Un véritable coup de cœur ! Nous avons été accueillis comme des princes du début à la fin de notre séjour. Le propriétaire Ismaël se plie en quatre pour ses hôtes et fait tout son possible pour que chacun se sente comme à la maison. Chaque jour, de délicates petites attentions venaient rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son sens de l’hospitalité sont tout simplement remarquables. Le Riad Jasmine Sud est un véritable havre de paix où l’on se sent privilégié. Un immense merci pour cette expérience inoubliable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés !

Un grand merci à l’équipe du Riad qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis dans une suite alors que nous avions réservé une chambre classique. La suite était très grande et confortable et le personnel du Riad était très sympathique et attentionné. Nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés et nous étions ravis du délicieux petit déjeuner typiquement marocain qui nous a été servi avant notre départ. Un grand merci ! Nous reviendrons plus longtemps pour notre prochain séjour à Zagora !

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Man bucht ein Zimmer und erhält kostenlos ein Upgrade auf eine Suite. Auch die weiteren Räumlichkeiten sind ausgesprochen schön. Das Anwesen liegt an einer Hauptstraße, ist man drin, merkt man davon nichts. Der Innenhof ist ruhig und einladend. Der Eigentümer, Ibrahim, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit in Bezug auf die Vermittlung von Events. Wir haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass dies auch gut funktioniert. Wir hatten in dieser Unterkunft ein sehr schönes Abendessen, hübsch gedeckter Tisch, etc. Leider meldete sich dieses Essen in der Nacht bei meinem Mann 3x zurück, bei mir erst am Morgen. Somit konnten wir das reichhaltige und schön servierte Frühstück nicht genießen.

VORSICHT: Der Eigentümer, Ibrahim, versteht und spricht sehr gut deutsch, verheimlicht dies allerdings seinen Gästen und tut so, als spräche und verstehe er die deutsche Sprache nicht. Dies zu bewerten ist jedem selbst überlassen....

Der Aufenthalt war königlich, wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Auto, aber Ismael hat uns geholfen. Toller Aufenthalt, jederzeit wieder

Le riad a un charme fou, un véritable musée d'art berbère. Chambre magnifique, toilettes et climatisation parfaites, petit déjeuner et dîner princiers, service attentionné, vélos en sécurité...un sans-faute. On bénéficie aussi de l'accès a une superbe piscine à 4km de là.

C'est vraiment un détail, mais mieux vaut éviter de discuter politique avec le patron...

Nothing exceptional place to stay

This Riad is beautiful and unique from the entrance to the roof. The owner is a very good host and has got a wonderful collection of berber art; the design and decoration of riad is breathtaking. Dinner and breakfast were great. We higly recomend this place to anyone who plan to stay overnight in Zagora.

Merci à Ismaël pour cet excellent accueil. Ce fut un plaisir d'échanger avec toi et de repartir avec ce beau souvenir découvert dans ton incroyable galerie. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine à proximité, quel bonheur ! Un petit déjeuner de Roi et de Reine pour nous combler jusqu'à la fin de notre séjour.

Ein sehr aufwendig gestaltetes historisches Haus mit ausgezeichneter Ausstattung. Zusammen mit dem umgebenden Hof mit Bäumen und Springbrunnen eine malerische Anlage. Dort wurde auch das ausgezeichnete Essen serviert. Herzlicher Empfang und sehr gute Betreuung durch den Eigentümer und den Hotelchef. Zum Hotel gehörend ein Laden mit hochwertigen Textilien, Antiquitäten und Kunst der Berber. Wir bekamen eine freundliche Führung durch diese wahre Schatzkammer. Sehr positiv: mal ganz ohne irgendwelche Kaufverpflichtungen.

We had a lovely stay at the Riad Jasmine. You step off the main road and into a beautiful, peaceful garden and into another world. We were welcomed warmly when we arrived by the owner Ismael who was a great host. Breakfast and dinner in the garden was lovely as was our room. The service throughout was also excellent.

