Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Really appreciate the people that worked cleaning and bringing the milk to my room, they were very nice and polite, but I do not appreciate the people on the counter... they were kind of rude: one time the elevator was broken and me and two other girls had to take the stairs, and when I came to tell them, the guy at the counter simply said "oh yeah" the elevator just broke down... didn't apologize, didn't bother to look at me.. I don't appreciate that, I'm a paying customer and I don't know if I'm going to come back to your hotel.. also the construction noise was very annoying
I appreciate the people to cleaned up my room And brought me room service.. Like I said before, they were very polite

I travel from California and sometime I just don't make it to the check in at 3pm and I've never had a problem checking in late and my room not being available but this time around I checked in late and I was taken back that my rooms had been given to someone else and that all that was left was King size beds when I had reserved for 2 Beds. I travel from afar and I want to be comfortable and relaxed. My family and myself had to sleep all together in one bed. Yes the next day they accommodated me to the rooms I had reserved too.
