very good position, less than 15 minutes from airport. Room was confortable, big and clean. Breakfast was very good and you have variety of choice (both salty and sweet). Also the early breakfast opening time is a strong plus. I would seriously consider the hotel not only for proximity to airport but also during your stay at Tokyo: rooms in central districts tend to be very small.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Great location, very close to railway station to catch trains to airport and shuttle bus to the Aeon shopping mall. Walking distance to many restaurants and historical part of Narita. Really comfortable beds and great value for money.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026This hotel was surprisingly roomy and the staff were lovely. The check in after a long flight from Denver was via a kiosk and the front desk staff provided helpful assistance and knew way more English than we knew Japanese. So thank you for being so kind 😊🙏 The room itself (we got a twin) was larger than the others we stayed in during our trip and we had plenty of space to open both suitcases and even hang a few things. There was a shower with a deep tub to take a bath and a fancy toilet with bidet features (which we came to realize is pretty standard in Japan). Complimentary green tea and kettle helped caffeinate me the next morning. But there was also coffee available downstairs in the lobby and the breakfast buffet (included in our rate which was <$80) was delightful. We ate it in the cool AC room overlooking the city block below.

Kamer was erg klein. Toen we vroegen of er een grotere beschikbaar was voor 2 nachten werd ontkennend geantwoord. Toen we de ochtend erna op Bookings keken was er weldegelijk een grotere beschikbaar. Uiteindelijk wel omgeboekt voor de laatste nacht. Jammer dat het personeel de dag ervoor niet behulpzaam was.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Hotel sencillo pero cómodo y muy bien situado, cerca de la estación de Narita, unos 5 minutos caminando. La habitación era sencilla, pero más grande que otras de hoteles bastante más caros en Tokyo, cosa que se agradece para poder abrir las maletas sin tropezar con ellas y dejando todo más o menos ordenado. La cama era cómoda. El desayuno estaba incluido y aunque no era un buffet de lujo, tenía bastante variedad, tanto opciones japonesas como más occidentales. Rico y suficiente para coger energías para una mañana de turismo por Narita.
Todo me gustó, no tuvimos ningún problema

Very small double room, I didn’t have a suitcase and not sure where it would have fit in the room. Elevator and hallway carpet is worn and stained. Check out is at 10:00. The hotel seemed overpriced at 79.00.

The soundproofing wasn't great, as you often heard guests in the hallway making noise. Cleanliness was on the lower side, but much of this was due to the age of the hotel.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Bom pequeno almoço. A 5 minutos a pé da estação de Narita, o que tornou mais simples ter de ir para o aeroporto. Aeroporto a 15 minutos de comboio. Pessoal muito simpático.
Quarto mais pequeno em que ficamos, mas são todos pequenos para a realidade europeia. Almofada demasiado baixa para o nosso gosto, mesmo tendo duas para cada um eram muito baixas.

Pillows were quite hard. However we're noticing the same at additional hotels in Japan.

Our double room was an awkward layout , making it feel a small space. There was a substantial step up to the bathroom with no convenient hand hold to give support.
