Bien ubicado, habitación amplia y luminosa, cama grande y cómoda, baño amplio con excelente ducha. Escritorio y sillón, aire acondicionado, caja fuerte. Personal muy eficiente, amable y atento. Muy cerca del mar, frente al casino y amplia oferta gastronómica cercana. Restaurante del hotel bueno y precios razonables.

Todo muy bien. El personal muy amable y muy rápido en gestionar las cosas. Contenta con la estancia en el hotel además todo está muy cerca.

Hotel Santemar is our first choice hotel when we are taking the ferry back to the UK, less than 15 minutes from the port. It is well located close to the beach and a choice of bars and places to eat.

We used to be able to pre-book parking but this option no longer exists. This is disappointing as we are travelling with a loaded vehicle and like to know it is secure.

Very good location, a few minutes walk from restaurants and the seafront. Tranquil atmosphere in the hotel. Vast elegant lobby. Extremely wide range of breakfast foods. Definitely one of the best we've experienced. Lots of coffee machines, so none of the usual queues. Well staffed breakfast room and front desk.

Like so many hotels , there was a poor selection of hot drinks in the bedroom. It' really starts your day well if you can have a coffee or tea (black or green) when you wake up.

Het hotel was perfect inorde en van alles voorzien, de kamer was ruim en ook van alles voorzien en kraaknet.

Enkel het parkeren is een probleem maar kan tegen betaling in het hotel ondergronds. Wat ik als klant toch wat duur vond.

La ubicación es inmejorable, a 200 metros de la playa del Sardinero. También me encantó la atención de las chicas de la recepción, súper amables, una de ellas le regaló una lata de chocolates a mi peque, un detalle precioso! Las camas increíble de cómodas. No solicitamos desayuno así que no puedo valorar ese aspecto, todo lo demás perfecto.

Die Lage ist super.

Die Bettverkleidung war verschmutzt, das Zimmer für 3 Personen viel zu eng - wir hatten ein 3-Bettzimmer mit 3 Betten gebucht, bekamen aber nur ein 2-Bett-Zimmer mit Zustellbett. Man hatte keinen Platz die 3 Koffer vernünftig zu verstauen. Wir haben für 1 Nacht inkl. Frühstück 697€!!!!! bezahlt, in der Annahme es sei ein sehr luxuriöses Hotel - leider war der Grund nur die Sonnenfinsternis, die wir nicht beachtet hatten. Ein Hinweis von Booking.com, dass der Preis 4-fach über dem üblichen Preis liegt, wäre zwingend nötig gewesen. DANKE FÜR NICHTS

Great location. Room temp OK. Beds OK. Parking difficult/small. Quiet. Room floor cleanness needs to improve. Roon size OK. Staff uneventful. WiFi very bad. Ck-in/out OK.

Sehr gute Lage direkt in Strandnähe von Sardinero, das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Badetücher für den Strand wurden an der Rezeption bereitgestellt.

Wenn man das Zimmer nach der Reinigung betrat roch es so stark nach Chlor, dass man Lüften musste. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, die Klimaanlage laut. Dazu ist das Hotel doch deutlich in die Jahre gekommen mit Spritzputzfassade und einer Aussenbar neben der Hotelauffahrt.

J'ai oublié un vêtement dans ma chambre et on m a répondu qu'ils ne s'occupaient pas de renvoyer les objets oubliés. Au total mauvais rapport qualité prix. Photo non représentative de la chambre. Nice hotel in a nice location, basic room,small bathroom but clean and tidy. Nice bar outside the front of the hotel so you can stop for a cocktail on the way..woman working in that bar was so lovely & very good with the cocktails

Breakfast was ok but wouldn't recommend it, no iron in the room so lots of wrinkles in my clothes. Posted the view from our room which was lovely but when i asked for sea view, I was told it was 40€ extra per night, bit disappointing as it was pricy for 4 nights without the view

El tema del parking, ascensor insuficiente. Poco espacio en habitación triple

Zum Glück hatte ich viele Kissen. Das Zimmer war klein, die Aussicht nicht so gut und die Matratze recht hart. Bei dem Preis erwarte ich etwas mehr.

Parken? Ich weiß nicht mehr, ob es dort ein Parkhaus gegeben hat... aber die Suche nach einem Parkplatz in der Umgebung ist schon sehr zeitaufwendig. Beim Frühstück war wenig für Veganer zu finden, Obst reichlich, aber alles andere...in der Auswahl etwas eingeschränkt (vegan).

Awesome location,with a little luck you can park in front of the hotel in a free parking place. The beautiful beach only a few minutes' walk,with lots of restaurants,cafés and shops nearby. Excellent public transport . Tasty and good quality breakfast. Staff is extremely kind and helpful.Good smell and cleanliness everywhere.

