Hassan is incredibly friendly, providing helpful advoce about the area and helps with connections to get to remote, athentic spots kn Morocco. We got a lot from only one night there! And the breakfast! Wow

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Ubytování bylo skvělé - pohodlná postel, čistý pokoj, nádherný výhled z terasy a pokoje, vynikající snídaně i večeře, moc milý a ochotný pan hostitel, který nám navíc upgradoval pokoj na lepší. Navíc jsme si zde mohli nechat zavazadla během doby, kdy jsme šli výšlap na Toubkal. Určitě doporučuji.
Ubytování je trochu z ruky z centra, navíc pokud jedete autem, nezaparkujete přímo u něj, ale musíte část cesty pěšky (se zavazadly nám ale pan domácí ochotně pomohl).

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Our host Hassan was very helpful in guiding us to the waterfalls as well as providing us with his knowledge of the region. The location of the stay is at the very top of the village providing sweeping views down into the valley. We enjoyed a great dinner and breakfast the next day. We were travelling in a hire car and had to use google maps to find the location. Perhaps a better sign to the dwelling from where you park would be a suggestion,as we had to ask some people how to get there....and English is not widely spoken. Hassan is multi lingual and has great English skills, along with French which is extremely handy if you are an international traveller. The location really suits people who enjoy day trekking.
There is a bit of gravel road to cover in the last kilometre which may be a little intimidating to some drivers.

L’accueil était chaleureux et le personnel très sympathique, professionnel et attentionné. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la tranquillité des lieux ainsi que la qualité du service. La chambre était propre, confortable et très calme. Les repas, notamment le petit-déjeuner, étaient excellents. I would especially like to thank Hassan, who was a truly kind person, always available, with great communication skills and a very positive attitude. Le personnel est professionnel, disponible et toujours à l’écoute des clients. La propreté des lieux est également irréprochable, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus.confortable
Le seul point négatif concerne la route d’accès sur la dernière partie du trajet : elle n’est pas goudronnée et peut être assez dangereuse, surtout de nuit ou par mauvais temps.

Comfortable slippers and traditional garments to wear. Very large shower facilities. Able to arrange local guide who was excellent for hiking in the Imlil Valley
Cleanliness of eating/ dining rooms (communal rooms). Limited accessibility to main village. Transportation for arrival and departure was limited to only private taxis.

Very familial setting where you can anything to the staff and owners. They are very childfriendly, we felt very much at home. And their food is super great. They also helpt us out for walks in the mountains with mules to carry our stuff and the kids. We highly recommend this place!

The views from the property are beautiful, the hospitality of Hassan and the owner could not be faulted. Hassan gave great recommendations for our stay - the highlight being the mule/hiking trip to the top of a nearby mountain pass. Breakfast and food generally was delicious too!

La chambre est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, alliant confort moderne et charme traditionnel berbère. C’est l'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer, loin du tumulte, dans une atmosphère paisible et familiale. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs précieux et l'envie certaine de revenir très bientôt. Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés à tous les amoureux de la nature et challenge.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Host Hassan was incredibly friendly and helpful. Told me about a great hike and organised taxi back to Marrakech. View of the mountains from the room was amazing. Breakfast and dinner very good. Great value.
Quite a long way out of town. Make sure you ask for the shortcut as 20-30 min walk with the shortcut or around 45min the way google maps takes you (up a huge hill).

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Had a calm and relaxing stay at Dar Aymane! The room with the mountains view was absolutely stunning and also the dinner (100dh p. P.) and the breakfast were great! We had a lovely warm shower and the morning wake—up call from the chicken was amazing!
The path to the apartment (we followed Google maps) was absolutely terrifying and not to recommend at all! It was extremely narrow and the slope were super high. You better leave the car in the Center of Imlil and walk up to the apartment (~takes around 30min). Also that it’s quite far from the Center makes it calm but also not easy to reach everything.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026hidden gem in the Atlas, away from crowds. the view from the terrace is beautiful and Hassan is great: he gave us a lot of tips. we’ll definitely be back. food was amazing as well.
The place is great but the road to get there is not the best (only last 5 mins), it would have been helpful to know in advance in case someone arrives when it’s dark.

It is very well maintained, especially considering the remote location. It's a short walk to Imlil so great for exploring the area.

Właściciel bardzo pomocny w odpowiedzi na setki naszych pytań dotyczących organizacji trekkingów po okolicy, wspinaczki na Toubkal i transferu do i z wioski. A ponad to świetnie gotuje i serwuje posiłki. Zawsze uśmiechnięty i serdeczny. To była duża przyjemność dla nas móc spędzić czas w takim miejscu. Wiele cudownych wspomnień.

Hassan ist ein freundlicher und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereiter Host. Er hat uns gut und ehrlich zu Bergtouren beraten (kommt wann anders gern wieder, bei gutem Wetter und ohne Knieschmerzen!), jede neugierige Frage beantwortet und uns lecker und reichlich bekocht, auf meinen Wunsch hin vegetarisch. Wir kommen hoffentlich wieder zum Bergsteigen, wenn das Wetter es zulässt!

Very kind people who, in addition to a smile and delicious mint tea, offer real help (thank you for helping us find a guide on Toubkal!) and interesting tips for trekking gems in Morocco. The room is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, and the bathroom has hot water – what more could a traveler ask for?

L’accueil a été exceptionnel, à la fois chaleureux et attentionné. La chambre, décorée avec goût, était cozy et très confortable, avec une literie de grande qualité qui invite au repos profond. Chaque détail est pensé pour le bien-être, jusqu’au sèche-cheveux, très appréciable. Nous avons également bénéficié de précieux conseils pour une randonnée absolument magnifique, offrant des paysages à couper le souffle et des moments inoubliables. L’hôte, parfaitement francophone et anglophone, est d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable.Une expérience authentique et ressourçante que je recommande sans hésitation.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Beautiful rooftop area, great to eat, relax or work. Comfortable room with good bathroom facilities and a nice balcony. Delicious meals. Lots of hikes within walking distance. Our host Hassan was very friendly knowledgable and accomodating. Would recommend!
The Dar is about 30mins walk into town, this isolation is both a blessing and a curse.