Cadre exceptionnel et rencontre hors du commun avec Ismail... ici vous êtes dans un palais chargé d'histoires avec un personnel qui est au petit soin. Tout est délicat et raffiné : nous n'oublierons jamais notre pause ici. Nous n'avons qu’un seul regret : ne pas y rester plus longtemps mais nous reviendrons! Nous n’en dirons pas plus car le riad jasmine sud ne se regarde pas seulement : il faut le vivre ! Alors laissez vous enchanter!!!!

Le dîner sur une terrasse en plein air. La décoration au style berbère et le patio très bien fleuri. L’amabilité du personnel. L’histoire du propriétaire et de ses collections d’antiquités. Les chambres sont en retrait de la rue et très calmes.

Chambre équipée de 2 lits simples. Pas grand chose à découvrir à pied autour de l’hôtel.

The riad is very nice and clean. The room was clean and comfortable. Ismail is a wonderful host very kind, welcoming, and friendly. He has great energy. I would definitely stay again.

They could improve the breakfast.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und sehr bemüht unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und das Glas Rotwein dazu hat vorzüglich gemundet. Meine Kreuzschmerzen wurden vom Eigentümer mit einem Spray gelindert und für die Nacht hat er mir noch seinen Rückenstützgürtel geliehen um meine Schmerzen zu lindern. Herzlichen Dank, absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel!

Excellent accueil par le propriétaire des lieux que nous saluons. Il nous a fait visiter le Riad et ses magnifiques collections. L’endroit, superbe, est un véritable havre de paix, au calme, ombragé, avec le chant des oiseaux. Petits déjeuners et déjeuner sont servis avec classe dans un jardin charmant. Merci beaucoup aux deux serveurs. La terrasse du haut, avec sa tente et ses couleurs est admirable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

A fantastic Riad, beautifully maintained and run by Ismail, a real character who goes out of his way to make your stay special. Nothing is too much trouble. His staff provide excellent service without being over bearing. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the breakfast wonderful. As for value for money - I can't fault it. The highlight of our stay in Morocco and a Riad we'll definitely visit again. I'm picky and would normally have some small criticism about a place I stay. On this occasion I can't fault it. In een woord fantastisch!! Als je even bij wilt komen van alle drukte tijdens je reis of als je juist op zoek bent naar het beste avontuur, ga dan naar Riad Jasmine Sud. Ik had hier mijn beste Marokko-ervaring tot nu toe. Ismaël is een ongekend gastheer. Ik kwam binnen met voedselvergiftiging. Hij trok alles uit de kast om mij beter te maken. Van de apotheek tot goede drankjes en eten. Ik kreeg zelfs een kamer upgrade naar een prachtige grote luxe kamer met kingsize bed en ligbad! Toen ik weer beter was heeft Ismaël geholpen bij precies de woestijn ervaring die ik wenste. Ik zocht een ervaring zo ver mogelijk weg van alle toeristen en ik kreeg precies dat. Het was ongelooflijk. Of je nu voor 1 of 6 dagen iets zoekt en voor basic of luxe, alles kan precies naar jouw wensen worden geregeld. Het is dat ik weer naar huis moet anders zou ik nog veel langer op deze heerlijke plek met ontzettend lief personeel, lekker eten en prachtige tuin zijn gebleven. Ismaël bracht zelfs mijn kapotte schoenen naar de schoenmaker. Ze kwamen als nieuw weer terug! Ook de winkel bij de Riad van Ismaël is uniek in zijn soort. Je kunt in alle rust verdwalen tussen de tapijten, sieraden, zilver en aardewerk, maskers en kunst. Een prachtige verzameling waar Ismaël veel over kan vertellen. Ervaar het zelf!

