Super Lage, mit Metro schnell überall. Personsl sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Willkommensapero und kleine Aufmerksamkeiten waren wirklich überaus grosszügig und nicht selbstverständlich. Frühstück für Itallien super, grosse Auswahl. Zimmer grosszügig und die Betten sehr, sehr gut. Insgesamt toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice hotel, the staff are very kind and attentive, they upgraded our room free of charge when we arrived which was a lovely touch. The place was spotless. We also got a free drink voucher each on arrival! The hotel is close to the metro do very easy to get to the centre from here and the airport.

The only issue was the room has a jacuzzi bath but no way to use the jacuzzi jets, we called reception and they actually sent someone up to look which was appreciated, but they realised then there were no controls for the jacuzzi jets. Just a small thing, but didn't really impact our stay. The surrounding area seemed a bit rough, but again didn't really impact much as we were mainly going into the city centre anyway.

Un hotel de nota zece! Personalul foarte amabil, Jenny is the best! Ea ne-a ajutat cu absolut orice am avut nevoie. Micul dejun foarte bun si echilibrat. Hotelul foarte curat, in camere ni s-a facut curatenie zilnic. Amplasarea hotelului foarte aproape de metrou, astfel încât am ajuns rapid in orice punct al orașului. La plecare am primit un cadou, gest care ne-a impresionat placut. Daca vom reveni in Milano, vom alege același hotel.

Las camas y las instalaciones en general. Además quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal. Tanto del chico que nos atendió por la noche y nos recomendó un restaurante como las dos chicas que estaban al hacer el check out y fueron amabilísimas. Sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos a Milán

Μια ανακαίνιση στο δωματιο ειναι απαραίτητη και το εσωτερικο κλιματιστικο ηταν πολυ δυνατο δεν μπορουσαμε να το κλεισουμε με αποτελεσμα να κρυωνουμε και να ξυπνησουμε με πονολαιμο και βουλωμενη μυτη.

Un point d'honneur au personnel de l'hôtel, dès l'arrivée en voiture, la personne gérant le parking était super. L'accueil super aussi, en particulier Jenny qui parle très bien français qui a été aux petits soins. (surclassement, boisson offerte, parking payé uniquement 24h au lieu de 48h. Chambre avec lit très confortable et propreté impeccable. Petit déjeuner très bien (salé et sucré). Je recommande fortement cet endroit dans lequel je retournerai sans hésiter.

We had a truly wonderful stay at c-hotels Rubens Milano. Everything was excellent, from the great location and delicious breakfast to the cleanliness and, most importantly, the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We genuinely felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. A very special touch was the lovely gift of bags of pasta from the hotel before our departure. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a beautiful way to end our stay in Milan. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality, kindness, and excellent service. Friendly staff, room nice and clean. The shower is so nice.

The property was well kept in relatively central. It’s not in the main city, but you can take the train very easily into the main area. Also, the staff were very friendly. It was very kind of them to let us check in in the morning, even though the official check-in time is 3 pm.

Nothing not too late, it’s just in a very local neighbourhood which is actually very quaint.

La situation géographique

Des details pourrait améliorer la qualité pour un 4 étoile , éclat dans le sol de douche éclat , minibar incomplet, une lampe de chevet ne marchait pas , bouilloire non fonctionnelle.

Il personale è stato cortese. La colazione era varia, con una buona scelta, anche se con qualche aspetto migliorabile. Al check-out, inoltre, non ci è stato addebitato il parcheggio, che sarebbe costato 15 € al giorno, quindi 60 € in totale.

