Rommet var stort og romslig, og sengen var veldig komfortabel. Badet var helt greit. Buss nr. 50 til byen går rett over veien fra hotellet, og på vei tilbake stopper den rett foran hotellet. Veldig praktisk 😊

Dusjen kunne trengt litt oppgradering. Dusjhodet var løst og delvis ødelagt. Vi bodde i 7 dager og savnet mer variasjon på frokosten, som var den samme hver dag. Ellers hadde vi et fint opphold.

Hotel is in orde! Vlakbij bus en tram. Goed om Milaan te verkennen! Leuk zitten buiten, zowel voor ontbijt als diner. Zelfs late namiddag werd onze kamer nog gepoetst!.heel fijn!

Staff is good. Maria and Monica were very helpful with reception and late checkout. Bus connectivity is amazing.

Swimming Pool is additional charge, its awkward and missing transparency at the time of booking. AC are controlled by reception, you can not control from room, so expect some service delay and uncomfort.

Soba jako lijepa sa svim potrebnim sadržajima. Krevet sasvim udoban. Bazen dovoljno velik iako nije grijan. Hrana odlična!

Lokacija. Morali smo autobusom do Metroa ( ili pješke 20 minuta što nije bila opcija jer smo bili sa djetetom od 2 godine) zatim Metroom do centra nije baš blizu. Bilo bi bolje da je bliže centru ili barem Metrou.

STAFF - Most were lovely and really helpful, but others were rude and rarely smiled.

TV hat nicht funtioniett, Gym war sehr klein und keine Luftung, Lage ist etwas abseit von der Stadt. Wir haben das Pool nicht cerwendet, er wäre aber kistenpflichtig gewesen bei einem Übernachtungspreis von eur 200 finde ich frech.

Nicht viel! Die Zimmer waren von der Sauberkeit so einigermaßen OK und der Tiefgaragenplatz um den Preis in Ordnung! Die Busverbindung ist OK

Das Leintuch war auf den Seiten zerrissen, die Klimaanlage hat geheizt statt gekühlt, die Kopfkissen waren beide zu hart ( ist zwar Geschmacksache, aber uns hat es nicht gut getan) Man musste für den kleinen Pool zahlen- Frechheit für dass das die Liegen nur eine Einstellung zulassen, weil der Spanngurt fehlt und dieser Sonnenschutz für das Gesicht fiel einen auch immer ins Gesicht, da die Schrauben nicht festgezogen wurden, Es gab keine Sonnenschirme am Pool! Das Frühstück war zwar ausreichend (wir brauchen nur wenig) aber es könnte mehr Auswahl geben. Auch sind ein no Go die schrecklichen Tauben, die auch vom Personal nicht verscheucht werden… Die Sterne für dieses Hotel sind wohl vom Himmel gefallen!

Chambre familiale confortable, petit déjeuner complet. Situé en périphérie de Milan mais arrêt de bus (direct vers le centre ville) situé juste en face de l'hôtel. Piscine appréciable après une journée de visite sous la chaleur Grand parking (payant) sous l'hôtel.

The hotel is too far from central Milan, uber or taxi is super expensive to go anywhere. I paid minimum €55 Euro for a 20-25 ride(Hotel-Milano Centrale). The breakfast is awful, canned fruit, tasteless cakes and soggy croissants. Only 3 options for fresh fruits and the grapes were all bad, ready to go in the bin. Cheap food, Lidl own brand seems a luxury. My kids refused to eat it so they had to have breakfast in another place (extra cost) when we had paid the hotel already. What a shame! There was a waiter on our first night that gave us the menu looking away, no eye contact, making us feel an inconvenience, did not wait for us to finish talking and walked away. A short, skinny. Grumpy lady with long black hair. Silvia was amazing, always smiling. The room was either extremely cold or hot, nothing in between. I would never recommend this hotel. DO NOT BOOK IT!!! After you pay city taxes plus pool charges and breakfast somewhere else as their food is bad, it will be too expensive. Do yourself a favour and book another hotel closer to the city center

Esta super lejos de la ciudad, y con lo que cuesta te esperas algo mil veces mejor. La piscina es de pago, 12€ 1 día y 8€ medio día, una pasada teniendo en cuenta lo que se paga por noche. Es incómodo y poco práctico ya que, por ejemplo, para poner y quitar el aire hay que llamar a recepción, cero sentido. Además, cogimos cena y desayuno incluido y la cena dejó muchísimo que desear, íbamos con una persona celiaca y nos dijeron que tenían opciones sin gluten, la opción fue un plato de patata cocida con judías y atún de lata por encima, si eso es tener opciones sin gluten… es más bien ponerte a dieta.