Ismael le chef des lieux vous accueille dans son magnifique riad où rien ne manque. Comme il n'y avait pas grand monde à cette période il s est fait un immense plaisir à nous surclasser et nous a installé dans la chambre du roi et de la reine,c'est ainsi qu'il l appelle. Nous avons passé 2 nuits de rêve. Son personnel est très accueillant et serviable et pour les intéressés il est brocanteur sur place et vous ferra vivre les trésors marocains. Très humble,respectueux et a une culture du Maroc immense. Allez y les yeux fermés

Die Unterkunft ist einzigartig, nahezu ein Museum traditioneller marrokanischer Lebensweise. Das Motorrad konnte ich im Innenhof abstellen, gut bewacht. Das Zimmer war angenehm, sauber und bequem. Der Chef persönlich nimmt einen in Empfang. Er bietet im anliegenden Geschäft außergewöhnliche Waren an, es lohnt sich, reinzuschauen.

Le riad est incroyablement confortable et très bien placé. Ismaïl nous a chaleureusement accueilli et nous a montré sa sublime galerie qui recèle près de 40 ans de travail pour dénicher les plus jolies pièces de l'artisanat local. Même si vous ne dormez pas au Riad, la galerie vaut le détour.

Peaceful hotel with a garden in the middle of the city on the main avenue. Copious breakfast. We enjoyed afternoon tea and fresh drinks near the fountain of the garden. A nice place to rest. Parking in front of the hotel.

Riad Jasmine Sud is much more than we can think. It is an Art Gallery, a Museum, a place where you can meet a unique host capable of surprising you by who he is and also the by the stories and curiosities he has to share. In this astonishing and vibrant Riad, there is a very cosy restaurant with great food. Also great, the team, with special thanks to the highly professional Issam and Ibhraim. In my opinion this place is a must in Zagora

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche Gastfreundschaft vom Inhaber Ismail, der sich wirklich um das Wohl seiner Gäste kümmert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, gemütlich und sauber. Auch das Essen war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Außerdem befindet sich das Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage, sodass man alles schnell erreichen kann. Ich komme definitiv gerne wieder und kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Easy access great location. Very peaceful and tranquil inside. The garden is beautiful! The building itself is also very beautifully decorated and ornate. The staff was excellent! Very accommodating and kind. Good food. The rooms were large and comfortable. We were on the rooftop with a large terrace. They have various places to choose from for your meals including the garden. Very lovely place!

The water pressure was very low in our rooms at the top floor. I told the manager and he said they would fix it right away and offered a small gift for the inconvenience. He was sincere in his concern about our comfort.

Tenu par un humaniste au grand cœur Ismail, et le personnel est aux petits soins. Nous avons très bien dîné et le petit déjeuner est excellent. A découvrir !

I don’t usually right reviews, but my wife and I wanted to share an exceptional experience at Riad Jasmin Sud. It all started several months ago when I booked our reservation and received a personal welcome note from the owner Ismail. From that moment I had the inclination that we were going to have a great experience. Upon arrival at the Riad the owner Ismail was waiting for us at the entrance, he warmly greeted us, treated us to a lovely tea service and tour of his property and our room. After settling in we had a lovely traditional Moroccan dinner in the Riad’s beautiful garden. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. It is evident that Ismail is very proud of his culture and country. He is also a very generous host and kind gentleman who shares his beautiful home and impressive collection of Berber treasures. Une seule adresse à Ouarzazate, celle-ci. Reçu comme des pachas, très belles prestations. Le TOP à prix sympa... Ne pas hésiter.

Wir wurden mit einem feinen Tee begrüsst und durch das tolle Anwesen geführt. Wir fühlten uns wie in 1001 Nacht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und vor allem ausserordentlich gross. Hervorzuheben sind auch das feine Essen (inkl. Frühstück) und das zuvorkommende Personal. Zudem durften wir in einem anderen Hotel den grossen Pool nutzen.

Riad z zewnątrz może nie wydawać sie szczególnie atrakcyjny, jednak wnętrze skrywa prawdziwą perełkę. Bardzo klimatyczne tradycyjne wnętrze pełne ręcznie wykonanych ornamentów i tradycyjnych mebli, dziedziniec na którym można odpocząć porośnięty jest kwiatami i palmami daktylowymi i wygląda pięknie. Właściciel to przemił człowiek, który podejmie was herbatą i z którym można ciekawie porozmawiać. Bardzo gorąco polecam ten Riad.