Purtroppo le condizioni della camera non erano quelle che ci si aspetta da un hotel a 4 stelle. La camera aveva una finestra molto piccola, con vista direttamente sul palazzo di fronte, e pochissima luce naturale: anche durante il giorno era spesso necessario accendere le luci. La jacuzzi non funzionava. Intorno alla vasca erano presenti evidenti tracce di muffa, rimaste anche dopo la pulizia. Il pavimento era molto usurato e pieno di graffi, c’erano macchie sulle pareti e sulla testiera del letto, del vecchio nastro adesivo ancora attaccato alla parete e persino la biancheria del letto era consumata e bucata. Abbiamo pagato circa 1.600 € per due camere per quattro notti, oltre alla tassa di soggiorno. Capisco che Milano sia una città costosa, ma da un hotel classificato 4 stelle mi aspettavo una manutenzione e una cura delle camere decisamente superiori. Al check-out ho segnalato questi problemi. Mi è stato detto che per l’hotel una valutazione inferiore a 9 è considerata negativa e mi è stata offerta una notte gratuita per un futuro soggiorno, chiedendomi di non lasciare una recensione. Ho preferito non accettare e raccontare semplicemente la mia esperienza. Nel complesso, pur riconoscendo gli aspetti positivi, personalmente non tornerei in questo hotel.

Siamo al nostro secondo soggiorno di almeno una settimana in questo hotel, dopo quello del 2025 e ora del 2026. L'hotel rimane la nostra prima scelta per il 2027 a Milano! Francesco, del bar, è il compagno ideale per trascorrere una serata rilassante in hotel, dopo una giornata di visite turistiche, sorseggiando un drink e gustando uno spuntino! È gentilissimo e molto cordiale, non vedo l'ora di rivederlo! Anche gli altri colleghi sono gentili, ma Francesco è il numero 1! Come l'anno scorso, abbiamo trovato una colazione buona e varia. Abbiamo riscontrato lo stesso elevato livello di pulizia! A differenza del 2025, quest'anno abbiamo persino ricevuto le pantofole! Abbiamo usufruito anche del parcheggio, con possibilità di ricarica per l'auto elettrica. Come ho detto, rimane la nostra prima scelta per gli alloggi a Milano.

Il materasso era un po' troppo duro per i nostri gusti. Avremmo gradito maggiori informazioni per i clienti che arrivano in auto attraverso la zona a traffico limitato vicino a San Siro, al Quadrilatero della Moda o alla Zona C. È difficile trovare queste informazioni online o capire come comportarsi in queste condizioni! Ho evitato completamente la Zona C e il Quadrilatero della Moda e spero di non prendere una multa per aver guidato vicino allo stadio di San Siro.

Классное расположение отеля в шаговой доступности от станции метро, что делает его весьма удобным и приемлемым для проживания в таком дорогом городе как Милан, но при этом имея возможность оперативно добраться на общественном транспорте в любую точку города. Персонал весьма отзывчивый и приятный. При заселении дали сертификат на комплиментарную бутылочку хорошего пива (хотя сам я вообще не пью алкоголь). Действительно отличный завтрак, которым можно хорошо "заправиться" до вечера, в столовой с хорошим видом на утренние окраины Милана. Номер хорошего размера, есть где развернуться и даже поделать кое-какие упражнения, нормальный стол, за которым можно спокойно сесть и нормально поужинать и не бояться, что на него не поместятся две тарелки. Прекрасная большая и, главное, очень высокая кровать, на которой можно хорошо развернуться.

Два момента. 1) Не очень новый ремонт в номере. Конечно, это было ожидаемо, поскольку при заказе я понимал, что выбираю, но всё же было некоторое удивление от того, что вся обстановка в номере морально устарела. А ещё было смешно с того, что полочка для шампуней в весьма крупной душевой кабине находится не возле вертикального душа, а возле входа в эту душевую кабину, из-за чего приходится выходить из-под тёплой воды, идти за шампунем или гелем и потом возвращаться обратно под тепло. 2) Тут скорее смешно. Это звукоизоляция. Но звукоизоляция не между комнатами - тут как раз всё прекрасно. Речь о звукоизоляции канализационной трубы, которую хорошо так слышно посреди ночи.