Room decor is good, breakfast quite good. Hotel is handy for the bus which stops outside (end / start of route).

Charge to use the pool, pretty sure when I booked this wasn't in place, though is now clearly indicated on website etc. Charge to use the pool is too much if like me you are visiting with family, e.g. charges are full day and half day, in reality many people will want an hour in the pool after a day of tourism. Steep city tax of 10euros per adult per day would make me think before visiting Milan again with family. Problem with shower not draining very quickly and therefore causing flooding in the bathroom wasn't fixed.

Vriendelijk personeel. We kwamen een dag eerder aan en de receptie heeft alles gedaan voor ons om nog een extra dag te boeken voor de beste prijs zonder dat we na een dag van kamer moesten wisselen.

Gebruik van het zwembad kost 8 euro voor een halve dag. Wat ik persoonlijk erg veel geld vind want het was niet een heel groot zwembad.

check in was very easy, the gentleman we dealt with on the front desk was amazing with us on the two days we were there, he was very helpful, the food at the restaurant was very well priced and was really good quality, had several meals and had no complaints rooms were clean, and modern, need extra towels and there was no problem. check out was at 12, and they allowed us an additional hour which was great. allowed us to have more time by the pool and have a shower before we had to leave for out flight home

Grįžus nakčiai kambarys buvo jau peršaltas, atidarius langą ir vėl išsijungė be galimybės įjungti. Teko miegoti su atviru langu ir gatvės triukšmu. Bemiegė naktis, blogiausia iš 5 naktų praleistų Italijoje..

Der var hvad man havde brug for af faciliteter. Ok beliggenhed ift. at tage metro eller bus ind til Milano centrum.

Der var intet hygge og charme over stedet. Aircondition kunne vi ikke selv styre, vi skulle ringe til receptionen hver gang. Røræg til morgenmaden var ikke god.

Einzig allein die Lage des Hotels und der Zugang zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war positiv.

meine Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel waren leider weit hinter meinen Erwartungen zurückgeblieben. Bereits bei der Ankunft wirkte das Personal ausgesprochen unfreundlich, sodass wir uns von Beginn an nicht willkommen gefühlt haben. Besonders enttäuschend war die Intransparenz bei der Poolnutzung: Pro Person wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr erhoben. Auf unsere Nachfrage nach dem Grund wurde uns lediglich mitgeteilt, dies stehe „im Kleingedruckten" – eine für Gäste wenig kundenfreundliche Erklärung. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer lässt sich ausschließlich zentral durch das Personal regeln, was die individuelle Raumtemperatur stark einschränkt. Zwar wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, jedoch war das Bad in einem reparaturbedürftigen Zustand. Auf unsere Bitte um ein anderes Zimmer (wir waren im 1. Obergeschoss untergebracht) wurde uns mitgeteilt, das Hotel sei vollständig ausgebucht. Tatsächlich waren jedoch noch andere Zimmer verfügbar, was den Eindruck erweckte, unsere Anfrage werde nicht ernst genommen. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen kann ich einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

A fürdőszobában a gyermekeim nem tudták elérni a csapot, a szappant vagy WC lehúzott, mert nekik az már túl magasan volt.

Die zentrale Lage und die Regendusche

Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht im Zimmer gesteuert werden. Beim Frühstück haben Teller und Tassen teilweise gefehlt. Es waren zu wenig Kaffeeautomaten für die Menge an Gästen, außerdem waren sie teilweise leer. Ebenso gab es teilweise keine Croissants.

Hotel molto pulito e pratico. Piscina piccola ma pulita gratis per bambini. Hotel vicino allo stadio (bus n. 64) e al centro (bus n. 50) Colazione molto varia. Personale molto educato.