The elevators were difficult to catch and travelling by them is a challenge. Too many people in the same time.

Mucho calor y humedad. No había aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes como pasillos, ascensor, exceptuando recepción. Y la cama muy incómoda, para mí demasiado blando el colchón.

Lo que mas me gustó fue su ubicación y la variedad de productos en el desayuno.

La habitación muy justa de espacio o muy cargada de muebles, genial para guardar cosas pero un poco cargada de decoracion y muebles

Only had the room cleaned every other day and the toilet was not cleaned.

Hotel bem localizado, na área da praia do Sardinero. Boas instalações. Ótimo PA. Bom menu à carta ao almoço ou jantar (regime de meia pensão).

O hotel é maravilhoso, fica próximo ao mar e emprestam toalhas para ir à praia.

Possui um lance de escadas para acessar os apartamentos assim que sai do elevador, que é péssimo, principalmente para quem tem muitas malas. Por fim, tenho que dizer que o custo é altíssimo para não ter café da manhã incluído (em comparação a outros hotéis da cidade).

La comodidad de las habitaciones

Es un hotel muy grande. Tiene un parking que se llena muy rapido. Estacionar cerca del hotel en agosto es extremadamente dificil. No tiene un lugar donde sentarse al exterior, salvo un bar que abre a la tarde y que no es un lugar por ejemplo para sentarse a leer. Los ascensores no dan abasto con la cantidad de gente

Stanza piccola. Staff alla reception freddo (nemmeno un benvenuto). Più un business hotel, che un hotel per vacanza, cosa che non ci si aspetta da un hotel a 100 metri da una spiaggia.

Que era una habitacion de dos, con tres camas, con lo que practicamente no te puedes mover, pero estas pagando por tres adultos

Idéalement placé à proximité de la plage (50 mètres), il est aisé de se rendre à pied sur la presqu’île de la Magdalena comme au Faro del capo de Mayo. Grace aux nombreux bus on peut facilement se rendre de la Piazza Italia à la cathédrale (1,30 € le trajet par personne). Le parking, certes un peu cher (30€/jour), est appréciable car il n’est pas aisé de trouver des places aux alentours notamment au mois d’août. L’hôtel est très calme )on peut dormir la fenêtre ouverte sans problème), très propre et les chambres sont spacieuses et élégamment décorées

Un seul point faible : le prix du parking. Mais tellement pratique

Très bon petit déjeuné, emplacement idéal, bel immeuble brutaliste.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de bar dans le hall de l’immeuble. Ça manque vraiment. La salle de restaurant n’a aucun charme, avec un côté cantine scolaire donnée par ses tables identiques alignées sans aucune séparations ni blanquettes, les parties communes de l’hôtel sont vides ce qui donne un aspect froid et pas confortable. L’aménagement intérieur de l’hôtel est à revoir complètement, je ne recommanderai pas ce hôtel pour cette raison.

Hotel Santemar is huge and you might have to wait a little at check-in or check-out (while some badly-behaved guests don’t have a clue what a queue is) but this was the only downside. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is quiet, clean and very beautiful. I loved my single room which was very comfy and nicely decorated. The bed was fantastic. I paid a decent price as I had booked months ahead. I didn‘t have breakfast. What I really appreciated was the location so close to the beaches and the town centre.

Sección de bollería del desayuno de baja calidad, unas veces secos unos croisants, otras veces duros los donuts. En general bastante baja calidad. Acabamos el 2 día dejando de tomar nada de ahí. El resto justito relación calidad/precio.

The property is centrally located steps away from El Sardinero which makes it a prime location for beach goers. The property is clean, breakfast was very good, attentive staff and comfortable accommodation

The parking situation in the summer is very chaotic, because street parking is free all year around is almost impossible to find a spot. The hotel has its own garage, which costs 20€ a night, however there’s no valet at the hotel entrance or anyone from the staff guiding you if you arrive by car and need a parking spot, the driveway entrance to the hotel was full with other cars so we needed to pretty much leave the car blocking the driveway in order to run in and ask for instructions to the garage, I believe at least in the summer they should have hotel staff at the main entrance helping guests, for a hotel this size and range, this is a must

Great location and comfortable beds.

I arrived their parking was full and I drove around for over 30 minutes to get parking. When I took a shower I discovered there was a bandaid in the shower from the previous guest which was disgusting. I told the staff before I left for dinner but when I got back it was still there.

L'emplacement, l' hôtel en tant que bâtiment, les différents espaces. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel.

Attention à renouveler le nettoyage du sol de la chambre. Pellicule de sable existante à notre arrivée et présente tout au long de notre séjour. Dommage !