Eu amei o staff do hotel, com destaque para a Jhenny e a Francesca da recepção e também o Francisco do bar! São pessoas extremamente gentis! As instalações do hotel são ótimas também. O metrô fica a uma quadra do metrô, então apesar de não ter muito o que fazer por perto, é muito fácil de chegar ao centro da cidade.

Hotel primitor cu oameni deosebiți,aici vreau să -i mulțumesc Simonei de la bar care a fost primitoare și foarte drăguță (nota 10) și de asemenea lui Jenny de la recepție ,o persoană jovială și atentă la nevoile noastre.Camera a fost peste așteptări,ni s- a oferit o cameră superioară celei rezervate,mic dejun excelent ,raport calitate preț foarte bun.La venire și la plecare am primit mici atenții , aperitive, băuturi,cafea.Locatia este f.aproape de stația de metrou,magazine ,cea mai bună alegere pentru vizitarea orașului Milano. Vom mai reveni cu siguranță. Salutări recepției și întregii echipe!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement. L’hôtel est très agréable, propre et confortable. Le personnel est accueillant, chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous tenons particulièrement à remercier Francesco, le barman, qui nous a très bien servis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié Jenny, à la réception, qui a été très gentille et disponible. Elle nous a notamment bien orientés et conseillés sur les meilleurs endroits à visiter à Milan, ce qui nous a beaucoup aidés à profiter de notre séjour. La chambre était confortable et bien aménagée, et l’emplacement de l’hôtel nous a également beaucoup plu. Une très belle expérience, avec une équipe aux petits soins. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Een dakterras? Het is een gesloten bovenverdieping dus geen dakterras. Als je laat ontbijt, ligt er niks meer en het wordt niet aangevuld. Tijdens het uitchecken werd er door een oudere meer beweert dat we niet hadden betaald voor de extra nacht terwijl dit wel aantoonbaar was en betaald. De taxi stond buiten te wachten en het duurde heel lang voordat meneer erachter kwam dat het wel zo was. Geen excuses, niets. Het overige receptie personeel was zeer vriendelijk.

I loved that upon check in we were offered not only a free room upgrade, but free drinks from their bar as well. Francisco behind the bar was amazing. The drinks he made were top notch and we loved his friendliness and service.

The Power outlets weren’t by the beds. The bathroom door was a glass sliding door and it was awkward to open or close, got stuck multiple times and at night the light bothered the other person sleeping.

La struttura è molto datata e la location non è ottimale. La zona non è molto sicura e non è centrale rispetto alla città. Andiamo da molti anni in questo hotel e ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene. Nello specifico in questo soggiorno abbiamo trovato del personale alla reception molto gentile. Jenny è stata davvero accogliente e disponibile. Buona la colazione. Siamo stati serviti da Angela, sempre attenta e gentile. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo in questo soggiorno. I prezzi però variano molto da periodo a periodo.

La camera era una bomboniera: le pareti ed il soffitto decorate con toni verde pastello, un tavolino di lei massello con due sedie. Lenzuola dalla texture setosa, letto comodo e silenzio assoluto. Indispensabile per me il bollitore super pulito corredato da due tipi di tea, camomilla, latte in polvere e due baci di dama. All'arrivo un biglietto personalizzato con l'augurio di buon soggiorno e due Napolitains di Amedei al 70%: di cacao ovvero: la perfezione nell'accoglienza (oltre ad un cocktail di benvenuto al bar.) Parcheggio con ricarica elettrica. Bagno con box doccia molto ampio e due soffioni a disposizione. Comodo e strategico per raggiungere il centro senza lo stress ed i limiti che il centro comporta.

Мы приехали в отель уставшие утром и нам дали ключи от номера. Огромная благодарность сотрудникам за это, не представляете- это было наше самое большое желание . Карточку на бар предложили поменять на вкусный завтрак и это было самым лучшим решением. Чистые и сытые вышли в город. Чистые номера, вкусный завтрак. Недалеко от центра. Еще раз вернемся.