La piscine payante. Dommage de payer 750€ la semaine et qu’on soit obligé de payer un supplément pour aller à la piscine

Mooie kamer met ruim 2-persoonsbed en mooie badkamer. Zwembad met prima ligbedden en een (kleine) gym (wel gratis in tegenstelling tot het zewmbad).

Airco: Voor ons was het van belang dat de kamer voorzien was van airconditioning. De airco's van alle kamers bleken echter beneden bij de receptie centraal te worden beheerd en die was men vergeten aan te zetten. Pas de volgende ochtend (na een warme overnachting), toen we ons beklag deden bij de receptie kwamen we hier pas achter. Toen heeft men hem pas aangezet zodat we de 2e nacht wel de beschikking hadden over airco. Zwembad: Helaas alleen tegen extra betaling en badmutsen verplicht (bij betaling ontvang je handdoek en badmuts).

Mucho sitio libre y gratuito para aparcar en los alrededores y es un sitio muy tranquilo. Nos alojamos con desayuno y cena incluidos. La comida muy buena, bufet el desayuno y menú la cena. Lo bueno es que no te cobran el agua.

Disappointed that they charge for the swimming pool

The hotel is modern (renovated), well-designed, and has a good location. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the overall atmosphere and the facilities available at the hotel.

Unfortunately, we experienced several issues during our stay. The air conditioning could not be controlled directly from the room, so we had to contact Reception every time we wanted to switch it on, off, or adjust it. One of our two rooms also had electrical problems and, more importantly, a loose and faulty door handle that did not function properly. We were also disappointed that hotel guests had to pay an additional €12 per person to use the swimming pool. Because of this extra charge, we decided not to use the pool at all during our stay and of course shadows on Pool from Afternoon. Overall, these issues had a noticeable impact on our experience.

I would have liked more info on transportation when booking. We were lucky and it was easy to get everywhere. Not keen on paying for the pool. Did not realise h til we arrived.

Hotel was good. Bus no. 50 took around 40 minutes to centre. Direct bus available till 01:00am

Air conditioning not working . You have to ask at reception to start air con. I asked them to start at 10:00 pm and it wasn’t starting. I went to reception at 11:30pm for air con. They said air con not working and gave me fan to take by myself to room. They said it will start in 30 minutes but nothing started. It is very difficult in summer month. They do not have window which you can open fully.

Frühstück war gut. Auf Wunsch glutenfreies Brot bekommen. Viel Auswahl. Freundliches Personal. Tiefgarage ok, aber kostet 10.- extra. Lage ist gut. Für E-Autofahrer: gegenüber ist ein HPC Lader, nicht den in der TG nehmen, der ist teurer & langsam.

Zimmer sind sehr einfach ausgestattet, etwas abgewohnt, eng. Pool kostet extra. Bad ist leicht schmuddelig. Aussicht vom Zimmer übel.

Poor AC, paying for a freezing pool, expensive parking, waited 15mins to be served in an empty pool bar whilst being ignored by staff.

J’avais réservé cet hôtel malgré son emplacement en dehors de la ville pour sa piscine essentiellement. Quelle mauvaise surprise lorsque nous sommes arrivés d’entendre qu’elle est payante! Je pense qu’ils profitent de l’annoncer sur le fait accompli, et que je ne suis pas le premier à être surpris de la sorte. Je me suis senti lésé je ne trouve pas ça correct. À cela j’ai du rajouter 20€ de taxe de séjour et 10€ pour le parking. Je suis déçu je ne reviendrai pas ici.

Les lits étaient très petits, et la piscine était payante... Pour un quatre étoiles, c'est bof. Aussi, l'air conditionné est réglée sur vingt-quatre degrés mais s'il faisait froid dans la chambre et impossible de changer la température

De bediening was erg onvriendelijk. Op het terras was geen verlichting als je een drankje kwam doen. Toen ze bijna zouden sluiten ( we hadden nog zeven minuten) werd de muziek uitgezet en naar binnen gehaald en de deur dicht gedaan. Er werd niet gecommuniceerd dat ze de deuren zouden sluiten. We hebben er wat van gezegd tegen de persoon die de deur dicht had gedaan dat we het erg onbeleefd vonden maar daar had hij geen interesse in om ons aan te horen en liep weg. De bedden waren erg smal, maar matras was wel goed. We hadden maar 1 kaart om deuren te openen en elke deur of lift moest je met een kaart openen of naar een andere etage toe waardoor we niet afzonderlijk van elkaar door het hotel konden gaan. Ook was er 1 lift stuk. Al met al vond ik dit hotel geen aanrader!