Parfait, nous avons adoré notre séjour, l’hospitalité du propriétaire dont le Riad est situé dans une galerie d’art juste fantastique. Il nous a même surclassé et nous avons passé une nuit tranquille formidable. This is our second stay in Zagora and it was an easy decision to return to Riad Jasmine Sud. This is the finest room we have stayed in during our travels in Morocco. This Riad has a great restaurant and romantic feel and spectacular suites! Above all, the staff are exceptional. A special mention to Ismael the owner who is charming and charismatic as he will ensure to provide guests with five star service and go out of his way to help you. He can organize desert tours, pottery I co-op tours and multiple interesting recommendations. I highly recommend this Riad for anyone who would like to have a memorable stay in Morocco.

His cooks prepared for me the best beef and date tagine. My spouse had an extraordinary chicken couscous tagine! We were truly impressed by the art and antiques collection of the hotel owner, Ismael. The tour through the gallery, accompanied by his fascinating stories, was both engaging and enriching. We also felt very warmly welcomed – a genuinely heartfelt reception.

The “Riad Jasmine Sur” is very special … it is a real hidden gem! Upon entering the hotel’s grounds, we immediately felt relaxed. The hustle and bustle of the city behind us. The hotel and its grounds are extremely beautiful. We encourage taking the time and making the effort to look at the hotel’s decor and art. It is exquisite, very interesting and educational, and beautifully displayed. The host and his staff are very kind and interested their guests’ welfare. We highly recommend staying a night or two, at the Riad Janine Sur, when you visit Zagora. We are very glad we did! Fred K. USA

The Riad is beautiful, the dinner and breakfast we had were excellent, and the service was - to quote my wife - impeccable. I have stayed in a number of riads and this one is at the top of the list. It has a great mix of traditional character and more modern elements.

Other than the smallish shampoo, nothing.

Lavish furnishings, lovely garden, friendly and attentive staff. Large room with comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was excellent.

My stay at Riad Jasmine Sud was the best lodging experience I have had in Morocco. The riad is a very special place but most special of all is Ishmael the owner, a man who treated me with both friendship and respect. He did everything in his power to make me feel welcome and I hope the time will come when I can return to renew our friendship. He is a prince.

This was the most other worldly hostel I have ever stayed in. The owner went above and beyond to provide an experience to all guests. The colours were spectacular and the love and passion he has for his culture, people and history was beautiful. I am so grateful I was able to experience this. I will be back inshallah

Quiet despite frontage onto Main Street. Lovely garden. An amazing riad architecturally and decor wise. As we were staying two nights we upgraded to a suite and did not regret it. Very comfortable very large bed and especially the pillows! Service was excellent as was the food for lunch, dinner and breakfast.

Bathroom, although containing an interesting antique bathroom suite, could do with updating, especially the shower.

The property was majestic . The decor was tasteful and beautiful. It was a relaxing retreat but centrally located. Roof top terrace was great. Ground level gardens very pleasant. The host , Ismael is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Ismael is welcoming and trustworthy. This is a good and reliable place to stay.

Incredible property. The place looks like a museum. The architecture is magnificent and the place is full of collectible artifacts made by local craftsmen. The rooms are extremely spacious, clean and with all the amenities. The breakfast and dinner are excellent with a lot of Moroccan dishes. Ismael, the owner greeted us very warmly. He has a deep knowledge of his country history and also gave us some good hints about what to visit in the area.

Beautiful riad located by the main road, but still so peaceful and quiet. Nice garden, a rooftop terrace for stargazing, comfortable bed, optional heater and air condition in the room. Incredibly friendly staff and some of the best food we've had in Morocco. Highly recommended!

This was our first visit to Morocco, and this hotel truly made it a memorable experience! The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, showing great respect and hospitality. Both the breakfast and the tea were absolutely delightful. The cleanliness of the environment was impeccable. With the help of Google Maps, the location was also very easy to find.

I would highly recommend this place which gives you a feel of entering Aladdins cave. The staff and especially Ismail went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They helped us organize trips and even prepared a Christmas dinner and small presents for us.