Точек для зарядки маловато, но это никак не повлияло на качество

The location of the hotel was close to the metro so getting around Milan was easy and even to further locations like Lake Como. The hotel was in great shape and after a long day the room was cooled. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic it has an amazing view of milan. The bartender Francisco or Franchesco was fantastic.

There was ants but that was in pretty much every hotel we stayed in.

Unterkunft sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, Frühstücksbuffet sehr große Auswahl und lecker, Klimatisierung bei hohen Temperaturen eine willkommene Wohltat. Besonderes Highlight war die Bar - Francesco war sehr zuvor kommend und ist ein Lebenslustiger Barkeeper, bei dem man merkt er liebt seinen Job. Selbst wenn alles andere nur mittelmässig gewesen wäre, würde ich wegen Ihm das Hotel wieder buchen.

Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue fantástica. La habitación era muy espaciosa y silenciosa, con una cama amplia y verdaderamente cómoda que garantizó un descanso excelente. El desayuno nos sorprendió gratamente por lo variado y completo que era.Todo el personal fue muy atento, detallista y amable en todo momento. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Francesco del bar y a Jenny en recepción; ambos profesionales excepcionales, con muchas ganas de agradar y hacerte sentir como en casa. Sin ninguna duda, si volvemos a Milán, nos alojaremos de nuevo en este hotel. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Labai patiko, kad viešbutyje ramu, o pusryčiai kurie labai skanūs yra 5a. Viešnagė viešbutyje buvo puiki!

Galima rezervuoti parkavimą viešbutyje, kaina nakčiai sakyčiau didoka, o parkavimas sudėtingas, siauri įvažiavaimai. Kambarytje reikėtų pataisyti kondicionierių jis dirba per garsiai. Jei vežates pvz.tuesintuvą su standartiniu kištuku į jungtį netilps, grerai, kad buvo prie virdulio adapteris. TV rodo tik italų kalba.

I asked at reception for some Betadine or any other antiseptic because I had injured one of my toes, but unfortunately they didn’t have any. However, I would expect a hotel of this standard to have a basic first-aid kit available for guests.

המזגן היה מצויין המקלחת מהממת החדר לא גדול אבל מסודר היטב המיקום 3 דקות קרוב 7 תחנות למרכז מילאנו קרוב לבית חב״ד והדרך ממש פשוטה. ביקשנו קומה נמוכה וקיבלנו ביקשנו מפתח מכני ונתנו לנו בלי לשאול יותר מדי שאלות יש גם דלת מכנית ליד המדרגות מקומת הקרקע. בהחלט מלון מומלץ לשבת או ליום חול

Hotel, w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji, kilka kroków od stacji metra. Duże przestronne pokoje, doskonałe śniadanie w sali z widokiem na miasto. Największym atutem hotelu jest niezwykle miła i pomocna obsługa. Na pewnością będąc kolejny raz w Mediolanie wybierzemy c-Hotel Rubens.

The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options, and everything was fresh and tasty. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The hotel overall felt welcoming and well looked after. We had a very pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

I had to pay 40 euro extra when I arrived there. Something about a city tax. Would have liked to know this before coming but I don't recall seeing it in the reservation. Pretty far away from the city center, train stations and any other significant objective. Also the weather was very very hot. Think it was extreme heatwave (or perhaps it's just normal in the region to have 40 degree Celsius in the day) but it just made the whole stay there insufferable.

Nous avons passé 3 jours en couple à Milan. L'hôtel a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes. Il est proche du métro, le personnel est à l'écoute, La chambre est impeccable avec une literie exceptionnelle et un petit déjeuner de qualité à volonté. Un cocktail de bienvenue nous a été offert. Nous recommandons pour toutes ces raisons.