Stabiles Internet, freundliches Personal, gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt, Essen war lecker. Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Gute Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Nicht zu eng. Mit dem Aufzug konnte man direkt bis zu den Zimmern hoch fahren mit den Koffern. Toll war auch die Nachricht Tage vor dem ankommen mit den wichtigsten Infos.

Richtig richtig geärgert hat uns das Erwachsene für die Benutzung des Pools extra Zahlen sollten und zwar 8€ pro Person für einen halben Tag. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt!! Wir haben ja extra ein gutes Hotel mit Pool gebucht, da sollte dieser schon im Preis inkludiert sein. Beim Frühstück stand das Brot und der Toaster in einer wirklich engen Ecke, wenn viele Leute gleichzeitig da waren war es fast unmöglich, dort ein Brot abzuschneiden da viele die Ecke blockierten um auf den Toaster zu warten. Diesen sollte man woanders positionieren.

Das Hotel liegt am Stadtrand und ist super an den ÖPNV angeschlossen(ATM App runterladen und 48/72 h Stundenticket kaufen lohnt sich !)Unser Auto stand sicher in der TG. Service war nett, Frühstück hatte das übliche Buffet das auch zum Ende der Frühstückszeit hin noch gut aufgefüllt wurde. Das Zimmer war geräumig, Fenster konnte etwas gekippt werden

Das Hotel ist überlaufen. Die Gäste sind katastrophal. Beim Frühstück gab es Gäste,die ihre eigene arabische Musik aufgedreht haben am Frühstückstisch. Das Frühstück hatte nichts Besonderes zu bieten.Die Tische wirkten nicht sauber.Die Bettwäsche hatte einen komischen Geruch.Fühlte sich nicht frisch an. Abgesehen davon,dass ich den Pool nicht einladend fand, musste man für diesen sogar extra bezahlen.

L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la piscine tout en pouvant se rendre à Milan très facilement en bus. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Bonne insonorisation. Le restaurant est très bon. Le personnel souriant.

La salle de fitness est en sous sol sans fenêtre, petite et surtout sans air conditionné. C'était étouffant en plein été ! A contrario, la chambre était trop climatisée et impossible de réguler ou d'éteindre la climatisation !

Las instalaciones están muy bien y cerca a la estación del tram.

La comida no es muy rica, ni el confort térmico en la habitación, en verano cuesta bajar la temperatura, y no se puede bajar desde la habitación. Queda un poco lejos del centro.

Dat je moet betalen om te mogen zwemmen, heel vreemd… Dat je de airconditioning op de kamer niet zelf kunt bedienen. Je moet naar de receptie bellen om deze aan of af te zetten. Dat het zeker geen 4 sterren hotel is. Kamers en badkamers zijn duidelijk toe aan renovatie!!!

La gentillesse du personnel

Salle de bain sale, beaucoup d'éléments de la chambre sont cassés, comme la poignée de porte, la lampe, la douchette. La climatisation fonctionne si on demande a la réception de la mettre en route ! La piscine extérieure est sale.

Room was well furnished

Pool cost €12 a day breakfast was terrible and overcrowded parking was difficult and changed at €10 a day

The fact that we need to pay for the pool. We chose this accomodation especially for the pool and we payed a higher price ,;ust because this. was the difference between this hotel and others. I don't find that is corect the the hotels customers to be charged to use the hotel facilities.

Overall, stay was good except for the air conditioning issue. Restaurants and transport were nearby and easy to access. Helpful staff

A bit of uncomfortable night.The air conditioning was going off every 2 hours, I had to call Reception 3 times in the night asking to put the air conditioning. Therefore, experienced a sleepless night.

Климатикът в стаята не може да се регулира въпреки таблото за управление. Сутрин на закуската имаше много гълъги, които ядяаха от всички маси.