Me gustó lo limpio que estaba y el buffet del desayuno. El último día nos dieron dos paquetes de pasta de regalo.

Está un poco lejos del centro. Había una foto del gimnasio en la web pero era de otro hotel de la misma cadena. Me hubiera gustado que tuviera gimnasio y piscina.

Tout est parfait Emplacement à 5mns du métro qui mène en 15 mns au Duomo. Chambres spacieuses et agréables. Petit déjeuner au top! Parking privé avec recharge électrique. Gentillesse de l accueil de Jenny🤗 Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Staff was so nice and helpful. Jenny is one of those nice receptionist. The room is perfectly cleaned everyday. thank u!

I can really recommend c-hotel Rubens in Milano. The staff is super friendly (we were greeted by Jenny who gave us a very warm welcome), rooms are very comfortable (we even got a free upgrade), breakfast is great and it is only a direct metro ride to Duomo or Castelli. Grazie mille!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer guten Lage und Francesco an der Bar war der Beste!

Obwohl das Hotel nicht so nahe am Zentrum (z.B. Dom) liegt, war es für uns sehr gut, da wir mit Auto angereist sind. Sehr wichtig war für uns der Parkplatz, damit waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sehr angenehm, sauber, schön renoviert. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, v.a. für Italien (wo das Frühstück weniger wichtig ist als in nördlicheren Ländern). Wir waren schon mal vor Jahren in diesem Hotel und würden wieder kommen.

Es flogen ein paar Motten im Zimmer herum, da sollte man vielleicht mal nachschauen. Ausserdem hat der Abfluss im Lavabo nicht so gut funktioniert.

Hôtel propre et personnels à l'écoute même si nous ne parlions pas italien et très peu l'anglais Le barman nous a conseillé de bon restaurant Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Un petit geste de bienvenue et de départ qui sont très appréciable.

Nagyon finom és választékos volt a reggeli. Tökéletes a tisztaság, kényelmes az ágy és minden szükséges felszereléssel rendelkezik. A személyzet segítőkész, még egy csomag tésztával is megajándékoztak bennünket. Metróval könnyen megközelíthető, csendes hely.

Bedroom was very nice and spacious with big and comfortable beds and a nice sofa area for relaxing. The big TV screen was appreciated when many hotels are very small. Super friendly staff at the desk and especially at the Bar and the welcome drink and nibbles were a much appreciated surprise. Thanks Fernandes . Breakfast room was a great surprise and vibrant with the wall of glass making it a pleasure to enjoy the very varied and ample buffet breakfast. Croissants were excellent! Coffee was average machine quality and not to Italian cafe standards. But overall very enjoyable. I would stay there again.

The bathroom was a great size but the shower was difficult to use due to the arrangement of the two shower heads. The lighting at night was either full intensity of very dim. Side lamps would be appreciated. The location was out of the city but this was not an issue for us. Metro was very close.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, riesige Auswahl und frische Produkte. Lage des Hotels sehr gut, etwas ruhiger außerhalb gelegen aber mit der M1 in 10 Minuten am Dom. Waren mit dem Auto in Mailand und konnten nach Voranmeldung einen Parkplatz im Hotel Innenhof nutzen (15€ pro Nacht). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Lorenzo an der Rezeption ist sehr hervorzuheben! Zimmer war sauber und groß genug, alles in allem eine sehr gute Adresse für einen Trip nach Mailand.

Colazione buona e varia, camera piccola ma confortevole e pulita, oltre che silenziosa. Staff molto gentile e cordiale. Apprezzato il welcome drink ricevuto al checkin.

La posizione è buona perchè vicina alla metro e a Corso Vercelli / Piazza De Angeli. Di sera però la sensazione non è di estrema sicurezza.

Great staff and service. Room and the bed was very comfortable. Really convenient location. I cannot believe how cheap it was for all the great service. Great welcome drink! Thank you to the friendly reception staffs and Francesco at the bar. Would definitely return.
